    Went above and beyond to deliver and provide for our wedding

    THANK YOU everyone at Taylor Rental! With our wedding on a holiday weekend there was some last minute confusion about delivery times and availability of space at our wedding venue. Taylor Rental went above and beyond to rectify the situation with our venue and accommodate their requests. All of their equipment and linens were top notch and we were extremely happy with everything they provided. What an amazing day only made better by a reliable and helpful rental company!

    Wonderful experience

    It was so easy working with Taylor Rental. They were so responsive, helpful in my needs and thought of everything we didn't. The delivery and pick up process was a breeze and the items were beautiful!

    I am a wedding planner, coordinator, designer in northern Michigan. We have worked with Taylor Rental for nearly 20 years. They offer nearly everything that you might think to rent for the big picture of a wedding from high chairs and china to generators (in other words not just tents and white chairs). They have a wide variety of the products that they offer (4 types of china, crystal and regular stemware, a huge variety of linens and the willingness to add to their inventory for us over the years if they felt the new addition had a shelf life so to speak. Any issues that we have ever they (within their ability) have been remedied in a timely manner and they are open to discussion and pleasing and exceeding expectations with and for our clients. Customer service and hospitality are everything to me personally and in business and I include them as a company that understands my kind of crazy and even embraces it!

    Taylor Rental has phenomenal customer service. I rented a large tent, tables, chairs, bars, a stage, dance floor & many other smaller items from Taylor Rental for our September wedding and they delivered everything & set everything up in a timely manner. We were able to tweak our order to fit our needs up until a few days before the wedding which was a giant stress-reliever. There's something magical about an outdoor tent reception & their products and service was everything we'd hoped it would be.

    We used Taylor Rental for our wedding tent, chairs, and linens. They set the tent up and took it down, so we had nothing to worry about! Everything looked amazing!

    Taylor rental takes great care of Sweetwater Catering

    We have used Taylor rental exclusively for our catering service for the last 35 years.They always go above our expectations.IF there is a situation that arises due last minute changes by our client or a weather issue they will try to the best of there ability to provide a timely solution .

    Rented wedding tent

    Taylor Rental is a fantastic resource for rentals. We used their beautiful white wedding tents, tables, natural wood chairs, amazing linens, and white woods for our ceremony and an arch for the ceremony.

    Good service

    We rented ceremony chairs. They were all in good condition. They were delivered and picked up on time. Communication with them was easy. Only complaint is that the delivery fee is a little high.

    I felt like they were looking to get some extra money out of me, just because I was asked to pay in full for a tent that was for my plan B. I think that they would have done a great job with the chairs, but I was reluctant to book because of their requests.

    The linens showed up very early and that was really nice of them to accomadate for us. when they showed up they were in boxes not on hangers like I had seen before.
    The are of the linens after being "pressed" and put into boxes and brought from Petoskey to Gaylord. The linens were so wrinkled they looked like someone used them to make a bed on the floor. If I could post pictures on her I would.
    The silverware was spotted and every piece needed to be shined. The plates had the gold coming off of them. The clips didn't fit the tables.
    Angela came out the next day after numerous phone calls back and forth and brought us chargers ( which had food on them and had to be washed) free of charge, a few more linens ( these were clean, pressed, and on hangers this time) and a steamer ( which didn't work correctly.) Angela also gave us a refund of under 250.

    My family had to spend 3 hours during set up ironing linens, shining silverware, washing chargers, and going through plates and pulling out the ones that can't be used. The early delivery was where the one star comes from and we appreciated it because if we hadn't we would have been stuck missing out on our weekend and guest to try and fix everything that was rented. You may have a different experience then ours and I know that they are now owned by True Value Hardware which they are amazing with equipment rentals for that!
