They are very quick with responding to emails, phone calls etc. they are very good with answering all questions. They have a lot of space and many opportunities.

The moment we showed my daughter the Terra Cotta ball room she made the decision that was where she wanted her wedding reception. Kortney was very nice and easy to deal with. We have heard nothing but positive comments from our family and friends since the reception. The food was phenomenal and the staff was very professional. Everyone was very accommodating. I would highly recommend Terra Cotta Catering.

Our daughter had her wedding yesterday and it was the banquet coordinator Doreen and Kristina and crew who made the entire wedding soooo memorable and accommodating to our needs. They were very attentive to our needs and were flexible and accommodating. Owego Treadway needs to give Doreen and crew a raise!!

I just wanted to 1st say a big thank you to the Treadway Inn! Our wedding was on the 24th, because of Doreen, Ben, Charles, and the whole team at the treadway I could not have had asked for a better day! They made sure that everything went as planned, if there was a slight hiccup they took care of it. They offered to help me with my grandfather who has a hard time walking, to helping with the entire set up process. I can not thank them enough for making the day go so smooth. The food was amazing, the setup was amazing, the staff was amazing, everything was top notch! Once again thank you so much to the awesome people at treadway!

I chose the Owego Treadway because of the venue itself, but also because they took care of the catering as well, which was one less thing for me to arrange, and the food is phenomenal. The staff at the Owego Treadway helped me all the way, especially with setup and tear down of the reception area (which other venues I visited did not, so that was a big plus for me). My wedding was small and fairly simple, but I feel they went above and beyond to make sure my day was fantastic. Compliments all around.

We were thrilled with the excellent service we received throughout our wedding weekend at The Treadway, and with the help and support of the sales department leading up to the event. Everyone we dealt with at the venue were professional and helpful, and went above and beyond to help us with our special day. The value of this venue can't be beat with everything the Treadway includes in their event packages. We were impressed by the service, food, guest rooms - everything! Our guests appreciated all of our wedding events being held in one location - rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and Sunday brunch - and the 3 hotels on property made it even more convenient. We would highly recommend the Owego Treadway to anyone looking for an event venue in the greater Binghamton area.

Food was amazing! Service was excellent!!! Emily was our day of coordinator and she did a wonderful job putting the finishing touches I brought in. I didn't care were they went just were ever she thought was fine.

Pam did an awesome job helping out too when it came to the ceremony. They really were a wonderful staff!!!! I heard nothing but complements on the food, including the one vegan plate we requested!

Ashley and Suzanne helped make my wedding day perfect. They were so flexible and helpful with all the little details I wanted. And the night of the reception, they were so accommodating and made sure everything was just as I wanted it. The food was amazing and our guests could not stop raving about it. And our guests especially loved the awesome courtyard in the back because there were so many cool photo opportunities. My guests looked like professional photographers with their photos back there. I am so glad I chose Terra Cotta and only wish I could re-do it all again because it was so much fun!

The staff at the Owego Treadway Inn completely exceeded our expectations. They were so attentive to our needs and desires - and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was wonderful, the bartenders were fast and friendly, and the venue was spacious and comfortable. Many thanks to Kortney, Pam, and Jessica for a job well done!!

Terra Cotta was exactly what we were looking for in our reception vendor. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the food is amazing. Suzanne and Ashley went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were taken care of on the most special day of our lives. Ashley worked with our budget and provided the best service we've ever received. We recommend Terra Cotta to everyone that asks, very pleased with our choice!

An evening of lifetime and Thank You Terra Cotta! The employees were extremely professional, helpful, organized, and flexible. Ashley and Suzanne Thank you from the bottom of our hearts you ladies were everything we hoped for and more in helping create the happiest day of our lives! The food was incredible and the venue was supurb and we will always highly recommend them.

My whole experience with the Owego Treadway was terrific from start to finish. The day we toured I knew that this was the place I wanted to marry my husband at. They didn't miss a single detail. The banquet and sales staff far exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I highly recommend them for any wedding, rehearsal dinner, shower or party that you are planning!

Terra Cotta and the employees there were excellent. They were extremely helpful, organized, and flexible. They took enormous pressure off of us the week before the wedding by having everything under control, and it came out beautifully! Everyone also raved about the food. Would absolutely recommend them.

The Owego Treadway Inn had great service and they did a lot for us considering we made the choice to get married there at the last minute. They made everything run smooth so we didn't have to worry on the day of the wedding. It was great.

The people at the Owego Treadway Inn were wonderful in all the services they provided. They helped make our day perfect and memorable and we felt really taken care of. The site for the ceremony was lovely and the reception room was first rate. Our room captain tool care of the events of the reception (First dance, toasts, cake, etc.) by coordinating with our DJ so all we had to do was sit back and enjoy our speacial day. I loved every minute of it!

Terra Cotta did a fantastic job catering my wedding! The food was great and the service was even better! They were able to customize the menu to fit more of my taste and everyone loved the appetizers! Plus the planning process was super easy and very responsive. Ashley was great!

We had a wedding offsite where they came to our family farm to cater, so we weren't at their traditional site. They were able to set up everything and serve everything perfectly as if they had their own kitchen there. I greatly appreciate the owner taking time out to come to our site to see the layout before the wedding to make sure everything was how I wanted it. He even came and served at the wedding himself!

I didn't expect such great service given it was offsite but they truly took over and helped run the reception. They did a great job and were such a huge help setting up, serving during the wedding and cleaning up everything. I would highly recommend them.

I have a glowing recommendation written below but I'll start with my only slight disappointment, which was with the hotel and brunch staff (they were courteous but not above and beyond like the sales and catering staff; hence the 4.5 quality of service). Tip: you get a free hotel room (which is nice/a typical room) with their package but if you can, I would upgrade to a suite if possible.

We had our reception at the Owego Treadway Inn. The sales and catering staff were absolutely amazing. They were professional, courteous, kind, efficient, understanding, thoughtful, detail-oriented, organized, listened to what you said and followed through on everything. They know exactly what they are doing. And not only that - they also care about you and your event. They make you feel important and special and not just another wedding event. And on top of all of that, they are reasonably priced/an absolute value! The food was delicious. I heard the bar/bartender was great (I didn't get a chance to make it to him!). Again, the sales and catering staff followed through on all of the details and made the night flow just right. Other highlights: beautiful grounds for picture taking, beautiful ballrooms for reception, they decorate/setup for you, you get a free hotel room, there are 3 hotels that share same parking lot so no one has to drive home, their restaurant has a bar open until 2AM, couple gets free brunch the next day, you can use their cake knife/flutes/etc., they provide some decorations, and they help you with planning in general.

Our original wedding day was in September but our region suffered a horrific flood and we had to cancel our wedding. The Treadway was under 8 feet of water. Staff lost their homes. As awful as everything was, the Treadway picked themselves up and re-built. They reimbursed us completely (even though they did not have to, the contract said natural disasters weren't covered). They reimbursed everyone who had booked rooms there. They reimbursed us for all of the decor/favors/supplies we had stored at their location. They did exactly what a company should do (which is rare these days) and they had not yet received any reimbursement from insurance (even until December - they still might not have received anything!). They are an organization that does the right thing and they are there to serve their clients, plain and simple. We decided if they were up and running soon, then we would do our wedding reception there and that's what happened on Dec. 31st. The Treadway turned our tragedy in September into a joyous event in December. My then fiance and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary with a wedding day to remember, thanks to the Owego Treadway Inn.

Our reception was BEAUTIFUL! The staff at Terra Cotta were wonderful. Everyone who attended our wedding raved about the food and the service. The location is absolutely beautiful and historic. It cannot be beat!!

Great food and drink at a reasonable price

We had Terra Cotta cater our wedding, and they provided an amazing spread of food for us! We had the added challenge of transportation, and the team at Terra Cotta did a fantastic job. Everyone raved about the Chicken Spiedie Skewer appetizers! They also provided excellent bar services.

Terra Cotta was awesome!!!! They were very helpful and flexible and affordable. The only downfall is they forgot to have 2 beers of my choice in cans. A small issue. Everything else was wonderful and more than I could have asked for!!! I recommend them to anyone getting married. In fact, one friend has already booked!

The Owego Treadway Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. They were very accommodating. Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to flooding and Julie Brzeski in Sales was amazing in getting all of the details ironed out and making the date change as easy as possible for us. Our wedding turned out perfect, everything was just as I had dreamed it to be and The Owego Treadway Inn made it all possible. I highly recommend this venue for any event!

The event ran so smoothly. The Owego Treadway staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Many of my guests commented on how good the food was at my wedding. The grounds were beautiful and clean. I was very very pleased with the way everything went. I was so glad we chose the Owego Treadway!

This was the best priced venue that I found in the area, our wedding is in tr winter so we need to be inside. The other places I called were almost twice as much per person! The treadway has been awesome fitting us in with out crazy schedules.

Terra Cotta's catering for our wedding was delicious! The only thing we weren't 100% impressed with was the seafood Newburgh. I did not personally try it, but my husband and dad were slightly disappointed in it. (As well as some guests; they didn't know what exactly it was, did not look very appetizing.- comments from guests). Everything else was perfect! I love the variety and choices of the menu. Ashley was awesome to work with!! She was always prompt on answering any questions and was very helpful. Also, the prices were great!

Wow! What an experience! These guys provided guidance thru the whole event, catered to myself & my groom, didn't raise an eybrow @ any of my requests! The gazebo is nice, the room was well done but the service & staff was worth EVERY penny! They went out of their way to ask our daughter if she wanted chicken fingers instead of the food on the buffet. I had requested a "doggie bag" b/c of our late reception & there was even a note on the box which they left in the room fridge! I cannot say enough about these wonderful people who helped our special day go so well. My only advice would be that if you plan on heading to the bar after your reception, be prepared. It was so packed that night & they only had 1 bartender working, but again, had nothing to do with our wedding. Go see these guys, talk to them, hire them. I wish I could do it again, they made it so great!!!!!

I recently had my wedding reception at the Owego Treadway Inn. We had the Starfire Room. It was absolutely GORGEOUS! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the planning process, through the set-up on the day-before, and even afterwards with following up with us. The room captain was very helpful and made sure the day went as we wanted it to. It was so much more than we could have asked for. They did an excellent job setting up all of our decorations and coordinating with all of our vendors. The food was delicious and more than enough for all of our guests. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this venue to any future brides!

The Treadway was an amazing place to have a wedding! They were so helpful every step of the way, and we got a last-minute upgrade to the gazebo at no extra charge. We had an open bar, which was well worth the little bit extra per person, and we also splurged on brunch the next morning for the wedding party and our families. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

The Treadway offered a comfortable atmosphere for our coctail hour and reception. We were happy to have a large ballroom with a seperate area for our coctail hour, as well as a lounge for the wedding party and private bathroom. They did an excellent job catering to our needs and desires. The food was excellent and all the guests were served promptly and as far as I know no one got a cold meal. I did have a few comments that the steak was a tad overcooked, but I did not order the steak, so I don't know for sure. It was also very convenient for the guests that the site is also a hotel and has a bar, so from what I hear, the party continued for many in the bar after the wedding was over.

The Owego Treadway Inn made my ceremony and reception planning and day of a breeze. The staff were very helpful and very flexible. They helped with some of the decorations (table names, place cards, etc.) Day of they were very accommodating anything I asked for they got me. I would surely recommend using the Treadway

When we chose this venue, we had been working with the girl that had been their for years (Kortney, she was great). Over the holidays, the GM let a bunch of the staff go (including Kortney) and didn't reach out to ANYONE to let them know. I had sent Kortney a few emails and hadn't gotten responses, which was odd. I ended up hearing from my aunt, who works in the industry, that she was no longer there. I reached out to the Treadway and spoke with Charles, who was very nonchalant about the whole situation. Throughout the following months leading up to my wedding, I had little to no contact from Charles unless I contacted them. Each time I did, he had no idea who I was and didn't know any of the answers to any of my questions. He even would put his hand over the phone and ask someone else in the room (not very professional, also very disconcerting to a bride who's paying good money for the venue). I had to call to schedule my tasting and my 3 month appointment and ask them if I needed to bring payment, which he wasn't sure (hello, I'm trying to give you my money). The appointment was fine and eased some of our concerns because we met with Ben who has been there for a while. About one and a half months before our wedding, Charles called me to schedule my 3 month appointment (LOL), to which I replied that I had already had that (what??? are you kidding???). While on the phone, he says ever so casually "have you heard about the renovations we're doing?" EXCUSE ME? A month before my wedding? I stayed calm and said, "no when will they be done? because I'm getting married in a month and a half" at which point he covers the phone and says to Ben (I'm assuming) "they're getting married in a month in a half". Also he had no idea what the renovations were. After all was said and done, the day was absolutely beautiful. Everything went perfectly, thanks to the wonderful staff. Evelyn was great (room captain) Charles needs a lot of work. Terrible experience leading up to our day.

Honestly, my wedding day was perfect and I did not let these shenanigans ruin it, but I do need to share my experience. We signed our contract with Ben (the event coordinator for years) and when he left, we were never informed. His replacement, Gabby, was very nice, but created many unexpected issues. She was so distracted at our initial meeting that she thought our wedding was a completely different event. When she sent us an updated contract, she had all the wrong prices, typos galore (including our last name) and even neglected to show that we had put down a deposit. Another wedding was being held after ours in the gazebo space (ours was at 3:30 PM) - she assured me that this wedding was going to be held at 5 PM – day of, we discovered it was actually 4:30, so we had to rush through our outdoor wedding photos. During our final meeting, despite the fact I sent her a detailed timeline and an email full of information, she got EVERY SINGLE time and number wrong. She also kept confusing what she was to provide for us and what we were bringing, despite having finalized this months prior. It took over a month to get an updated room/table guide from her, even though I had created one that she just needed to replicate. When we arrived for our rehearsal dinner, all of the signs throughout the venue to direct guests had our last name spelled wrong. On wedding day, cocktail hour was due to end at 5:30, but was shut down at 5:00, shuffling guests upstairs with nothing to do and dinner was due to be served at 6:00. We were told that floating candles were going to be used in our centerpieces, but tea light were used so the flames went out immediately. On our head table, details were all mixed up - One seat contained a combination of Mrs/groom items, and the other Mr/bride. There were no forks on our cake table. The bar was left unattended several times throughout the evening. My husband and I had the best time, but details were not carried out as I had expected.
