Mrs. Cindy is one of the most beautiful, amazing & compassionate women I have ever met. She went above & beyond to make this day special. We felt so welcome when we first walked in to venue. The place was breathtaking. We started this journey looking for a place to renew our vows but left with so much more. I feel like Mrs. Cindy is a part of our family. I highly recommend her & the venue. You will not find a place that will compare! We were truly blessed beyond measure! -

So helpful from beginning to end. We wanted a venue to celebrate 30 years of still not getting married and Roadrunner Ranch was absolutely the best decision. Everyone from the guests., the band, the DJ and the catering staff commented how beautiful and easy to work with they are. When something didn’t go as planned they were there to make it work. It was flawless! I cannot say enough about this place. Absolutely the best day ever. -

Amazing Place!
The owner is very welcoming and helpful. It is a beautiful location and so well taken care of. It’s also a great place for pictures. Thank u for a great experience and helping in making my best friend’s wedding a dream come true! -

Where do I even begin? ❤️
Cindy & Jim we’re an answer to our prayers.
I was one stressed out momma & Cindy put all my stress and concerns at bay.
From the minute of my original call to set up a tour of the venue Cindy began helping me. She was so helpful with lists of vendors, tricks of the trade to pinch dollars here & there, a she even had a “she shed” full of decor. That she gladly shares with her clients.
Cindy & Jim own this venue and go WAY ABOVE the normal venues that we looked at to make you feel comfortable and to make sure that EVERYONE enjoys the big day.
I can guarantee you there are not better people out there to work with.
The groom & bride suites are gorgeous & the venue is BEAUTIFUL & very well kept. It is very clear to see that Jim & Cindy take great pride in their establishment & they take pride is making sure your event is PERFECT!!!
I can never thank them enough!!!! -

Roadrunner Ranch is the best hidden gem in the DFW area! It surpasses the competition in every way. With over 100 acres, there are multiple spots for a beautiful ceremony. The “barn” is breathtaking! From the wide sweeping staircase to the gorgeous bridal suite, it’s all perfect. There is an additional matching barn with nothing but decorations. The heart of Roadrunner Ranch is the owner, Cindy. She is the most knowledgeable and helpful person who was always available to answer questions. She handles unexpected hiccups (and there will be one or two) with a graceful calmness and flexibility unmatched by anyone else. I cannot imagine holding our daughter’s wedding anywhere else. -

Hallowedding!
This venue is gorgeous! There is so much freedom to really do what you want to do here. We had our ceremony on the staircase landing and it was beautiful! We had the freedom to use the entire venue site, the MASSIVE gazebo, the lake, and of course the barn! Cindy was a huge help with her “she-shed”. A building that puts Michael’s and hobby lobby to shame! Lots of help from the staff, the bartenders dressed up in costumes and we all had a great night! Cindy worked with us closely and made sure we had the perfect wedding and a great deal! -

First of all let me start by saying the online pictures are beautiful, but once you're on site the beauty of the ranch will blow your mind!
We were so in awe of the property and the multiple locations for our ceremony and reception how could we not book this place?!
Needless to say we booked during our initial visit without viewing other venues and have zero regrets!
Jim and Cindy are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and hilarious! We feel like we've known them forever!!
You will love the Texas RoadRunner Ranch!

The venue was fantastic and the property was absolutely stunning. We flew in for the weekend and rented a car to get to the venue (about 20 minutes from DT). When you pull into the property, you are greeted with pasture and horses, which really captures the beauty of the property. Once in the large barn, it opens to a center piece stairway, great for pictures and wedding party introductions! The finishing touch was a sparkler exit towards the private pond! -

This wedding venue was soooooo great, it makes you contemplate divorce just so you can get married again!!! Jim and Cindy Rooney went so far above and beyond for our wedding they made me feel as if I was their own son! Lest we forget the staff, big shout out to Ian, CJ, Carlos and Richard! Not to mention the friendliness of the stable faculty at the front of the property especially Leonardo da Cowy. Bottom line there is no debate when it comes to Texas Roadrunner Ranch vs. any other venue which becomes cut rate and second class in comparison. -

Made our dream come true!
Having our wedding at the RoadRunner Ranch was the best/easiest decision we’ve ever made (besides getting married:)! Jim and Cindy made it their mission to make sure that our day was special, everything was taken care of, and that we could enjoy our day. The venue itself is so incredible, and they give you so many options on the ceremony/reception/cocktail hour. There really is no other venue like this one, and I can’t encourage you enough to have your wedding here! -

Great service and beautiful venue!
Cindy and Jim were very helpful in my daughter’s quinceañera. I highly recommend this venue. My daughter had a great time and was very pleased with everything! The only worrisome was keeping the front door close.

As a wedding photographer and videographer I am used to get my job done in any kind of scenarios, but shooting at Texas Road Runner Ranch made my job so easy, it's a beautiful venue with tons of possibilities to create amazing memories. I can't wait to get back here for my next wedding.

I have officiated at weddings all over America and I can honestly say that the Texas Roadrunner Ranch is a unique venue. The natural Texas beauty is calming and stunning (especially around sunset), the venue itself is gorgeous with no unsightly columns in the way, so there is so much room to dance and enjoy your family and friends. If the party spills outside there is quaint seating and panoramic views. Jim and Cindy know how to put on a party. Trust me, this place is incredible! -

Absolutely Amazing Venue!
This venue is absolutely amazing! It is beautiful and the owners are very sweet and caring! I had my wedding here in January and it was perfect! Jim and Cindy are so helpful and truly care about each and every bride and groom that walks through their door! They are easy to work with and the venue has so many unique features and beautiful landscape! WE could not of picked a more perfect place for our big day! I highly recommend this place to anyone! -

Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was stressful and things were constantly changing. Cindy with Road Runner Ranch was so flexible to things changing and was there to offer ideas on how to keep the quest safe during this time. The venue is stunning is there are so many different options for where to have the wedding such as indoors and outdoors options. The day was perfect and Cindy and her team worked crazy hours to make sure it was that way. I am so thankful! Book this venue because not only will your day be beautiful, but you will have a time of incredible people there to make sure everything you want is done. So happy with my choice, I will recommend them to everyone! -

The setting and facilities were GORGEOUS. I couldn't believe we were only 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. The venue barn is brand new and had everything we could have ever needed for our event - and our catering company loved the big commercial kitchen. We got to meet lots of friendly horses. The owners are super sweet too. We had a WONDERFUL time! -

10.09.21 Pedroza Salazar Wedding
Cindy and her team were amazing from beginning to end! I was about 7.5 months pregnant for my wedding and Cindy made sure I was as relaxed as could be and didn't have to worry about anything! When I had questions Cindy was quick to answer, gave me options and even helped me find what I was looking for. She was open to my vision from the moment me and my now husband went to go tour the venue. I let her know we needed a place for a large amount of people as we both came from large numerous families and that I wanted an indoor/outdoor reception with the dance part being outside. Let her know I would like tables set up outside for people to sit while the dancing was going on under the lighted beer garden. Cindy's response was "you can do whatever you want, it is your day we will make it happen." And they did our wedding day was everything and more! Throughout the whole evening/night I had multiple guests tell me the venue was gorgeous and how they were enjoying the outside seating and dancing after dinner, it was a breath of fresh air that everybody loved. We all loved it so much that my thirteen year old cousin already told her mom that's where she wants her Quinceañera! All I can say is thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for making our wedding unforgettable! To Cindy and all the staff at Texas Roadrunner Ranch y'all are the best! -The Pedroza's -

It was an amazing experience!
Cindy and her husband Jim were amazing vendors for our wedding venue. Besides the venue being beautiful itself, what sold us was their caring and trusting personality. Cindy made sure to answer any questions I had and was always available to me. She went out of her way to make sure my fiancé and I were happy. She made me feel like my big wedding day was as important to her as it was to me.
The venue itself is gorgeous!! We had so many people compliment the place and couldn’t believe such a beautiful place existed. The scenery outside is perfect for any outdoor ceremony or reception. Plus you get amazing pictures out of it. Over all it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a place for their next big event! -
