Jason is The Best!

Jason (Taylor Films) did such an incredible job for our November wedding in La Quinta! We would highly recommend him for anyone on the west coast looking to book a wedding videographer.

From the beginning, Jason was very friendly and walked us through all the steps of the booking process, what to expect, etc. We must have watched a thousand videos from wedding videographers from around Southern CA, but we had a very good feeling about Jason, not just from seeing his previous work on his website, but just from his kind-hearted nature right from the get go.

The most important thing of all, Jason made my wife feel very comfortable every step of the way, from the booking process, to the calls we had leading up to the big day, to the wedding day itself. From the Bridesmaids getting ready early in the morning all the way until our late-night silent disco, he made us feel like we could just be... us. That, especially on a day of that magnitude and importance, was so relieving to have.

We also really enjoyed the way Jason shot our day. Everything from epic drone shots, to funny little exchanges between friends, to the "big" moments of the day, he nailed. The sneak peek, the highlight montage, and full-length digital DVD were all SO well done. Jason has an amazing ability to balance professional, fun, and telling a beautiful story within his work. We couldn't be happier to have had him document the best day of our lives in such a special way. Jason killed it in every facet and we would recommend him to anyone!!

Amazing - Work with Jason!

Jason was fantastic to work with. From our first phone call, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. In fact, we didn't bother chatting with any other vendors.

Jason is so friendly and professional and had great working knowledge of our venue and the area. Not only is his work great, but he was extremely responsive and made sure to answer any questions we had promptly.

Amazing Videographer, 5 Star Experience

I could not have picked a better videographer to capture our April 2022 wedding at the Westgate Hotel in downtown San Diego. Jason and Michael were absolutely amazing to work with!!! Jason was so attentive and kind throughout our entire wedding planning process. We were one of the 2020 COVID cancelled weddings and had to cancel our date 3 times before finally landing our final data in April 2022. Throughout that entire process Jason remained kind, understanding, and supportive. He did his absolute best to work with us through all the tough circumstances and we were so grateful for his kindness. The wedding day itself was fantastic and Jason and Michael were so great at keeping everyone comfortable. He and his team were prompt and on time and were sure to capture all of our moments. It was honestly amazing how they did their work without "being seen". I had multiple guests comment on how the videographers did a fantastic job of working in the background.
We were so happy with the final products that Jason provided us with (our full video, sneak peak, and 10 min montage). We have enjoyed being able to relive that day through the beautiful work that they did.
We would 100% recommend Jason and his team for any brides and grooms look for a videographer for their special day. A+, professional, and kind. 5 stars all around!

Taylor Films was incredible!

We are so thankful for Jason and the Taylor Films team! They captured our wedding day so well. We will treasure the beautiful wedding video they created for us forever. From the very first time we reached out to Jason regarding packages and booking with Taylor Films for our wedding, he was so responsive and helpful. Literally within moments of submitting a request for information online, Jason called us to talk through his process and services.

Jason helped us through two postponements due to COVID-19. Finally, on our third wedding date, our wedding happened and Jason went above and beyond to create an amazing film of our special day! He made us comfortable every step of the way. Jason is an expert and so talented.

Best wedding video vendor!

Taylor Films was amazing!! They are flexible. We had them through the entire wedding including getting ready. Jason was great to have and we felt comfortable and able to be ourselves while getting ready. I think that they captured everything that we want. I definitely think its worth the price. Yes the prices can be higher than others, but you get what you pay for. High quality, professional and priceless memories captured. Thank you for everything! I would recommend them over and over again.

Choosing Jason to shoot our wedding day was the best decision we could have made! Jason was easy to work with, has a great upbeat personality, and not to mention...his work is phenomenal. The shots he captured, the edits he made, and the techniques he used resulted in an absolutely perfect wedding video that we can watch to cherish these special memories forever. I cannot express enough the high quality of his films. They are movie-quality and he knows exactly what moments to capture and include in the video. Thank you for your hard work Jason! If there was something I was very very picky with during my wedding planning, it was our video. I wanted it to be PERFECT. I mean it's going to be shown to a bunch of people after all!

And Jason and his team were so patient and understanding. They listened to my many requests and made sure it was exactly to my liking. I was a huge pain about it, but they handled it completely professionally with no complaints. I am so happy I got to choose my song as well!

Also, very affordable, I took advantage of a new year sale and they have a drone! So we were able to capture the gorgeous ocean on our special day! Jason and Trevor were also hilarious, cracking jokes during the whole time and even ran with us to the aquarium to take more shots.

The only thing I was a bit bummed about is that they don't do slow motion shots. But it ended up being ok because some of the camera work was really slow and smooth, so our video turned out great anyways. We are so grateful for everything! Thank you so much!

Jason was amazing. He came very highly recommended from everybody we talked to. When we talked to him on the phone he gave us a great confidence that our wedding will be documented the way we wanted to. On the day off they arrived early and ready to go. They made it easy for us to be ourselves and enjoy the experience in the moment knowing that it will be something for us to enjoy the rest of our lives. The final product was so beautiful! We cried with joy through the whole thing! We are so glad that we got a videographer and that we went with Jason. He beautifully captured every moment!

A definite must hire! As most couples these days we were cost conscious as we were paying for the wedding ourselves so videography was what my fiance considered not a necessity. I insisted and hired Jason and it was one of the many great decisions I made in the wedding planning process. Nobody tells you that you don't actually see your own wedding and my groom certainly didn't expect it to go by as fast as it did. Two days after the wedding he tells me I am so happy you hired a videographer because I don't remember all of our wedding details and its going to be nice to have. Mind you this is before he even saw a minute of footage!
I watched at least 3 dozen wedding videos by at least a dozen different videographers when trying to select the right person and ultimately I was lucky enough to get my first choice - Jason. I had a modern Persian wedding and not the traditional boho garden flower crown wedding that is so popular these days. His videos are clean, well edited and fresh. I wanted voice-over video so I could hear people speeches and the vows and he did an INCREDIBLE job capturing the highlights. I have now watched my own video upwards of 50x and LOVE it. I am a type A bride and he exceeded my high standards. I have had several friends tell me that this is the best wedding video they have ever seen.

Highly recommended! Taylor Films represents high quality consistency, talent, professional expertise, and excellent customer service when it comes to video. Taylor Films is a preferred vendor at our venue, Grand Tradition Estate. I met Jason Taylor at their Bridal Faire. Jason is very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work with your budget to have a video package that works for you.

My fiance and I were first on the fence about adding video to our budget. However, we decided to do it for the sentimental value. After considering the fact that we always look back on our “One a Day” videos (it’s an iPhone application) and the fact that we lost my grandmother before we could plan the wedding, we realized we wanted to capture our wedding day and the people who came in motion. Photos provide beautiful snapshots to tell the story of your wedding but video can capture how people interact, sound, and all the nuances that create the emotion in the moment. There are so many details happening and people that pull your attention on your wedding day that being able to relive it and see in a different perspective is valuable. In price shopping and researching other videographers, Taylor Films ended up as my gold standard that I compared all other videographers to. Honestly, I feel like they are the best.

Day of, Jason and his assistant were very professional, personable, and worked seamlessly with our photographer from True Photography in setting up shots without getting in the view of our guests. They were like ninjas!

An awesome benefit is that Taylor Films not only offers a hard copy of all your video but also an “online theater” where anyone with your personal link can view your videos. All the videos are organized like a DVD where there are “chapters.” PERFECT for sharing! Our family and friends loved it.

Our very first meeting with Jason from Taylor Films was everything we could have expected. We knew right away we found our videographer. He was very personable, super friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. Communication with him throughout the entire process was a piece of cake - his response times were very quick. Fast forward to the day of the wedding/reception and our entire bridal party, even the children were very comfortable around him. You could barely feel his presence, yet he got the most amazing footage of the littlest most sentimental things. Our short wedding highlight was wonderful to watch and share with our guests on social media. Thank you Jason for a phenomenal experience working with you and we could not have been more happy with how our final wedding video turned out! Jason was amazing! From the beginning, my husband and I loved his work and he was our first choice for videographers. Jason was absolutely incredible for our special day! He captured everything perfectly and was such a fun person to work with. It is definitely a struggle having to wait for the video that captures such an important day but he was extremely responsive, kept me up to date with the progress, and delivered an overall wonderful finished product.

Jason was amazing and I am so happy that he was available to part of our day!! Jason was one of the first videographers I contacted and right away I felt very comfortable chatting with him. Jason and his team are absolutely amazing. From our first discussion prior to booking Taylor Films, I already knew we would be in good hands. Jason made us feel at ease. My husband and I don’t really like the spotlight and get shy in front of cameras, however, we did not even notice Jason and his crew during the wedding. They basically blended in with our guests. What even amazes me, the shots that were captured on our big day were incredible. There were moments that takes me back to how our special day unfolded. Moments I didn’t even realize or even remember happening. Jason was recording me getting ready in my bridal suite. Things got a bit hectic since makeup/hair took longer than expected for all of my girls which pushed back my time, so we were cutting it really close. The moment I looked in the mirror after my makeup artist had already left since I was still getting my hair fixed, I had a meltdown. The makeup didn’t look the way it was applied during my trial – being that she forgot the makeup pallets she used during my trial. Jason was around to reassure me my makeup looked great. He helped calm me down and even brought me a large mirror to take a look at my makeup in natural lighting outside on the balcony. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to capture memories of our special day. Watching our video for the first time brought tears to our eyes. They definitely captured all of the tiny details, heart wrenching moments I was hoping for. If you are looking for a videographer/cinematographer, you will not be disappointed with Taylor Films. They made our big day truly something special that we will hold close to our hearts.

Taylor Films was the best investment me and my husband made for our wedding! We were not sure we could budget for it but I really felt that the real time moments were going to be so important to have later. I work in the wedding industry and met Jason Taylor through other vendors and his work is absoultely breathtaking! He and his team make you feel so comfortable which lets you be 100% yourself which for your wedding/wedding video is so important. You can truley enjoy your wedding and being in the moment without hving to even think about your videographer. I knew he was amazing, very professional and personable but when we got our highlight video I cried and I couldn't stop watching it. It was more elegant and beautiful then I could have imagined. Taylor Films captured every important moment and it couldnt be better! The highlight video captured the emotions and the love with every important piece to make you feel like you were still in the moment! Taylor Films was amazing! From the initial phone consultation to the wedding day to the final product, we were very happy with them! Jason is very personable, answered our questions, and explained everything we needed to know. We were debating even having a videographer for our wedding. We figured the photos would be good enough. We were so glad to have the video as well! Jason and his team were extremely professional and discreet during the wedding day. We didn't want to feel like we had paparazzi. The final product was amazing. We didn't want a 'cheesy' wedding video, we just wanted to relive the day in the most natural way possible. Jason really listened to what we wanted and he did an incredible job delivering! Highly recommended.

*My husband wanted me to especially mention Jason's wingman (I forgot his name!) on our wedding day because he told my 'husband to be' he had never seen a groom so calm and relaxed when in fact my husband was very nervous to stand in front of so many people during the ceremony! As I recently wrote in a note to Taylor Films "Jason, Jason, Jason...OH MY GOODNESS!! There are not enough adjectives to describe your work! I get misty-eyed and goose bumps every time I watch the highlight video. And the Blu-ray? Forget it. Cry like a baby!"

Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with from day one-- Sitting down with him, my husband and I felt comfortable and confident in the message he was delivering. Jason answered all of our questions before we even asked them, and the wedding video options he offered were competitive and generous. The day of our wedding, we were reminded of why we chose to work with him-- he made us feel secure in what we were doing and to be honest, we forgot he and his team members were even there for most of the night! He was subtle and impressive with the shots he gathered throughout the day and into the night. When approving our final video, Jason was SO accommodating and easy to work with-- allowing us to offer input and giving us his professional opinion, which we so valued. I was suggested to connect with Jason by my wedding planner and I am so happy I did. While I am still waiting for the end product, he was amazing to work with. He was so responsive, easy to talk to, and accommodating to my week long events. What was great was that he was so friendly and nice at all of our events. My husband loved him (which was the first time they met) and we appreciated how hard he was working. I literally saw him running to capture some film. I cannot wait to see the end product!! OHH and he brought a drone to my wedding which was a huge hit.

If you really want best of the best films in your wedding date! I highly recommend you Taylor films.
I got married in August 1st 2015 Marina Village, San Diego, CA. I did google search a few wedding websites but I didn't find anyone better than Taylor Films after reading their crew films profile and contact Jason. Jason is very fast response to my questions phone, email, text in time (I text him like midnight and got return in a second) and very professional.

Even though he doesn't available film on my wedding date but his screws Jerad Cullen and Zeke was there available. Jerad and Zeke are very easy, nice guys and professional, their contact me before wedding regarding location, time...these guys work very hard on my wedding date. I remember request films only 8hours but their cover almost full day and night with no extra charges, so Jerad/Zeke didn't miss any shot in my wedding moment or activities.

After films, Jason himself took his time carefully review edit video and ask me which song and shots in 3-5mins footage. I gave him a list of shots and I got them all in next day! like I said these guys didn't miss any moment or activities! Jason gave me a few set Blu Ray DVDs and I promise give him 1TB USB drive for raw data but I didn't then he just gave me a free 1TB us drive :). There is no better Jason himself as Taylor films (http://www.taylorfilms.com).

Jason was amazing. He was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator and we couldn't have been happier.
My husband and I live in Dubai and since our wedding was in San Diego we had to do Skype interviews. From the first time we "met" with Jason we knew he was the perfect fit. He really knows his stuff, but is very laid back and easy going. He was always quick to reply to any questions we had which was really good. When discussing the timeline on when we would receive our videos he was very direct, not vague like a few others we spoke to.
On the big day he was great, to be honest we actually forgot he was there until he came to say good night. (I assume thats a good thing with a videographer as you don't want people acting for the video). Our highlight video is even better than we could have ever expected. Jason and team did an excellent job filming our wedding at Mt. Woodson last year. We were so happy with the final product. I went back and forth on whether to spend money on a videographer, but SO happy we did - worth every penny. The day is a happy blur and hard to remember all the details (speeches, ceremony, decorations) unless you have it filmed. Plus fun to see all your guests interacting and having fun. I highly recommend a videographer, especially Taylor Films. They came recommended to me, and if you can get them, I wouldn't look anywhere else - just book!

We booked Jason in Aug. of 2012 for our daughter's wedding on Oct. 18, 2014. Jason is absolutely the best videographer you can have! He was very professional, very patient and very friendly. We are so ecstatic that we have had the opportunity to work with Jason Taylor as our videographer for our wedding. Jason has been so attentive and responsive all throughout the experience, and has always had such an energetic and positive energy about him. He is also extremely creative and excited about what he does, so although he is definitely open to suggestions, he also knows exactly what to do if your like me and are not exactly sure how you want everything to be shot!! Jason works with a partner, so is getting multi-angle shots throughout the day. He actually had quite a calming effect on me as I was getting ready on the day of my wedding. My husband and I are so pleased with our choice, and will highly recommend Jason to all of our family and friends.

If you are looking for a videographer for your big day, look no further than Taylor Films. Jason filmed our wedding on October 18, 2014 and he was amazing. We actually had booked him way back in August of 2012, but as soon as we met with him, we knew he was the right choice. He showed us several video samples and talked with us about his different packages, prices, etc. He was very approachable, easy to talk to and has a great personality. He answered all of my emails right away and really listened to what we wanted.
The day of the wedding, he arrived early with excitement and a smile on his face. He acted so professional and put everyone at ease. He encouraged everyone to be as natural as possible and I honestly didn't even notice he was there. He even had his drone to get ariel shots of our wedding and reception venue (so cool!!!)
After the wedding, I was SO excited when I received the link to our highlights montage. I watched it over and over and over again and was in awe at what a great job he did. I couldn't wait to receive the finished product, and once again, was thrilled when he sent me a link to an online theater to watch it. He was kind enough to edit and make some changes to the video after I viewed it, and I really appreciated his patience with the whole process. Once it was all edited, we received a package with our DVD's. I loved how he put the labels on the DVD covers, as well as the discs, with our picture on it. Such a nice touch! We also received the raw footage which was so much fun to watch, especially because during your wedding day, you miss a lot of the smaller details. It's fun to look back on what everyone was saying and doing while they were getting ready!
I guarantee you will not regret hiring Jason for your wedding, or any other special event! He is extremely talented and exactly what you should look for when hiring a videographer. I am so glad that I have the wonderful memories to look back on for years to come. Thank you so much

I cannot say enough about Jason Taylor Films. He captured our special day so beautifully, I'm a particular bride being in the industry and a little bit of a perfectionist, and Jason worked with us on the video and music and the end result was amazing. Jason respected what angles I preferred and despite being married on the hottest day in San Diego, with everybody practically melting in the 96 degree weather, he managed to still make us look beautiful! While the cost of a videographer was always something that held me back from booking initially, I am so grateful I did it! It is definitely worth every penny especially for Jason because he made sure to capture all the little things as well that I had forgotten even happened. It really is a treat to be able to revisit that day anytime I want, and certainly if you are looking for someone to trust with that day, I would personally recommend Jason.

Taylor Films was such a dream come true for my husband and I. Jason Taylor was recommended by our venue (Rancho Valencia), months prior to us getting married and we were so lucky to have him at our wedding. Not only is he professional, organized, and responsive but he makes his bridal party feel completely comfortable while filming. My family is big and very strong headed and he was able to get everyone coordinated and in the video. This is not your normal wedding videographer. Jason takes clips of your wedding, pieces them together perfectly and produces a short and sweet music video (love story) of your favorite day. My husband and I second guessed the value of having a wedding videographer and I am so pleased we went with Taylor Films. Now I get to relive our wedding any day I choose. We were able to get some aerial footage of our wedding which was also such a treat and surprise. I really don't think there was anything he missed at our wedding. He is worth every penny and more. If you get the opportunity to work with Taylor Films; I can assure you, you will NOT be disappointed.

I wasn't sure that I wanted a videographer at our wedding because being in front of a video camera makes me very nervous, but having our wedding on video was important to my husband so I agreed. After the fact, I am SO glad that we had our event captured on film! I barely even knew that Jason and his crew were there. They didn't hover and make me nervous as I had anticipated that a videographer would do. Also, the end result was fantastic and my husband and I LOVE our wedding video! Taylor Films did an exceptional job for us and we absolutely loved our videos. Responsiveness was really important to us and they were always very prompt and attentive. I looked around for a while before settling on a videographer. I found Taylor Films early on, but wanted to make sure they were the best. I honestly couldn't find another videographer I liked better. I watched a bunch of wedding highlights videos, and nothing compared to Taylor Films. His videos are amazing. I decided that photography and videography were the most important of all my vendors so I was willing to spend the money to get what I really wanted. I couldn't be happier with the services Jason provided. We met ahead of time so he could get an idea of what I wanted. The day of our wedding he was so friendly and polite, and never once got in the way. He emailed me the highlights video, and even let me edit a few things before he sent me the dvds. Oh, and he got back to me right away every time through email. Very professional!

HE CALLED AND SENT ME THE PRICE LIST OF HIS SERVICES. AFTER LOOKING OVER WHAT SERVICES JASON PROVIDED, WE DICIDED TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HIM.
I LIVE IN BAKERSFIELD, CA SO ALL COMMUNICATION I HAD WITH JASON WAS OVER EMAILS AND TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS.
THE DAY OF THE WEDDING JASON WAS THERE PROMTLY ON TIME. HE GAVE US A FEW INSTRUSTIONS AND BEGAN TO DO HIS THING.... EVEN MY HUSBAND (WHICH REMEBER IS NOT A FAN OF THESE THINGS) WAS THROUGHLY PLEASED WITH HOW TAYLOR FLIMS TOOK AWAY THE ANXIOUSNESS THAT COMES ALONG WITH CAMERAS ALL AROUND.

Jason was incredibly easy to work with. He shot our Shabbat/Rehearsal Dinner and also the wedding. He was on time, friendly, and caught all of the great moments. Jason did our wedding video and we couldn't be more pleased. Since we were getting ready in two separate locations, Jason had a second videographer shooting. They both did an amazing job. They were professional and honestly they were so great at staying in the background, yet they were able to capture everything! When we watched our video, we realized they captured so many things that we didn't even know about that went on at our own wedding. He provided us with a wedding highlights video that he edited the most important parts of our wedding. We were able to choose our own song to have on the video. He also provided us with an edited full version video that was divided up into different segments so if you wanted to watch a specific part of the wedding, you could. Or if you wanted to watch the entire day you could do that as well. They provide a high quality video and are also really good at editing it down, making it very enjoyable to watch. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of Taylor films work and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional videographer. Thanks Jason!

Jason is great to work with! Super friendly and very skilled videographer. I have to admit, I didn't think we 'needed' a videographer and thought the money could be saved, but my husband wanted it so I went along with the idea. Hate to say "he was right" but he was... and hiring Taylor films was a great decision. He was very discreet with filming every detail throughout the day and my guests felt comfortable as well (and I've been to weddings where the videographer is everywhere!). He was very professional and helpful with giving advice of where to shoot. And the final product was just perfect! Just writing this review makes me want to put in my DVD and relive the day!

AMAZING WORK!!! My husband and I adore Jason Taylor and his work is incredible. We hired him to shot our wedding this past summer and the final product was even more than we'd hoped for. Excellent quality and attention to detail. He captured every moment of our day and we will treasure our video forever. Jason and Taylor Films was more than I ever could have asked for. I met Jason and the Bridal Bizarre and was about to give up hope. After seeing all the videographers and horribly, cheesy videos I passed by his booth. I was so impressed with the sample that I scheduled a meeting with him ASAP. Jason customized our package and communicated with us throughout our whole journey of wedding planning. The videos we did (Love story, Highlights, Dance montage and our wedding day) turned out absolutely incredible. I cant stop watching them and showing all my friends and family. Jason was such a pleasure to work with. On the day of our wedding, he captured everything, while being unobtrusive to the wedding party and our guests. What really impressed me the most, besides the video (which was pretty amazing!), was that he sent us our set of DVD's, and upon watching it, my husband and I realized that it did not include our moms walking down the aisle. I asked Jason if we could get this additional footage on a separate DVD, and he insisted on redoing the DVD. He claimed that "this is your wedding video- it should be perfect." He did this free of charge, and we had our revised set of DVD's within a week. To me, this shows so much class, and I would not hesitate in hiring Jason, again, as I know he'll produce exactly what I want, for a reasonable price and is extremely professional. Kathy was poised and professional, and managed to be everywhere throughout the day but able to do so without being abtrusive. In fact, I forgot she was there. The finished product was one of the most emotionally-rich and well thought out pieces I had ever seen. It enabled us to relive the beautiful day and even gave my husband and I a bird's eye view of what each of us was doing independently in the hours leading up to the ceremony, which was a real treat to see. When there are no retakes -- it's important to enlist the right team. My husband and I unequivocably recommend Taylor Films to any couple would like to relive their wedding day over and over again...

There aren't enough good things that I can say about Taylor Films. Working with Jason to book our wedding was such a great experience, everything went smoothly and they were willing to work with us up in Santa Barbara. Kathy and her team showed up on the big day ready to work! She was professional, fun to work with and unobtrusive. Watching the video brought back all those wonderful memories and even created new ones for moments that passed by so quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better product, it is an AMAZING video! I recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding, you will not be disappointed!

I can't say enough how happy I am with every aspect of Jason's work. I definitely received the top notch quality I was hoping for to capture one of the most important days of my life. My husband is currently on deployment and I just love popping in our wedding video to take me back to that magical day. Jason was also very quick to reply to emails or phone calls. He was so easy to work with. He always had the customer in mind making sure that I was 100% satisfied with the video prior to making the final copies. He made everything completely stress free...and even delivered the final copies, which was so convenient for me. I met Jason at a bridal bazaar and I was truly amazed by the work he displayed. I immediately knew that I wanted him to do our wedding video. Jason's flexibility was the only reason my husband had finally agreed to go with him as our videography. Jason was able to custom make a package that was affordable and within our budget. Jason truly went above and beyond his duties of being a videography. He took care of other miscellaneous things to ensure that my husband and I enjoyed our day. I can't say enough how happy I am with his services. I would highly recommend him to any bride. Jason did a fantastic job on our wedding video! He was always very responsive and flexible. He created a beautiful wedding montage, dance party montage and documentary edit for us that will be a cherished memory for us forever. Jason captured our day exactly how we had envisioned. He was so great to work with from the time we chose him as our videographer, on the day of our wedding, throughout the editing process, until the time he gave us our copies of our wedding video. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Taylor Films. Not only is the quality of his videos unmatched, but the attentiveness and follow through is more than any bride can ask for. Jason takes a lot of pride in his work and he's not going to be happy until you're ecstatic. The artistry he brings to your video is what makes you look back on your special day and know it was as magical as you had remembered. Jason was amazing to work with and the quality of his work is beautiful. I was extremely hesitant to hire a videographer because all the videos I had seen were "cheesy." Not Jason's! I am so glad that my parents forced me to get a videographer and that they found Jason. He has recreated the best day of my life and allowed me to cherish all the little moments that I likely would have forgotten as time went by. Jason Taylor is seriously the best there is out there and we are so very pleased with our video. I did a TON of research on videographers and watched many sample videos, and the videos by Taylor Films really stood out from the rest. We knew Jason Taylor was the one for us and we were not disappointed! When we watched our video, it made me cry; he managed to capture all the best moments, and moments we didn't even know happened, while at the same time being unobtrusive (we couldn't even remember the videographers being around!). Also, all my emails and questions were answered almost immediately and Jason was very professional; he showed up right on time and worked well with the photographers. The day was hectic and there was a lot of things going on, but Jason even managed to help things run smoother by organizing our wedding party and transportation (not even his job!) and directing us on where to go. Overall, we had an AMAZING experience with Jason Taylor and would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Taylor Films was an absolute pleasure to work with! Jason Taylor is so kind, sincere, and professional and he did a fabulous job with our wedding videography. We honestly didn't even know he was there on the wedding day, as he is not at all intrusive but instead allows you and your guests to enjoy the day without feeling like you are on video. :) This is such an important thing becuase I have been to weddings before when the videographers are completely in your face, and it is quite annoying....Taylor Films is nothing like that!

Not only does Jason shoot your wedding beautifully (and in HD!) but he also provides these amazing "montages" of different aspects of your wedding. Those are super fun to watch because they provide a short "glimpse" of the evening without having to watch hours of video. Additionally, he put our "highlights" montage and our "dance party" montage online so we could share the link with friends and family across the country. I cannot even tell you how many complements we received on how wonderful these montages were!

I know often times people see wedding videography as a luxury "add-on" but I would say it is absolutely essential! Your wedding day goes by SO fast, and it is nice to have a documented video to really remember the whole vibe/feeling of the day. I really could go on and on, because I cannot recommend Jason enough. The videography is beautiful, professional, and not at all cheesy. Money well spent and you will NOT be disappointed! :)

Jason and Kathy were fantastic. They captured all the details of our wedding day and I honestly hardly ever saw them. If you are looking for unobtrusive videographers as apposed to those out there that follow you around and shine a light in your face then they are the ones to pick. Jason and his team are the absolute best option for videography in San Diego - I can't say it enough! I just got my video back and it is amazing...I laughed and cried the whole way through the first time I watched it. Jason Taylor is an exceptionally talented Videographer and he exceeded our expectations beyond our imagination. Jason is amazingly talented, extremely honest, easy to talk to and work with, very professional and worth every penny. We went to Jason after he was VERY HIGHLY recommended to us by both our wedding coordinator and photographer. From our first meeting, we could tell that Jason was a true professional since he was very easy to talk to and work with. He made us feel very comfortable, especially on the day of our wedding.

Jason worked with us extensively to create a wedding video that truly represented who we are as a couple from selecting the music, to manicuring our voice-over audio, in capturing all the smiles, laughs and fun we had with family and friends during the reception.

The quality of the wedding video Jason produced was an absolute masterpiece. The picture quality and audio was crystal clear and the creative elements in the shots were awesome. Jason also spent numerous hours with us on our voice over pieces to ensure that they sounded absolutely perfect. We have received countless complements on our wedding video from everyone that has seen it.

On the day of our wedding, Jason worked gracefully together with our photographers, wedding coordinator, and DJ. This was really helpful since it allowed everything to flow smoothly. Jason and his crew kept a low profile, but they were always there with the best angles to catch every single memory on our wedding day.

Jason was very responsive when we called or emailed him, always getting back to us the very same day. He was also very flexible and accommodating when setting up meetings. In addition, Jason was very honest as we received our video exactly when it was promised to us.

I can't think of another person I would have wanted to film all the special moments of our wedding day other than Jason and his team. Before we even got married, my husband and I were already excited about working with Jason, and told all our friends to also hire him for their weddings. (we had 4 weddings in one year!) No matter what ANYONE tells you...the best dollar you spend for your wedding will be on the VIDEO. Pictures are pretty for the walls but nothing brings back the emotions of one of the best days of your life like a very well made video. We hired Jason for our wedding. He was great to work with! His communication was stellar (answers emails day and night, as well as easy to get a hold of on the phone). He helped us with our video montage, and we even went to his house to hammer out last minute editing that we were picky about. In the end, we have a beautiful wedding video, montage, and love story that we watch constantly. Jason and his staff were great to work with and the video turned out great. It was a destination wedding and lots of copies for those that couldn't make it. Most people who were there didn't even know Jason was there. Outside wedding with lots of helicopters in the background and we could hear every word of the ceremony. My husband & I were on the fence about hiring a videographer. We weren’t sure it was something that we’d ever watch again, not to mention the added cost to our budget. After looking at the samples on your site, we decided that we’d regret not having our day captured on video. From the first time we met, we knew that we’d made the right decision in hiring you, not to mention my husband was sold on the fact that you shot everything in HD.

We were amazed with the product that you delivered to us!! We’ve already watched it 3 times and have shown it to several friends & family members. Everybody loved it. Some of our friends have even watched it again….on their own. It was obvious that you spent a lot of time putting it together to create something that we would want to watch over & over again. The music fit perfectly with the images. You were able to capture the details of our day better than we had imagined. The day just flew by and everything just became a blur. When we got our video we were able to relive our day all over again and see all that we missed.

You were very discrete about your filming and never interfered with anything that was going on. A few people were concerned about a camera constantly being in their face but that wasn’t the case at all. You made the day fun for everybody.

Without any doubts, we would gladly recommend you to other couples planning their wedding. Having a videgrapher is a must! You take great pride in your work and it shows. Thank you for everything! We will cherish our video for years to come.

Many people, including myself, question whether to even have a videographer. Luckily, my already-married friends convinced me that we would be very happy to have a video our wedding. It is SUCH an incredible keepsake, and Taylor Films did an amazing job. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the work of Jason Taylor and his crew and how he was able to capture and document every moment I could have imagined at my wedding. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I am delighted with his work. He was actually the first and only videographer I talked with and after our first conversation, I knew he would be perfect and couldnt have been more right.

I felt very comfortable on my big day because I knew I wouldnt have to worry that I was going to have an amazing video. He alleviated any small stressors and put me at ease. You could hardly tell that he was there during the wedding and reception but after watching the video, he was definitely present and captured so many sweet and memorable moments that I couldnt see because it was such a whirlwind of a day. During and after watching my video my eyes were filled with tears because watching it took me right back to that day and all the emotions experienced and how all the amazing and wonderfulf people in my life were all in one room together. His film color is so crisp, his sound so clear and his editing professional and one of a kind.

Jason was very accomadating throughout the process and made sure I was happy with every choice that was made. He was responsive, kind, punctual, and professional helped me create the best package.

I will forever be grateful for his work because he created something tangible that will allow me to relive that day and all the memories whenever I want. Taylor Films did our dream wedding. It was the "NBC Throws a Wedding at the Prado" prize wedding. Jason Taylor, the owner, was the best. He was not only the most creative, professional, talented and technologically advanced videographer in the wedding industry BUT he was also giving me advice and encouragement through the entire wedding.
Taylor films truely defines the type of "be yourself" videographer, where you just be yourself and they will make you look amazing.
I wouldn't have anyone else but them do any of my videography in the future.

Jason's work is awesome. When you look for a videographer, you don't think about having him being there, but behind the scenes. However for a videographer to capture intimate parts of the wedding including the preparation they need to be right there with you. Jason actually made it all that much more fun, being a "part" of our wedding. And now he delivered a lasting memory, captured on "film".

Jason was one of our favorite wedding vendors. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and always extremely professional. On a usually stressful day he made us all feel right at ease and we could not be happier with our wedding video! I would highly recommend Taylor Films. Photos are beautiful, but a video really brings it all to life. I've heard too many people say they wish they had gotten a videographer and I am so happy we did. Before choosing a videographer for our wedding, I met with five different highly acclaimed professionals in the San Diego area. When I met Jason Taylor of Taylor Films, Inc., his work stood out from the other's as beyond extremely better. His film color is the most crisp, his sound is the most clear and his editing is the most professional. Just like the wedding videos I saw in his office that day, he made our wedding video as beautiful as our wedding day was. The wedding went by quickly, but I have the memories on video for a lifetime, thanks to Jason and his team. I watch the video over and over again. Everyone says it was the best money spent on the wedding because it is the only tangible live memories we have left from our happiest day!

We looked at a ton of different videographers, and Taylor Films proved to be the best hands down. You hardly knew they were there during the wedding and reception, but watching the video....they were everywhere and did a great job capturing our special day!

For being one of the highest rated videographers in the wedding magazines I read while planning my wedding; I found Jason to be easy to get a hold of, genuine and grounded. Just by the way he talked about his work, my husband and I could tell he would do a wonderful job creating our wedding video. In fact, we didn't look at any other videographers because his website wedding clips were just that good.

On the day of our wedding, Jason knew how to get all the important shots without being intrusive or loud. He was always calm, funny and one step ahead of the rest of us so that he could capture everything. He made my husband and I, as well as our wedding party, feel comfortable in front of the camera.

When we got our wedding video, my husband and I watched it mutliple times together and with our families and everyone said how wonderful it turned out. I think just about everyone teared up when we watched it the for the first time. (I still tear up no matter how many times I watch it!)

I know many brides who don't think that a videographer is in their budget but I would say that they should make room for it. Jason's videography captured the action and excitement, the toasts and the love from the entire day. I must say that Jason and his talent are worth every penny.

Taylor Films provided us with absolutely the most AMAZING Wedding Video, Highlight Video and Dance Montage. Because of this- we are now able to relive our Wedding Day any time we want! To have certain family members on video is also absolutely priceless. We could not possibly hold Taylor Films in higher regards.
