Perfect Venue!
The Barns was the first venue we looked at, and the moment we met Susan I knew it was the right place for us. Not only is the venue perfect - cozy & warm, beautiful views, multiple spaces - but Susan is so experienced and welcoming that it made the experience 10x more enjoyable and stress-free. The Barns was amazing for so many reasons, not least of which is the wine itself--which is EXTREMELY good and very reasonably priced. The value you get for the Barns is incredible. The staff there do tons of weddings and everything flows so seamlessly. At first, I was stressed about the timeline, because the Barns works as a winery open to to the public and the ceremony could not start until 6pm. I thought the wedding would feel rushed. But to the contrary, it provided a much better wedding day experience because there was less dead time in the day. And it let me feel much more relaxed with getting ready (the farmhouse on site is perfect for it). If you are at all on the fence, let me push you over! You will not regret the Barns! -

Gorgeous Venue
The manager Susan is amazing to work with throughout the whole process. The venue is breaking and perfect for a wedding 100 or less. The staff was courteous and hard working throughout the night. Our guest raved about how wonderful the wedding was. Susan will also provide you with a list of vendors recommended to use which was very helpful.
Bonus: You also get use of their farmhouse for the day l -

Katelyn Sent on 06/07/2022Excellent Wine and a Perfect Wedding Venue for our Elegant and Rustic Wedding
We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue with the best wines NOVA has to offer. My husband and I toured this venue just over a year out and tasted such delicious wines! Literally everything we tasted was amazing, and I truly believe this wine is the best in the area. We became Wine Club members that day, and plan to stay members for a long time. We also met Susan, who is the sweetest and most helpful woman we could have asked for. She gave us so many amazing recommendations for decor and food to go along with the rustic-yet-elegant vibe the Barns has to offer by itself. Because of her many years with the Barns and many weddings she helped run, she has a plethora of recommendations for things to-do and not-to-do to make the wedding day go by smoothly. She was SUCH a big help!
There were a couple things I loved about this property, the first being the expansive plot of land the Barns has, with stunning views all around. We got married on the back lawn and took all of our photos on the property. There are many great photos with stunning backdrops to choose from! The barn itself is charming but has personality, and it looks updated and well kept. I love how there are two stories, an upper deck, and lower patio. This allowed guests to easily spread out during the reception. We were also able to utilize the fire pit so guests had many options of where to spend the night and not feel cramped at all. Additionally, myself and my bridesmaids were able to use the house at the front of the property all day as we got ready. This made the logistics of where to get hair and makeup done a breeze, and there was a kitchen so we could snack (and make mimosas) all day! I could honestly go on and on about this amazing and affordable venue, but I strongly recommend visiting (and then booking) the Barns! -

Beautiful Venue!
What an amazing place for a wedding! The farmhouse was great for the bridal party to get ready, the meadow behind the barns was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony, and the barn itself for the reception was spectacular! Susan, the venue coordinator, is THE BEST and just awesome to work with. She was so genuine and helped us pick some delicious wine for the reception. If you’re considering the Barns, just do it—you’ll love it as much as we did. It was magical and beautiful and perfect. -

Perfect winery wedding
Picking the Barns at Hamilton Station Vineyard for our
wedding venue was one of the best decision we have ever made. This
place was absolutely perfect. So many of our family and friends have come up to us with comments on how great the venue was.
First, want to thank Susan for everything she did for us. She was
always available to talk and answer the many questions I had. She got
us in contact with many great vendors. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was to work with Susan. She helped us throughout our engagement in planning a great a day.
We loved how we got to use the entire venue. My wife and her
bridesmaids arrived early to get ready at the farmhouse. My
groomsmen and I were able to enjoy a bottle of wine in the tasting
room after our photo session around the property. We held the
ceremony outside overlooking the pond. Following the ceremony we had
the cocktail hour on the main floor of the barn. Following the
cocktail hour we had dinner in the stone-walled cellar, and then went
back upstairs for dancing on the main floor of the barn. At first we thought that 5 hours wouldn't be enough time, but everything ran so smoothly that we still had three hours of dancing which was plenty of time. Everything
was absolutely perfect. We are so happy we picked the Barns at
Hamilton Station Vineyard. We will forever go back there to enjoy
their great wine and even better atmosphere. -

Charming, rustic, elegant, personal
What a perfect setting for our day. There are so many details that go into making your wedding your own. And at The Barns, those details take care of themselves. Susan and her team are flexible, accommodating, and efficient. There was not one thing we asked for that was out of bounds. The pictures in the vineyard were gorgeous. The stone wall and new floors/ceiling in the cellar made for the most charming dinner setting. The transition from outdoor ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing was smooth and having unique spaces for each element delivered fresh experiences at every turn. The value of the "get ready house" cannot be highlighted enough. It was an incredible bonus and enabled my wife, her bridesmaids, and her family to do hair and makeup on sight without having to worry about travel, as well as have lunch and relax before the wedding. My groomsmen were able to enjoy a bottle of wine in the tasting room after our photo session around the property. We had about 60 people and it was the perfect size for us. Have I mentioned how great Susan is? She said on our first visit that her job is to make sure we have nothing to worry about and she delivered. We've been back to the Barns since our wedding and it feels more like going to a family reunion than anything else. Could not recommend this venue enough. Book it. -

I just want to say “WOW”!!! Our wedding at The Barns was nothing short of amazing – Susan and the entire staff were outstanding, and we were overwhelmed with how beautiful everything was. The Barns truly exceeded every high expectation we had for our special night. The venue … just utterly dreamy (to sound corny). We picked it for its rustic-ness, and intimate service, it is one of our favorite weekend winery hang-outs , and we have seen Barns wedding photos before … but to experience the environment and the atmosphere, and the service, that you all provided … was mind blowing to me, and to Mark. We were in awe. The decor, the lighting, the service, and THE WINE!! All amazing. Susan has truly made us feel special from the very beginning of the process almost 2 years prior, right down the details and service on the day itself.
We love the Barns for its rustic elegance. It was a perfect venue for the 120 people we had ... ceremony outside right at the edge of sunset, and cocktail party upstairs in main area, dinner downstairs in the stone-walled dining room, and party back upstairs with dancing and plenty of seating for relaxing. The venue has all the elements needed ... the wine bar, the out-buildings, the grassy field leading to a pond overlooking the autumn trees, a deck, a patio, an incredibly charming and welcoming entry to the main building (the barn) and winding walkway to the back ... a very special place.
And we can’t even count the number of our family and friends that have come up to us with comments on how great the venue was. It truly exceeded expectations.

We adore the homey and rustic atmosphere of The Barns on a regular basis, but having it all to ourselves for our wedding ceremony and reception was better than we could have imagined. Whether you are celebrating outdoors or indoors, you will never forget the beauty that surrounds on on your special day. Rain or shine, it will be lovely. The farmhouse on the property is available to the wedding party throughout the day and was a fun place to get ready! Susan, the current site coordinator, is so kind and has a wonderful sense of humor. She was a pleasure to work with as we planned and enjoyed our wedding. Everyone at The Barns was supportive and diligent as they helped us to celebrate. Thank you! PS: The amazing wine doesn't hurt...highly recommend it all! ;) -

Bailey Sent on 08/19/2018I had my wedding here on August 11th, 2018 and I wouldn't have had a better time at any other venue! The Barns is an amazingly unique wedding site. The barn itself is 2 floors, so we held our cocktail hour upstairs, had dinner downstairs, then went back upstairs for dessert and dancing. We had our ceremony outside facing the small and charming body of water in the distance. My husband and I got so many fun and unique photos around the venue--outside near the trees and greenery, near the barns and other structures, and in the vineyards! My bridesmaids and I were also able to get ready on-site at the house that's on the premise just a few steps from the entrance of the barn. The barn and the house are both fully air-conditioned, which worked great in the middle of August. The venue itself has so much character that we hardly needed to provide decorations; my main decorations were just a few flowers because the venue has so much charm and rustic beauty that it doesn't need any cover-up. So many guests expressed their awe at this unique venue.
In addition to the appearance and whimsy of this venue, Susan was very accommodating and responsive. She is also very responsible, so you can rely on her to make sure your big day goes as planned on the property. The price was also just right, and so was the amount of time that we rented out the venue. I have no complaints and only cherished memories from spending my wedding at The Barns at Hamilton Station Vineyard! -

About 10 years ago, while I was visiting Hamilton Station Vineyards to taste their wine, I saw the lawn out back set up for a wedding and made a mental note of it...and let me say i am so glad I did. We absolutely loved our wedding at The Barns at Hamilton Station Vineyard! With your rental you have full use of the property and the Farmhouse (as a bridal suite) the day of your wedding. Everyone was so complimentary of the location, and the staff at The Barns were very friendly and accommodating. Not to mention, the wine is great--there will be something for all of your guests to enjoy. If you are looking for the rustic elegant barn wedding, look no further!
