The perfect choice for our wedding

That Vibe made our wedding day so special. The music was amazing and our guests couldn’t stop dancing! The encore song was incredible and I am still hearing guests talk about it 2 months afterwards. They were very professional and flexible as we wanted to have a 1 hour DJ set at the very end - and one of their band members DJ’ed for us! It couldn’t have been easier and smoother. I also really appreciated the form they provided which helped my husband and me narrow down the songs that we really wanted. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful live wedding band!

We Loved That Vibe!

We had a great experience with That Vibe and Doug. The band was top notch, the life of the party - so many complements from our guests. And Doug and the band were terrific throughout the process -- detail oriented, clear on what we wanted, and delivered on the vibe, music and energy we were hoping for. Also, they were a great value compared to some other bands we were considering. Would absolutely recommend for any wedding!

Great wedding band!

Doug and team played at my wedding, and they were incredible! They brought real energy to the party with their medleys. Several people told me after the party that they wondered at points why the band was playing a recording, but realized they were playing live but just that good! We would highly recommend them!

The BEST Band!!

That Vibe was like being at concert!! They made my son’s wedding. The quality of musicianship & vocals was stellar! Their songs/sets were fabulous!! The mini mash ups had us all dancing! Aside from being so talented , each member was so kind & engaging!

Working with Doug to book the band & set up details of the wedding was so organized & fun!

My friends/family are still raving about “the best band ever”!!

That Vibe is Amazing!!

That Vibe is Amazing! They performed for my daughter’s wedding at Calamigos Ranch. From the beginning planning stage to the last song played, this band and their manager, Doug, were so professional. Every single song that was played sounded like the original or better! The whole evening ran so smoothly and they had the entire crowd on the dance floor! Nobody wanted the night to end! I HIGHLY recommend this band…it was such a magical night!!

My Second Family

I have had That Vibe for 5 of my kids weddings and I have attended 5 other That Vibe weddings who my good friend hired. And a couple other weddings as well. Needless to say I know the product, I know the music and more importantly I know the people. The people are more than just a great band they are so talented, engaging, fun, and respectable of how YOU want your music to be. That Vibe MADE Our Party!

I learned about That Vibe after hearing their sister band, Rembrandt at another wedding. I spoke to Doug and learned Rembrandt was booked for our wedding date, but he said we couldn't go wrong with That Vibe - and he was right! Doug was professional, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with. He was gracious and answered my dozens of emails....and now, the band...OMG. Guests could not stop talking about the band. The dancefloor was packed and the band was incredible. People commented that they had such great chemistry and each musician was so incredibly talented. We opted for 5 singers and would highly recommend. My new husband was skeptical about having a 12-piece band and his first comment after the wedding was "worth every penny." I am a tough critic and could not recommend them enough!

Fabulous Music

That Vibe band was The Best!! We received SO many compliments from our wedding guests (250+). During dinner, I thought a soundtrack was playing, until I looked up to see it was a live performance. And everybody was on the dance floor all night (even chanting for an encore before
the last song near midnight).

Unbelievable Wedding Band Performance

That Vibe performed for 3 hours at my wedding and provided a string trio during cocktail hour. The only complaint we got was when they stopped playing! They absolutely knocked it out of the park! We got married in October and continue to get compliments on their performance. That Vibe was easy to work with and their song list is beyond extensive. They have so much variety, everything from the most sentimental love songs to high energy dance floor hits, across all genres and time periods. They were even able to learn a couple of special requests, including Strangers in the Dark by Frank Sinatra for our first dance. I highly recommend That Vibe for any wedding or big event.

Best Band Ever

Best vendor I've ever worked with. Band was amazing, communication was amazing, and a 5 star performance all around. Would recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to use again. Make sure you use "That Vibe" for your next event!

I was so impressed with the attention to detail and flexibility that That Vibe provided leading up to our wedding day. They beautifully executed our first dance custom song, which they learned and rehearsed just for us. The general manager, Doug, was responsive to email and thorough with his recommendations and reasoning. Guests keep telling me how fabulous the band was, I would highly recommend this group of talented performers for any event.

From the beginning planning stages to the wedding day, That Vibe guided us through the entire process. Doug, the band manager, listened to the bride and groom's input and made sure that everything turned out just as they had envisioned. “That Vibe” was absolutely amazing. All of the wedding guests raved about how awesome they were and many said they were the best wedding band they’ve ever heard. Huge playlist available. They were professional, timely, responsive, and approachable as well as interactive, as the flower girl played the tambourine and sang on stage with them. Many guests described feeling like they were at a concert. We chose the 11 piece band - they were energetic, upbeat, and kept music playing all night, which kept guests dancing until the end. There was even an encore requested. They really made the wedding special for all ages. We would book them again!

That Vibe was the very first vendor we booked to ensure they could make our intended wedding date. We have been to countless weddings with them as the band and knew they would book up fast. That Vibe always bring the party and are worth every penny because they make the night. Leading up to the wedding - Doug is amazing to work with. He offers countless suggestions having been around to see to see it all at various weddings and does a great and efficient job at collecting intended music taste and making the night come alive with the perfect set list. In addition, he helped me to remix a song for a mother son dance. The band the night of is a blast - the seemed to enjoy the party as much as we enjoyed them bringing the party. Lead singer Ted is a hit and even brought out an epic wig for our last song by Bon Jovi. All in all - when it comes to wedding bands this one is the best of the best. We cannot wait to see them at the next wedding later this year!

That Vibe played our daughter's wedding this past weekend, and I can't say enough about their performance. I repeatedly had guests commenting on how great they were. The music, vocals, showmanship, professionalism, everything was first class. The dance floor was rocking from the first song to the last (played because everyone kept chanting, "one more song!") Great music was one of our top priorities, and they did not disappoint. This is honestly one of the best live bands I've ever heard. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Wish I had another party to throw! Many thanks to the band for making our reception so memorable. You're the best!

Best wedding band we've experienced. Wonderful vocalists and musicians! Dance floor was crowded from beginning to end, and they were even asked to play for an extra set for a half hour after they were scheduled to end because no one wanted to leave! Highly recommend!!

As i said the first time, the second time and now the third time and I will probably say the fourth and fifth time (5 daughters) we love THAT VIBE. They are flexible with what you want them to play, they are fun and damn good. Worth the money.

WOW!! That Vibe truly made our wedding. They were so professional, got the whole crowd up dancing, and played such a fun variety of songs. This band is the most amazing band I have ever had. There depth of music is incredible. They know how to get a party started and make it the best party ever. I always say parties are successful because of the people you include. And including these wonderful people proves my point

Without a doubt, the best band. Period. So much hinged on their ability to keep the celebration on track and they went above and beyond. We turned the reception timeline on its head and they called it "innovative." They were determined to make every aspect they could affect about the reception, flawless. Incredible attention to detail -- a band's participation is so much more than great music when it's a wedding celebration. I cannot say enough about Doug Waitman and Ted Heath and all of the band members! I should add that their "sister" band, Rembrandt, is every bit as good. They are both under Fine Artists Entertainment. The music was incredible! The dance floor was to capacity!

We LOVED That Vibe! From the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception, we could not have asked for a better band. If we could have extended them for another hour (we couldn't because we no longer had the venue), we would have because everyone was having such an incredible time on the dance floor!

That Vibe is an excellent band! We hired them through Doug Waitman who could not have been more helpful. The band was very accommodating to the bride and groom and made the reception SO much fun. Glad we upgraded to the 11 piece!

That Vibe was the best wedding band EVER! The dance floor was packed the entire time and several guests commented that they've never danced so much at a wedding, because the band was SO good. It was also really great working with Doug leading up to the wedding. He took into account all of our requests and helped us put together the timeline for the entire reception. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a band!!

Stop looking elsewhere. They aren't easy on your budget, but they're totally worth it! Just amazing! Our guests raved about them - they were spilling off the dance floor and onto the grass all evening (and we had a big dance floor)! From Usher to Etta James, they play it all - so much talent!! Loved them!!

I would have sacrificed just about any other part of our wedding cost for this band! They are absolutely in a league of their own! This is by far the best wedding band I have ever seen. I am Australian and my husband and I had 43 Australians fly into LA for our wedding. SO impressed were these hard partying Aussies with the band that they are talking about flying them out to Australia! I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Doug who manages the whole process from the time you ask questions about booking to the day of the wedding would respond almost immediately to any question we had. He was so helpful and accommodating and professional. I have never worked with someone in any industry who was so on top of their game and helpful.

The band are just off the charts. We had 11 band members and their ability to play any song and make you think like you are listening to the original artist is truly a gift. They were just superb. I can't rave enough about them. If you can find any way to swing this band, do it! They are just the best and our wedding would not have had the same 'vibe' without them!

We could not be more delighted with Doug and the That Vibe performers! Doug was extremely responsive throughout the process. He answered all questions promptly and fully and had many helpful suggestions. A few weeks before the wedding, he supplied a comprehensive outline which helped out daughter and her fiancé create their individualized playlist and provided the framework for the evening's events. He worked with them to customize and shortened some of the opening songs and learned a song or two at their request.
At Doug's recommendation, the band played three lively dance songs immediately after the bridal party and the bride and groom were intoduced and before the toast and meal began. Literally, every guest was on the dance floor.! It set a fun tone for the evening and many guests said they never attended a wedding where no guests remained at the tables during a dance set. We heard over and over again that it was the best music and best wedding that many had attended. It appeared that no one left the reception until the last song was played.
The music was spectacular! The performers all energetic and amazing! While I was initially surprised at the cost my husband and I feel it was well worth the expense! I wish we could do it all over again!

I freaking love this band! We first heard them at our friends wedding and I knew we had to have them for ours! Doug was so helpful and the band was so wonderful! We had a minor fiasco with the drummer arriving late, but it was nothing they couldn't work around. Song selection is amazing and their interaction with the crowd makes their performance top notch. Can't recommend them more!

The best wedding band you could find! We had guests from out of state at our wedding, and they were all asking if they could fly That Vibe out to Ohio, Colorado, Tennessee, etc. to play for their weddings and parties! That Vibe brings the party! Without a doubt, booking That Vibe was the best decision we made in regards to the wedding reception. They handle everything and create the best party you could imagine. Not to mention their phenomenal voices. Their covers sound better than the originals. We love That Vibe!!!!!

When we began planning our wedding, we knew we had to have a band there to help us celebrate. We hoped to create an environment that all of our guests would enjoy. An environment filled with music from the past and the present. Entertainment that would have our guests (and ourselves) dancing all night long. We knew this meant enlisting the services of an experienced emcee, outstanding musicians and singers, and a group of professionals who could truly deliver. This perfectly describes our choice for the evening’s entertainment, That Vibe.
Doug Waitman, the Band's manager, was quick and thorough with his responses, exceptionally attentive to detail, considerate of our needs and very accommodating to all of our requests. The band itself was better than we expected. The vocalists and musicians were full of a contagious energy that kept us and our guests moving the entire night. Ted Heath was our emcee and was beyond perfect for us. We really appreciated his effort to give us what we wanted, and at the same time treat our guests like they were old time friends. What a great show of professionalism.
We could not have been happier with our choice to have That Vibe at our wedding. They looked sharp, acted professionally and played tight with energy and enthusiasm throughout the evening. Their preparedness, ability to perfectly perform various ranges of musical genre and their personnel’s multi-talented skills in instrumentation and vocal harmonizing is what really set them apart. They went above and beyond our expectations.
Our wedding could not have been complete without That Vibe.
We recommend them without reservation and encourage anyone looking for a professional band to check them out…immediately! We promise you will not regret it!

We hired "That Vibe" for our wedding at Spanish Hills Country Club on July 20th, 2013 and could not have been any happier!! Finding a great band was one of the most important things to my fiance and I for our wedding, and after a lot of research we decided to hire That Vibe! They had a huge variety of songs, from today's top radio hits, to some of the greatest sing-along oldies! This pleased my fiance and I's younger crowd, and my parents and the adults of the party as well! Everyone was up on the dance floor all night, because the band was amazing! There was not one moment where people were not on the floor dancing and having a great time! I've had so many people tell me what a great time they had, and how good the band was. A band can really make or break a wedding - and That Vibe definitely made ours!

Doug, the band manager was a pleasure to work with as well! From start to finish Doug was very professional, quick to respond to all my questions, and made sure to find out exactly how we wanted our wedding day night to go. He even requested the band to learn our first dance song as it was a different version than the one they already knew, and it turned out so great!

I would definitely recommend (and already have) That Vibe to all of my friends and family getting married. If you're looking for a fun, professional, outgoing band to make your wedding night perfect than you should definitely check out That Vibe.

This band MADE my wedding. My guests are still talking about how much they loved dancing to this band at our wedding. They are amazing entertainers and could play all the current hits and classics and sounded just like the original artists. They are the life of the party and had our guests on their feet the entire night. Worth every penny. I will definitely use them again for events in the future.

These guys are the best. Music is everything to us and having a live, dynamic group of talented musicians brought the life to the party. The band was phenomenal. We got so many compliments from our guests and they had the dance floor packed the whole night! They were awesome and they made the night perfect.

We absolutely LOVED having That Vibe at our wedding!! They were definitely a highlight! Our guests were lined up surrounding the dance floor while the dinner was still going because they were so excited to get on the dance floor :) We also loved the acoustic guitar player that we used for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I would highly recommend them!! You and your guests will not regret it!

We hired “That Vibe” band to perform at my daughter’s wedding recently. They were definitely a huge hit with everyone who attended. The band is truly talented and has a great sound. Their repertoire was varied and catered to the young guests as well as those of us of the 60’s vintage. I was concerned having a twelve piece band play in our room which held only 150 guests, but the noise level was acceptable. “That Vibe” made my daughter’s wedding a very special and memorable event. I am so glad that we had them instead of a DJ.
