We truly cannot say enough amazing things about The Barn at Stoney Hills in Cushing, MN. From start to finish, our wedding weekend was incredibly smooth, stress-free, and beyond anything we could have hoped for. The entire experience felt so intentional and well thought out, and it made our wedding weekend feel extra special and meaningful.
One of the biggest highlights was having full access to the venue from Friday morning through Sunday. That alone was a game changer. Being able to take our time setting up on Friday made such a difference—we honestly don’t know how we would have done it without that extra day. We were able to set up our reception space exactly how we envisioned it without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Every detail could be placed with care, and that peace of mind is priceless.
We used the venue for our rehearsal dinner on Friday, our wedding and reception on Saturday, and then hosted a gift opening in the barn on Sunday, which was such a perfect way to wrap up the weekend. Having everything in one place allowed us to fully enjoy each moment without worrying about travel, timing, or logistics. Staying on-site for our wedding weekend was truly incredible—it allowed us to be fully present and soak in every second rather than running around or feeling pulled in different directions.
The value for the money at The Barn at Stoney Hills is truly above and beyond. Not only do you get a stunning venue, but the barn also provides an incredible selection of decorations that couples are free to use. This saved us so much time, effort, and money. We ended up using many of their décor items for our table centerpieces, and everything fit the space beautifully. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into offering pieces that are timeless, elegant, and versatile.
The venue manager deserves special recognition. Having someone on-site who is available for any and all questions was invaluable. She truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process and during the weekend itself. She was so helpful with directing vendors, making sure everyone knew where to go and what to do, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Everything ran smoothly because of her organization and presence.
We’ve heard so many stories from other couples about having nightmare experiences at other venues with extremely strict rules or being made to feel bad for asking questions or making requests. That was absolutely NOT the case here. Not once did we feel like our needs were inconvenient, and there was never anything negative said about any of our requests. Instead, the staff was consistently accommodating, flexible, and supportive, which made us feel respected and truly cared for throughout the entire process.
Communication leading up to the wedding was also outstanding. Joni and the barn team were incredibly professional, always responding quickly and thoroughly to emails and questions. They never once made us feel like we were bothering them, and every question was answered in depth. They were also so accommodating with specific requests and details, always making sure we felt confident and prepared. We never felt left wondering about anything, which made planning so much less stressful.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and our wedding day ended up being a perfect, dreamy September day. The setting, the barn, the surrounding 400 acre landscape—it all came together to create a magical atmosphere that we and our guests will never forget. So many of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was and how smoothly the entire weekend flowed.
This venue was truly an absolute dream, and we feel so grateful to have celebrated such an important weekend of our lives at The Barn at Stoney Hills. If you’re looking for a place that is beautiful, well managed, flexible, and genuinely cares about their couples, this is it. The Barn at Stoney Hills was amazing from the day we took a tour with Joni to Sunday as we drove off from our wedding! Everything about the venue fit exactly what we were looking for. The space and décor availability allowed us to tailor the style with many options to use from Stoney Hills, and we could add our personal touch to go beyond. The entire venue has been put together to offer the most flexibility we could find, we were able to bring in food/drink/DJ and other vendors that fit our wedding. The staff and set up from Stoney Hills made everything very easy on arrival for both us and the vendors to have a dedicated space. The grounds provided a perfect setup and accommodated our guest to casually enjoy the day with shade, seats, tables, fire at night, and inside with AC. We were able to shift around 165 guest/s to and from the venue, ceremony site, happy hour, and inside for dinner with ease along with being able to have everything setup inside prior to people entering. Again, the space was exceptional in how we could set up the main floor and upstairs with seating and space for catering, dance floor, etc. The kitchen space was everything our catering team needed for the wedding and the kitchen also provided us a great spot for us to prepare and setup for a Fri night Grooms dinner. The bar area and provided supplies helped our bar staff operate all night with ease and minimal lines. Lastly the house and Bride/Groom suite was one of the most unique things about Stoney Hills, having the entire wedding party join us for the weekend made our celebration amazing, not only did we get to spend the entire weekend celebrating in one place together. We didn’t have to include any additional groom’s dinner cost/bookings or wedding group transportation/lodging. This venue was our first and only one we toured and went with! We have attenended many weddings & Can’t put in words how beautiful the property is, along with how amazing the staff and owners are. We had our dream wedding here and they catered to our special requests and ideas. The extras that come with this property really put an excellent touch on it. From wedding decor, to a place for your large families to sleep on site, this sets this venue apart from any others out there. Joni & Randy run a top notch operation! The Barn at Stoney Hills venue is the perfect place for a modern rustic themed wedding. We had our wedding here July 12, 2025 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The site is absolutely gorgeous and it really felt luxurious! Joni and her team are absolute wonderful people and they do a great job with the venue and making sure our wedding was perfect. Joni also offers really great wedding vendor recommendations that we took advantage of! Our wedding truly felt like a dream!! One of the things we loved the most about The Barn at Stoney Hills was that we got to rent the venue for a whole weekend (Friday-Sunday). This aloud us to have our grooms dinner on site the night before the wedding and we got to spend quality time with all of our friends and family. The house on site is perfect for large wedding party’s to stay the night and not have to worry about getting hotel rooms. We can’t say enough good things about The Barn At Stoney Hills! Be prepared if you tour the place, you will absolutely fall in love with it and it’s so easy to envision your wedding day there. Joni and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with, they are there for whatever you need and questions you may have during the planning process and the wedding day. The bridal suite is absolutely perfect, it is the perfect place to get ready and spend time with your girls. The guys also really enjoyed spending time in the grooms sweet. The barn itself is so beautiful, you don’t need a lot of additional decor then the stuff that they allow you to use as the barn is beautiful how it is. We got many great comments from friends and family how amazing the venue was, how it was nice to even just sit outside and enjoy the grounds. All we can say is WOW. The Barn at Stoney Hills was our literal DREAM venue. Not only is the Barn itself stunning but so is the entire property! Everything is so elegant and clean. Joni and the team were amazing to work with and quickly attended to all our questions/requests. They truly made our wedding weekend perfect to the T. It was incredibly convenient having the venue for the entire weekend and being able to use all their wedding amenities like table clothes, center pieces, etc. Not to mention allowing any vendors that we desired was AMAZING. We had around 275 guests and all of them raved about how absolutely stunning the venue was. The most amazing venue ever!!
The Barn at Stoney Hills is truly a one-of-a-kind venue for your special day. It provides a beautiful barn, the most amazing sunsets, but most importantly the room to comfortably have all of your favorite people there to celebrate with you. The venue is run by the best and most professional, loving, and caring owners and staff that provide you with the opportunity to make your day special to you and your significant other. Great wedding Venue
We had a beautiful wedding at The Barn at Stoney Hills. The place is absolutely beautiful, many photo opportunities, places to get married at, etc. I loved the fact that we were able to spend the whole weekend there. From the grooms dinner to Sunday when we were able to wake up at our leisure load up our stuff and head for home. Loads of opportunities with getting married at this place. Amazing venue
The Barn at Stoney Hills was the most magical and accommodating venue! If you are looking for a BEAUTIFUL and personal venue to get married, look no further. I had so much faith in The Barn at Stoney Hills that I confirmed with a deposit before I even toured. For starters, this venue offers a three-day timeline where you can utilize the entire property for setting up early, having your rehearsal dinner on site, and giving yourself time to enjoy what is going on around you. They have TONS of free to use décor, including hundreds of electric candles to use at your disposal, which saved me money. They do not require any particular vendors, so you are free to pick and choose who you please. I could rave about the details they offered that made it the perfect venue for hours, but to keep it shorter, here is a list…
- There is room for up to 25 people to stay on the property and it feels like a little resort get away.
- Every building is air-conditioned here, which may seem obvious, but there are a shocking number of venues that are not.
- There are three outdoor locations to get married and two beautiful indoor locations, so if you are afraid of bad weather ruining your outdoor wedding, you don’t need to worry because your backup plan will be just as beautiful.
- The property has insanely gorgeous places to take photos. My favorites included the bridge by the fountain and the pond. We used their rowboat to take photos at sunset!
- There are several beautiful long wooden tables and chairs to use.
- Speaker system in the venue.
- Outdoor fire tables and fire pits.
- The chandeliers!!!
- You may arrange your tables in whatever manner you like.
- There is a full-sized kitchen for the caterers.
- The bar is adorable, and you can supply your own alcohol if you are not selling it. Or you hire a catered bar staff to supply open or cash bar.
- Did I mention the DÉCOR free to use!
- There is a lofted upper floor to the venue.
- Two golf carts to use around the property.
- Again…the bridal and grooms suite are amazing and very spacious.
Finally, the last thing that sold me on this venue was the people who own it. Joni and Randy were wonderful to work with and anyone can see the amount of love and work they have poured into this venue. I could not recommend this venue enough to couples who are looking for a beautiful place to get married.

The Barn at Stoney Hills made our dream wedding come to life. Joni and Randy were incredible from beginning to end, with consistent communication, vendor recommendations, decorations, and an incredibly welcoming experience. My husband and I didn't want our day to feel rushed and the almost all-inclusive weekend package at the Barn allowed us to enjoy every moment as best as we could. Joni and Randy along with their team, made it their goal to ensure our weekend was filled with ease and beauty and LOVE. We don't have a single bad thing to say about this venue and its team. September 2024 Wedding
We had our wedding at The Barn at Stoney Hills in September of 2024. We absolutely loved our entire wedding experience with this venue and would HIGHLY recommend the barn to anyone!
The grounds of the venue are absolutely immaculate! We had our ceremony site at North Point on the property and it was just breathtaking! From the barn itself, ceremony site, and all the photo ops it made for some amazing wedding pictures! They even have a row boat that you can take into the pond which makes for a beautiful picture! A major plus of this venue is that you get to enjoy the property for the full weekend of your wedding. This was a huge determining factor for us to pick this venue because of the extra time we got to spend with family and friends. It also was a huge plus so we could have the grooms dinner on Friday at the property and have the opportunity to have our wedding party all stay on site in the farm house so we could all be together! Another awesome feature of the barn is the endless amount of decorations that are included in the cost which are so beautiful!
Joni and Randy and their staff are absolutely AMAZING! We had Casie as our day of wedding coordinator and she was awesome! When we arrived at the barn on Friday she went through any little questions we had and was available throughout the day to assist. On Saturday (day of wedding), she checked in multiple times to see if there was anything she could do to help. Joni was absolutely amazing as well! She checked in multiple times through out the weeks and even months before the wedding and she is the sweetest person!
On our wedding day, our guests could not get enough of the landscape and property of The Barn at Stoney Hills. We had multiple people comment to us that, “this place is absolutely amazing,” and that “there will never be another wedding we go to as beautiful as here.”

We had our wedding at The Barn at Stoney Hill. We couldn’t have found a better match! The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. Always willing to answer your questions. Our day went so smoothly, even all weekend. We are so honored and glad that we got to use there beautiful space for our wedding! The memories will last a life time! I couldn't recommend this venue more. The owners were so nice to work with and didn't upcharge you for anything. They truly value you and your relationship. My favorite part was you get the whole venue for the entire weekend, including any decorations they have on hand, which is quite a bit. My wedding party and family stayed on site from Friday - Sunday which allowed me to spend more quality time with my family and friends. You also get to bring in all your vendors which saves a lot of money in food and drinks. The location is absolutely gorgeous, allowing for the most perfect photos. My husband and I stumbled upon The Barn at Stoney Hills from a google search for weekend-long wedding venue rentals and we're so glad we did! Our May 2022 wedding turned out exactly as we envisioned with all of our closet friends and family being able to spend the entire weekend together at the venue with us and all our friends and relatives coming on Saturday to celebrate our wedding with us. What really makes The Barn at Stoney Hills stand out is all the thought and detail they've put into the venue and all of the equipment and decor that is included with the rental. They have so much awesome decor that is yours to use!! I loved being able to come up Friday morning and set everything up with the help of my family and friends and being able to have the rehearsal dinner right on site followed by yard games and a campfire with smores. The owners are so friendly, helpful and accommodating, Joni even ran out Friday night before our wedding to get the cord we needed to hook our laptop up to the TVs for our slideshow! We loved having the whole property to ourselves for the weekend and being able to set it up just how we wanted. This venue was a dream! My husband and I got married in August and it was worth EVERY PENNY. Having a place for your whole bridal party to stay makes your wedding day turn into a stress free wedding weekend! it was so nice to have all our bridal party and close family on the grounds for grooms dinner the night before the wedding. Being able to decorate the night before is so much less stressful. It was the best weekend ever! The staff is so friendly and helpful in setting up all the ceremony seating. A magical place to have your wedding.
My husband and I got married at the barn in July of 2022. We absolutely loved our experience working with the great crew at the barn.
The staff at the barn were kind, courteous, and timely in their responses. They allowed us to come visit the barn three times prior to our wedding. They also have all the decorations you could possibly need. The decor they have is organized and easy to find what you're looking for. That being said the venue is stunning on it's own and needs little if no decor.
The barn at stoney hills is beyond a wedding venue. It is a destination wedding in a sense. The entire wedding party is able to stay on the grounds Friday-Sunday. We had our rehearsal dinner on site Friday night and enjoyed the fire pits that the venue has to offer. It was truly a magical experience getting to spend the entire day before our wedding with all of our loved ones all staying on the same grounds.
The wedding venue itself it stunning. The grounds are kept immaculate. There was rain on the day of our wedding all morning, so we were up in the air of where our ceremony would take place. The entire crew at stoney hills was beyond gracious working with us to "wait out the rain". We did end up switching ceremony sites from our original plan but let me tell you, it was even better than we could have imagined.
The kitchen in the barn is great for catering services. They have all of the basic equipment. They have huge fridges to place the food in. Which is great seeing as how far out they are from whoever is supplying the food.
Our experience at the barn at stoney hills was magical. We recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. Also they allowed our dog to come on the grounds and partake in the wedding - huge bonus.The Barn at Stoney Hills's reply:

Amazing Venue & Staff - Full Weekend Wedding
I have nothing but the best things to say about our experience working with the Barn at Stoney Hills for our May wedding. It was an absolute dream - the Hamsons and all the staff bent over backwards to give us the most perfect weekend.
One of the best parts of this venue is the full weekend offering. We arrived Friday to set up which I was SO thankful for! I had a few friends help and we got to relax the entire rest of the day, host rehearsal and grooms dinner on-site, and had so much more time to relax the next morning without scrambling before the ceremony. Our favorite memory of the whole weekend was being able to spend quality time with our family and friends for longer than you get to at a lot of normal venue locations. It was incredibly special.
I used quite a bit of the decor provided by the venue and didn't need to rent or buy much of anything. They provide so many pictures, layouts and checklists ahead of time, and offer enough beds for about 25 people to stay onsite (party & S/Os, family, etc). We hired a day-of coordinator, but honestly with all that Joni and their venue coordinator who is there day-of helped me coordinate ahead of time, she said she got bored!
There are three different outdoor spots for your ceremony - we decided to do our ceremony right outside the Barn and it was beautiful. All of our vendors and guests said it was one of the most beautiful, easy to work with venues and we could not agree more.
Additionally, there are a decent number of hotels, motels, resorts and airbnbs nearby (closest is about 20 minutes) and our guests were all able to find places that worked best for them.
Outside of all of this, I wish I could describe in words how kind, thoughtful and generous Joni and Randy are. You can tell how passionate they are about making your weekend a dream. My husband and I would recommend The Barn to anyone and everyone and I hope to visit again SOON for another wedding!!The Barn at Stoney Hills's reply:

The Barn at Stony Hills is Amazing!!!
We were so fortunate to be able to book a weekend at the barn for our son’s wedding. This venue exceeded our expectations in all aspects. I do not know of any other place around like this. We moved in on Friday and held the rehearsal dinner on site. Great grilling station right outside the back door of the barn. The wedding party stayed at the farmhouse and did not have the expense of a hotel. The fall colors at the farm were stunning and the staff had been covering flowers to prevent them from freezing. The photographer was able to get amazing outdoor pictures. The farmhouse and barn are in mint condition and everything is extremely clean. However the best comments are for the owners Randy and Joni and the venue manager Staci. They are the sweetest people and they truly care about their guests. They were very thorough in making us feel at home for the weekend and attending to our every need. Anything we wanted or needed, they were right on it. For example when we thought we were running out of beverage cups, Staci drove to the nearest town and got cups and did not let us pay for them. They also helped with our technology needs. They have beautiful linens and decorations that are included in the weekend package . I highly recommend this best kept secret in central Minnesota. Thank you Randy, Joni and Staci. -

I can’t say enough good things about this venue, we we’re allowed to set-up, rehearse, and host our rehearsal dinner on site the day before. There are atleast 3 ceremony spaces to choose from and more to accommodate bad weather, each with its own arch and scenic views of the landscapes so you'll get amazing photos without having to leave the property. Chairs are provided for the ceremony and chairs, tables, and linens are provided for the reception spaces. They do have some decor you can utilize aswell. One of my favorite parts being a cosmetologist was the included separate bridal and groom suites, with salon chairs and mirrors for all of your bridemaids. It makes the getting ready process so much easier and is beautiful for pics. The option to choose all your own vendors within your budget (including catering), but also the knowledge from the barns crew on who they have worked with in the past that they recommend is so useful. The barn is just absolutely the most beautiful venue I’ve ever been too and we couldn’t get enough good word from all our guests . They still talk about how stunning it is months later. Our experience with the staff was perfect they make the whole wedding planning process so much easier and are willing to help in any way they can. Not only do you have access to the barn you have the choice of three different outdoor locations for your ceremony. Something unique about the barn is that it will give you free rein to work with whatever vendors you like, making your wedding day truly your own and very personal. The Perfect Place
We had such an awesome experience at The Barn for our wedding ceremony & reception. It was the perfect weekend. We loved how hands off the venue was to allow us to create whatever experience we wanted for our guests - ex. where our ceremony took place, what vendors we used, how things were set up, etc. We barely noticed their presence unless we needed something. If we did need anything they were so accommodating and friendly to work with. The grounds & bridal suite/house were meticulously kept - they sprayed for bugs the morning before our wedding & we had no issues! This venue is everything you could ever want and more! The venue itself is stunning, and the acreage is just the cherry on top. If you are planning on having your wedding here, I recommend booking the entire weekend so you can soak up all of the time at this beautiful venue with your closest friends and family. My husband and I recently got married here (July 2021) and our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was. They asked 'How did you find this place?' and we simply responded 'We got so lucky'. Every single aspect of the barn was well thought out both inside and outside for people to enjoy and stay awhile. My husband and I picked to tour this venue last on our list as we knew we were going to fall in love with it, and that is exactly what happened from the moment we stepped out of our car and saw first hand just how jaw-dropping beautiful this place was. From the initial tour, to other random visits to help with planning, to our final big day- the crew at The Barn at Stoney Hills is simply amazing. Joni and Randy are some of the most genuine people in the entire world and were there every step of the way to make sure our special day was everything we wanted and more. I mean, to open your entire home and property for the entire wedding season truly shows their hearts of gold. They even allow your dogs to stay the weekend too! Olivia and Paytin (the wedding planner/coordinators) were more than willing to answer any questions or help us out whenever we needed. The bridal/groomsmen suite is another amazing plus to this venue- soooo gorgeous! Our wedding party enjoyed getting ready and having fun in the building before the ceremony. The property has so many different sceneries to capture the most perfect pictures/videos to look back on. Another bonus is you get to pick all your own vendors which was such a nice option to have. I honestly could go on and on and on about how AMAZING this venue and the people that run it is, but I'm sure my fingers would get tired of typing so much. Wow! I cannot say enough positive things about this wedding venue! My husband and I recently had our wedding here (May 2021) and it was without a doubt the best day of our lives. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The barn is built with every last wedding detail in mind from the bars (both inside and outside), outdoor fireside tables and more to the accompanying bridal and grooms suites along with a full barn house for the wedding party, this venue truly has everything! As if that isn't enough the actual property is beautiful! We chose to have our ceremony at one of the several outdoor ceremony sites and it was truly magical. I would recommend this venue to anyone. On top of a wonderful venue, the staff at the Barn at Stoney Hills truly feels like an extension of your family. Not only were they incredibly helpful the weekend of the wedding, they were also extremely helpful in the months and even year leading up to the wedding. They were all very responsive (same day responses!) and were so encouraging throughout the process. I never felt stressed and knew that they were going to do everything they could to help make our day as special as possible. Lastly, another great feature is they allow you to use their many decor items! This allowed us to save money and still create a beautiful wedding setup.
In all sincerity, I cannot imagine a more perfect venue. Joni, Olivia and Randy are all such wonderful people and are in the business of making dreams come true!

The Barn at Stoney Hills was magical for our wedding. The owners care about your wedding as if it was their own. Joni was available at all hours to answer questions and get ideas. The venue is awn absolute dream! I received so many compliments from my guests and across the board they said it was they best wedding they have been too. If I could do it all over, I would do everything the exact same!When I left the venue I actually cried because I was sad I would probably never see it again since we live 2 hours away. Our wedding at The Barn was a dream come true! The natural beauty is second to none and the venue design is incredible. Our entire wedding day was country fairytale!
Our large wedding party fit perfectly in the spacious and gorgeous suites. Both the ladies and guys felt so relaxed while getting ready. The ladies side has several lighted mirrors and multiple wall outlets which made getting ready a total breeze. And believe me, the groomsmen were thrilled to have a game table to play around with eachother. All these little touches this venue offers make each part of the day that much better!
The archway up on the North Point ceremony location was so pretty - overlooking the water with all the beautiful colors while saying our vows to eachother, picture perfect.
And the barn!!! Everyone reading this, you will just love the barn! Its the perfect blend of rustic, elegant, airy, and grand.
The care that Joni and Randy put into our day was above and beyond. I cannot say enough how nice, kind, and accommodating they were!! From beginning to end they made sure all was well for us! My husband and I would definitely recommend the Hamson's and their venue to anyone! We loved every moment there!The Barn at Stoney Hills's reply:

The Barn at Stoney Hills is honestly the most beautiful venue that I have seen. It is simply stunning. Before my fiance & I booked our wedding here, Joni & Randy were so kind to let us take our engagement photos on sight. One look around & we fell in love with the entire place. The venue is kept picture perfect and the care & attention to detail the Hamson's put into it is very apparent. The engagment photos were gorgeous, our photagrapher called it "a venue dream come true for photos". So many pretty areas for capturing memories - the barn, wood bridge, pond, just to name a few! There are several locations to choose from for the ceremony (each one is lovely) & indoor options for unfriendly weather. The inside is breathtaking with its rustic country look, so open and airy! We have felt so blessed to have this be the place we marry & cannot wait to celebrate our wedding here!The Barn at Stoney Hills's reply:

Absolutely Amazing
My wife Mackenzie and I were married here during the Summer of 2019. WOW. Randy and Joni went above and beyond during every step of the way - and I mean every step.
We didn't know what to expect when booking a venue, but we felt like immediate family when working with The Barn at Stoney Hills. Our guests felt at home during the entire day and the comments we got on the property / venue were incredible! The entire day and planning experience from start to finish was amazing.
If you're thinking about booking your day here, I'd recommend doing it fast. Once the word gets out about this place - finding a date will be tough. We were SO lucky to get in.

A Magical Experience
Venue & staff were God-Sent.
If you are looking to have the most magical wedding, look no more. Here it is. First of all, the land that the venue sits on is stunning. 400-something acres of beautiful woodland and rolling hills make for amazing photo backdrops. There is a house on site available to rent that makes it so convenient for your VIP guests. Their grooms quarters and bridal suit for getting ready in are to die for. This venue has a few options for ceremony sites. Depending on the weather will determine where your ceremony is. One option is, you can get married on the top of a hill overlooking miles of beauty. Another is with woodland as a backdrop for woodsy vibe. If you have rain or snow, the inside of the venue is all new chandeliers with wood and beauty all over. Which brings us to the venue. We booked this venue out of good faith. It wasn’t even completed fully when we booked but we thank God that we did because it exceeded our expectations. The owners Joni and Randy are the nicest couple. We loved having Joni there to help things run smoothly throughout our wedding day. She helped so much behind the scenes. The venue is breathtaking. Every detail has been though of, from having their own ice machine, to the beautiful tables and chairs they provide, to the keg urinals in the men’s bathroom. Their are stunning chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, large retractable garage doors, huge clean prep kitchen, propane lit tables for guests to sit around, and also have a 2 fire pits. The cherry that tops it all, they don’t have strict catering or alcohol rules. Meaning, they will let you pick out who you wish for your caterer. Which seems like such a minor detail but actually makes the biggest difference. Some venues don’t give you this option and you’re stuck with a bum caterer. Not this place! Pick you you’d like. Although, if you are indecisive, they have a few suggestions to choose from. I’m telling you, get married here! Our weekend was so magical. The Barn at Stoney Hills was God’s plan for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and couple that owns this venue. A million stars, infinity awards, and unlimited likes and loves for this wonderful venue! -

During the stressful yet exciting time of searching for wedding venues I was thrilled when I first found the Barn at Stoney Hills. Even though it was in the process of being built I knew that this was a magical place. First off the property is gorgeous. But I could not in my wildest dreams imagine how perfect it would turn out! The barn is crafted in such a beautiful way and is absolutely AMAZING!!! Our wedding day was a dream come true! 6/22/19
Randy and Joni are such a beautiful couple and so down to earth. They were a joy to work with and truly made our day so special (thank you guys).

I could not say enough positive things about The Barn at Stoney Hills or the owners, Joni and Randy. This place's natural beauty is the perfect backdrop for capturing the special moments on your wedding day, then the barn and onsite facilities truly complement with chic and rustic touches. We stayed onsite all weekend, which provided so much convenience for family and our bridal party! We hosted our Groom's Dinner in the courtyard the evening before, and were able to bring our own food and drinks. For the wedding day, the bridal suite is absolutely lovely with plenty of room for the whole party to get ready. We had our hair stylist and make up artist come onsite which worked perfectly. The venue offers multiple locations for the ceremony to best fit what the bride and groom envision for that special moment of exchanging vows. Joni and Randy didn't miss a beat when designing this venue and were readily available and responsive during the planning process, as well as the wedding weekend. We were able to make the day what we always dreamed and I am so very thankful I found this location! -

The Barn at Stoney Hills was everything I could have hoped and dreamed for. I am a relatively rustic/outdoors type of guy and my wife certainly falls on the other side of the spectrum. Somehow this venue was able to provide everything that we BOTH wanted. The ceremony site was beautiful as we overlooked wetlands, fields, and trees. It was simple and charming. Then we were able to transition into the actual building for the reception. The Barn has all the perfect touches and attention to detail. Owners, Randy and Joni have a knack for knowing just what brides and grooms are looking for and were able to create a venue that will make lasting memories for not only the couples lucky enough to book their big day there but also all those attending the weddings and celebrating with the couples!
I 100% recommend this venue! I have been able to get one other couple to go out and look - they booked a date in 2020 at the Barn! -

The Barn at Stoney Hills is an AMAZING venue to get married at with multiple locations to say your vows and always a back up plan if the weather isn’t cooperating. The barn house for guests to stay in and the on site camping available the night of your event was a huge hit. Joni and Randy truly thought of every detail when designing this wedding destination and were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the planning process and the weekend of our wedding. We are almost a month out from our wedding date and friends and family are still talking about how awesome it was and we have a few couples that attended our wedding looking into having there’s at the same location. The most beautiful, fun venue with the sweetest and most helpful venue owners.
The Barn at Stoney Hills was an incredible venue for a multitude of reasons. Joni and Randy are the sweetest couple and were there to help us with every question and request that we had along the way. They offer up their large home on the property to be used for the wedding party to stay in all weekend. Having our crew together for the weekend made it so much more fun and relaxing. The bridal and grooms suites that are right next to the house are amazing. Our parties of 12 fit perfectly in the suites for getting ready. The girls had room for hair and make up stylists to come in and the boys had room for games and lounging in such a nice setting. The Barn is breath taking inside and out. We had 240 guests fit so nicely. Having the garage doors open up at the end of the night to extend the dance floor our towards the outside bar and bonfire created such a great flow. The whole property is picturesque, the owners are beyond sweet and the ceremony site options are beautiful. We couldn't have had more fun and are ready to go back! -

Hands down we had the best day of our lives thanks to Joni and Randy. The absolutely beautiful and brand new venue that they have built is perfect for any wedding. From the hilltop alter overlooking rolling hills and ponds, professionally decorated bride & groom suites (equipped with makeup mirrors, salon chair, full size multi faceted mirror for the final product), golf carts and reception barn (including rustic farm tables, linens, decor, it goes on and on) - they cut no corners. The responsiveness and help provided by Joni and Randy on our wedding day (from sound checking everything and even down to finding a rose gold safety pin in a pinch!!) is second to none. If you are looking for a venue that offfers it all and then some all while allowing your imagination to run crazy with a do it yourself style of food/beverage/decor (without the added costs!!!!) and that your friends will not stop raving about you have to see the barn at Stoney hills (after one visit you will fall in love). -

We rented the barn for a Friday wedding and everything was perfect! We were able to go in and decorate on Thursday and drop off anything else we needed for Friday. Friday morning we arrived at the barn to start hair and makeup for the girls and the guys arrived early in the afternoon to get ready in the grooms suite. We received nothing but compliments from all the vendors, as well as our guests, on how beautiful everything was. It was truly a magical experience and Randy and Joni were always readily available if needed and stepped in to help when needed. Such a great time for everyone involved! I would not only recommend the one day rental but if you’re able too - I would highly recommend renting for the weekend so you can enjoy everything they have to offer and really take it all in. -

Rustic, Elegant, Scenic Barn Venue
Joni and the staff at The Barn at Stoney Hills are amazing to work with. They were quick to answer any questions we had leading up to our wedding day. The barn, suites, and farm house were gorgeous and well taken care of and the grounds are immaculately cared for. They have decor that you can use, multiple ceremony sites, and spots for campers. We were able to have our entire bridal party stay with us for the whole weekend on site. The ability to have the venue for the whole weekend made everything stress free.
