We could not have asked for a better venue. Their all inclusive package cannot be beat. They provide decor, day of coordinator, planner, caterer, desserts, DJ & more. The grounds are beautiful. The location is perfect, so close to everything which made planning our rehearsal & lodging so easy. The staff is incredible. From the young men who opened the barn doors for my entrance, the planner, Theresa, to our Coordinator Hector, we could not have asked for more. They were amazingly kind, helpful & kept our day running perfectly. 10/10 absolutely loved the Barn @ Crescent Lake! -

Super easy and many of my friends commented on how not stressed I was during the planning process. They have decor nights where you are able to test out your designs or get ideas of your own. Great relationships with vendors. All are amazing. Made our wedding a very special and stress free! Thank you! -

Her organization and calm leadership kept everything running smoothly. She was the brains of the beautiful madness, and it was perfect . Hector and Theresa made one of my biggest dreams come true, without a single ounce of stress. I never had to worry about a thing. In fact, before I could even think of something that might go wrong, Hector and Theresa had already handled it with grace and precision. Hector’s intuition and foresight are unmatched. But what truly sets Hector apart is his attitude and genuine love for what he does. You can feel it in every interaction, every detail, every smile. We had our dream wedding at The Barn at Crescent Lake, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we toured the venue to the final send-off at the end of our wedding day, everything was perfect. The Barn is an absolutely stunning location — the rustic charm, beautiful lake views, and the overall ambiance made it the ideal setting for our celebration.
But what truly made our wedding day extraordinary was the amazing team at The Barn, especially Theresa and Hector. Theresa was incredibly organized, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. She helped us with every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked, and she was always there to answer any questions we had. The barn also hosts "Design Nights" where you get to pick out everything in person, pick colors, decor, etc.
As for Hector, he went above and beyond in every possible way. He was a rockstar on our wedding day, ensuring that everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. Whether it was coordinating with our vendors, managing the timeline, or calming any nerves, Hector took care of it all with such grace and professionalism. He was always a step ahead, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our day perfect. We are so grateful for his attention to detail and his ability to keep everything flowing smoothly.
Another huge bonus is the list of trusted vendors The Barn provides. We had access to a curated selection of vendors, from photographers to florists to DJs, which made our planning so much easier. We were able to choose from a list of highly recommended, talented professionals who were familiar with the venue, and that gave us added confidence knowing we were in great hands.
The entire team at The Barn at Crescent Lake made us feel like we were the only couple that mattered, and they ensured that our wedding day was exactly what we had envisioned. We truly cannot thank them enough.

My Daughter got married at the Barn at Crescent Lake last month. We visited this venue in May and booked it immediately. The property is beautiful and the staff was so helpful. With the help of Theresa and Hector my Daughter's dream wedding came to life. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. Everyone at the Barn was so helpful and pleasant. From the moment I toured the venue to the big day itself, the staff went above and beyond to make my day unforgettable. The venue is stunning, and the team’s attention to detail is unmatched. Hector was incredible, ensuring everything ran seamlessly on the day, and Teresa went out of her way to add a meaningful touch—a single yellow flower in memory of my brother—at the last minute. Their kindness, flexibility, and exceptional customer service made me feel like the most important person every time I worked with them. I couldn't recommend this place more! We were married on 6.14.24 and it truly was the best day of our lives. The staff were phenomenal (s/o Hector who is the best day of coordinator out there!) and all of the vendors were great & easy to work with. The venue location is absolutely stunning and you'll love your photos. Everything went so smoothly, including set up/decorations/food etc. We barely had to lift a finger! We received so many compliments and are beyond thrilled with our choice in venue. -

The bent over backwards!
I loved everything about my wedding back in February! I was supposed to get married outside but due to the weather that didn’t happen but they rushed to make sure that I could still have a beautiful wedding indoors! 12/8/2023 - Wedding
We just got married here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful outdoors on the lake and inside the Barn was open with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. There is plenty of parking. It was our dream venue and knew after the first visit this was it! So thankful for Theresa the wedding coordinator she is so friendly and was so helpful throughout the planning process. Hector our day of coordinator was exceptional. He managed our family and friends during the rehearsal so everyone knew their part and where we were going for a seamless ceremony. I came with all of our special touches for the wedding and walked him through all the details. He ensured nothing was missed. He even made sure we stopped and ate. Theresa and Hector were so responsive prior to and even after our wedding. We would recommend this venue to host any event thanks to Theresa and Hector. -

We only had 6 months to plan and the wedding planner and coordinator were so helpful in making sure everything got done with ease. 03.16.23 was truly the best day ever and the wedding of my dreams. The Barn at Crescent Lake was the very first venue we toured and was the one we fell in love with. We had the classic package and I absolutely love that all the decor was included. Justine was amazing and truly helped my vision come to life along the way. She is very accommodating and great with communication. Hector did an amazing job with our rehearsal and put so much thought into every detail to make our day perfect. Both Hector and Justine came and checked on me morning of at the bridal cabin and truly handled every detail just as I imagined. The service was amazing and our family had the most amazing time. We got married at the barn on 3/25/23. It was the most magical day of our lives, thanks entirely to the care and support provided to us by our coordinators Hector and Justine. They made every minor (inevitable) hiccup manageable, they catered to the groom and I way more than we expected and with all the trust and autonomy we gave them on the finishing details, we were beyond elated with the outcome. Justine communicated With me at every turn, replied to texts at all times of day and night for over a year and never made me feel overwhelming or annoying with my questions. If we had it to do all over again, we’d have picked the same place and done it exactly the same all over again. So many thanks to their team for making the best day of our lives so easy and stress free. -

Unbelievably beautiful.
My Husband and I just got married here this past Saturday- I don’t think I have enough words to describe the beauty this place truly holds. Justine & Hector were so unbelievably accommodating, supportive and kind throughout this whole journey. They all really made us feel as if the Venue was made just for our day. They really went to bat when it came down to weather and even went the extra mile to set up both outside and inside just to make sure we had the most perfect day no matter rain or shine.
I can’t recommend this Venue enough- especially if you’re looking for somewhere that offers in house decor/signage/furniture/DJ/florist/cake/catering the options are endless! They really do everything they can to perfect the details big and small. We are so beyond grateful 🤍 -

Amazing!!!
All I can say is I’m so thankful for all the staff that helped make our dream wedding come alive! Justine and hector made me crack up the whole day and night when I was nervous they made sure I was taken care of the DJ Keith was also the best! Just got married here this past Saturday, Dec 3rd!! The Barn is beautiful and the property is beyond gorgeous. The staff at BACL are amazing! Justine and Hector truly are awesome and were absolutely the best and made everything perfect!! They both are so good at what they do! Our day/night went flawless. Everything ran perfect and on time. Our guests had an amazing time and we had a blast! Cannot thank everyone who is involved at BACL enough! Highly recommend! -

Our brunch wedding was perfect! We had such a great experience and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Worked with Justine up until the wedding and then Hector as well for the day of. Everything went out without a hitch and they truly exceeded all expectations and took the pressure off of me. The only thing I would remark on that would have made the experience better would be expectations, 4 days before the wedding I was told the contingency plan for rain (which was likely) was not what I was told it would be when we booked the venue and also that there would be kids there on field trips and birthday party's. This was upsetting as it was never previously mentioned until the week of the wedding. Everything did end up working out so I don't have any complaints just thought other brunch wedding people might want to know these details in case you are thinking of booking as well! -

Loved our wedding day!
We are over the moon happy with our decision to have our wedding at the barn at crescent lake! They help you organize yourself throughout the planning process to keep you on track, they have so many wonderful decorations on site to help your vision come to life! It was just the perfect venue for my husband and I! There was the lake in the background while still giving the relaxed barn atmosphere. And yes it’s air conditioned another big plus! Something I noted as impressive is they actually had a rain contingency plan of where to move my ceremony- which with Florida’s weather is necessary! Just all around I highly recommend, they made my wedding day stress free and magical! -

Amazing wedding venue!
This wedding venue is amazing and gorgeous! We received so many compliments on our wedding and many people said it’s the best wedding they’ve been to. The coordinators made sure the day ran smoothly and made sure everything was set up beautifully.
I do want to say that we had 4 different wedding coordinators through the venue from the time we booked it to the day of the wedding. We were never really told about this either. Each time, it was a surprise. Luckily, they keep everything in a file and are always on top of everything so this didn’t affect us too much. I did, however, provide a diagram of the seating chart and that was not followed so my poor grandparents and mom were basically in a corner but in the grand scheme of things, that didn’t matter at all. We still had an amazing day. I only mention this if you are a bride that’s a little pickier than I am. One other thing is that the centerpieces I put together with the first wedding coordinator were not what was put on the table. HOWEVER, I loved the centerpieces they did make and thought they were better than what I picked out. So you can absolutely trust this venue to make your wedding beautiful.
Overall, I’d recommend to all my family and friends! It was worth being pretty much stress free because they take care of so much stuff for you! :)The Barn at Crescent Lake's reply:

I feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to have our wedding at The Barn at Crescent Lake. From the very first time that we toured the venue we fell in love with the beautiful scenery, and the wonderful and accommodating staff that helped us plan along the entire way. The coordinators were great to work with and were very flexible and helping ensure that we had everything that we dreamed of for our special day. It was so easy to communicate with the coordinator and ensure everything was lined up the way we wanted it on our wedding day. I was able to focus on getting myself and my bridal party ready on our wedding day and I was truly able to enjoy the entire experience, rather than worrying about all the details, I knew the coordinator and staff had it taken care of. I can’t say enough great things about all of the staff at The Barn at Crescent Lake, and really appreciate all that they did to ensure that our big day was perfect. My husband and I are so thankful to their entire team and would recommend anyone to get married at this absolutely gorgeous venue, you won’t be disappointed! The wedding coordinator, Lisa, and her crew were amazing! If anyone had communication problems recently, the other girl in charge unfortunately had to take a leave because of her pregnancy.. yes we stressed but they have it under control and worked out perfect snd smoothly! They know what they are doing!

Well I don’t know where to start. We were scheduled to get married July 4th 2020. Then one week prior to our day Covid 19 Ordinance by our governor required the venue we were using to shut down because they were considered a “Bar” . So I the groom go into panic mode. I made probably a 100 calls and sent emails for 24 hours trying to find a place. I had no. Luck at all. Well then i run across The Barn at Crescent Lake. I sent a desperate message through their website. Within 1 hour the owner Ralph Calls me. He tells me that they would like to help make our special day happen. He worked with us and went out of his way to get us set up. He then put us in contact with Theresa. The wedding coordinator. Well well well. I cannot express how much Theresa helped.. We met her on Sunday for a property tour. Absolutely Beautiful Property. She then told us to come in on /Monday to go over the specifics of what we wanted, what she recommended and so forth. She also got the contact info from us for our vendors which we already had. Theresa got in touch with all our vendors to go over the details of when and where they could set up etc .. Theresa called or texted me every day to give updates and to see if we had any concerns/questions. Then comes the day!! We arrived when we were told too. The Groom gets his own ac man cave and the Bride got a house for her and the girls across the lake. I wont go into all the details but i will tell you 2 things. For one Ralph the owner came over right before i was to go down the aisle and introduced himself and to make sure i was happy and everything was as planned. Theresa busted her butt all day long to make sure everything was perfect. And it was. Thank you Barn at Crescent Lake for being our savior. And as much stress i went through , I’m glad i did because this venue was just sooooo Amazing!!!!! -

This was the most amazing wedding a girl could ask for. Everyone kept saying don’t worry if something goes wrong or isn’t right, you’ll be the only one that knows. That wasn’t the case for my once in a lifetime wedding, everything went flawlessly. Theresa, the coordinator, played a huge role in this and took care of everything, and I mean everything. She was the best thing that could have happened to us for our big day. Everyone said that the barn was breathtaking and that they had such an amazing time. The venue was nice. I just loved how it turned out. I am a very visual person so not being able to see it set up prior was a clutter difficult for me. But it turned out amazing everyone bragged about how good it looked. The staff were in top of everything the whole night. There were no worries or stress on me. I really enjoyed myself! Absolutely Amazing!
I could not have asked for a better venue. When we toured the Barn/farm and saw the view we just knew we wanted our special day to be there.
The set up of the ceremony overlooking the lake was beautiful. The day of our wedding the weather couldn’t have been more perfect! 80, light breeze and not a cloud in the sky.
Theresa made it very easy to sit and go over all the tiny details of what we were looking for. Hector and the rest of the staff did wonderful putting everything together and keeping us right on track.
The reception went smoothly and was a great time! Our Dj Justin kept the music and party going. The food from Vesh was delicious 😋
We could not have asked for a more perfect day to become husband and wife!! Thank you to everyone for making our day so special. -

OMG! Where do I start?!?!? We booked our date a year and two months out. The Barn provided updates in a professional manner. Justine and her crew provided top notch service the day of our wedding. If anything occured pertaining to our day we did not know about it. Justine saved the day when we forgot our wedding license. She left the venue to search for it. Everything went smoothly. Our wedding was the best wedding I had ever been to- we had such an amazing day. This venue has a newly renovated ceremony and reception site, giving it an elegant touch.
Huge shoutout to our day of coordinator Hector- this man absolutely loves what he does. He truly just wants the bride and groom to have the best day and will never make you feel awkward for any special requests. We booked our venue without seeing bridal suite due to it being occupied by anther bride- and when I shared this with Hector at a bridal show hosted at the venue, he was quick to buggy us there to show us. I will never forget that.
My only gripes with the reception space is the supporting pillars on the dance floor. It made it difficult for guests to watch first dances and not bump into them during the dancing portion. I would also consider providing cool sunglasses to guests for the outside ceremony, as we didn’t realize our guests would be blinded by the sun. These are not necessarily “docks” on the venue; however, it is good to know for prospecting couples.
We also felt we were being nickled and dimed for basic upgrades like wedding arches and chargers. I did appreciate that they provided a military promo to help cover it. I highly recommend getting the diamond package as it ends up paying for itself. They will not let you upgrade to that package if a lower tiered is already contracted. -

There were a few ups and downs in the months leading up to the wedding, considering we had gone through 3 different wedding planners up until 2 months before the wedding. We are unsure why this happened but regardless each planner was very responsive & helpful during the process.
Other than that, we had an overall good experience with the venue & would recommend them to future couples! -

We got married on 1.21.22 and we could not be happier with choosing the Barn at Crescent Lake as our venue. The entire planning process was easy and seamless. The day of coordinator was AMAZING and made everything go exactly how we wanted it. We had so many guests raving about how beautiful the property was and how it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to! Brandon Sent on 08/06/2025Old McMicky’s Farm canceled our wedding. Then tried to silence us. When that didn’t work, they tried to smear us.
We booked this venue over a year in advance. We’re a queer, neurodivergent couple who approached wedding planning with care, clarity, and respect. But four months before the big day, they canceled on us — suddenly, without warning, without a phone call, and without ever acknowledging the harm they caused.
When we shared our story, they didn’t apologize. They retaliated — with false accusations and public character attacks.
Here’s what actually happened:
Throughout the planning process, we felt quietly “othered.” Heterosexuality was treated as the default. There was no meaningful engagement with us as a queer couple — no effort to make us feel seen or included. That mattered. We weren’t asking for special treatment. We were asking to be treated like we belonged.
Instead of engaging with us, we were repeatedly redirected to their five-star reviews.
When we asked logistical questions and made a reasonable request, we were told “the contract doesn’t allow it.” But we reviewed the contract ourselves and found no such restriction.
Later, both the sales manager and the wedding coordinator admitted they had never even read the contract. That confirmed our growing fear: they were making things up to shut down the conversation.
After that, communication became inconsistent — and then disappeared altogether. For more than a week, during a crucial planning window, we got no response to emails or calls.
We left a final voicemail, calmly and urgently requesting a reply. They never responded. Instead, they canceled our wedding.
No phone call. No meeting. No attempt to repair.
Then they offered us a refund — only if we signed a non-disparagement agreement to stay silent. When we declined, they reversed course and refunded us anyway. That speaks volumes.
Their public response? A character assassination.
Instead of addressing anything we’d raised, they claimed I was “aggressive” and had “confrontations with staff.” That is false.
I was clear. I was direct. And I was respectful. I am also autistic and ADHD — and calling neurodivergent communication “hostile” is not just inaccurate, it’s ableist.
They also vaguely suggested that another venue canceled on us. That never happened. We were never told that. It appears to have been fabricated to discredit us.
Here’s what they still haven’t addressed:
• The silence after I disclosed my accessibility needs
• The contradictions in how they enforced their own contract
• The lack of follow-through on their commitments
• The total breakdown in communication
• Their effort to silence us with a legal agreement
• The emotional harm of losing a wedding we’d spent over a year planning
This experience was deeply damaging. We lost more than a venue — we lost the sense of joy and safety we had while planning our wedding. We had to start over from scratch. We had to tell our families everything fell apart. And then we had to watch ourselves be painted publicly as “difficult” for daring to speak up.
Their contract includes a “non-reliance” clause stating couples cannot rely on any verbal or written representation unless it appears in the contract. That doesn’t protect couples. It protects them — from accountability.
If you’re LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, or simply expect professionalism and transparency: take this seriously.
Read the contract. Ask direct questions. Don’t assume inclusive language means inclusive behavior.
