    Excellent and creative! John Jakob was a delight to work with. So many guests remarked how beautiful the venue was and it was all due to Taylor's.

    They provided me with extra chairs, tables and coolers, but they have everything you might need for your event. The service is excellent and their prices are cheaper than most companies.

    We used Taylor’s to rent linens, barware (wine and champagne glasses), cake plates and forks (for cake as well). As far as I know, everything went seamlessly with them. They delivered everything for a small fee, and they also came to pick everything up on the Monday after, which was very convenient.

    This was a great rental company. We used them for our tables, chairs, plates, linens, and silverware. They are very friendly and helpful and have a wonderful selection of rentals. Highly recommend!

    Great prices, wide range of items. We rented the white garden chairs, and they arrived filthy. We had to clean 300 of them the day of the wedding. Taylor's did take off half the cost of the chairs for this, but it was a hassle to deal with. Other than the chairs, we were very happy with the other rental items.

    We went to go and see what they had, they had no idea. They took us back in the rental room and just told us to dig. They had good prices and were for flexible about pick up. But the quality of their products were not very good. Some things were broken or chipped.

    I thought I was getting a great deal but they charge per day so when I got my proposal for the items gone from Friday to Monday their prices were not such a great deal. I'm glad I caught it before the big day.

    Terrible experience. Avoid.

    Really reconsider if you are thinking of renting from this company. I used their rental services for an outdoor wedding reception for a large tent, tables, chairs, bar stands, stage, lighting etc. in July for over 200 people. The preparation was smooth and the ladies we worked with were very helpful and responsive so I had high hopes that on the day of our reception this vendor would be the least of my concerns. We were told they’d be very busy because it was a holiday weekend so they’d come set up 3-4 days early to make sure everything would work.

    On the day of, they show up with a dozen guys and trucks to start setting up with no preparation or planning. No one had come out to see anything in advance. Shortly into setting up a gentlemen showed up to our property telling us he got a call from Taylor to rent his skid steer for several hundred dollars a day to be billed to us, without warning or communication to us. We actually owned one and negotiated to use our own skid steer so as not to incur several hundred dollars additional cost. Then we asked them to be considerate with the grass and sprinkler heads where the tent would be going and where they would be driving the skid steer. They didn’t inform us they’d be driving dozens of 4ft long rebar spikes through the ground and the head of the crew later told us if things had been done like they should’ve, someone would’ve been out to check out the property days in advance and work through all the specifics before the day of set up but he wasn’t told anything about our job till the day before. They then drove ruts through the grass where guests would’ve been walking, drove over the sprinkler heads, drove over a separate lawn with a road right next to it digging ruts again, and spray painted the driveway to drive a rebar stake through the middle of the property owners driveway. They managed to upset the owners of the venue so much we had to find a new venue.

    I managed to find a second venue and get permission to put up the tent, on the day of the rehearsal dinner. We drive to the new venue and within a few hours of starting set up they drive stakes through the water and electrical line and shut off water and partial power to the house where our family was staying. They didn’t bother to call 811 before they dug, at either site, they then marked the site to drive the stakes through a few inches from and in line with the main water main which was clearly visible. They then tried to continue working and erecting the 60’x120’ tent at which point we told them to stop before they caused more damage because we had to call out a plumber and an electrician to dig a 6ft trench and figure out how much damage had been done underground on this venues property. They also did not inform their boss of this damage until we called the next morning. I then had to find a third option to host our reception with 12 hours to spare! While our family went without water to the house they were staying at.

    Ultimately we were able to use the tables, chairs, linens and a portion of the stage we paid for in advance. Less than approximately 50% of what we paid for. After all this and almost 6 weeks after the event, they have not made it right or given us a refund on the items we couldn’t use because their guys repeatedly made errors that resulted in damage to not one, but two separate properties! The tables were disgusting, covered in old cake/icing and layers of dust. Several of the tables and chairs were broken. My wedding planner said it was the worst quality materials she’d ever seen from a vendor.

    They did pay the bills for the electrician and plumber but they didn’t make it right with us. We have emailed and called to try to resolve this and they have not responded to our request for a partial refund of items we didn’t get to use.

    Save yourself a lot of stress and frustration and find another vendor for your rental needs. Not one that will catastrophically affect your event and then fail to make it right.
