Fairytale Wedding

A dream come true is all I can say . The barn305 made it possible . The attention and support from them was awesome . I did not have a wedding planner and they made it so easy . They helped with All the details , the contacts , even ideas to go above and beyond . We are more than grateful and satisfied with them . The owners , the staffing , their vendors were amazing . Im in love with how my wedding came out .

Fairy tail wedding

Had the most amazing experience ever!! The place is absolutely beautiful, doesn’t need much to decorate. The scenario has its own waterfalls and nature that makes everything breathtaking!! Food was delicious, all guests were extremely please with all the servings, foods and drinks were served at all times. The whole team did an incredible job. Most of all have to thank Claudia the coordinator, she made sure everything and everyone was done correctly, words are not enough to explain the gratitude I have for everyone who worked together to make this a truly dream come true wedding!!

Amazing, beautiful, organized, will recommend!

This place is beautiful, neat and clean. The grounds are very well kept. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My coordinator was amazing. My guest complemented everything. The event was everything I wish for, the process was smooth from the beginning.

The Perfect Day!!

We just got married less than a week ago at the Barn 305, and it really was the wedding of our dreams! Every vendor they recommended displayed outstanding professionalism and communication. Claudia did a wonderful job with providing suggestions to give us the best day possible and made sure everything ran smoothly. All of our guests and family had a wonderful time and won’t stop glowing about how beautiful everything was! It was the perfect way to begin our new marriage.

The Barn 305

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience my wife and I had at your venue for our wedding. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding.

The venue itself was absolutely stunning. From the beautiful architecture to the stunning waterfall, every corner of the property was picture-perfect. We knew we had made the right choice as soon as we stepped onto the grounds, and we were blown away by the beauty of the space.

The quality of the food was also exceptional. Every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and our guests were raving about it all night long. It was evident that great care and attention were put into the ingredients and the preparation of the meal. We were so pleased with the quality of the food, it was second to none.

But what really set this venue apart was the staff. Yanel Ramos and the team were absolutely amazing. From the first time we met with them, they were warm, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, and that everything ran smoothly. Their kindness and patience throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding were truly appreciated. They made us feel like we were part of the family, and we will never forget their hospitality.

We also had the pleasure of working with an amazing photographer DBatista who was recommended by the venue. Him and his team captured every moment of our day so beautifully, and we were blown away by the final results. They were so talented, and we will cherish these photos videos for a lifetime.

Overall, they exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will cherish the memories of our wedding day forever. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience. We are so grateful to Yanel Ramos and the entire staff for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful setting, exceptional food, and an amazing team of professionals.

I cannot stress enough how much I absolutely LOVED the Barn 305. Our wedding was September 10, 2022 at the Barn and it was absolutely magical. First of all, every single vendor we worked with of theirs was a delight. The linens, flowers , catering, it was all an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish. Next, Jessica, I cannot stress enough how great Jessica was. Every phone call , email, text, she was with us every step of the way. She was always wonderful to engage with and was so sweet during the last stretch, to me and my family once our rehearsal came. Everyone from the property we talked with, or interacted with was an absolute delight. Last, but DEFINITELY not least, the property is absolutely stunning! There are several cocktail and ceremony areas, a separate bridal and groom suite to get ready in, and a beautiful reception area with wonderful lightening and sound. I have no intention of having to plan another wedding, but if I did, I would definitely choose them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing service, did my daughters fifteens here and with no hesitation i can say we couldnt have spent it better any other way . Definetely an amazing beautiful place , great service , 100 % recommended !!

Beautiful venue and breathtaking photography opportunities

The Barn 305 is a beautiful outdoor venue with beautiful photography opportunities on the property. Ivan was very accommodating and responsive. Just a picture perfect day and night for our wedding. I want to do it all over again and relive the magical moments on the property.

Dream Wedding

We had our wedding here, ceremony and reception, and it was an amazing experience. Ivan was awesome, so cooperative involved and readily available for any questions we had or any help we needed. Beautiful venue! The bridal suite and groom suite are both breathtaking.

Michael’s and Fatima’s Wedding

As a bride, I couldn’t have felt any better about my wedding day. Ivan and his staff were great! They helped me with everything and helped around to make sure my wedding day was at its best. I honestly felt comfort and “stress free” at all times. It was a rainy morning, but that didn’t stop them from making sure everything was on point. I honestly can say this was the best experience a bride could have and would recommend The Barn 305 to everyone when your planning an event. You won’t feel alone throughout the process. It was the best day ever!

They were perfect for our wedding, were constantly working within the venue to make our needs not only work but perfect, and the area is being transformed into something beautiful. The owner really takes pride in his work and location and wants all guests to feel welcome and dazzled. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an outside scenic view, with beautiful features like waterfalls and a small barn area.

Breath taking venue

All I can say is if your looking for a wedding venue, LOOK NO FURTHER! This beautiful and breath taking venue exceeded my expectations of a perfect place to make memories for a lifetime. My wedding was recently (September 2020) and we had the best experience. Anywhere from having the barn to yourself for your bridal party to the enchanted views and spots for picture perfect photos! Your photographer will thank you later for having professional pictures at this specific venue. THE BARN 305 we thank you for being such an incredible host, catering to us the entire time and for always making sure we had a perfect wedding experience. Rustic dreams

If your looking for the perfect rustic venue with space and an amazing host, THIS IS IT. Ivan is the owner of this oh so beautiful venue. My husband and i initially booked this venue while the venue was being renovated. AND I DO NOT HAVE WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW GORGEOUS EVERYTHING WAS. From day one Ivan was always there to answer every question we had. He was ALWAYS available for frequent visits to the venue. Anything we needed, he was right there. Ivan became a true friend after all was said and done. I mean, where else can you take wedding photos in Miami holding a horse?!?!?! Ivan's vision from what he explained to use in the beginning to how it turned out, exceeded beyond our expectations. i was in awe when i walked into my bridal room at the barn. it was truly magical. His personality is very friendly and easy to get along with. My husband really admires Ivan. one thing i can say is that Ivan and his venue was a definite dream come true. I am so blessed to have celebrated the most important day of our lives with Ivan. We will definitely be booking this venue for future celebrations to come as The Barn has become our second home. Thank you for always being there and most importantly, thank you for becoming a friend.
