The best team in town!
530 team I can’t say enough about how amazing things went at our wedding. Thank you for making everything feel so smooth. They made our wedding day feel completely stress-free and seamless from start to finish. I was able to sit and enjoy getting my hair and make up done while the 530 team works their magic. I was able to peek at the venue and walk around and watch it come to life. The setup was absolutely beautiful . Every detail came together perfectly and exactly how we imagined. Their teamwork was incredible; everyone was so friendly, kind, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly so we could just enjoy our day. I’m so grateful for their hard work and positive energy to make our dreams come true. The last few months we spent collaborating together for my wedding they assured me everything would be perfect and it definitely was with their help! My dream wedding would not be possible without Veronica and her amazing team! -

Veronica was an excellent mentor and guide during what can be a most stressful time.
Veronica was exceptionally professional and on the ball! She would respond almost immediately to my questions and was more organized than I can ever hope to be (and I actually consider myself a pretty organized person). She was always very pleasant and happy to be able to help out. I especially appreciated her willingness to loan us items from her "borrow inventory" and of course, I appreciated all the help she gave us for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. She was well worth every penny spent. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Veronica if you are in need of support with planning any special day you foresee in your future. -

I cannot recommend 530 Bride enough! Veronica was the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for. We faced the challenge of postponing our wedding twice—first due to a wildfire and then because of pregnancy—but Veronica handled it all with grace and professionalism. She was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, seamlessly coordinating with our vendors and ensuring that everything was on track.
When our wedding day finally arrived, I was blown away by how flawlessly everything came together. Veronica and her team took care of every detail, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without a worry. She also helped bring to life the design of my dreams, and I can't thank her enough for her creativity and dedication.

An incredible experience with Britni!
Britni was the perfect addition to our wedding planning. We could not have planned such a beautiful day without her. I am a typically anxious person but had almost zero stress leading up to the wedding. Even the stress I did have about the weather, she fixed by ensuring we had the perfect rain/wind plan. It was truly the wedding of my dreams thanks to her!!!! -

Veronica at 530 Bride was absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked her as our day of coordinator (and even before) she was very organized and always made herself available. Looking back, there is no way we could have accomplished half the things without the help of Veronica. Thanks to her our wedding was absolutely perfect. She is truly amazing at what she does!! -

I was lucky enough to get Britni from The 530 Bride as our lead coordinator. I enjoyed speaking with her right from the start during our consultation and felt so at ease. She was responsive and very easy-going, which fit our style perfectly. We wanted someone who could make our day (and the process - we got the wedding management package) run smoothly, but not someone who would get so caught up in being "on schedule" that it made things feel like a chore. Britni fit our needs perfectly and when there were hiccups with any vendors along the way, she'd provide me with support whether it was listening to me vent or helping me with the best approach in dealing with the situation. I'm used to being the person who "takes care of things," makes sure everyone's having a good time, and checks in to see if anyone needs anything, so it was definitely different for me to have someone take care of things FOR me, but Britni was so amazing (and her assistants). Our entire wedding party loved her and we definitely wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding as much as we did without her help throughout the process and on wedding day. We trusted her completely and looking back, not once did I ever wonder if things were going smoothly, because I was just so busy having fun! Thank you, Britni! -

My husband and I used 530 Bride for Day-of wedding coordination and have absolutely no regrets. We worked with Britni who was friendly, professional, organized, an excellent communicator, and really cared about making the most out of our special day. 530 Bride took the stress out of last minute scheduling issues and planning and day of problems. Veronica and the 530 Bride team were absolutely fluid and flawless. My husband and I had some unique and challenging ideas that would never have been possible to create without Veronica and her team. Planning the celebration of your love is the epitome of emotional expression and it was such a pleasure to laugh and cry with Veronica throughout the planning process. Our guests’ comfort was very important to us and 530 Bride went above and beyond to insure that our guests would be comfortable in a unique environment. So much love! -

We had simply the best experience with Veronica and the 530 Bride! My husband and I didn’t have much in the way of ideas about what we envisioned for our wedding in the beginning so Veronica really helped us build something beautiful from scratch. She suggested vendors based on what we were looking for, but never pushed any specific vendors on us and was proactive about getting us quotes from people she hadn’t worked with before if we asked about them. Veronica has a very relaxed vibe which is amazing during the stressful planning process. I would get stressed about how much there was left to do, or all the details we needed to coordinate but as soon as I had a planning call with Veronica, I would always realize that everything was under control. We really valued not having to coordinate with our vendors individually, not having to draw up a timeline, and not having to worry about setting up decorations, making sure people got their flowers, and 100 other details on the day of the wedding. If I had a concern about a vendor, Veronica would figure things out for me right away. She also worked really well with my mom who crafted a UHAUL full of decorations and in the last month was directly in contact with Veronica frequently. The week of the wedding, Veronica had everything under such great control but was also so flexible for last minute changes that my whole family said “Whatever she is charging you, it is not enough!” I cannot imagine how anyone plans a wedding without a professional coordinator and I can guarantee you my husband and I would have given up and eloped if it hadn’t been for Veronica. The day of our wedding was absolutely magical. Everything went so smoothly and was more beautiful than we could have imagined or hoped. I was able to be totally absorbed in the festivities and didn’t worry about anything :) Huge thanks to Veronica and 530 Bride!!! -

Where do I even begin?! Delphine and her team at 530 Bride is basically the reason why my wedding day was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES! We hired Delphine for day of services but she did much, much more than that. She walked me, my husband, and mom through the entire process, covering every detail and ensuring every one (including all the vendors) were on the same page. She helped with overall decor/style, choosing vendors, and all of the details like whether to do a first look and how to arrange the ceremony and reception. She had so many amazing ideas as well that I would have never thought about. On the actual day, she was an absolute angel! Our transportation from the hotel to the venue was late (forgot lol) and she acted immediately to rectify the situation and make sure we got to the venue on time. We also didn't have to worry about making sure everything on the timeline happened in order or on time, which was such a relief! We got to be in the moment and enjoy our day. Also, she brought us drinks and made sure we were never empty handed! Delphine is reliable, organized, genuine, and has a heart of gold, and I'm happy to say we've remained in touch since the big day. Thank you 530 Bride and Delphine for making our wedding day the best day ever! -

Mayra Sent on 05/13/2018I don't think we can find the words to describe our wedding planner Delphine, only because she did such an outstanding job and we don't think words can truly express how amazing she is at doing what she does. But were going to try our best to describe her well acquired skills. We had the pleasure of working with Delphine over the course of a year and what a phenomenal planner she was at her craft. Her communication with us and the vendors was exceptional, there was never any confusion or a fear of not knowing how something would get done or cost. She kept us on top of things, kept us aware of things that needed our attention as well as made everything easy and stress free when it came to any descisions. Everything was crystal clear and it showed on our wedding day. I truly can say our wedding was something out of a dream because of Delphine Winter....

Bri Sent on 01/02/2018When I first began planning my wedding, I had no intentions of hiring a wedding coordinator as I thought it was something I already had planned out in my head and pinned to perfection on a Pinterest board. However, as time went on, I quickly realized that executing those ideas was not something I could do on my own, especially working a full time job. Planning a wedding is a full job on its own!! After I spoke to a few local coordinators, I still wasn't feeling very confident on the whole idea. After all, it is a big financial commitment and I didn't feel like my ideas were being heard. That is until I met Delphine! Something just clicked and I had absolutely no reservations about having her become a part of our big day! She listened, she communicated well and had wonderful ideas that meshed well with our ideas. Not to mention she was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine people we had ever met. We had her for a "day of" coordination and she made sure everything was in order and on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding. A huge weight off my shoulders! Come wedding day, she and her team came in a executed a wedding that I had only once dreamed of in my head, except this time it was mine. I literally did not have to worry about a thing besides sitting back in the bridal suite with my best friends to enjoy a day of pampering! I was in awe (and almost in tears of joy) when I saw our old barn venue in all its glory that she had created. I would not hesitate to recommend Delphine to help you plan the wedding of your dreams. I promise you will not regret it! Thank you again Delphine! We cannot tell you how thankful we are to have met you!

Veronica helped connect me with vendors, she guided me through the process from advising with decorations, invitations, timeline, etiquette, layout, and every detail you can think of! In spite of not living local to us, she made two separate trips to our venue in Cloverdale which was so helpful and really put my mind at ease during this awesome but stressful time we spent planning our wedding. She also became the main point of contact for me which was extremely helpful, especially when it came to tricky to get ahold of vendors that were driving me crazy! She went above and beyond to help to make our wedding day go beautifully in spite of the chaos and many many things that seemed to go awry last second (She even had to bus tables for us because our caterer was NOT on his game). You can tell she has done this many times and knows her stuff! I would absolutely recommend hiring the 530 Bride to help coordinate and plan your wedding! -

Veronica was very helpful during the initial pre-wedding planning and she gave great tips. She was responsive and organized. However, the day of the wedding she did not fulfill many details that I expected of her, things we had discussed, and agreed upon. There were details with the timing, decor, cake, bridal entrance and clean up which were very important to me but either forgotten or not carried out as agreed upon. In hindsight, I would have done things differently to ensure things went as I had planned. She was made aware of these issues and hopefully she will make changes for her future brides.
