I cannot get over how perfect everything was with hair and makeup the day of my wedding! I got married this August 2025 and came across the Bardot through my venue's list of preferred vendors. After searching for days for a good hair/makeup stylist that was responsive, I came across the Bardot and instantly loved their whole aesthetic. Their Instagram and website were easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. The best thing was how responsive they were via email and phone. They were very quick to respond and were easy to work with. I had to reschedule my hair trial after getting sick and gladly did so.
Ashley was my hair stylist for both my trial and day of she was the absolute best! Her personality is great as she made me feel comfortable and confident, even when I did not know what look I wanted. She is very good at what she does technically and personally she was very down to earth and comforting. She tried a few different styles, and the one I ended up doing for the day-of was one that she recommended we tried for fun at the end and I am so glad she did! It was perfect! I did not want something super manicured but wanted it up off my back since it was an August wedding and Ashley gave me the best wispy up do twist. When one of my bridesmaids was stressed about her hair type with the style she wanted, Ashley reassured her she could do it and make it look beautiful which she did! She made my bridesmaid feel so relieved and she ended up loving the look. Could not have asked for better!
Liz was my makeup artist and she absolutely KILLED it! I was so worried about my wedding makeup as I am not a huge glam person and never really love it when I have gotten my makeup done professionally in the past. That being said, she exceeded my expectations and I cannot say enough good things!! I wanted a soft natural glam that was glowy and heavy on blush and she did just that. She really took extra care with my makeup as the bride and I was so thankful because you could tell the time and energy put it into. The makeup held all day and she also provided me with a touch up kit to use to make it last even longer. Liz not only did beautiful makeup, but she also kept such a positive energy and continued to make me feel confident and stress free going into my wedding day. She also did a phenomenal job with the mother of the groom and bridesmaids-- everyone was so happy with how they looked! Again, I cannot put into words how happy I was with my makeup and how it made me feel! Incredibly grateful for the magic she created.
My mom (mother of the bride) was apprehensive about getting her makeup done having older skin and she was SO pleased with both her hair and makeup. My whole bridal party was happy with the way they looked and I could not be more grateful!
We also ran earlier than scheduled which helped the day feel much less stressful than anticipated. We were done early with time for touch ups and pictures before having to leave.
Pricing was fairly comparable to other companies for wedding party hair/makeup and included built-in gratuity which was nice not to have to pay it later.
Again, I was so beyond happy with The Bardot and the artists they provided! It was such a wonderful company to work with that really built women up and promoted confidence and comfort. I was so happy they were a huge part of our day!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Helen and Emma! From the moment they arrived on the wedding day, they were warm, professional, and so incredibly talented. They really took the time to listen to what each member of the bridal party wanted, and their patience and attention to detail were truly appreciated by everyone.
I was especially nervous about my own makeup, since I’m not used to wearing very much and was worried the final look might feel overdone. But Emma completely nailed it—she created a look that was natural yet glamorous and made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. I honestly felt like a radiant bride without feeling like I was wearing a mask.
Helen was equally amazing with hair—every style she created suited each person perfectly and held up beautifully throughout the day (and night!). She was so calm and efficient, which made the getting-ready process feel smooth and stress-free.

Best I’ve ever looked!
I cannot recommend Idalis and Emma from The Bardot enough!! They both did such an amazing job on hair and makeup for me and my wedding party.
From the very beginning, they made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted for hair and makeup. I did a trial about a year before (as I don’t live in the area) and she did such a great job that I knew I had to hire her. She also made me feel very comfortable about asking her to tweak little things to make it exactly what I envisioned.
They worked with me to make a timeline for myself and the 5 other women getting hair and makeup done, which made everything run very smoothly. They were at the venue on time and were very timely the whole day. They also had such a great energy and contributed to the fun and calm vibe that I wanted in the suite for the morning of my wedding.
They did such a beautiful job on hair and makeup for everyone and I highly recommend them! My hair and makeup stayed the entire night and same for my whole wedding party who started even earlier in the day.
Several of my bridal party and my mom even said they liked their hair/makeup more than they did at their own wedding!!

Amazing 11/10 recommend
The Bardot team (Raleigh, NC) did an EXCELLENT job providing me with the best hair/makeup for my big day! All of my bridesmaids were so happy with their final look and couldn't stop raving about the team. Britnye and Liz had a fantastic vibe and kept the energy up throughout the morning. This really helped set the tone for the day, and I loved how they were ready to get the party started even at 7:30 AM. They were so open to anything I wanted to change from my trial and checked in with me throughout the entire process. They were even kind and flexible when I had to change the getting-ready site two weeks out from my wedding. I am so happy with how my look turned out in my final pictures, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Additionally, they respond to emails very quickly and have great open communication. I would recommend this team to any of my friends or brides looking for a fantastic duo for hair/makeup

Perfect fit!
Firstly- Helen and Emma were an absolute pleasure to work with! They seamlessly integrated into our vibe and each of the ladies felt like they were receiving individualized care. Not only were they both professional and fun, but oh so talented! Everyone’s hair (Helen) and makeup (Emma) turned out better than all the inspo pictures we gave. Not only did we all look and feel amazing but we were not pressed for time at any moment, which on your wedding day is a miracle! Bardot as a company was so easy to schedule with and communicate with- Idalis was always pleasant and informative and answered all my questions with ease! Their downtown St. Augustine studio opened just in time for my trial and they have such an adorable spot there! It was so nice to have a place to go for the trial that was solely focused on my big day!

I am so happy I decided to go with the Bardot. When looking for hair and makeup on your wedding day it is a very scary chance you take on a company because you want everything to go perfect. These ladies were amazing!! Idalis, Allison, & Emma!!! You exceeded all expectations I had. These girls listened to exactly what I asked for & my girls asked for. I don’t wear a lot of makeup so I wanted a natural look & Emma delivered. She left me with some touch up makeup for throughout the day! Allison.. just wow all of the girls were loving their hair. & she was so sweet to do a little braid for my 2 year old flower girl. Idalis stepped in last minute when I didn’t want to start as early & did an amazing job on one of my bridesmaids and mother in law. I would recommended over and over. If you are in between deciding on a company, I promise you won’t regret going with The Bardot. Communication throughout was easy & this company is so accommodating & professional. They even traveled to my Airbnb, set up with their own chairs & left no mess! Simply the best!

Mary (make up) is the sweetest!! Steph (hair) is so much fun! The two of them together were so great and stress free! Britnye (the owner) was so easy to communicate with and made me feel super comfortable.
At my trial, I told Mary I didn’t have a skin care routine but would be open if she gave me very easy very specific directions. She did just that and I listen to her advice every day!
My party was so happy with both hair and make up looks! The listened to each of the girls and everyone looked stunning!! I highly recommend the Bardot and Mary and Steph!

We got married at Hammock Dunes and The Bardot team was amazing. They understood the vibe I wanted for myself and my bridesmaids... beachy braids and glowy skin! Each stylist made sure that everyone felt confident and comfortable in their look, and made edits at the end as requested. It's rare that an entire group of bridesmaids, bride, MOB and MOG are happy with everything... but our team truly did make us feel fabulous. Thanks for everything Bardot Team!!!

The company was flexible when I wanted to shift the schedule to start earlier and they were always very responsive. Britnye and the whole Bardot team are so wonderful to work with, start to finish. From my hair trial to my wedding day, they are professional and do amazing work. I had the whole team over at my house for my wedding morning to do hair and makeup for 10 people including myself, and they could not have been more enthusiastic (especially for 6:00AM!). Britnye was so flexible about making sure my start time worked out, and even shifted earlier to give us plenty of time. My girls all looked beautiful, I have never felt more beautiful than I did that day. I would highly recommend The Bardot to anyone.

My experience with The Bardot team in Raleigh, NC was so lovely! During my trial with Marie I had a great time exploring the look I wanted and making sure we got it just right. Marie did a fantastic job and checked in with me along the way to make sure I liked what I was seeing, because of that I loved how I looked on my wedding day! Day-of, Marie and Britnye did hair and make up for 6 of my bridesmaids and the mothers of the bride/groom. Our wedding had a lot of DIY aspects and they were flexible working around the fact that some of the bridesmaids were downstairs in the venue helping me set up. They helped keep us on schedule AND everyone looked GORGEOUS. I would 100% recommend this professional, sweet team.

I love the Bardot team! They made myself and my girls look and feel beautiful the day of my wedding. They met us at my hotel room to do our hair and makeup. The room was pretty small to say the least and they had 12 of us to do. They handled it like champs and worked so well. They were so friendly and cordial and made sure we were happy with everything. So much fun!
I chose to rent The Bardot bus for my wedding a little over a year ago after one of my bridesmaids came across their page online, BEST DECISION EVER. Getting ready in the bus was absolutely so much fun for my bridesmaids and I. We got to sit and hang out together while getting our hair and makeup done and it was so convenient to just walk out my front door right into the bus to get ready the morning of my wedding. The Bardot girls were fun, very accommodating, and made sure we all looked and felt amazing for my wedding. I would absolutely recommend hiring The Bardot team for your wedding/event makeup and hair and if you have the chance to rent The Bardot bus it is so worth it!

From the moment I waked in for my hair and make-up trial at The Bardot, I had a feeling they would be the perfect choice. Everyone at The Bardot was so sweet, helpful, and made me feel so comfortable. I am still in awe of how talented Betsy and Ashley are. They somehow took my (far too many) pictures of the look I was going for and made me look even better than I imagined. I worked with Devan and Allyson in St. Augustine, FL for my wedding. Devan did my hair for my engagement shoot as well and it was perfect! The Bardot is such an easy company to work with and Mandy is super organized and on top of all of her clients. On the day of my wedding they worked super fast too but everyone's hair was still perfect! They are so good at styling each individual and making them look beautiful! They are great with all hair types and make it was seamless experience. Loved working with The Bardot for hair and would highly recommend!!

I contacted The Bardot only 2 months before my wedding and I was very lucky to find out they had my date available. We had Allyson doing our hair and Betsy doing makeup. They were both AMAZING and did exactly what I wanted just by showing them pictures from Pinterest. I was nonstop from 2 to 11 PM, it rained for a bit, then it was windy while we were taking pictures with the wedding party after our mass, and I did not stop dancing for a sec during our reception. My hair did not move an inch and my make up still looked great at the end of the night. I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them to anyone that will listen!

Make-up artist know how
Devon is an amazing make-up artist. Multiple people commented on the make-up masterpiece she created for me on my wedding day. I wear very little to no make-up and wanted to make sure that I received the right amount of make-up that would enhance my features but not look like I was wearing a pound of make-up. My wedding make-up was spot on and she was so efficient that we were ahead of schedule and I was able to take a few extra pictures outside.

WOW! Not sure I'll even be able to describe how thankful I am for The Bardot (specifically Allyson and Ashley)! First off, their salon is super cute and totally instagram-able, and anyone I talked to/met was super friendly and professional. Long story short, I am a 'hair down' kinda girl when I want to feel my best. But, a June wedding and an outdoor ceremony just doesn't work with long hair. I decided to choose an updo and HOLY MOLY am I glad that I did! I was in awe after my trial and honestly, my wedding day hair was even more amazing. It was better than any 'down-do' I could've chosen. I got compliments from practically every guest (and vendor) on my wedding day and I still constantly get compliments on my hair from anyone who sees my pictures. My mom and bridesmaids also looked so amazing! THANK YOU to my awesome team and I would recommend Ashley and Allyson to anyone looking to feel fabulous on their wedding day!

Marie was by far the best makeup artist I could have chosen to work with! She made sure that I was comfortable with all makeup choices for my big day. The makeup stayed on the whole time and it looked so gorgeous and classy! Thanks for being a part of my big day!

Bardot absolutely excelled at the hair and makeup for my wedding. I had a great hair and makeup trial with Bardot. After needing to re-book me with another stylist due to calendar conflicts, they allowed me another makeup trial to ensure the day of would go smoothly. Our nails party at the salon was fun and the ladies doing nails were very talented. Ashley and Betsy were very prompt the morning of the wedding and did amazing work on the hair and makeup for me and my wedding party. Thank you very much Bardot!

The Bardot did a phenomenal job doing my hair and make up and all my bridesmaids and my mom and mother in law for my wedding day! They were on time and stayed on schedule which is pretty impressive considering we had 11 of us getting ready. Devan, Ashley and Samantha all did amazing work and everyone felt beautiful! They were so much fun dancing and singing along with us! Devan had done a hair trial with my mother in law and she listened and was able to give her exactly the look she wanted. Ashley listened to all my requests and squeezed in extra time to achieve the exact curls I wanted. Not only that Samantha who did my make up went out and got a certain eye color after my trial to make sure my makeup was exactly as I envisioned. That was above and beyond what I ever expected. I would recommend The Bardot to any of my friends getting married.

My stylist, Devan, was AMAZING and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! From the initial trial for hair and make-up to the wedding day, everyone at The Bardot was so responsive and helpful. Devan was especially amazing on our wedding day and was so flexible when a few bridal party members arrived late. She was quick, but very meticulous, and everyone was so happy with their hair for the wedding. I would definitely recommend the Bardot to any brides in the Raleigh-Durham area!

I had a wonderful experience all the way around. My Bardot branch was in North Carolina. They were fast and helpful when responding to booking questions. My trial was fun and stress free with very kind employees and a nice location with well designed space. Booking for my wedding was easy and on my wedding day they did my hair as well as two of my bridesmaids. It was very helpful to have the trial and on my wedding day she executed my alteration ideas flawlessly. She was very comfortable working with extensions and I absolutely loved my hair! She showed up on time, was fast and very professional. She even finished before her allotted time. I will say it does cost $100 to book that does not go towards your overall price and the trial cost extra money as well, but in the end it was worth it for me given the final result.

Finally, after 4 months of wedded bliss, I have to accept that my picture-perfect day has come to the end! Where to even begin? Britney and her team are top notch. They have been there to make me glam before I was getting married. From my hair cuts and color, spray tans, hair and make up for my Engagement pictures, all the way to walking me down the aisle, the Bardot delivers perfection. Britnye offers a wonderful experience, in the most posh manner. Devan has done my hair and spray tans for ages and I couldn't have been happier to have her there on my wedding day. Devan and Kelsey did hair and make up for myself and bridesmaids at the Treasury. Each of my bridesmaids have such vibrant personalities, and I wanted them to be able to express that at my wedding. Each girl had a different twist on their hair and make up and looked gorgeous. The air-brushed make up and lashes provides a natural look for those who don't want to be weighed down by make up, but gives the full-glam effect for the Queens who love the extra!
The Bardot babes know how to deliver! I loved how they left custom tubes of touch up make up for each of my girls, plus made sure that my hair was able to easily convert from Wedding Formal photos to Relaxed Reception!

Seriously! If you are looking into having The Bardot do your hair and make up services for yourself (as the bride) and your bridesmaids. Just stop right now and book them! They are incredible! I had them scheduled for hair services for my wedding on October 21, 2017. Went through my hair trial and Alexis was amazing! She did exactly what I had envisioned and it looked so perfect. About a week and half before my wedding , my originally scheduled make up artist (not through Bardot) had called me with the news that with her new work schedule she was unable to do our make up for the wedding. I emailed Britnye that day and within just a few hours she got back to me with amazing news that their make up artist Kelsey was available. Everyone looked flawless and like the best versions of themselves. These ladies are incredible and you can just tell they absolutely LOVE what they do! We even booked a few mani/pedi sessions for the night before the wedding since we just loved them so much. The Bardot Babes are the absolute best! I am so happy to have found them and that they were there to make us look FLAWLESS on the day of the wedding! Love you guys!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about the Bardot and their fantastic team! Not only did me and my girls look absolutely fantastic the day of, they made us feel so comfortable the whole time (many of my bridesmaids were not used to being so glamorous!). We also decided to have a private brunch at the Preserved restaurant while getting our hair and make up done as the restaurant is a partner of the Bardot. The whole experience was fantastic! Don't tell my new husband, but spending that morning with my girls, getting pampered, and eating a yummy brunch was the highlight of my wedding day. Thank you so much to the whole team!

I couldn't love this team of ladies more. They went above and beyond all the way! We go married at the White Room in St. Augustine, FL so first of all they worked with the city to secure parking for our convenience (whaaa, what vendor does that?! I'll tell you a bomb ass one).
They did multiple trials with me and my maid of honor to make sure we were 100% comfortable.
They kept the day of so chill so I didn't freak more than necessary.
My mom didn't love her hair, so they took time to completely re do it.
The day of, like an idiot, I burned the crap out of my arm and they made sure to sanitize properly then air brush over it to make sure you couldn't see if and even touched up some of my bridesmaids tan lines.
The day before we did some spa treatments (blow out for MOH, mani, pedis) which were exactly what we needed and so well done.
And above all, the work they did was fantastic. All my bridesmaids, mother in law and mom felt beautiful and of course, so did I! thank you ladies for making my day unforgettable.
In conclusion, don't think, just book them.

So thrilled with my hair and makeup! Our day would not have been the same with out the lovely ladies from The Bardot Beauty Bar. Britnye was super responsive and made sure that make up day of would run smoothly. A week before our wedding I asked if we could plan on starting earlier to make sure we had enough time for photos after makeup and before the ceremony, and she was more than willing to make that happen. The girls came in to the house we rented (our driveway was not long enough for their super cute beauty bus) set up quickly and made all my girls feel comfortable. I could not have been happier with my hair and makeup for my day. Britnye did my hair and Kelsey did my makeup, they are AMAZING. They captured exactly how I pictured myself looking on my wedding. I didnt have a chance to interact much with Alexis, but my girls who had their hair done by her were so happy with their results. We did get to do a trial on the beauty bus, and if you have a chance to use it DO IT. It is so cute and fun there is literally nothing else like it out there. I can 100% say that these ladies are one of the best decisions I could have made while planning, they are nothing short of fabulous!

I was married at The Treasury on the Plaza on 12/16/16, she was early and worked quickly with no sense whatsoever of being "rushed" did a beautiful and distinctive look for each of my bridesmaids as well as myself for our hairstyles! We hired the Bardot Beauty Bar for my sister's wedding over Labor Day weekend. They did hair and makeup for 4 bridesmaids, the bride (my sister), and the Mother of the Bride. They were awesome. Britnye And another stylist came to our condo in St. Augustine. Bardot was prompt, conveinant, prepared, professional, and worth every penny. The bride and everyone looked wonderful. My sister did a hair trial run with Britnye a couple months before the wedding and that put my sister's mind at ease that we had made the right choice. Would highly recommend their services.

I was referred to Britnye by a friend of mine who lives in St. Augustine and works in the wedding industry. I knew I wanted a professional to come to me on the big day and she made it so easy! I went for a trial and we played around with different styles for both hair and makeup. Britnye was super communicative about how many stylists we would need up until week of. I kept changing the number of girls on her, but it didn't bother her at all. She even sent me a schedule of times so all my girls could know when to show up.
Having hair and makeup come to you on the wedding day is worth every single cent, and having the Bardot Beauty team made it feel like a few more friends were hanging out getting ready. The MOB and MOG had no idea what to do for their hair, but the team was able to talk them through and they came out looking stunning. I cannot speak highly enough of Britnye and her team, they were wonderful.

Britnye is my regular hair stylist so she was a no brainer when booking hair for my wedding. Her service and flexibility was over the top AMAZING! I had a noon ceremony, and she arrived on site excited and ready to get to work at the crack of dawn. She worked seamlessly with my photographer and my makeup artist to make sure everyone was ready to go in time (staying on schedule is huge for your wedding day, fyi). Overall, Britnye is amazing and I would recommend her 100% for every occasion!

Britnye was absolutely FANTASTIC! She did mine and my Mom's makeup for my wedding. My original hair and makeup plans fell through about a month before the wedding and Britnye was wonderful about still getting us into her schedule. She was so sweet and friendly, and made my hair and makeup even better than I could have dreamed. She is an absolute delight to work with and is always sure to make sure your happy! While I used The Bardot Beauty Bar for my college graduation and family pictures, I experienced the same thoughtfulness, enthusiasm, and focus as their wedding appointments. Britnye was beyond accommodating; she traveled to my apartment extremely early (even had to endure my crazy family), didn't push me into any type of make-up I didn't want, and made me feel gorgeous. Not to mention it was a steamy 95 degrees all day and none of it smudged or came off. She's a genius.

We couldn't have asked for a better team of makeup and hair stylists, Britnye & Kira were extremely professional but also so much fun!! They were both so patient and and really listened to everyone and happily accommodated our individual requests and gave us all exactly the look we were going for! As a bride, I couldn't be happier with them both and their role in making our wedding dreams come true!! Hair and Make-up that will make you feel AMAZING
I am someone who barely wears any makeup, so this was a part of wedding planning that I was really not looking forward to. My wedding planner recommended the Bardot, and all of her other recommendations were spot on. Britnye and Nikki were wonderful to work with! Britnye is very responsive and helpful, Nikki gave me the perfect look and was very timely on the wedding day. She somehow managed to blowout my crazy curly mane in under an hour, then gave me a braid that I kept getting compliments on the whole night! I didn't feel like I was wearing a bunch of makeup on the day, I felt like myself and it showed in the pictures too. I'm so happy with it all. Thank you!

The Bardot is exactly what I was looking for. I have been in 15 weddings as a Bridesmaid, and I had never seen wedding party hair & makeup be completed on time and according to schedule. That can be one of the most stressful scenarios for a bride on wedding day. I was happy with how they managed their time and even more pleased with the quality of their skills. Myself and my bridesmaids looked stunning, and all of them felt like The Bardot team was able to accomplish the style they were looking for. In addition to that, these women are LOVELY to be around. They were so kind, funny, and friendly - making the wedding preparation part of the day even more enjoyable. With our wedding technically being a destination wedding, I was truly worried about having to pick a hair & makeup vendor without meeting them in person first, but my concerns were quickly dissipated. They communicated well, provided a schedule, leveled expectations, and fulfilled everything I was hoping for. I would recommend them one thousand times over - you will not be disappointed!

Amazing and talented team!!
I hired the Bardot bridal team for my New Year’s Day wedding and I do not have enough positive things to say. Their stylists and artists completed over 25 services for our bridal party and each one turned out so beautiful. They are so sweet and truly talented. The Bardot was beyond flexible and accommodating to our wedding day timeline and made everything as stress free and fun as possible. Betsy and Shannon did an AMAZING job with make up and made sure to make every single girl in our bridal party feel absolutely beautiful in make up they were comfortable in and that suited their style. Devan and Allyson did hair and I can’t begin to say how talented these girls are, not to mention how fast they worked and how well the work they did held up throughout my wedding day (despite 50% of my bridal party having long long hair). I have been in several weddings and worked with many make up artists in the past, and it is difficult to find a team that all around is this talented and professional. I would recommend them in a heart beat ❤️❤️

The Bardot did a fantastic job with our hair and makeup for the wedding, and were very efficient as well, keeping us from having to start at the crack of dawn! All of my bridesmaids looked flawless, and I was so happy with my hair and makeup too. The booking process and trial process went smoothly and were easy, and everyone I communicated with was so friendly! It is also nice that they let you pay the invoice in advance, broken up however you want, so you can cover one service for your bridesmaids and they can easily pay for the other if they decide they want it!

All 3 of the girls really took great care of us! We all loved our hair and makeup & chatting with them all. I'm glad they were able to fit me in for a trial a few weeks before the wedding so they could do exactly what I wanted on the day of the wedding! I hired Bardot to provide hair and makeup services for my November 2020. Liz provided our makeup services and Naomi did our hair, both of which turned out beautiful. Our day-of services were phenomenal and I know all of my girls felt confident and beautiful walking down the aisle! Both stylists were on time, gave ideas and opinions when needed, and were super engaging in conversation! The reason I took off a star from my review is because of the problem we faced during my trial session. On the morning of my trial session (which was also the same day as my bridal portraits) I woke up to a text saying that my hair stylist cancelled last minute and they were having a hard time finding a replacement. Ultimately, Liz saved the day and did both makeup and hair and I am super grateful for her! Despite her limited experience with hair, she was able to pull something together to be presentable for my portraits. Seriously, I LOVED working with Liz. Bardot did schedule a makeup hair trial which went well, but again last minute the hair stylist cancelled and I had a different stylist on the day of the wedding. I'm sure these experiences were a fluke as evidenced by their other positive reviews but it definitely caused some stress. Despite these hurdles, I was pleased with the end product and felt the most beautiful I ever have on our big day!

My husband cried when he saw me walking down the aisle!
I was extremely pleased with The Bardot team. I had Liz for makeup and Ariea for hair and they were both exceptional. The day of my hair and makeup trial they did a perfect job first try even though I requested a fairly complicated hair style requiring two packs of hair extentions, and dramatic makeup with hooded eyelids which can sometimes be a challenge. I was shocked how quickly they figured me out. The day of the wedding my hair and makeup stayed put perfectly. I'm usually a little self conscious and fussy but everything was so nicely done and so stable that I didn't even give another thought to my appearance and just had a great time! My pictures are beautiful and I felt amazing! My mom and my girls looked beautiful too!

I contracted The Bardot Beauty Bar for my wedding in St. Augustine, FL in April 2017. I really enjoyed working with both Kelsey (make up) and Britnye (hair). Myself and my entire wedding party were extremely happy with how awesome our makeup came out the day of the wedding. Kelsey did a phenomenal job with everyones make up that day. My makeup lasted all night and did not require any touchups. For hair, Britnye also did a great job with everyones hair she was very accommodating and patient throughout. The Bardot Beauty girls did a great job overall and I would recommend them to future brides.

They were really helpful and patient with my mother and me during the trial to make sure I got the look I was going for and on the wedding day, were so flexible when I was running late (which really eased my nerves!). I was super impressed how they calmly said they could work together to make sure I was ready in the time I initially requested. They also did a great job working with my bridesmaids and creating the neutral yet complimentary makeup look to what I had going on. Overall, I was really pleased with the service, their professional yet friendly demeanor, and the price : ) Thanks again, ladies!

Great, long lasting services with punctual travel
Bardot was the ideal choice for our 15 hairstyles and 15 makeup applications for a wedding! Mandy was particularly responsive and helpful to my seemingly odd requests as the bride. While I think the prices seemed a little high at first, 1) the girls KNEW what they were doing-- no one's hair fell or wasnt to their liking, no one's makeup ran, etc. PERFECT services. 2) they traveled to my location and were punctual, responsive, and helpful!
A couple cons: because the stylists and artists do this so often (which makes them great at their work), I think they sometimes forget that this is a special/unique day for US and treat clients as a number. Because they ladies were so ahead of schedule, they tried to rush our bridal party through (but my bridal party was punctual to the original schedule).

Our over all experience with Bardot Beauty Bar was very pleasant and elegant from the hair and make-up down to the chairs that made us feel like movie stars! The two girls that came for us were very professional, poises and experienced in their trade.
My Mother of the Bride is especially picky about her hair and make-up; she loved her look so much, she wants to get her hair and make-up professionally done for every occasion. My Maid of Honor looked amazing; I loved what the make-up girl did with her eyes to match her lovely pink gown. My hair and make-up was absolutely perfect! My hair was gorgeous, I told her exactly what I wanted and she rolled with it and nailed it on the first try. My make-up was exactly what I wanted. I asked for a nice contour with a very natural finish (not too little; not too much) and she did exactly that. Our hair and makeup really complimented all three of our gowns, theme, venue, flowers and everything else. We also all got amazing photos, too! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our make-over experience and definitely recommend Bardot Beauty Bar for all St. Augustine formal events.

The Bardot girls did my wedding hair and make up and my bridesmaids. Everyone's hair fell out before the ceremony and make up was not the greatest. We had a friend who does hair meet us before the ceremony to do last minute touch ups for us and another friend touch up make up. The girls were professional and flexible with the day of timeline but the services were expensive.

They went MIA on me
I have been trying to contact The Bardot after they responded to my initial request of availability and I have not heard back from them for about 2 months and still waiting for a response. After they informed me they were available for my wedding day, I responded back wanting to hire them and they went MIA.

I booked Bardot for my wedding so I decided to go try them out. They ended up dying my hair blue black after I asked for my natural brown. They handled it ok at best and tried to fix it, but it didn't work. The owner could've been better and offered my money back or something, at least offer something. Then I booked my hair and makeup trial for myself and my mother. Last minute my mother couldn't make it so I called the store and actually spoke to the owner about bringing my bridesmaid instead. She said that was perfectly fine. I got to my trial and really liked the girl doing my hair and makeup but unfortunately she was better at hair than makeup. My hair was perfect, and I loved it but my makeup was terribly sloppy and she didn't use fake lashes. My bridesmaid came with me and waited while I got mine done. She was excited to get hers done because her boyfriend was coming into town! After mine, the girl then told me that she only had one appointment and couldn't do my bridesmaid because she wasn't booked for it. She had time but was a contract hire not an employee there. The bridal coordinator wasn't there and either was the owner. I was so mad and upset. They again charged my full price for my hair and makeup and weren't doing anything to make this better. Afterwards I requested the bridal coordinators number and called her. She wouldn't take my call and would only text. I screen shot the email of where I booked 2 hair and makeup trials. She then told me it was the artists fault and that she was reading the schedule incorrectly because she did book it. I was so stressed and so upset that I knew I had to go with another vendor and I am so glad I did. When I cancelled they wouldn't give me my $100 deposit back either which is why I wrote a review, I never write bad reviews but I really want to warn other brides out there that this is not a good vendor to trust with such an important day of your life. They are not good.
