We absolutely loved having our wedding at the barn at the woods. Everyone and everything was as smooth as could be, until some random lady came barging in the bridal suite (unannounced) looking for paper towels. ** minutes before walking down the isle ** almost knocks my mother in law down, then confronts my bridesmaid saying she “heard someone had a problem with her”, knowing she wasn’t involved. Then proceeded to barge in the house (once again) and sits down asking who has a problem with her, at this point we all did!! So my husband told her how he felt then my Mother in law, told her why we had such an issue. First of all, she looked like she just rolled out of bed, wasn’t dressed appropriately for a wedding, then proceeded to hangout at the bar, knowing we all had an issue with her. The icing on the cake though was, they saw my set up at 10am that included REAL candles, like most weddings do. Not one of the staff members made an effort to tell us so we could opt for something else, etc. Instead they waited until my ceremony started, then walked around blowing out all of my candles. ** I’m aware I made the mistake of having open flame**, but wedding planning is HARD especially doing it by yourself. Anyway, as long as Caroline isn’t working your day you should be fine! The owners definitely made it right, and we are so thankful Hannah came and took over! -

I used TBATW for an Elopement Package. The deal they had was exactly what my fiancé and I wanted for our wedding. The grounds were beautiful and the team was extremely helpful in getting us organized! We fell in love with this venue, and think you all will too! 10/10 recommend to every couple looking for a beautiful wedding site. -

Amazing experience
The venue was absolutely gorgeous. It fit our personality perfectly. The staff was so kind and professional starting from day one. I would also like to give gracie, one of the coordinators, a special shout out. She is hands down amazing. She made sure everything was on point and ready to rock. -

The staff at the barn at the woods are absolutely amazing! The venue was so beautiful and all my guest can’t quit commenting on how much they loved it! There was an unexpected storm the night of my wedding and Emily went above and beyond to accommodate everything to move the reception into the covered barn! She was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the barn at the woods for the best day of your life! -

Batw was amazing!
My wedding here was beautiful!! Andrew was fantastic from beginning to end. The venue was very affordable when compared and it offered alot. BATW was amazing and I cannot reccomend it enough. -

This was the most perfect venue for our rustic, yet elegant wedding. We couldn't have found anything better. Andrew was so accommodating, easy to work with, helpful and kind. We LOVE the space, the big tree to get married under, the vintage chandelier in the barn, the list goes on. Plenty of space to dance. The pictures do not do it justice. Once we toured through it was a no-brainer. Highly recommend! -

Beautiful Venue
The Barn at the Woods was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a wedding venue. It has a natural rustic beauty. The pricing was amazing compared to the other venues I had looked at- especially for everything that it offers. We were able to take our engagement pictures at the venue, which was included in the package we chose. They were very kind and helpful in accommodating our wedding needs. -

The Barn at the Woods brings together rustic and elegance beautifully. During the wedding planning, Andrew was very responsive to all of my questions and helped me envision my day! It rained a lot on the morning of our wedding, but the set up crew and coordinator worked extremely hard to make the day go by smoothly after the rain and it worked out perfectly. The farmhouse has plenty of room for all of the family to come and hang out and for all the wedding party to get ready! We had so much fun and the sparkler and firework send off were amazing and provided by the venue! So cool!! Highly recommend this amazing venue and great people to work with!! -

The Barn at the Woods is A~Mazing! If you are looking for a beautiful, accommodating, and spacious venue with the most personable and professional staff then look no further. We traveled from out of town to have our wedding in Oklahoma, it was important to find a venue that could accommodate all our wedding party (16 including bride and groom). I am from Southern Oklahoma and my husband is from Alabama. We wanted a place that allowed us to gather together and enjoy the day without any hustle and bustle. (haha, or as little stress as possible, I mean it is your wedding day, it is going to be busy ;) Most of our wedding party (my husband as well) are huge football fans therefore we asked Andrew if we could have additional televisions in the barn for everyone’s viewing pleasure. I know, I know, some of you ladies are thinking I am crazy…The televisions were honestly a hit and provided a bit of an ice breaker for our families. The guys hung out outside drinking mimosa’s and ran a couple of errands while all the bridal party took full advantage of the farm house having mimosas, getting hair and makeup done, and truly taking in our time together making memories. Once it was time for the guys to get ready the groomsmen were able to get ready in the farmhouse in the groom suite. The Barn at the Woods is a beautiful venue with multiple options for the ceremony, covered area/extension to the barn for the ceremony and/or reception, with plenty of room to dance the night away with your friends and family. If you are looking for a place to say I DO then you must meet with Andrew at the Barn at the Woods and see for yourself the beautiful property. You will also be swept away by Andrew and his staff. Andrew went above and beyond to speak with me, answer phone calls/emails; I visited the property multiple times with each of my bridesmaids, and if I could give more stars I would because my husband and I smiled for weeks after our wedding day and how perfect it was. We had the A-Team of wedding vendors and it all started with the Barn at the Woods! OUR WEDDING WAS PERFECT! -

Simply gorgeous.
I booked with them only 6 weeks in advance 😳 my wedding plans kept changing and we were 6 weeks out and i realized i didn’t have a venue. Andrew at TBATW was so friendly and accommodating to my craziness! He met with us whenever i requested, worked very small issues out easily! They never approached me with just a problem, they had a solution. They went above and beyond to help make my day amazing. Also, the view you get and the character this place has isn’t something you can create. It’s just cute and rustic and romantic. I loved everything about my venue!! -

Barn at the Woods was a wonderful place to host our wedding. Not only was the venue beautiful, but the staff was very accommodating.
We had the ceremony outside the barn and the reception inside the barn. Everything turned out perfect! -

The property to The Barn At The Woods is absolutely gorgeous and makes you not want to leave! My wedding was everything I ever imagined and am so glad I chose this venue for my big day. Staff was very helpful and everything went perfect! I hope I get to visit there again! -

I love this venue so much! The staff is so very helpful and friendly, we didn't have any issues with commutation. I always wanted to get married in a barn. So, once I found this venue I knew it was for me! You get so much with each package it is so awesome! Everything was so easy and stress free at this venue. I couldn't have picked anything better for me. -

Dainell Sent on 06/30/2018This venue was the best! There are so many places to have your ceremony just in the property that you can customize it to best suit your personality! The staff is the easiest to work with and so accommodating to your questions and needs! They give you access to the entire property including the farmhouse, which is full of charm, office/bathroom, barn, veranda etc. The only restriction with vendors is bartenders which you hire through them so it’s super easy and they were great! I seriously could not recommend this place more!

We also booked the house on property to spend the night before and to get ready in. Everything is so beautiful and they are always there and are nothing but kind and helpful. Beautiful venue. This place had exactly what we wanted and what I pictured. The barn was beautiful, the tree was perfect for the ceremony. We really enjoyed the farmhouse when we got ready because it had plenty of room. The fireworks were AMAZING and a great surprise for guests at the end. -
Ashley Sent on 10/13/2018Barn at the Woods embodies everything I love about the outdoors in Oklahoma. Edmond is where I grew up and is where I always envisioned getting married. Barn at the Woods was literally more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed of! The venue is reasonably priced and is well worth the beauty that will completely surround you and your guests all day long.
