They were wonderful. Getting changes to the menu was easy and they were very reasonable. The price was good, their knowledge of the venue helped out, food was delicious, and they were lovely people to talk to and work with. Nick was absolutely amazing and so helpful and considerate. A couple of downsides: because they didn't take out the trash, the venue had US do it once the event was over. It was also a little bit of a struggle for them to help with the cake (like those working hadn't been informed that their assistance would be required to help pass out cake to 80 people), but they did help in the end after some discussion. The largest downside was they took extra long setting up the food so it wasn't ready by the time we were and by the time it was scheduled originally. So there's a 40 minute wait for food that cut into our limited venue time. That was the worst part.
All in all a well-priced, good caterer that I would recommend. Also worth noting: our price was the price for 100 people, but only 70 ultimately showed up. So it would be cheaper than what we spent if you have a smaller reception.
