The Classiest, most Traditional and Delicious cake you can buy!!

From start to finish working with Yolanda at Taylors Bakery was a joy. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable person, and she made our daughter and finance feel special when selecting their wedding cake. The cake they chose was stunningly beautiful but also delicious. Our guests raved about how good the traditional white wedding cake was, and it was even more delicious than the samples! If you like traditional wedding cake, hands down Taylor’s is the bakery to use, and make sure you work with Yolanda. She makes you feel like family!!

Best Cake EVER!!

Our wedding cake from Taylors Bakery was hands down the best cake we’ve ever had! We tried so many cakes before, but most tasted like box mixes—beautiful on the outside but lacking in flavor. Taylors nailed it in both taste and design. The cake was not only stunning but also delicious, and it was a hit with all our guests. Highly recommend them for both amazing cakes and fantastic flavor!

Delicious cake and smooth experience

We had a sheet cake from Taylor's for our wedding. It was delicious and the process to order and pick up was smooth as can be. Definitely recommend Taylor's!

The BEST wedding cake we have had!

We had a lemon cake with raspberry filling for our wedding and it was DELICIOUS! Multiple of our guests said it was the most delicious wedding cake they have had! Would highly recommend Taylor's for a wedding cake!

A+ Experience w/Taylor's Bakery for Wedding!

We used Taylor's Bakery for cookies, donuts, and cake for our wedding on 2/24/24 at The Mill Top in Noblesville. It was a pleasure working with Yolanda and her team. The desserts were delicious, pricing was fair, and delivery service to the venue was flawless. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommend Taylor's Bakery!

Beautiful Designs

I ordered my wedding cake from Taylor's Bakery at the 62nd and Allisonville rd location. Everyone was so helpful and patient. They made everything easy so I didn't have to stress,I brought in my color swatches and they matched my roses on my wedding cake perfect to my colors. The cake was amazing (chocolate, white,and lemon poppyseed flavors were sooo delicious 😋. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and the delivery was on time. Thank you Taylor's Bakery for making my wedding cake amazing, the decorators did an awesome job!

Taylor's has wonderful wedding cake options.
I'd it's simple like a 2 layer round cake they got you
If you'd like a tiered cake they got you
They have simple and Intricate designs - they have example books to look at if you don't have any ideas. Or you can bring in examples from pinterest or Google.

Best vendor I have ever used.

I have been getting my cakes here for the last 5-7 years and I have never been disappointed. Cake always tastes so fresh and always look just the way I wanted it. Prices are reasonable also!

Beautiful Wedding Cakes

I love how beautiful the wedding cake are from Taylor's Bakery. They delivered the wedding cake on time for my daughter's wedding. The white cake with Raspberry filling was a hit with out guest! I highly recommend Taylor's for the taste, value and decorators that create beautiful masterpieces.

Great experience

My wife and I used Taylor's for our wedding cake. The consultation was fun, we got to view all the various styles and options that were available to us, which were numerous. They delivered the cake to our venue in Brownsburg flawlessly with no issues. The cake was delicious and looked amazing! The entire process from start to finish was handled very professionally. Overall we we're extremely pleased with the service at Taylor's. I highly recommend Taylor's Bakery if you're planning for your big day.

Daughter’s Wedding cake

Personal touch speaks volumes

The amount of ideas their representative gives out speaks volumes to the experience. Yo is a true wedding cake specialists with, from what I’ve heard, more than 40 years experience. The vision she saw was more than what I could have imagined. She takes the time to ask the right questions and truly made the experience worth the effort. This is THE vendor to use

After an absolute nightmare with other cake vendors, we ended up going with Taylor’s and I wish we had just used them first! Price is similar to others in the area. They were friendly and super easy to work with. I had other vendors giving me the run around and trying to say they couldn’t just give me the simple cake I wanted (red velvet with white cream cheese icing), but Yo at Taylor’s turned our cake nightmare around. The cake itself was beautiful and delicious. Don’t waste your time looking around-just go here! You won’t regret it.

The Best Wedding Cake!

The wedding cake is the best part of wedding planning! Especially working with Yo at Taylor’s Bakery on 62nd street and Allisonville. My family has picked up numerous birthday and event cakes from Taylor’s so they seemed like the obvious choice for our wedding. We inquired via Facebook messenger and was told to schedule a free consultation appointment online. We got in within the week and meet Yo in person. She was bright, friendly, and put all our worries to rest. She said we could order and pay for the cake up until the day before our event! No pressure, no hassle, no hidden details. She let us look at books full of wedding cake pictures. I showed her a picture of a cake I liked online and she said she would have no problems making one just like it. The best part of our consultation was she sent us home with a top tier sampler! We got to try our cake and share with our family at home. We went with chocolate, white and half and half. So delicious! Come wedding day, Taylor’s delivered my wedding cake within the time frame we discussed earlier and set up the cake where we wanted it. Yo lended us a cake stand for the event that we needed to return back to her bakery within the next few days. We highly recommend meeting with Yo if you’re in the market for a wedding cake. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze (and my husband’s favorite part of wedding planning!) We will be using Taylor’s for all future Bakery needs :)

We had a brunch wedding with donuts and a small cake. Taylor's provided both the donuts and the cake (most vendors don't have both). The ordering was VERY easy and inexpensive (we even had some donuts left over). They delivered to the venue which was also very nice to not have to worry about the pick up. We got many compliments on the yummy donuts. I also appreciated the phone call a couple days in advance to ensure delivery on time etc. They were wonderful to work with!

Taylor's Bakery did an AMAZING job with my cake. It was so delicious and exactly what we wanted. The whole process meeting up with Yolanda, doing the tasting, ordering, and the delivery was seamless. I cannot wait for our one-year anniversary to taste it again. I would highly highly recommend Taylor's Bakery for your wedding cake or any cake! Everything they make is delicious so maybe avoid it if you are on a wedding diet :)!

Our cake for our June 24, 2017 wedding was beautiful and delicious!!! It was exactly what I wanted. I sent over a picture from Pinterest that I had found of the details I really liked and it was an EXACT replica of the picture I sent them! Any time I ever called or stopped in to inquire about our cake, everyone was very kind!

In addition to our wedding cake, my mom also had Taylor's put together donut holes in the little baggy's for our hotel guest bags for our family/friends who were coming in from out of town. My family loves these donut holes and so did all of our guests!

I wish I could post a picture on here of our wedding cake, but I will be posting one soon on their Facebook/Yelp for anyone who is interested in seeing it!

Taylor's Bakery is AMAZING! They are so very easy to work with. So reasonably priced and just so trustworthy. We ordered both a cake and a variety of desserts for our wedding. Everything was beautiful and arrived on time. I mean we provide desserts (more than enough as we are still eating cake--hooooray!!) for 200 people for less than $200. We worked with Yolanda at the Fishers location was was just a delight. She not only made sure we were all set but she made it fun too! I love Taylor's and have used them for other events and just for your everyday doughnut purchase as well but for our wedding they KILLED IT!!! Thank you Taylor's!!

I had planned to have my florist add flowers to my cake when it was delivered. The night before the wedding I realized we had no flowers for the cake. My father called Taylor's early morning of the wedding and asked if they could add flowers with icing. The girl who answered told him that it would be no problem and that she would go personally work on it right then.
THE CAKE WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Thank you Taylor's for going above and beyond!

Taylor's let us design our cake and it turned out wonderful. I thought the delivery fee was very reasonable and they took great care of it.

Taylor's bakery cake is delicious! Their service is great, they are professional, friendly, and helpful. We had no idea what we wanted and they walked us through all of our options. We ended up ordering too much cake originally and they let us change our order two weeks before when we had our final guest count. I had a great experience with Taylor's Bakery and would highly recommend them.

Our family have done business with Taylor's for over 69 years there was no question that this wedding cake would come from them. The cake was delicious as always and blew us away when we saw it from how our "nautical" theme came to life with the cake. People still talk about the cake.

I am so happy we chose to use Taylor's Bakery for our wedding cake. The entire process was smooth, easy and friendly! We met with one of the owners 2 different times, and he was so helpful in walking us through our options, working with ideas we had, recommending things to us based on their years of experience. I was reassured throughout the process that everything would be great. And it was! I also liked that they had worked with our venue before. I didn't have to worry about them finding the right place to go, etc. They told me their usual process. It made my life much easier. But more than anything, I loved how family-oriented and friendly the business is. It was definitely the right choice for us as we were looking for something simple and delicious.

We decided to have a cake that tasted good, that people would enjoy eating, and Taylor came through. Plus it looked exactly how we wanted it to look, simply and classic. Also, the cookies we had them make for the take-away favors were really excellent. We tasted a lot of places before decidiing on Taylor and would recommend them highly.

As Rachel Ray would say...Yum-O! The cake was delicious! We had a double sheet cake, a three tiered formal cake, and a side-anniversary cake that looked like a tiffany box. Everything was just as we ordered it and was perfect. They do not do fondant or buttercream icing, but who cares?? The cake wasn't fancy, but the Tiffany box cake looked like a tiffany box and everything was the perfect tiffany color. The cake was full of flavor and very moist. The best part is They bake your cake the day you need it and they are very reasonably priced. Did I mention they give you an 8 or 6 inch cake to try for free to try for your wedding??!! You call it in and pick it up! Amazing!

What a "sweet" place to bake our wedding cake! Taylor's bakery had everything we wanted and truly helped out this bride on a budget. The cake was not only beautiful, but it tasted delicious! We had a 3-tier wedding cake and two double stacked sheet cakes in the back. This helped to cut costs immensely and our guests couldn't even tell the difference! We had lemon cake with a raspberry filling and it was perfect for a Summer wedding. It still tastes delicious and fresh even a few days later! They even changed their schedule to accommodate our florist's schedule so she could add flowers to it on the day of the reception. They were so easy to work with and truly the nicest people!

Our wedding cake was perfection, thanks to Taylor's Bakery. We got many comments from our guests about how delicious the cake was- and it was just white cake with butter cream frosting. Perfectly simple but still so decadent. The cake was also designed beautifully. It couldn't have looked more beautiful. The only (possible) downside is that they do not make cakes with fondant. I didn't mind because I think real frosting tastes WAY better, but some couples who are looking for fondant might be disappointed. I would recommend Taylor's Bakery to any bride & groom!

Taylor's Bakery made an awesome cake for our wedding and provided excellent service. We worked with John and what I loved about him was that he looked out for our pocketbooks and didn't try to talk us into extras that wouldn't have enhanced our cake much. He was easy to trust and pleasant to work with. They got our order right and delivered it on time. The cake was rich, moist, delicious, and very beautiful! They decorated it with iced roses that matched my primary wedding color of pink perfectly and the roses were perfect in design too. The cake was more beautiful than I ever imagined it would be. It looked like a wedding cake straight out of a wedding magazine. I also believe that they were very well priced and we got a lot more for our money going with them than we would have going with any of the other bakeries in the area I got quotes from. I would highly recommend Taylor's Bakery to anyone looking for a bakery to make their wedding cake. I believe you would be very happy with them. We sure were and we cannot wait to enjoy our cake top on our 1st anniversary this coming June!

Taylor's did an outsanding job on my wedding cake. I only had 20 guests for my reception because we wanted a small, intimate day with our family. Taylor's listened to what I was looking for and offered the perfect solution! They were super friendly, flexible, and accomodating. The cake was so soft and the icing was the exact design I hoped for. I would recommend Taylor's in a heart beat!

My reception venue provided the cake for me through Taylor's, but I worked with them on the design of the cake. They were really great to work with. They made me feel very comfortable with the cake I was picking. They had lots of options and were willing to work with me based on pictures I found online and in magazines. The cake turned out beautiful and was very delicious!

Taylor's Bakery was our hidden gem! We heard of them through word of mouth, and my guess is that they probably do not need to advertise in all of the big wedding magazines because their incredible reputation gets them plenty of business through word of mouth.

Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly decorated to our specifications. The best part was that not only was it beautiful but it tasted amazing and was fresh! So many other bakeries told us they froze their cakes, but Taylor made our Cake the day of the wedding so it was fresh and tasted incredible!

We also requested for a smaller cake to be done for my parents (it was their 39th wedding anniversary). They did a great job in recreating their wedding cake in a smaller version, and most importantly they kept it a surprise. My parents were absolutely delighted!

Taylor's Bakery was amazing. They were able to accomodate any little changes that my husband and I had. They also made is very personal...you didn't feel like another customer. They also do a great sample cake for you at no extra cost...which was amazing! I have recommended them to many people since our wedding.

They are great to work with. They provide you the best answers, and know so much about the business that they don't steer you wrong! I actually don't like cake that much, but thought our wedding cake was delicious. They made me see cake in a new light! And... their frosting is the best. You have to try it!

Their cakes are so good and look so formal. They did an amazing job. They aren't very expensive as far as wedding cakes go. Did i mention that the cake was good?

Taylor's was exceptional! They had a wonderful tasting and so many ideas. They even incorporated my exact wedding colors into the cake. I provided a fabric sample from my bridesmaids dresses and they were able to create at specialty icing for the piping on my cake. Everything arrived on time and looked exceptional.

Our Wedding cake from Taylor's was simply beautiful and most of all, delicious. I've been to several weddings where you walk around the reception room and see pieces of cake left over, but i'm pretty sure that wasn't the case at our wedding. We received many compliments and have referred many others to taylors. I'm biased because i've been a regular and fan of Taylor's for some time, but their prices were better than the competition, which surprised me for the simple fact that we would have probably paid more for their product.

I was extremely pleased with my cake from Taylor's. The cake looked great and tasted fabulous. It matched my theme and looked wonderful in the reception venue. We were on a tight budget, but Taylor's provided me we with an awesome cake that was not insanely expensive. They have cakes that run in all price ranges, but even the less expensive cakes are really special. I would recommend Taylor's without reservation.

They did a great job! They were able to catch a mistake and fix it when I made my final payment. They did a great job as we wanted 2 smaller cakes for our flower girl and ring bearer and they did a great job accommodating us. The cakes tasted wonderful!!

Taylors did a beautiful job! They were paitent with us while we looked through all the photos & asked a ton of questions. They were great with ideas & how to save money. I would highly recommend using Taylors. Truly the best cake for the money.

They were wonderful. They can make a cake with just one day's notice if needed. We chose them, even though an hour away from the wedding, because they offered such beautiful cakes at low prices. And of course, the cake was delicious.

Taylor's Bakery was able to make wedding cake with only 10 days notice at a good price. The staff was wonderful at coming up with a design based on my style and preferences. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Our guests loved it.

Taylors' cake was on time with their delivery and careful in their set up. The cake was good! They were flexible with our returning a cake shelf as we were out of town immediately after the wedding for our honeymoon for a week. Courteous and responsive and answered all of our questions.

We knew going into our wedding planning that Taylor's Bakery cakes were a favorite among both sides of our family. So we had to order from them of course. The cake was EXTRA delicious! All I had to do was show them a picture of a beautiful snowflake cake covered in 3D snowflakes and they said "done". It looked exactly like the picture! It was gorgeous! Taylors makes their cakes a little different than others. They put both a layer of white and chocolate cake for each tier. This way, guests do not have to choose white or chocolate, they get to taste both! And they have a delicious signature icing! yummmy! They do not have to do your cake this way though. they will work with whatever you wish! Although I do believe the cake was expensive, I back this up by saying ALL wedding cakes are overpriced. and this is because people overprice anything that has to do with a wedding (because they can). I do believe that we spent our money in the RIGHT place though! and there are many other places that would have charged even more (and the cake would probably taste bad). ALSO... if you want to sample, you just call and let them know you want to sample wedding cake and they make you an entire sampler cake for you to pick up and take home. You could probably feed 10 people with it (unless you are REALLY big cake fans)!

I had a destination wedding in May and then an at-home reception in late June. For the reception I ordered cupcakes and a "giant" cupcake. I worked with Yolanda (best to call ahead and set appointments) who was extremely flexible. They do not have a minimum order or spend requirement - I ordered 40 cupcakes and the giant cupcake (no stand rental and no delivery) for about $120. They only asked me to call about a week ahead with my numbers so they could prepare their staff.

I will say that I was a bit surprised when I came to pick up the order. The cupcakes were side by side in a giant box, not in individual holders, but the frosting did not rub off on the other cupcakes fortunately. The giant cupcake was just placed in a large cake box with the lid propped up and plastic draped and taped in front of it. I had expected something a bit sturdier as a giant cupcake has a high center of gravity and is prone to falling over - which is exactly what mine did and that was disappointing. However the cupcakes were beautiful and delicious and for the price and flexibility you will not find a better vendor to work with in Indianapolis.

Taylor's baker took my idea and made it. Our cake was to die for the leaves matched my girls dresses perfectly and the leaves in the icing were a great touch too. Also everyone from our wedding keeps talking about how great our cake was, and I have to agree. I highly recommend them

Taylor's did a phenomenal job on my cake. It tasted wonderful and looked exactly as we had described our vision for it. We chose the white buttercream frosting and the yellow cake, which has a wonderful lemon flavor to it. We saved the top layer for our anniversary and can't wait to try it. We worked with Yolanda, who was very professional and friendly. And the sample cakes were fantastic! It was so hard to choose. I would definitely recommended them to any Indianapolis bride who wants a delicious and beautiful cake. :)
