From the moment we met, Dwayne was so warm, professional and really passionate about us being able to get the best wedding photographs! We booked TeamDWP well in advance, and Dwayne periodically check in with us to make sure everything was okay, which really made us feel super special! We really wanted to make sure that we not only got shots as the couple, but it was really important that we got the emotions and energy of our guests during our wedding weekend - our pictures were just that AND MORE! BEST decision ever!
The best decision ever made was using Dwayne for photography. Dwayne captured every moment of the day into the night. Matthew and I felt so comfortable being around Dwayne . Without even knowing, he made jokes and conversation where he captured candid memorable moments. DWP: The Ultimate Experience
Dwayne was first recommended to us by our amazing planner Kimmi. From my first interaction with Dwayne, it was apparent that he was fully invested in our story and understanding the vision for our wedding day. About a month prior, we hopped on a call with both Dwayne and Kimmi to discuss a timeline for the day. We were on the fence about doing a first look, but after discussing the pros with Dwayne, we decided to do it and man are we glad we listened to him!
Fast forward to the wedding day, Dwayne arrives on scene with his team (Lincoln and Cosmo). Immediately jumping into action, Dwayne checks in on me and then my husband, making sure that we would both be ready for him to take some getting ready/solo shots before our first look.
During our first look, he brought us to several different locations around our venue. He would be checking in with us constantly to make sure that we were ok and not too hot from the sun. What we loved most about Dwayne was his ability to capture the candidness of the day. There was very little posing that we had to do, he was more interested in capturing the excitement and love of the day, which is exactly what you want to be evident in wedding pictures.
By the end of the night, you would have thought we had known Dwayne all our life. He really feels like a part of our family and we cannot give enough praise.
A huge thank you to Dwayne for being the storyteller of our most cherished chapter. His photographs are not just images; they are a symphony of emotions, and we will forever be grateful for the masterpiece he’s created from our love story.

Stunning Photos
Dwayne knew our wedding venue like the back of his hand and he guided us around to stunning photo location after stunning photo location. He was patient and coached us and our wedding party into the best angles. He and his team then captured the reception beautifully. It was also really hot in Jamaica but somehow his photos hid the sweat.

Huge energy and professionalism
Dwayne and the team came with a big reputation as the pre-eminent team for quality wedding photos in Jamaica and did not disappoint. We organised our wedding from Australia and from the outset Dwayne was responsive and attentive to what we wanted from our day. He also had the experience and confidence to tell us what he didn't think would work when our expectations were a bit far-fetched, which in the end proved to be invaluable advice.
In the build up to the wedding and on the wedding day, Dwayne and the team brought huge energy to the event. They made the experience of taking photos fun and proved to be a great guiding hand at those times throughout our wedding day where we got caught up in the excitement of the moment. Their professionalism and passion for their craft was obvious to see and it was also clear that they genuinely cared about giving us an enjoyable photography experience. We're just glad we made the call to go with them!

High class team and photography/videography
Dwayne and his team were the absolute best, even better than I could have imagined for my wedding day. Prior to the day, we went over the schedule and shot list to make sure my needs were captured. On the wedding day, we had some delays with the grooms side and Dwayne flexed to ensure we captured all of the images within our timeline and adjusted as needed. Dwayne was an amazing director, incredibly clear in where we needed to be, how we should pose and carry ourselves in the shots. As a couple, we haven't taken many professional photos so we weren't sure what to do with ourselves but he made us feel comfortable and confident. The rest of Dwayne's team was incredibly professional as well and made sure to capture images of all of our guests and on the dance floor to capture those 'in the moment' images. The sneak peek photos were vast and stunningly edited. The investment to work with Dwayne and his team was worth every penny and I highly highly recommend his team!

I had the pleasure of working with Dwayne Watkins as my wedding photographer, and I can't recommend him enough! Dwayne is truly one of the best wedding photographers in the industry, and he has an incredible talent for capturing every moment in the most beautiful and artistic way possible.

Exceptional Photographer and Experience
The minute we met Dwayne, we knew we wanted him to be our photographer. We live in the US and held our wedding at the Tryall Club in Jamaica - I was a bit nervous having to coordinate everything virtually but Dwayne eased all of my worries, answered all of my questions thoroughly and reassured us that everything was going to be amazing - and he did just that! Dwayne and his team did an incredible job capturing our special day! The 1.5k pictures he captured are beyond beautiful and make you feel like you're back in Jamaica - the #1 feedback we get is "these look like they should be in a magazine".

We feel in love with Dwayne’s page as soon as we viewed it online and I knew I had to have him for our wedding. We had several phone meetings before our big day to plan the day and timeline of how it would go. Every call Dwayne made us feel at ease and it was so easy planning with him! When it finally came to the big day Dwayne took us all over the resort taking photos and even picked our perfect spot for our first look. He kept us on time and the photos all turned out amazing. The very BEST!!!
One of the very first wedding decisions we made was to work with TeamDWP!! I had seen reviews and tons of photos - all AMAZING! We had a tentative wedding date set but ended up changing it TWICE to make sure we chose a date that worked with TeamDWP as well, we just knew they were the best option. We could not be happier with how our wedding photos turned out. Dwayne is a true professional and his wife, Kimmi is amazing as well... the dream duo! We appreciate how Dwayne kept in contact with us regarding details prior to our wedding date and was very informative. I didn't wear a veil for our ceremony. However, I purchased a 9 ft veil to wear for the first look so that the veil king himself could snap some unique photos. He did not disappoint! Truly an artist! Our experience working with Team DWP was amazing start to finish! Dwayne has an amazing eye and we're so glad we followed his lead and trusted his vision. He was a delight to shoot with and required very little guidance from us - it was truly one less thing for us to worry about. Simply the best!
I knew years before my wedding that I had to have Dwayne take my wedding pictures after seeing his work on social media.
Having moved my wedding from Jamaica to Miami and finally deciding on Fredericksburg, VA, Dwayne was there every step of the way.
He went out of his way to ensure Geoffrey and I had the best wedding day possible. From being Mr DIY to driving around for hours looking for the perfect place to take pictures, in a small town we all knew nothing about. His fun, easy going personality made being behind the camera such a fun, amazing experience.

Let me start off my saying.....Dwayne and his crew are everything!! One of the best decisions of the wedding planning process was hiring him for our photography. Our pictures are AMAZING! Dwayne came highly recommended, and lived up to his name. He is the true professional but also very personable. He kept the vibe light and fun, and helped shake our nerves of being in front of a camera all day. Fortunately, Dwayne was very familiar with our wedding venue, so he expertly guided us through the different areas for pictures. Now, he will have you running (not literally) all over for photo ops if you choose to do first look pictures....but BABY its worth it. I couldn't thank him enough for being by our side and also going beyond the call of duty at times to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our wedding day. Dwayne was very easy to communicate with via email or phone. We kept in touch over the upcoming months up until the wedding. I followed him on instagram and looked at his website to see his work. I was blown away!! Any questions or concerns I had, he made me feel at ease with everything. I never doubted his decisions (this is his field, he knows what he is talking about).
On the wedding day, everything went smoothly. His team and himself were AMAZING. They were welcoming, professional, and great people who we are so thankful to have met and have apart of our special day. He captured every special moment via photos and on video. We are still taken away by his work. Family and friends who were there and those who could not make it, were blown away by the quality of his work (they had a DRONE, just picture that or better yet, just see for yourself and hire them!!). We cannot believe what BEAUTIFUL work DW team put together. Every time I look at photos or the video, I cry.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Watkins,
I cannot even begin to describe how incredibly grateful I am to you both. You were both a full-service team that went above and beyond our expectations and your responsibilities. It had to be an act of divine intervention that you guys were our photographers. We were so amazed to see the artistic interpretation in the light and reflections that we never would have dreamed possible!
Dwayne and Kimmy were fabulous to work with!! Do not hesitate if you are thinking of hiring Dwayne. He is a great communicator, and once we spoke, he eased any worry I had. We were putting a wedding together in 2 weeks after 3 wedding date and venue changes due to Covid. Only a few minutes into that first phone conversation, Dwayne had me laughing. His creative style was what caught my attention, and his personality was what solidified our decision. On our wedding day, Dwayne and Kimmy his wife arrived 30 minutes early. They instantly felt like old friends with a warmth and caring that we’ve never experienced with a photographer. Kimmy even offered me the safety pin off of her own shirt when I had a dress issues! Miraculously, our wedding ceremony ended up taking place in the beautiful setting which Dwayne suggested, even though the resort representative had told us we didn’t have a large enough wedding party to get married there. Somehow, we think he had a hand in that. His contagious smile, energy, and enthusiasm for capturing exceptional memories was beyond our expectations. No photo was left un shot, and the Watkins were as excited as we were about our finalé idea of jumping off the bridge into the ocean at sunset. Where to begin! Dwayne was a dream to work with. From the moment we had our first call I knew I had made the right decision going with Dwayne. Obviously you would expect a photographer to have good people skills but Dwayne excelled; it was as if he's been our personal photography for years! He was so interested in our story, our wedding, and what we wanted out of our experience together.
On the day of our wedding him and his beautiful wife Kimmi were like our honorary bridesmaids (trust me, you want them on your team). When my mom forgot her glasses and was super nervous trying to button up my dress Dwayne stepped in (after getting the important Mom /daughter getting in dress photos) and had all my buttons done in a matter of seconds! We got married on a very hot Jamaican day so when my husband started melting Dwayne ran and got him a towel to dry off. My veil also wasn't cooperating so Dwayne and Kimmi were repining it between shots. I felt this level of comfort with them because I could feel their experience and expertise at every step.
Dwayne is a work horse. He had us running around the resort to find all the best locations. He made sure to make the most out of our time together and let me tell you, it was SO worth it. Our photos are amazing. I am usually super critical of myself but Dwayne shot us in a way that I honestly can't be harsh on myself. Our wedding photos are above any expectation that I had. I might be biased but they are seriously magazine quality. I was drawn to Dwayne because of his cathedral veil photos. I honestly was against a veil until I saw his portfolio. But I made sure he knew those were important to me and oh my God did he deliver. I have never seen such beautiful pictures incorporating a veil.
I am beyond grateful for the experience and lifetime memories that Dwayne and his wife Kimmi gave to us. I will forever cherish the stunning moments he captured.

We got everything we were hoping for and more from Dwayne and his team!
My husband and I got married on December 20, 2019 at The Spa Retreat Boutique Hotel in Negril, Jamaica.
We didn't get to meet Dwayne in person before the wedding, but just from our 1st phone conversation, he got "US" and we knew from that day we had the right person!
Working with Dwayne felt so comfortable. He has a way of making you feel so relaxed and is able to make the best out of every situation. We had beautiful sun and pouring rain on our wedding day and I remember getting hit in the back by a wave right after the ceremony. We were getting ready to take our pictures and I remember wanting to cry and being so scared to even look at my hair and makeup. Dwayne came right over to assure me that I looked perfect and not to worry. He said I wouldn't even be able to tell when I saw the photos... and boy was he RIGHT!
I trusted him enough to not even look in a mirror! My best friend touched up a little makeup, and I had my uncle fix my veil and we were off to take photos before the rain came. It eventually stopped right before the reception which allowed us to have the most magical night.
We had two photographers on our wedding day. I highly recommend it because you get to relive your wedding from so many different perspectives, capturing the fun and love of your family and closest friends. Looking back at our reception video/photos is so amazing. All the different emotions from our family and friends were so beautifully captured.
Dwayne also got married at the same venue which was a huge plus to us because we knew he had experience with the property and where to take the best photos. Dwayne was also very supportive throughout the planning up to the wedding day (5 months). We felt very comfortable sharing our experience and we had come across a few bumps and he was ready to go with helping us figure out solutions and recommended some!
When I finally got to meet Dwayne, the morning of my wedding, his smile and energy was so calming and made me feel really good. He has an amazing eye when it comes to photography and we are so incredibly thankful for all the moments he captured. It's been 5 months since we've been married and I'm still looking at the photos and watch our wedding video which looks like a MOVIE!!!!
Thank you to the entire team so much for capturing our day in such a thoughtful & meaningful way.
We HIGHLY recommend Team DWP to anyone getting married in the near future.

Happiest Bride and my Photograher was even better than my Therapist!

I can’t say I ever dreamed about how I would look on my wedding day but after I received my pictures I want to play dress up and be a princess for a day ALL OVER AGAIN. THEY WERE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. Like seriously something out of BRIDE magazine.

There were so many challenges leading up to our big day and Dwayne was always there to listen to my horror stories. I jokingly asked him if he ever feels more like a therapist than a photographer when dealing with brides during the planning process. He understood everything we were going through and assured us that on the day everything would be fine... “just love each other on the day and everything will be fine” he said.
Everything was NOT fine because after all that planning and being in Jamaica for over 2 weeks prior to the BIG DAY of course on that day it rained... it poured. I was devastated and the only thing, the only person that kept me sane was Dwayne, his team and the fact that “I loved my soon to be husband”. Dwayne kept me calm through every shot and took my mind off the monsoon that was happening outside. There was even a point where we were taking shots of me looking out the window, as I looked at the dark skies and listened to the sound of thunder I just cried.... he still kept taking pics.
The way Dwayne captured every REAL and honest moment of my husband and I is almost UNREAL.
Hands down he is the best... he was the most expensive vendor on my list and I tell everyone Team DWP owes us nothing!!!! they are worth EVERY PENNY, dime and nickel.
Please do not skimp on the cost of photos it will be all you have for the rest of your life when your memory fades.
Cut your cocktail hour if you have to and get DWP’d

Dream Team
When my now husband and I decided to get married in the Jamaica, the second most important decision, next to the man I was marrying, was who I wanted my photographer to be. Dwayne and his team have photographed the weddings of a number of our friends and each time, the photography was breathtaking. I cannot count the number of times I have "stalked" his blog just viewing photos over and over again. WOW!! The Best Ever!
From the moment we saw Team DWP's work, we knew we had to book them!! We chose this beautiful location for our destination wedding and wanted our photography to be equally as amazing. Simply the best
Dwayne was punctual and calm, cool, collective in a situation that was intolerable by the resort wedding planner and other staff. Dwayne took a situation which timing wasn't on our side and made it work. Although we don't have all the pictures yet, the pictures that were sent to us are amazing (angles, color, vibrant..etc). During the session, If something Dwayne is doing seems "awkward", it's not, let him do it, his vision is great! Allow and embrace the greatness. Dwayne's attention to detail, along with guiding you what to do for pictures felt like a glamours photo shoot. Please don't be held back if you have any ideas of pictures you want as Dwayne is up for it and he will create more pictures from the idea you had. We are so happy and fulfilled that we made the choice to be down with Team DWP and so will you!

The VERY BEST in the business
There are certain things for a wedding that are of paramount importance. Photography is one of them. The pictures and/or video you have (along with your memories) will be all you have to keep reliving the joy and excitement you had on the day vows were exchanged.
DWP had to be our photographer! I had seen his work and past clients of his had advised us to ensure we used him and his team.
Well... they DELIVERED!
From the very first call I knew I would enjoy working with them. Dwayne was very professional and instantly connected with us where we just had a sense of comfort.
He made it easy to get in touch with him whenever we had questions.
We were kept abreast and prepared for the day over the months prior.
On the day of the wedding they were on time! They came with bubbling energy and obviously enjoy doing their job.
Once they started taking “getting ready photos” I felt comfortable just letting the team be in charge and “do their thing”.
Our wedding day had lots of disappointments caused by the resort team but Team DWP was so amazing in keeping the energy positive and happy and literally made us laugh even in the face of adversities. I didn’t realize until after we saw the pictures just how many magical moments we had. They captured moments I didn’t even realized happened. Dwayne is an artistic genius and Team DWP delivered excellence and perfection, capturing the simplest yet most magical moments! They pay attention to details and the colours were POPPING. They found ingenious ways of taking some of the pictures that turned out so lovely. We had sooooo many pictures well organized under the different categories ready for us to download and share.
Team DWP - Thank you so much for these amazing photos that were so beautifully done!!! Words can’t explain how grateful we are that you and your team could still capture true emotions and beautiful moments on this day. Best Decision of the Wedding!
I cannot say ENOUGH about Dwayne and his team! We decided early that photography was a huge thing for us and I looked high and low for the perfect photographer. As soon as I saw The Team DWP website, I was sold. I wanted bright colors with lots of contrast and I was not disappointed! Both Dwayne and Steven were ultra professional and efficient. We changed our ceremony location the night before the wedding and DWP adapted without any issue. The pictures were STUNNING and came way earlier than the guaranteed time. If I could fly Team DWP to the states for every future photo session, I totally would!!!!

More than I ever imagined!
Team DWP was absolutely amazing from the very first email. Their customer service, responsiveness, care, communication was above and beyond. I was immediately sold after the first phone call and Dwayne didn't treat me like just a random quote, but as if I was already his customer, walking me through what a day looked like with them and why quality photography was important. From then on, I had multiple updates, as well as touchpoints to check in. It was almost as if he was reading my mind up to every detail. The anticipation was brutal and I was even saying to my friends who had shared some of their cell phone shots (which looked really good, by the way) that the photographer is really gonna have to be amazing with his photos.
When I tell you my mouth was wide open when the link with the oh so many photos showed up in my inbox. I literally had to leave work that day so that I could take it all in. It was more than as if I was reliving it all over again because they had shots I hadn't even seen or recalled happened. They captured EVERY detail of that day and I couldn't have asked for a more amazing set of photography. Do yourself a favor if you're on the fence, go ahead and call them. The whole experience with Team DWP is worth EVERY penny! Thanks for making my wedding day even more special! I'll be using them again for a vow renewal and recommending them for all my friends! They are already looking to see what event can they have just to book them.

From the reviews of others, I expected not shortof amazing from this team. What I got, was a million times better than that. It’s an amazing feeling to look at your pictures a month later and feel as though it was yesterday! From the very first conversation to book the team, I knew I was in great hands.

DWP studios was incredible to work with. They felt like family from the start, spending time getting to know us and our story. What is unique about the experience is the level of detail with which they utilize a given space, series of key moments that they are sure to catch, and the small moments that you may miss being a busy bride and groom. Looking through these photos takes us back to the feelings, words, and joy shared on our wedding day each and every time. In a way DWP is able to capture so much that you are able to reflect on the time you shared with family and friends at your own pace and in vivid color. Every award speaks to their dedication to capturing authentic moments in time. Small tip - your event schedule is key so think about how to maximize 8+ hours of continuous shooting (no breaks once DWP gets started!). I’ve been a huge fan of the work from TeamDWP Studios for years. I knew when it was my time to get married I had to hire them as my wedding photographer, even if it meant selecting a date based on their availability.
The team flew all the way to Aruba to shoot our wedding. My husband and I decided we wanted pictures taken away from the wedding location to capture the picturesque landscape of Aruba. The day before the wedding the team even went to the extent of identifying the perfect locations across the island to shoot so they were prepared.
I can’t believe how amazing it was to work with the team the day of. They were very professional, but still brought great, fun energy to help alleviate the natural stress that comes with the day. They were also good about tracking time to make sure we stayed on schedule to get us back on time for the ceremony. I truly appreciated how much directions was given. Not once did I feel awkward not knowing how to pose (which was a concern of mine). They will go to the extent of telling you to push out your hip...if you’re lucky they’ll demonstrate which makes for a good laugh.
I loved that TeamDWP Studios pushed us out of our comfort zones, which I know will make for amazing pictures. Thank you TeamDWP—our special day wouldn’t have been the same with out you.
I can wait to see the rest of pictures. TeamDWP all the way!!

My husband and I are so happy to finally be apart of the TeamDWP Family! If we could give Dwayne 10 stars, we would! We did a ton of photographer research, both in Jamaica and the US, but we kept finding ourselves back on Dwayne's page. We loved all of the colors, the beauty, the details and the special candid moments he caught on camera...so, before we knew it, we decided go with TeamDWP! We wanted something unique and different from all the other wedding pictures we've seen and that is EXACTLY what we received. Dwayne and Steven were so much fun to work with, so professional, so talented -- we shared so many laughs throughout experience and enjoyed taking every single picture.
We hired TeamDWP for two days of wedding events.... Dwayne really is an artistic genius and we quickly learned not to question him, so when he asked my husband to pick me up on the edge of a cliff, we did what he said and thank goodness we did because that shot is the most gorgeous picture we have ever seen and sometimes we are still in shock that WE are in it :)
Our photos were breathtaking and we still have NO idea how we are going pick which ones to print. Every time we look at our pictures we relive the moments, it's like we are back in Jamaica (full of vibrant color, sunshine, fun and so much love), our family and friends are so impressed with all of our pictures and we can't stop posting them to all of your social media accounts.

Dwayne Watkins is an artistic genius and a delight to be around; his staff is also lovely and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them. Working with TeamDWP was simply amazing. Dwayne and Steven went over the wedding time line and made me feel at ease the entire time. The photographers managed to capture every moment of our special day without interrupting the flow of anything. Doing a "first look" was a great idea! we were able to get a lot of photos in while my make up was still fresh and this also allowed us time to mingle with guests after the ceremony. I wouldn't choose another photography team if I had to do it all over again.

Team DWP was on time and ready to work. They made great suggestions and delivered fantastic,non traditional photos. My biggest suggestion to anyone doing wedding pictures...be sure to include some of the traditional one on one mother daughter , father daughter, son and mother, son and father and siblings pics etc that are intimate. You need those along with the fun. I didn’t specifically request them so I didn’t get many good formal ones. Although, Dwayne asked me what I wanted and I failed to write it down so it really is my fault. You can’t go wrong with Team DWP. The pictures are superb .... many many compliments and so many unusual angles.
You get what you pay for. I’m a very happy bride.

Dwayne Watkins and his team are the real deal!
Kady and I got married on April 2nd, 2017 at Beaches Negril. Before hand, we had the opportunity to explore different photographers and their portfolios. There were several free options that were available with our wedding package in addition to "outside" photographers that could be contracted to work on our resort. Right from the beginning Dwayne Watkins's work stood out beyond everything else we had seen. We were extremely impressed, and decided it was worth it to spend a little bit more money, as he was an "outside" photographer, in order to work with the best. We're so glad we did!
Dwayne reached out weeks before the wedding to discuss ideas and get a feel for what we were looking for. He was already so familiar with Beaches and the best areas to capture our special moments, that we felt comfortable giving him autonomy on where to go and what to do. Something he said to us over the phone really stood out. He told us that what he was really looking to capture were the feelings, the raw emotions, the realness, and the love we'd be living in the moment.
On our wedding day, when it came time to start shooting, Dwayne and his crew arrived early, were extremely organized, and new exactly how to take charge and direct our wedding party, family members, and friends in order to capture what we wanted. It felt like Dwayne was everywhere from every important angle. Our photos came out so perfectly, and Dwayne's turnaround time and communication after our wedding day were phenomenal. If you're getting married in the Caribbean, I very strongly recommend you hire Dwayne Watkins as your photographer. In fact, some of our friends who attended our wedding have already booked him for their own upcoming Jamaican wedding!

Team DWP was amazing!!! It was our one splurge and we had no regrets. They kept us relaxed through the whole process while being simultaneously invisible. Choosing a photographer can be quite overwhelming as many claim to be the best however, my luck lead me to the best; Dwayne Watkins. My wedding venue recommended him along with their hand picked list of vendors, ironically he was well known and respected by a few of my family members already. Planning with him was easy as he is practical and direct and from the moment we met until the wedding day, communication was easy. He is based in both JA and Florida, so it was convenient to avoid high long distance phone bills as he had a US number. He was also attentive to my one time bridal melt down which I appreciate lol
On the wedding day he arrived on time and was an amazing creative director as my bridal team and I were initially weirdly nervous, he put us at ease and was super helpful in non photography areas like getting my veil on (everyone else was all thumbs lol ). After a while, we barely realized he was there and with our natural chemistry and his amazing sense, beautiful moments were captured. My cousin/matron of honor passed away right before the wedding and he was able to accurately capture her spirit in the photos which so very touching and special. As weddings have so many moving parts, we ended up running late, so he did his best to capture as much as he could without rushing us. Dwayne is no nonsense and the real deal, my husband and I are so in love with the photos as are loved ones. It's so special to have this moment captured in such a realistic way. I truly feel as if I'm taken right back to the day, with all the wonderful emotions with each picture I view. I recommend him for any bride who won't settle for less and who wants her pictures to tell her love story.

I got married in July and Dwayne did the photography. Myself, my husband, my family and friends...everyone is so impressed by his work. He was easy to work with before the day and was a delight the day of the wedding. We had the wedding at Tryall so he already knew all the key locations to hit to get amazing pictures. He even caught amazing sunset pictures. But most impressively, he delivered the pictures so quickly...I was stunned! I can't wait to start putting my album together. Do not hesitate to book DWP. Dwayne and team are amazing! They really captured us and the energy of our wedding. It was amazing how well they knew the resort and the perfect locations to take photos. They are creative and were able to get us to relax even though photo-taking isn't one of our favorite things. After doing an extensive amount of research looking for a Photographer in Jamaica I came across Dwayne and his staff. Destination weddings are tricky so you don't know what to expect. So u have to do your research....when i was looking , All of the other photographers in the area were just okay but they just never stood up to the quality of his pictures. When I looked at his gallery, I was like I have to book with them. I think I had booked him prior to flowers, hair, makeup and making flight arrangements etc. lol! His work looks like straight out of a magazine. My wedding was at Secrets Wild Orchid and I had about 95 guests. Dwayne and Stephen were totally professional and very patient with my family and friends. It had rained the day of and the coordinators wanted to move the ceremony inside at first but thankfully we waited and it cleared up enough so we could have it outside. We were running behind schedule due to rain and just me being behind as well eeek! but Dwayne made it happen and was quick about getting the shots we needed to beat sundown and also the possibility of rain coming back. I am BEYOND PLEASED with the way the pics turned out. No lie but just about EVERY single picture is a winner and has gotten so many compliments. He's very talented and I would definitely recommend using Dwayne for your wedding photos. If you have the money in your budget to splurge, I say go for it! Pictures help relive the moment all over again! Trust me you will not be disappointed....AT ALL!

Dwayne and his team are AMAZING. We couldn't of asked for a better photographer for our wedding day. Being that we did a destination wedding, we were a little nervous with the fact of never meeting the photographer before hand, but those nerves disappeared as soon as we met Dwayne and Steven. They are very open to any suggestions and ideas you have for photos but also have a vision of their own. I have never seen such vibrate and clear pictures before. If you have the chance, use them. They are worth EVERY penny!!

I don't even know where to start - Dwayne and his team are absolutely amazing!
I knew I wanted him to capture our wedding even better we had set a date. Dwayne must have thought I was crazy when I approached him without a date or venue but thankfully he went with it :)
When my husband and I first received the link to the blog post I cried. The images were better than I could have imagine. Every moment, every tear, every laugh, every emotion was perfectly captured. Everyone who has seen the photos cannot get over how amazing they are.
Every time I look at the photos (and I've had them for about two weeks) I relive the happiest night of my life.
Other brides told me to hire a videographer but my husband and I weren't interested. I was told that we would regret that decision and I can honestly say that I don't regret it one bit. I cannot wait for our coffee table album to arrive.
I don't know how TEAMDWP did it but they truly captured EVERY moment of our special day.
Definitely using them when we renew our vows for our 50th anniversary :)

Dwayne Watkins's work and professionalism was superb from the beginning to the very end. We had our wedding at the Half Moon in Montego Bay. Planning a wedding from abroad isn't always easy, but I have to say, choosing Dwayne Watkins Photography was probably the one of smoothest parts of the process. I chose him before we even knew where in Jamaica we would be having our wedding, he also gave great input on locales. On the wedding day, Dwayne was nothing but professional, he and his team dressed in attire that blended with the event and we barely noticed they were there. The pictures that resulted exceeded our expectations. The creativity that comes along with his pictures are very unique. Because of DWP we have been featured on many wedding websites and blogs and even a news publication! We are so happy we went with this photography service.

Upon my initial contact with Dwayne, he was very professional and gave me various options for his services. He asked my husband and me in advance of the wedding about our personality and style preferences to ensure he captured the essence of "us" on our big day. Dwayne and his team were flexible, professional, had that great photographic 'eye' to capture the right moments and placed both Jade and I at ease. His ideas for our photographic theme, the use of colours with the right equipment made our wedding photos brilliantly stand out.

While he did a decent job with my wedding, his lack of response after the fact was why I rated lower. I misplaced my wedding dvd and contacted him twice by email, never heard back from him. Even if he couldn't replace it, I would have appreciated a response back at the very least. Many Jamaican vendors are all about the money, once they got your $$, then they could care less.
