This place is absolutely stunning and a true crowd pleaser. The staff here, especially Annie and Ray, have excellent communication and will bend over backwards to make sure your event goes as planned, if not better! You will not be disappointed if you choose this spot and is worth every penny.

We had a great experience having our wedding at the Atrium. The Atriums staff is incredibly professional, responsive and fun to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better vendor partner. The location is excellent and the venue itself is beautiful. We can't recommend the Atrium enough!

The Atrium and staff (Lori, Ray, etc) we’re amazing to work with. They were very responsive to emails and very organized with their/our time. The wedding ceremony, room flip, and reception were seamless and beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough! The Atrium is the perfect spot for a wedding and reception.

The best parts of having the Atrium host our day include: beautiful and unique venue with so many special design details; enjoyable experience for our guests having an all-in-one location for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception; the in-house sound system and dance party courtesy of sound by design kept our dance floor FULL the entire night; the bar staff worked so hard to keep our guests drinking & happy (got multiple compliments from guests!) and so much more! Overall, we are so glad we picked the Atrium for our big day and would definitely recommend to a friend :)

The venue itself is so beautiful PLUS the staff are fantastic. The overall customer service was fantastic, before the wedding and on the day of the event. I am so happy with how everything turned out.

Once we got engaged, we started looking at tons of venues and The Atrium was intriguing and we went to view it. When we were there on our initial tour it was everything we ever wanted including the upstairs bar, outdoor space and the beautiful main level. Working with The Atrium leading up to the wedding was a great experience, we were assigned Lori for our day of coordinator. We met Lori prior to the wedding day, and instantly had a connection. I knew Lori was going to be a great asset for our wedding day, she is full of knowledge and worked on the catering side in her past so every ounce of knowledge helped us. Come wedding day, she was by my side, making sure everything was perfect, including my bustle! I couldn’t have imagined having a better person by my side, bending over backward for me and our guests. Lori is a great asset to The Atrium’s team!

My Fiancé and I cannot say enough good things about The Atrium and there staff! It is a beautiful and unique venue! All of our guest loved the roof top bar and garden. Ray and Josh were also PHENOMENAL to work with! They were always available to answer emails and questions and truly made our day special! Ray was with us on our wedding day and made sure everything was what we envisioned! He even came out on the dance floor and danced with us at the end of the night! Word cannot even being to explained how amazing Ray was to work with, I was actually sad at the end of the night that everything was over and I wouldn't get to see them again! lol They really made wedding planning easy and enjoyable! Every one of the guys that work at The Atrium are amazing and I would recommend them in a heart beat!

We had a great experience planning and having our wedding at the Atrium. Ray was our main person of contact and he did a great job working with us through working through the craziness that is covid. The space is beautiful and everyone had an amazing time. Would highly recommend!

Our wedding was nothing short of amazing, all to The Atrium. Specifically Ray Riordan, our day-of coordinator and DJ. Attention to detail made our dream wedding come true. The Atrium has a unique ambiance that our guests couldn’t stop raving about. The rooftop bar made for a beautiful and quaint cocktail hour. The 6 bartenders present also did an incredible job, making sure each guest was served in an efficient and kind manner. We could not be happier with our choice in The Atrium for a venue. I will be recommending The Atrium, Hackbarth Hospitality Group, and Sound By Design to every future bride I know planning a wedding.

For our 8.30.19 wedding we knew we wanted to hold our ceremony and reception at a modern venue, with outdoor space if possible. Choosing The Atrium was the easiest decision we had to make. The transition from ceremony to cocktails to the reception was seamless. The experience on the rooftop during cocktail hour (or "garden party" as our friends called it) can't be beat.

Having Ray serve as our event manager through the Atrium and DJ through Sound by Design made the planning process easy. We had several requests that took some additional coordination (live band, using a reception emcee, a last minute AV addition for one of the speeches) and everything was executed perfectly. Ray is super responsive and fun to work with.

When my husband and I first got engaged we knew we wanted to celebrate our big day at The Atrium and it was truly the best time. During our entire planning process the staff was extremely helpful. Ray truly helped us capture our vision for our special day. I cant say enough good things! I would highly recommend The Atrium to anyone!

I am thrilled we chose The Atrium as our wedding venue 8/3/19. It is a beautiful space that all our guests couldn’t stop raving about. Not only was the venue amazing but the people who work there made the planning process a breeze. If you get the pleasure of working with Josh Erickson, you are in great hands. He made the whole planning experience look easy and his ability to organize a million moving parts put this proud multi-tasker to shame. He was absolutely phenomenal. I am so glad my search led me to The Atrium and spending my wedding day with the team there. Thanks for exceeding my expectations and creating an incredible venue to share with my family and friends.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding over the past weekend and the Atrium was nothing short of amazing!
Josh and Ray made the process so easy from day 1, which they continued through to the big day!
The upstairs garden was beautiful, all of our guests could say nothing but wonderful things about the everything from bar services, to the garden, to the DJ music, to the banquet hall on how gorgeous it was!

If you are looking for a venue to host your wedding or any other event/party, I would recommend the Atrium in a heart beat!

The Atrium was our picture perfect venue for our wedding. The place is absolutely turn-key and beautiful and honestly needs very little decor. Both inside and out are stunning. I wanted an outdoor, garden wedding but wasn't interested in having to haul everything in and out of a public space to do that so The Atrium was exactly what we were looking for. The rooftop garden was a stunning location for our ceremony. The staff is very easy to work with, and also has the entire place wired with sound and lighting you can use their Sound by Design package with. Worth every penny!

When we started looking for wedding venues, we originally thought that we wanted to go the barn / farm route. Then we found The Atrium.
The space is stunning, the staff is fantastic, and the fact that it is an easy "one-stop-shop" was the cherry on top. We worked mostly with Josh (who also ended up being our SBD DJ), and cannot say enough nice things about him. They were great about working with us on the bar packages, details, and were not pushy at all about up-selling anything.
We loved the rooftop garden - which of course didn't get used on our day-of due to rain, but the staff jumped in quickly to redirect guests down to the main floor while also managing a room flip.
The space is beautiful; it's raw enough that you can do a lot, but at the same time doesn't need a lot of extra decorating. If you are looking for a venue and team that will provide one heck of a party, I suggest working with the Atrium.

Our wedding reception was held at the Atrium and we couldn't have picked a better place to host our family and friends. The venue is beautiful and the upper level garden terrace is spectacular for an outdoor cocktail hour. We received many compliments on how great the space looked and we were so happy with the service that was provided by the staff during our reception. We hosted just over 200 guests at our reception and while it was on the larger size, the Atrium was very accommodating and ensured that the table layout was not only feasible but also worked well for us and our guests. We would highly recommend!

Josh and Ray were both great to work with at The Atrium. We had an issue with our initial vendor and Josh and Ray were able to get us squared away for our wedding under two months before our date! They were so easy to work with, our wedding went so smoothly, and we could not have been happier that our initial vendor fell through! We truly loved our day and would recommend the venue to everyone!

The Atrium was the picture perfect venue. We had our ceremony and reception at the Atrium and it provided an elegant environment to celebrate. The staff were very friendly and helpful which allowed for a more relaxing day for me and my guests. You will not be disappointed with this as your venue.

The Atrium was the perfect venue for our big day. Lori, the event manager was super flexible and helpful when it came to last minute table changes and dropping and picking up center pieces/DIY items. The speakers did go out twice and it took a little while to get them back working, but our friends were great and just started singing their own songs. Otherwise, overall great experience.

So I can’t quite give a 5-star review for a couple of reasons:

First, the person we first met with when we looked at the venue was Josh. He took us through the venue and we absolutely fell in love with it. A big selling point for us is that he told us that the groom could enter the space anytime that morning so that he could get ready at the venue (there is a room in the basement they use as a “bridal suite”). So it was perfect. We specifically asked Josh about this aspect and he said “they are flexible” and said the groom could get in early.

Cut to me emailing Josh multiple times with questions and getting extremely delayed responses. Eventually, he shoved us off on Ray with little to no explanation as to why. But, Ray was was extremely responsive and very helpful so we were happy to be dealing with him instead. Eventually, as the day got closer, I had a long list of questions and confirmations I wanted to get, including what time the groom could enter the space. Ray said it was a 9 hour rental (or something along those lines, I can’t remember the exact number of hours) so we couldn’t enter until 3pm. Additionally, he assigned us to our Day of Coordinator for the venue at this time. Her name was Annie.

ANNIE WAS AMAZING. I brought up the issue with the time the groom could get in and explained that our vendors had to get in at least at 2:30pm due to our ceremony starting at 4:30pm and she let us enter at 2:30 and apologized for the misinformation given to us initially. I understand her hands were tied and it wasn’t her fault but someone should probably tell Josh not to give out false info just to sell the space. Annie was with us during the rehearsal helping us figure things out and the day off, she was an absolute life saver. She made sure that there were people to assist us as needed with opening the curtains to have the wedding parties walk out and to fluff my dress, etc. If there was any Atrium MVP that day, it was Annie. I think at one point she even was holding onto our dog. She was amazing.

The last thing that I was extremely disappointed about was the heat lamps. April 1 isn’t a warm time of the year. Our guests and families were FREEZING during pictures on the rooftop. While we understand that weather is out of the Arrium’s control, we DO NOT understand why the heat lamps were not on. The fire pits were on but not the heat lamps. We even asked multiple bar staff if they could pass the message to whoever needed it to get them turned on and they were never turned on. It’s a small thing but again, we were told that those heat lamps would be turned on because of the weather and they never were. All of our guests ended up down in the main space early and we had to cut our pictures short because everyone was freezing so badly.

Overall, the space is great. It’s a beautiful venue. The day of staff is fantastic. It’s EXTREMELY well priced. I just wish we wouldn’t have been given false information by Josh because it really put us in a bind for the morning of (for the groom). If I could give any advice to people considering them, I would say book them but make sure you get things in writing and beware of people over-promising.
