Lexis at The Aisle is absolutely incredible!! My mom and I were doing a bulk of the wedding planning prior to hiring Lexis on. We were feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and exhausted with finding vendors, making day-of decisions, etc. After our very first conversation with Lexis, it felt like we could finally take a breath! She had such great advice and was incredibly professional, timely, and understanding. She helped us find incredible vendors we otherwise would not have known about. She listened to our needs and wants, including incorporating my design/vision into the day and even offered more budget-friendly ideas. Lexis was a life saver!! She ran the wedding day seamlessly and made it so I had nothing to worry about other than enjoying the day with my loved ones!! I could not recommend her more!!! -

Lexis is incredible and made our wedding unforgettable! There is no way we could done it without her. I had been to a few weddings and events that she planned and each one was stunning and unforgettable. After booking Lexis, I had no doubt our wedding was going to be amazing too. She has a natural eye for design and was so helpful with all my decisions on linens, decor and florals.
Lexis went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vendors that worked within our budget. She's so knowledgeable and well connected, and it was evident all the vendors loved working with her too. She even helped talk my dad through what to expect before any of the planning began. From the big costs, to all the little extra pieces that we wouldn't have thought of.
On the day of, Lexis was the perfect coordinator. She made sure our bridal party and groomsmen were at the right places at the right time. Everything came together perfectly without any worries or stress on our end thanks to Lexis. It was the wedding of our dreams!! Thank you SO much Lexis!!! -

My daughter, and her now husband, had a very specific vision and old world theme planned for this vast, historic, romantic garden. Lexis helped them curate their dream, through a talented group of vendors, suppliers and her own creativity-the most magical wedding! She truly listens and we appreciated her sage advice on matters. Lexis brings excellent judgment, vast and creative resources, and a gentle guiding hand to decision-making that brilliantly balances elegance/abundance/classiness with practicality and good value. She was superb at tailoring her 'curation' of our rehearsal dinner and welcome party to my vision for the evening--she listened to my vision, and improved upon it at every opportunity. She is expert in asking questions that help to narrow down choices, and she kept track of so many details that I didn't even realize needed to be tracked. For me, Lexis was exactly on point with her responsiveness and proactiveness, and consistently had a thoughtful answer to every question I posed, as she had already anticipated and given thought to my questions. Our discussions were fun and stimulating, and our beachside event was incredible in Every. Single. Detail. She also was great to gently remind me about the need for backup planning and selecting elements that could work indoors, should the weather have dictated a last-minute shift to inside. Ultimately, the weather cooperated, but having the peace of mind for our risk-management plan was incredibly worthwhile, thanks to Lexis.
Lexis is experienced in a wide range of scenarios and vendors and venues and budgets, and her confidence and self-assuredness helped me to feel confident and joyful throughout the planning AND the actual event. She is steady, unruffled by unexpected challenges, gracious, gentle, clear-headed, flexible, and extremely careful/thoughtful in spending $$$ without a very compelling reason to do so. She has a great sense of where to invest, and where to choose a budget-friendly option, and it worked perfectly. Lexis has a tireless work ethic, and does not cut corners. Her energy level did not wane, and I always felt like I was her only client, even though she clearly has multiple clients at any given time! She keeps tabs on multiple elements of the event without being over-controlling, and it was clear that the many vendors respected her and enjoyed working with her. And I know that Lexis took care of many tasks and details that she never even revealed to me -- problems that were solved before they became problems. THIS is the mark of a true professional and expert in the field. The best decision we made was to engage the services of The Aisle Wedding for our pre-party, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party, all outdoors and on the beach. So many challenges, and so much success. Our guests repeatedly commented and gushed on how beautiful, elegant, fun, romantic, generous, abundant and set-apart were our events. Lexis and The Aisle Wedding made this true. Brava tutti! -

As someone with anxiety, the engagement period and wedding planning seemed completely overwhelming. Lexis was an angel throughout the whole process in taking care of all of my anxieties and worries. She handled anything and everything during the planning stage and wedding day. She was absolutely wonderful with recommendations for hair, makeup, florist/decor, caterer, photography, DJ, videographer- we trusted her with all our major questions/decisions. Because of her, the wedding day ran smoothly with no issues at all. Seriously can't recommend her enough!!!

As soon as my husband and I got engaged, we knew we would need a wedding planner. Neither side of our families had planned a wedding of our size before and we had no idea what to expect or where to begin. After meeting with Lexis and talking about our ideas and vision for our wedding, she came up with vendors that she thought would be perfect for us - and she nailed it. Every single vendor we hired blew us away - from the florals, to the DJ, the food, hair and makeup, our videographer - everything was absolutely perfect. Not to mention she went on every venue tour with us and knew what questions to ask and found our perfect venue for us! Lexis also nailed the design/styling piece of things - once I showed her a few inspiration photos, she ran with it and the reception was breathtaking. It was better than I could have ever imagined or come up with myself!! On the day of, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Lexis managed the vendors and the logistics of multiple timelines, getting the space set up and handling everything for us. We truly got to soak it all in and enjoy our day to the fullest thanks to her! We look back on our wedding day and agree we wouldn't change a single thing. I couldn't recommend Lexis enough - if you are planning a wedding, you NEED her!!! -

Lexis is TOP NOTCH! You need to look no further and hire her before you begin any planning! She has many contacts that will save you money in the end. Do not try to do this yourself. We were four months into planning and Lexis was referred to us when we realized our venue may not be able to hold our guest list and the band we hired. We did not want the guests to feel crowded and needed a nice size dance floor for the amazing band. Lexis was truly a miracle worker and brought my daughter's vision to life. It was absolutely beautiful and beyond our imagination. She eased our stress and was so wonderful to work with. When we met with her for the first time, we knew we were in great hands and she was going to help create the perfect wedding day for our daughter and her fiance'. -

We found Lexis with the help of our caterer. She is such a wonderful coordinator. She helped connect me to other amazing vendors and guided me throughout the process of planning my dream wedding during a pandemic. She was able to round up and direct my crazy family members throughout the night, which is no easy feat. Everything went so smoothly, and we were able to enjoy our night without any worries. Lexis brought my vision to reality! THE BEST!
As a bride living in Chicago and planning a wedding during a pandemic in Atlanta, Lexis eased all of my stress and was able to make my vision come to life. From the first day I met her, her calm and sweet presence made me feel at ease. I trusted her with everything- just by talking with her, she was able to hone in on my style and knew exactly what I wanted. She was present for all venue walk-thus, floral and linen appointments, and was always available for a phone call. She composed the most detailed timelines for the entire weekend for both my family and bridal party and effectively communicated with all of my vendors, making sure the day ran smoothly. My parents said having Lexis lead the way was the best money they spent! I can't thank Lexis enough for all she did during my 9 month wedding planning process. She is an angel! -

I cannot recommend working with Lexis and her team enough! We could have not had the day we had without the Aisle.
Planning a wedding during Covid is very stressful and overwhelming. Lexis was so organized and has such a calm demeanor to make sure everything runs smoothly. Leading up to our wedding, we planned our day of schedule to the minute. There were so many details that I would have never thought of that she made sure we covered.
A month before our wedding, we decided to cut our numbers significantly to just family and wedding party only. We wanted to make sure it was a beautiful day and Lexis’s expertise were a huge bonus.
I live in DC so I was unable to attend final meetings with our Vendors so Lexis went with my mom to make sure all the necessary questions were answered to have a seamless day. She has great recommendations as well which made a huge difference.
I could go on and on about the wonderful things Lexis provided for our day. I was so stressed about having the more intimate wedding and it was honestly the most beautiful day and it was so special. -

Lexis Hay is the absolute BEST!
If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further than this page. Lexis Hay is amazing. I told my husband, it was the best money we could have spent on our daughter's wedding. She was a Godsend! My daughter got engaged on December 18, and three days later Lexis was at my door excited to begin the planning of the most wonderful wedding ever. She guided us through every step of the process and went the extra mile to ensure that my daughter's vision was coming to life. Lexis even drove me around Atlanta, 3 days after my surgery, to look at possible venues. Every single vendor that Lexis recommended (florist, band, linens, makeup, cake, videographer, lighting) was perfectly matched for us. This wedding was everything my daughter ever dreamed of, and I still say that it was a fairytale wedding. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was difficult and stressful, but Lexis remained steady and pulled it off. Not only did she walk us through every little detail that need to be taken care of, she communicated with every single vendor (transportation, photographer, videographer, florist, linen company, cake maker, band, etc.) several times to create the most detailed and awesome timeline for the entire weekend. She even made a daily and weekend timeline for the bridal party so that everyone knew what to do and when to do it. Every single detail was perfect. I didn't have to worry about one thing the entire wedding day, as Lexis was already on it. The only thing I had to do was enjoy myself. I can't say enough about Lexis: she is professional, she is kind, she is punctual, she is smart, she has a vision like no one I have ever met, and she makes your vision come to life! -

We were able to find Lexis with the help of our Wedding Venue and their recommendations. From our first message of interest and right up to our wedding day she has been simply outstanding to work with. With this being a destination wedding for Jason and I we knew we needed someone who was familiar with the area to help us with finding vendors, completing tasks, and wedding day coordination. Lexis goes above and beyond not only in wedding day coordination but also in providing vendor recommendations, looking over contracts, creating a specific timeline, and being available at any time during your wedding planning experience. She was amazing with helping us decide on invitations/save the dates and vendors. Lexis has been nothing but the best with her recommendations for a florist, a caterer, DJ, etc. With her experience she knew who would be a perfect fit for us. She helped us build an amazing team of vendors to create our vision and for us to enjoy our magical day getting ready with family and friends. The BEST decision I made in planning my wedding was to engage Lexis to be my wedding planner! Due to Covid and other factors, my husband and I decided to have a short 2-month engagement and got married in October 2020. We could not have planned the wedding without Lexis. She is a phenomenal professional planner! Her experience leading large and small weddings, strong relationships with multiple vendors, and ability to handle last minute, unexpected issues was amazing!
After an initial discussion, she quickly understood my style, and saved me so much time and stress during an already stressful time. Lexis connected me to my photographer, florist, videographer, musicians, hair and makeup professionals, linen company, dress boutique and more! She knows so many vendors and has experience working with them all!
In addition to partnering with me on all the pre-wedding decisions, Lexis planned out the entire wedding day in detail providing a timeline to help keep all our family and vendors on schedule and give us special moments throughout the day. She jumped in to develop a last-minute rain plan and used her connections to reserve a tent when everyone in Atlanta was trying to also get a last-minute tent. She also took care of multiple items that I overlooked the day before the wedding, and she immediately jumped in to solve unexpected issues. I can’t recommend Lexis enough. She helped make my wedding day special, and she will always be very special to me! -

As the MOB, I felt some pressure to make my daughter’s wedding day go perfectly and smoothly. I knew that I could not pull that off on my own and needed some help. Our wedding venue was Foxhall-The Stables and they recommended The Aisle, along with a few others as their preferred Wedding Planners. After interviewing and talking with Lexis and at least 3 other planners, I felt like Lexis was the best fit for our needs based on her tailor made packages being reasonably priced. My daughter and I had an initial vision meeting with Lexis, which led her to recommend the perfect vendors based on our wants, desires and personality fit.
Once Covid hit, our May wedding had to be postponed and Lexis took over rescheduling with our vendors and fortunately all were available for a Sunday in August. We ran with it, had many phone calls with Lexis but she remained calm and in control.
Lexis turned out to be a Dream “Day Of” Planner as well, along with her daughter, Machaelie. Together, they made the perfect team and no details were missed. From the Rehearsal to the Wedding Day, they were there with their timeline and made sure that the entire wedding party knew the plan. They kept us all on schedule, which was not easy with 11 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen plus family members. The whole wedding seemed relaxed and seamless which is everything a MOB dreams of. Lexis made this happen and through the whole year of planning, she just seemed like a good friend helping me plan my daughter’s perfect wedding day! -

Incredible wedding planner
After getting engaged, my fiance, at the time, and I immediately knew we wanted a wedding planner and we knew exactly who we wanted. We had been to multiple weddings where Lexis Hay was the coordinator and we had seen how smoothly they were ran, how calm she was, and how much the bride and groom loved her. However after hiring her and beginning to work with her during this entire process, I realized how I really could not have planned this wedding without her. From the very beginning of going with us to look at venues and helping us think about all the logistics when picking a venue, to going to all of our tastings and meetings with each of our vendors, she was there every step of the way. I would call or text Lexis at almost any hour of the day and very quickly get a response that "she was on it!" We ended up having over 10 vendors for our wedding, a 32 person bridal party, and about 450 people at our wedding, and I did not once feel stressed or overwhelmed on our wedding day because Lexis had everything under control.
Whether you are looking for a wedding planner to be there every step of the way or just a day of coordinator, Lexis Hay is an incredible choice. She goes over and beyond for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!! -

I cannot say enough good things about Lexis! She was absolutely amazing throughout the year-long process of planning my wedding and was with me every step of the way. I never would have been able to plan my dream wedding without her! Her connections in the wedding industry were invaluable and cut down on hundreds of stressful hours of research and phone calls. Not only that, she came up with many ideas I’d never even thought of and which we ended up using for the wedding. She helped narrow down vendors to the few that fit my vision and budget, coordinated meetings, and ensured everyone was on the same page. And what a relief on the actual wedding day with her in the driver’s seat! All I needed to do was sit back, drink my champagne, and enjoy the day. Lexis was an absolute dream to work with. We used her for wedding planning and month/day-of coordination. We got married in Birmingham and she traveled without issue and has resources all over the southeast. Along the way she recommended excellent vendors that we used. She really worked hard to understand our wedding vision. She has wonderful style recommendations but was always respectful of our likes/dislikes. She is very responsive to email and text - she was a great source for advice and guidance. Lexis adds a personal touch from lending wedding furs for the day to other decor. She came prepared for the day, complete with back-up plans and umbrellas for the rain. She was calm and organized which helped lower the anxieties of the day. Her assistant Machaelie is excellent as well! Lexis is truly a wonderful person who genuinely cared about our wedding and really worked hard to make it a wonderful day. -

She had such great advice during the planning process and really had my best interest at heart with every decision we made. She takes care of all of the details so the bride does not have to and will make your day perfect. I did not have one worry on the wedding day because I knew Lexis had everything covered. You must use her! You will not be disappointed!!!

Rebecca Sent on 01/22/2018Lexis is not just a wedding planner, she's a magician. I'M TELLING YOU, BRIDE TO BRIDE, WOMAN TO WOMAN, YOU NEED HER.
I had just started a new job when we started planning and had no time off to actually go and do a lot of the site visits in Athens and planning. To say I was a panic stricken mess of anxiety is putting it nicely. She kept me on track, made it simple, and put me in touch with the very best vendors in and around Atlanta. I didn't have time to waste but also didn't want to sacrifice on quality. Whether your budget is large or small, she can make your dream come true. She was efficient, honest, and incredibly organized. Seriously she can work wonders. Our getaway car had to cancel due to illness the night before the wedding and Lexis found someone else WITHIN AN HOUR.
The day of the wedding, went off without a hitch!!! I mean, I cant believe how much I DIDN’T have to do or worry about. All of my guests told me, "that was such a good Idea!" ...That was Lexis. "Oh I really like how you put [these] there"....That was Lexis. Like I said, she made a vision come true to every last detail! And I didn't have the typical country-rustic wedding. We had an art deco glam type wedding, which was no easy feat!! She has such a good rapport with vendors which made everything so much easier. My advice: Don't consider anyone else...and TRUST her.
I honestly don't know what I would have done without Lexis. Stop wasting your time looking for wedding planners and just get Lexis. I've had countless guests me tell me that my wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to. There will never be enough words to describe all that she has done and all that she is. I will be forever thankful for her. -
