    Very easy to work with and quick to respond via email! The chairs and easels I ordered for our wedding were perfect! I would use this company again for my rental needs.

    We used Taylor Rental for our Sept 1st Disney wedding. They were actually suggested to us by our planner when we asked about using outside vendors for providing chairs. We ended up getting Chiavari chairs through them and could not be happier with the way everything turned out. The price for each chair (with cushion) was more than half the price of what Disney was charging for the same chairs. We worked with Chris mostly and he was great and responded promptly to emails. If you are planning a wedding and are looking for outside rentals company I would strongly recommend Taylor- the service and prices are top notch !!

    I use Taylor Rental for all of my events! They have exactly what I need to host everything from our SCYFL parties, my son's Birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, Holiday dinners and I am now planning my wedding and I would not even think of using anyone else! The staff is amazing! They deliver and set up everything for you, they are firendly and professional! The prices can not be beat!

    In working with Taylor Rental of Central Florida, as a wedding planner, I found the staff to be helpful. I personally worked with Christopher, I found him to be helpful, informitive, polite,knowledgeable,and very much on time to do his job. I would recomend this company to anyone and would use them myself for future jobs.

    Taylor Rental provided all of my tables, table cloths, and chivary chairs. They were amazing, flexible with delivery, got it set up quickly and had everything out on time also. Katie was extremely helpful in picking everything out! I've used them for tons of small events since then including my baby shower! Always a pleasure to work with!

    We used Taylor rental for our beach wedding and our experience couldn't have been better! They are very knowledgable and professional, and our set up was perfect!! We now use Taylor rental for smaller parties, consider us life long customers. :)

    Jackie found me the most perfect white fold out chairs for our backyard wedding from Taylor Rental. Taylor Rental worked with me and our budget/time frame. They were so helpful and the chairs looked beautiful! They were exactly what we were looking for.

    Taylor Rental in Kissimmee was great. They delivered 70 chairs to a somewhat uneasy location to get to, without any problems what so ever. Plus their prices were unbeatable. I will never go anywhere else for any future rental needs!

    Carly with Taylor Rental was a HUGE diamond in the ruff. She provided pretty much EVERYTHING for the wedding. The centerpieces, linens, candles etc. She not only made such a unique centerpiece for me, but she was so flexible, so sweet and was a great VALUE for the cost! She is a local "Mom and Pop" rental company that we had seen many times driving by and finally decided to stop on by. We are so glad that we did. I don't know what we would've done without her! She did an AMAZING job and because of her, our wedding looked "HOLLYWOOD GLAM" and we couldn't be happier with the service!! I definitely recommend this company to all brides, budget or no budget. Customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority and it shined through. Thank you Carly!!

    Jim at Taylor Rentals was great. Him and his team were very professional and provided exactly what I was looking for for our outdoor wedding. There prices on tent and lighting were very reasonable. Our wedding was over a holiday weekend and they were flexible with us and the venue in picking up the tent the next day as they were closed on Monday. Everyone raved about how beautiful our clear tent and chandeliers were. They also found us whimsical tree light strands I had been searching for. I would reccommend them to everyone- thank you again!

    Flexibility was awsome couldnt say any thing better about them -!!!! as a bride this is the most important thing. i called about 6 times the week of with an issue with my tables and called crying hoping they would be able to just make things work . Not only did they make it work they made it perfect !! A friend is getting married next year and the first thing out of my mouth when talking about rental and vendors was taylor rental!!after talking to their wedding cord. She sugested the venue and we loved it !

    Items rented for wedding were dirty, I had to clean everything. One of the glass tower vase they rented me was broken, good thing I took each one out of the box and checked it before I left the store. There computer system crashed 3 weeks before my event, however I had placed my order with them 9 months in advance. When I called a week before my wedding to make sure everything was good for pickup, they had no clue what the heck I had placed on hold and they never even bothered to call me. Would never do business with them again, terrible service and they need more help...its as if your renting junk from them based on the condition of their products. Their prices are cheapest around, but the quality is cheap as well.

    Poor service and dirty tables and chairs

    Delivery came 3 hours prior to requested time, were delivered to a DRIVEWAY of the wrong house but was able to be intercepted to deliver to correct house. Chairs and table were extremely dirty and had to be cleaned and hosed down prior to use. Pick up didn’t come until 7pm. Spoke to owner of company and asked if delivery is supposed to be left in a DRIVEWAY (of wrong house no less) he said “if nobody is home we have to leave them somewhere.” Then asked about condition of tables and chairs and he says it’s normal wear and tear. Also, called while waiting for pick up (1:30pm requested) and was told they’d pick up between 5pm and 6pm (didn’t come til 7pm) and after calling owner the next day to request a refund for all of the issues encountered he no and then said “well you know the traffic in Poinciana.” I would think you would make this pick up a priority especially after speaking almost everyday about the problems that arose. I will not do business with them again. Website says “We ensure our customers receive the very best from us.” Very far from it.

    Never had any problems renting from them - actually rented 3 times in the past until this last 4th time. I called to set up the delivery - we've had them deliver twice in the past 4 months for a $20 fee. We are less than 5 miles away from their location. The female "manager" coldly told me that they didn't deliver. When I pointed out that in the past they had delivered for a fee she placed me on hold and then got back on the phone and stated that they had another delivery going close to our place and and they would deliver for $30. When I pointed out that not even 2 months ago they had charged me $20 for delivery - she cut me off and told me that the gas prices had gone up (never mind the fact that she confirmed that she would have their truck close to our house that they wouldn't have to drive the full 5 miles from their location). I chose to pick them up. Upon the day of return, our truck became unavailable and I called her - same 'manager' and explained that we just needed a pick-up, how much would it be. She stated "$30". To which I pointed out that they didn't have to deliver, just to pick it up so it should be half charge. She stated again that it was $30 because it was "last minute". We'd never encountered this before. I was upset by this point and I asked to speak to a manager - she informed me she was the manager and I told her I had rented 3 times with them and based on her interaction I would not be renting again to which she replied "Well, that's your decision." The customer service is just abysmal, no courtesy and absolutely no value of their customers. I have many contacts that have asked me for rental places and I will make sure that they all know to stay away from this rental company, I wouldn't give them another penny of my money despite having a few events coming up this year. I'd honestly rather pay more somewhere else just to get good customer service.

    I rented items for a huge Thanksgiving dinner. I am unhappy. The gold rims on the dishes were worn on some items and had completely worn off others. The wine glasses are child-size, which doesn't make sense. They dropped the rental items off a day early (though they changed the date on my contract to reflect that and I didn't notice it) and they picked them up two days late. They were supposed to pick them up on Saturday, so I waited all day Saturday and missed out on the after-Thanksgiving one-day sales I planned on going to. They picked them up on Monday. They did not do setup or breakdown. They dropped off bags of chair cushions that I had to tie on all the chair myself, and then I untied and rebagged them before they picked them up. They inconvenienced me with both their dropoff and pickups. I had their items for 6 days. I only wanted them from the day before till the day after. This was ridiculous. When I spoke to Jim Brown, he told me that his crew misunderstood his text and thought they were supposed to skip my house on Saturday. (What could he have written that would have made them think that?) That was a mistake on their part, not mine, yet I suffered. When I said he should adjust my bill, he said, "So, it always comes down to money, doesn't it?" Yes, it does. I didn't get what I paid for, AND he made me miss out on the savings I'd have gotten if I'd been able to shop on Saturday. Jim offered me an adjustment of $30. I said $68 would make me happy. "No, ma'am," he said. I then pointed out that the reputation of his business wasn't even worth $38 to him, so to HIM it was all about money. If he'd given me a $68 adjustment, I'd have been satisfied and I would not have written this review. But I think everyone deserves to know how Jim handles things when things have gone wrong. As long as he has your money, he doesn't care, "ma'am."

    STAY FAR AWAY!!!! I have never been so upset by the service received by a company. I contacted Taylor Rental October 16th for a quote for my upcoming wedding. I received an email on 10/18 stating there had been a family emergency so the quote was going to take a bit longer. I am an understanding person so of course I waited. I was finally contacted on 10/30 and told that they were working on the quote, but needed the exact address. I provided the address on 11/2. On 11/9 after not receiving a response, I emailed again stating that I was concerned because I needed to secure rental items for my wedding. I got a response on 11/10 stating they never got the address so I replied immediately and gave them the address. They provided the quote that day and I replied requesting information on how to secure the date. They responded on 11/13 and said that I was required to pay 20% down. I replied again and asked how to pay that. I wasn't sure if I could do it over the phone or needed to go to the store in person. By Friday, I still had not received a response and as you can imagine, I was very concerned. If it took them this long to respond to an email, would they show up on time to my wedding? I sent a professional, but stern email and requested a manager call me. The manager/owner of the company called me and was extremely rude. He said that if I had called, I would've gotten an answer and that it was my fault for not calling. Up to this point, I had only communicated with them via email. I am a school teacher and cannot make personal phone calls while at work. I did try calling a couple of times, but I shouldn't have to track these people down. They are a company offering a service that I was more than willing to pay for. The manager proceeded to tell me that I needed to find a different company because he didn't want to work with someone like me. I have never been treated so poorly by someone. Stay away!!!!

    DO NOT USE TAYLOR RENTAL!! There items are very worn. They charge extra amounts for items that they SAY aren't returned even though they are returned. BEWARE!! They are condescending and have no customer service!!
