The Barn 305 was absolutely incredible—truly everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-kept everything was. Every detail felt so intentional, and the space created the perfect atmosphere for such a special day.
The setting itself was stunning and made for the most amazing photos, but what really stood out was how seamlessly everything came together. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. We felt so supported throughout the entire experience.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how much they enjoyed themselves. It honestly exceeded all of our expectations, and we’re so grateful we chose this place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. We would recommend it to anyone without hesitation! -

La Boda de mi Niña
Despues de seguir las redes sociales de varios venues, The Barn 305 fue el escenario escogido para celebrarle a mi niña la boda de sus sueños. Este maravilloso lugar fue el testigo de tanta felicidad y amor, del cariño de 2 hermosas familias k decidieron unirse por medio de esta maravillosa pareja : Laura & William.
Lo recomiendo al 100%, y si quieren alguna coordinadora que les haga de su camino al evento lo mas llevadero , pregunten por Dayami, esa muchacha vale ORO. Con ella de acompañamiento, ningun evento tendra un detalle sin cubrir. Con ella al frente el estres de como quedara la fiesta sera algo diminuto
Considero k los precios estan accesibles. Para todo el deleite que ofrece el Venue, los diferentes escenarios que provocan experiencias independientes para tomar fotos y videos. Desde sus cascadas, sus lagos, la presencia de esos maravillosos cisnes, definitivamente es el lugar perfecto.
La comida ni hablar, exito total. Calientica y las carnes muy suaves y jugosas, todo para deleitar hasta el final , y el servicio de sus meseros fue todo muy profesional
Los Add Ons que tienen disponibles son la magnificiencia al alcanze de todos, pq esa lampara fue mi obsesion desde el primer momento. En fin, creo k todo, absolutamente todo fue como haber vivido un sueño pero real.

We had an amazing experience at The Barn 305. The venue is breathtaking, and the staff made the entire wedding—from start to finish—truly special. We are so glad we chose this spot for our daughter's big day. A huge thank you to our coordinator, Dayami, who really outdid herself; she handled every detail and stayed by our side all night to make sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent, too—it was such a nice touch to have the chef come by the tables to check on our guests! -

Fairy tail wedding
Had the most amazing experience ever!! The place is absolutely beautiful, doesn’t need much to decorate. The scenario has its own waterfalls and nature that makes everything breathtaking!! Food was delicious, all guests were extremely please with all the servings, foods and drinks were served at all times. The whole team did an incredible job. Most of all have to thank Claudia the coordinator, she made sure everything and everyone was done correctly, words are not enough to explain the gratitude I have for everyone who worked together to make this a truly dream come true wedding!! -

This place is beautiful, neat and clean. The grounds are very well kept. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My coordinator was amazing. My guest complemented everything. The event was everything I wish for, the process was smooth from the beginning. -

We just got married less than a week ago at the Barn 305, and it really was the wedding of our dreams! Every vendor they recommended displayed outstanding professionalism and communication. Claudia did a wonderful job with providing suggestions to give us the best day possible and made sure everything ran smoothly. All of our guests and family had a wonderful time and won’t stop glowing about how beautiful everything was! It was the perfect way to begin our new marriage. -

Stunning venue
Absolutely lovely venue. My son's wedding came out spectacular. From the picture perfect sights, to the outstanding service, the food was delicious, the music, just every little detail was perfect. I recommend the Barn 305 for any event 150%! Thank you so much for making this day so perfect!💗 -

Cada detalle del lugar de la boda, casa momento que pasamos, cada foto que son los recuerdos que quedan. El lugar es de sueño, desde la entrada, hasta los baños. Todo está de película, la naturaleza te rodea, y los animales siempre presentes. De verdad que nunca me imaginé que un lugar tan bello con personas tan especiales existiera. Absolutely Stunning
I cannot stress enough how much I absolutely LOVED the Barn 305. Our wedding was September 10, 2022 at the Barn and it was absolutely magical. First of all, every single vendor we worked with of theirs was a delight. The linens, flowers , catering, it was all an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish. Next, Jessica, I cannot stress enough how great Jessica was. Every phone call , email, text, she was with us every step of the way. She was always wonderful to engage with and was so sweet during the last stretch, to me and my family once our rehearsal came. Everyone from the property we talked with, or interacted with was an absolute delight. Last, but DEFINITELY not least, the property is absolutely stunning! There are several cocktail and ceremony areas, a separate bridal and groom suite to get ready in, and a beautiful reception area with wonderful lightening and sound. I have no intention of having to plan another wedding, but if I did, I would definitely choose them again in a heartbeat.The Barn 305's reply:

As a bride, I couldn’t have felt any better about my wedding day. Ivan and his staff were great! They helped me with everything and helped around to make sure my wedding day was at its best. I honestly felt comfort and “stress free” at all times. It was a rainy morning, but that didn’t stop them from making sure everything was on point. They were perfect for our wedding, were constantly working within the venue to make our needs not only work but perfect, and the area is being transformed into something beautiful. The owner really takes pride in his work and location and wants all guests to feel welcome and dazzled. Breath taking venue
All I can say is if your looking for a wedding venue, LOOK NO FURTHER! This beautiful and breath taking venue exceeded my expectations of a perfect place to make memories for a lifetime. My wedding was recently (September 2020) and we had the best experience. Anywhere from having the barn to yourself for your bridal party to the enchanted views and spots for picture perfect photos! Your photographer will thank you later for having professional pictures at this specific venue. THE BARN 305 we thank you for being such an incredible host, catering to us the entire time and for always making sure we had a perfect wedding experience. If your looking for the perfect rustic venue with space and an amazing host, THIS IS IT. Ivan is the owner of this oh so beautiful venue. My husband and i initially booked this venue while the venue was being renovated. AND I DO NOT HAVE WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW GORGEOUS EVERYTHING WAS. From day one Ivan was always there to answer every question we had. He was ALWAYS available for frequent visits to the venue. Anything we needed, he was right there. Ivan became a true friend after all was said and done. I mean, where else can you take wedding photos in Miami holding a horse?!?!?! Ivan's vision from what he explained to use in the beginning to how it turned out, exceeded beyond our expectations. i was in awe when i walked into my bridal room at the barn. it was truly magical. His personality is very friendly and easy to get along with. My husband really admires Ivan. one thing i can say is that Ivan and his venue was a definite dream come true. I am so blessed to have celebrated the most important day of our lives with Ivan. We will definitely be booking this venue for future celebrations to come as The Barn has become our second home. We had our wedding of 250 guests at Ivan’s venue and it was better than we expected! Every one loves the place. It was gorgeous and our wedding looked incredible because of the venue. Ivan was an amazing host! He was incredibly helpful and made the wedding stress free. I can’t thank him enough!!!! We are beyond happy with how everything came out!
