We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible experience we had working with Krystal as our wedding planner. From the very beginning, she was patient, attentive, and truly committed to ensuring that our special day was exactly what we envisioned. As an event planner myself, I had high expectations, and Krystal exceeded every one of them.

The best of the best!

Working with Tara was hands down the best decision we could have ever made for our wedding weekend. She is SO knowledgeable, organized and professional - there was never a question she couldn’t answer or a problem she couldn’t solve. She made sure everything about our wedding was absolutely flawless - not only logistically but also aesthetically. Another thing I really appreciated about Tara’s approach is that she knew the best vendors to carry out my style and vision. I truly feel that she assembled our dream team, and everyone involved was AMAZING. We were floored by the talent, creativity and thoroughness we saw. Not only is Tara an expert in her field, she is also immeasurably kind, patient, supportive and FUNNY! My family adores her, and we still (6 months later) talk about how much we miss “Saint Tara” in our lives on a regular basis. The last thing I’ll mention, which anyone can clearly see from the her social media, is that Tara has IMPECCABLE taste. I trusted her judgement on every last detail and had a ton of fun picking out linens, rental furniture, etc. with her and getting her hot take on pretty much everything. She is the best of the best, and we are so grateful for the 14 months she spent putting together the wedding of our dreams.

Perfectly Us :)

Our day was perfectly us :) We worked with Amy for about 6 months prior to our wedding and could not have had a better experience. I will say that we're not the easiest couple to work with and come with a lot of nontraditional ideas and decision dilemmas, but Amy was so patient, kind and knew exactly how to keep us moving forward and checking off the list! Honestly, she made the entire process so easy, allowing us to focus on things that mattered to us most. We had lots of laughs, stressful moments of potential rain, coaching and fun calls together. She really delivered our dream day. Also, I am leaving this process completely amazed at all of the things a wedding planner does ...that go above and beyond what I would have ever assumed a wedding planner does. A dream to work with!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Evan for our wedding day and we could not imagine our day without her. She is truly a light and her calm presence kept everyone at ease the entire day and weekend. Even though we we’re from out of town, I felt like everything was planned perfectly together and cannot thank Evan enough for bending over backwards for us. She was able to make my vision come to light, even the smallest details (like the strawberry water option for guests on a hot day during the wedding ceremony, I still don’t know how that got pulled off!). She had such wonderful advice on every aspect of the wedding from dance favors to how to set up the ceremony, our guests could not stop raving about it all. Everyone needs Evan for their wedding day!

Above and beyond!

I am truly at a loss for words for how amazing it was working with Krystal and Tara Skinner Events. I started working with Krystal about 6 weeks prior to our wedding. I thought I was in a good spot and had all of my planning and vendors ready to go but I cannot believe how much Krystal helped facilitate our wedding vision those last several weeks. There were so many little details we didn’t think of and Krystal made it happen- it made our wedding that much more amazing. Krystal was EXTREMELY responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. It took so much stress off our plate. Krystal took all the responsibility and was the main contact person communicating all the final decisions to our vendors. The final weeks up to our wedding, she made sure everything was in place and no stone was left unturned. She created our floor plan, transportation plan and made an AMAZING timeline for our entire wedding weekend, she never missed a detail!

Krystal and her assistant Summer’s help on our wedding day was beyond exceptional, seeing our vision and venue come together exceeded my vision and expectations times a million. I don’t think I ever saw either of them take a break, they were always making sure everything was running smoothly, they made sure my husband and I were fed and ALWAYS had a drink in our hand. Throughout the wedding weekend we had guests coming up to us saying how amazing they were.

The thing that I will always remember about Krystal is how much she genuinely cared about our wedding, she always had a smile on her face and in the end she seemed more like a friend of ours, I will be forever grateful to Krystal, Summer, and Tara Skinner Events. We had the MOST amazing and fun time at our wedding and our guests are saying the same thing, we owe a lot of that to Krystal!! I wish we could do it again!

Absolutely THE BEST Wedding Planner Around

We worked with Tara Skinner Events and Megan White from their team, our lead planner, and it was everything that I had dreamed. Some guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to and, while biased, we must agree! As someone who attends many events for a living I had a very specific vision and they delivered it exactly as I had dreamed! Truly it was the wedding of a lifetime. They are always available, willing to do what it takes to get you what you need and know all of the best vendors. I am beyond impressed by the experience and give them a 10/10. They are total pros. Megan was so lovely to work with the whole time. I couldn't believe how on top of everything she was. She was great at reassuring us, keeping things in budget, and making sure we felt good about everything. She does this all with three small kids at home and I couldn't be more appreciative of her hard work and kindness. I loved working with this company. I wish I could repeat my wedding over and over again. It was perfect.

Where do I even begin for my experience with Tara Skinner Weddings & Events. What a true pleasure and dream. It was an absolute pleasure working with Krystal for our wedding in May of 2021! Exceeded My Expectations!

As the Mother of the Bride my daughter and my son in law are dear to me. I wanted something special as they are truly in love and such a heartfelt couple. As we did not live in Savannah being long distance was a concern. I want to say what a fabulous experience we had and Megan was exceptional. Best Decision

Working with Tara Skinner Wedding and Events was the best decision I made for my wedding. Krystal Zinn was a DREAM to work with. She was always so responsive and so kind and just a pleasure to interact with during the whole process. We had to push our original 2020 wedding date to September 2021 due to Covid and Krystal was invaluable through all of this. She held my hand through the disappointment and anxiety of things feeling like they were falling apart and took the stress out of having to get everything moved around for the new date. She thought of every detail that needed to be taken care of and handled any changes I made along with the way with such professionalism. Hannah Perry coordinated the day of and exuded an aura of calm that let me know that everything was taken care of and helped ease any day of anxieties for me and my family. Hiring this company made my big day such a pleasure!

Our experience with Evan & Tara Skinner Events

There is not enough words that could sum up our experience with Evan & Tara Skinner Events. We enjoyed working with Evan SO much. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding due to covid and I was so nervous about being able to still have the wedding of my dreams. We were one of the first weddings at the beginning of covid to have to postpone, so we already had EVERYTHING booked. Evan did not bat an eye! She made the process so easy, was so reassuring and made me feel so good about every decision. She even ended up being able to reschedule every vendor that I had originally wanted. I honestly cannot imagine going through this process without her. She was extremely professional, had great relationships with the Savannah vendors and gave me great direction and advice. She worked with me, my mom and mother in law during the process and made every opinion feel heard and validated.
On our wedding day, right before the wedding party was going to walk down the aisle, RAIN came out of nowhere. What could have turned into chaos, at an outdoor wedding with guests scrambling for cover, was handled SO gracefully. I truly don’t know how she did it (probably magic) but Evan somehow re-arranged our entire tented reception area into a new alter and aisle for our ceremony. It was as perfect as it could be and I felt so lucky to be in Evans hands during that situation. I would recommend working with her to ANY new bride!! I truly feel so grateful and blessed to have made the decision to work with her.

Everything you need in a wedding planner!

When we started with Hannah from Tara Skinner we gave her some ideas, a color scheme and a budget - and then a few weeks later changed every one of those! When we changed to a totally different scheme was when I started to see the value that Hannah would bring to the process. From her knowledge of linens to her ideas on signage to the nudging she gave us on having a “full” look on our tables at the reception (which she was so right about) to putting everything from the reception back in our car Saturday night- I can’t imagine our night coming off as it did without her input and help all along the way.

The 2 pieces of the wedding puzzle that were most important to us were the florals and an awesome band. The band was relatively easy, but we had to work through a couple of florists to find our way to Marble & Pine. We were getting down to a point in the timeline where we really had to book a florist and Hannah found this group who was a great fit for us. I just have to tell you they did an AMAZING job - we are continuing get comments about how beautiful all the flowers were. When the doors to the ballroom were opened it took my breath away. I teared up as I looked at the chandeliers, the dinner tables, the cake table - it was just more than I could have ever imagined.

Hannah was a rock star all weekend - she was available when needed, checked in with us and helped with anything that came up. The wedding day went so smoothly it was really like a dream. Our only crisis was when Frannie accidentally ripped her bolero when she went to hug Robbie at their first look. I texted Hannah, and she met us in the church with needle and thread, literally stitching Frannie into the bolero as Amy steamed her dress just minutes before Frannie was to walk down the aisle. The ceremony was beautiful and Hannah was right there to make sure everyone was in place and doing what they should be doing.

Hannah handled everything at the reception like such a pro! The whole night ran on schedule and Hannah was always present to make sure we were well taken care of. Everything was wonderful thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the best wedding planner from Tara Skinner!

Krystal Cassidy was INCREDIBLE!

Brides, if you’re looking for a wedding planner you can completely rely on to help you every step of the way - Krystal Cassidy is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! We planned a destination wedding for over a year together and she was phenomenal!!! Absolutely amazing. She always responded day-of, never forgot the million ideas I threw her way and was always kind, professional, and VERY organized! She took so much stress and tasks off my plate, I truly can’t say enough positive things about her. I’m beyond thankful for her!!! On the night of our outdoor wedding, we had huge rainstorm (the tent, dance floor and catering tent flooded) and she handled all of the obstacles with grace and was extremely calming when we spoke about plans b and c! I know choosing someone to handle the most exciting day of your life can be a tough decision but please know you will be in great hands with Krystal!!!

Blown away!

Tara is absolutely amazing! She helped make my vision for my wedding come to life and far exceeded my expectations. Every step of the way she was ready and available to speak with me, always super responsive. As a 2020 bride, I can honestly say my wedding was not a stressful weekend because of Tara. I did not have to worry about anything and remained hands-off the entire weekend while she worked her magic. The biggest testament to that is my bridal party and guests telling me how calm and peaceful I looked on my wedding day. Tara took charge dealing with last minute changes even up until the day of the wedding. She alleviated all my covid concerns and even when unexpected rain showed up, she was there to keep the show going. Then to the decor! She helped execute every detail perfect fully with our florist and rental company. It was straight out of a fairytale. The best part was my husband and I could enjoy ourselves the entire reception because she took care of everything.

Tara Skinner is a DREAM!

As an out of town bride, Tara Skinner helped me plan my wedding at Oldfield, SC. She was highly professional and responsive throughout the whole wedding process. My mother and I trusted Tara with all of the wedding plans and she was incredibly helpful in giving her opinion and helping us with decision making when we weren't sure what to do. Tara truly went above and beyond, which helped our wedding day to be totally seamless. She thinks of everything and is prepared for anything! I would not have been able to do any of this without Tara's help. The absolute Best!

The absolute Best! As a Bride from Atlanta planning a wedding in Savannah - there is no way it could have happened without Crystal and Tara Skinner Wedding & Events! We signed on for the "Month of" package as my Mother had been in the hospitality industry all her life and we figured we could handle everything until then. Crystal still jumped into action sending us documents with vendor recommendations and information for Savannah Weddings. We still talked to her daily and she was always available to help answer questions or concerns! She always provided full honesty in answering my questions which I so appreciated. You could tell how much she cared about our Wedding. I never once felt like this was just another wedding to her. Unfortunately 6 months before the Wedding my Mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. With everything approaching we started treatment quickly which meant I lost my right hand. Crystal again jumped right into action. She was there, texting me through my tears reassuring me that everything was going to be perfect. She attended our Tasting (on a Sunday) because my Mom's taste buds weren't the same through Chemo. Crystal was there for me in more ways than any Wedding Planner is paid to be. From start to finish she was on top of everything, organized and asking questions that I never would have thought about. It was Genuine. On the Big day she was there from the very early morning all the way to being the absolute last to leave. My Wedding Party and Family were checked in on all through out the day, there was never a time I couldn't find Crystal or didn't have her right there. She's by your side through out it all. But most importantly - Crystal and TSWE allowed me to enjoy the 5 days of Friends and Family and they allowed me to have my Mom by my side the whole day as everything else was attended to. After talking with my Mom, our only regret was that we didn't hire them from the very beginning. They truly will take away the stress of this process for you. I would absolutely recommend this company again and again. Our Wedding crew became our Family and we can't imagine still not seeing them on our trips back to Savannah. Crystal, I can't thank you and TSWE enough for everything you did for us through out our Wedding Journey. You are the sweetest soul and you all truly made our Dreams come to life!

Crystal the Wedding SAVIOR

Crystal with TSWE goes above and beyond and was truly amazing. As an out of town bride, she made planning a destination wedding a breeze. She was there every step of the way. Meeting us on weekends for planning appointments when we were in town to weekly and often daily emails. She gave us her complete dedication. She also LITERALLY saved our plated dinner, when the venue required caterer ordered the incorrect food counts. Crystal showed up with shrimp to feed our guests. If nothing else speaks to the superb quality of service that Crystal provides, actually bringing the food the feed our guest should! She goes above and beyond to make sure that your wedding goes as smoothly as planned without any hiccups. Also Crystal is an absolute joy to work with. We immediately hit it off and she became a dear friend in the process. I cannot say enough wonderful words about Crystal except, BOOK HER!!

Amy Macatee from Tara Skinner was amazing! She helped to create the dream wedding my daughter wanted. She was so easy to work with. She guided us to the perfect vendors and took care of all the wedding day logistics, which included trolleys and a boat! Marvee was the month-of-coordinator for my March 2018 wedding. I couldn't be happier with my decision to use a wedding planner, especially the team at Posh Petals and Pearls! Marvee was extremely responsive for the months leading up to the wedding and then dove in to give me some much needed relief during the weeks prior. She was able to handle communication between my parents (from out of town), me, and my vendors seamlessly. I was SO EXCITED to see the minute-by-minute detailed timeline of my day! We had a unique rehearsal without our pastor and our best man, but Marvee filled everyone in behind the scenes and was even instrumental in secretly slipping our late best man into the ceremony! I felt so relaxed on the morning of my big day because I knew everything was handled. My venue decor looked perfect, literally just like my Pinterest board! When we hit a few minor snags on the big day (groomsmen a little tardy and a dirty wedding gown) she and her assistant were such pros at adjusting the timeline. I was able to enjoy dinner and dancing knowing that everything I wanted to happen was on schedule and perfect. My mom and mother-in-law were also able to relax knowing that they could just enjoy our day without additional responsibilities. I don't know how anyone can pull it off without someone like Marvee or the team at Posh Petals and Pearls!

Now that our wedding is a few months behind us, what Tara and her team added to the day comes into clear focus. Simply put, we would not have been able to pull off a destination wedding without her! She answered all of our questions in the months leading up to the week, and even scouted a new location for us when our ideas for the location started to slide all over the place. She was always positive and open to what we wanted, but was able to expertly steer us in the right direction when we had no clue what to do. And she helped so much the day of. I essentially gave her a carload full of wedding knick knacks (family photos, guest book, post showing where our guests came in from, signs, menus, baskets, favors, etc.) with no direction. Twenty-four hours later I walked into the perfect set-up after our ceremony. We also dealt with changes to the venue architecture and rain on the day, and Tara guided us through it all. We highly recommend her, especially if you’re coming in from across the country like we were. We interviewed a few wedding planners before choosing PPP, and the professionalism and expertise we noted in the first phone call was maintained throughout the year-long planning process.

I would HIGHLY recommend Posh, Petals, and Pearls to any bride. We had Marvee as our month of planner and I can't begin to say how THANKFUL we were to have her. From the beginning, she was always responsive, helpful and calming. We had a Persian/Christian wedding which required the set up of a large ceremonial spread with many intricate and delicate items on it and she handled setting it up (and breaking it down) perfectly. She even came to my family home to see the spread and take pictures. The week and the day of the wedding tend to be the most hectic but she handled everything that came my way perfectly, including last minute changes as my ceremony was to be outside and had to be moved inside. Not only are my husband and I thankful and raved about her but my family and many guests also spoke highly of her and how on top of everything she was as well as sweet and professional. She was the best decision I made in wedding planning and we truly believe our day would not have been as special without her there. THANK YOU!!

Our wedding was FLAWLESS thanks to Taylor and her team! I'm a Savannah native but currently live in DC, and initially thought I didn't need a planner. However, as you brides will learn, the last month is crazy and 3 weeks before the wedding I panicked and decided we needed a 'day of' planner. I had a friend who highly recommended PPP, and we went with the 'month of' option. Honestly, I knew within minutes of talking to the ladies at PPP that I was in excellent hands, but I could not have imagined or anticipated just how amazing they would be. My only regret is not hiring PPP at the beginning of this process! Taylor was AMAZING-- so patient, knowledgeable, organized and an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. And on the wedding day, from beginning to the end, Taylor (with Marvee and Crystal, also fantastic!) executed all aspects of the day to perfection, so I was able to just relax and party! I even had wedding guests tell me how lovely Taylor was!

Trust me when I say that the ladies at PPP are extraordinary. You may find a less expensive option, but I promise you PPP is worth every penny. I walked away knowing Taylor made my wedding and overall experience as a bride better than I could have imagined. Coming from someone who has been a bridesmaid in many weddings, these ladies are THE BEST in town and you won't regret your decision to work with them. A thousand thanks, y'all!!!

I sought advice from married friends and they all recommended finding a great wedding planner to handle, at a minimum, the day of the wedding. However, I had a hard time finding someone in the Charleston area that was in our budget. Most planners were out of reach financially and looking to provide more services than we needed. We were so, so lucky to stumble upon Ashley Greene and her team at Posh Petals and Pearls. She was able to customize a package for us that fit our budget and our wedding planning needs. She's also TERRIFIC at her job and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Ashley is a fabulous listener. Our first meeting was so easy. She answered all of our questions and asked us a lot of great questions to make sure she understood what we were looking for. She was open, honest, personable and professional. She had great suggestions, too, but never felt pushy. I was immediately comfortable. The contract process was just as easy.

We hired her for the "month of" and that's when she really knocked our socks off. We had multiple phone meetings to review all of the details coming together and she had great advice and problem solving ideas during that hectic time. She met my mom and I the week of to do a walk through of our space, review the floor plan and decoration set-up, and answer any other questions we had. By the time I officially handed her the reins, I felt confident in letting go of the "nuts and bolts" of our wedding day, which is one of the best feelings you can have as a bride.

She was a rock star the weekend of our wedding. Our wedding rehearsal process was so smooth with Ashley at the helm. I'm not sure I can even articulate how amazing Ashely and her team were the day of our wedding. (Tears are coming just thinking about it.) She perfectly executed all the things we'd talked about and came the rescue in a few emergencies. HIRE HER! She's amazing and a really worth the investment.

The Posh, Petals and Pearls Team was AMAZING!!! I worked closely with Tara Skinner, she was extremely enjoyable to work with. I went with the 1 month-out plan because I was not working at the time but if I would have been working I would have definitely gone with the full service. Tara was super professional from beginning to end. She was resourceful, very organized and attentive to details. The weeks leading up to the wedding I felt very comfortable because Tara was going to be around and she seemed to be a go-getter. Well I was RIGHT, unfortunately we had a couple of surprises the day of but Tara was right there to take the lead. As an event planner myself, I really enjoyed working with Tara and would recommend her to anyone! If you are looking for someone to really take the reins the day of your special day and someone that does it with a smile don't hesitate to contact Tara. She has a great team, they are customer service oriented, very professional and attentive to detail!

From our first conversation when I had no idea where to start and she answered on a Sunday afternoon, spending an hour and a half on the phone answering all of my questions, I knew that she was going to be amazing to work with. Even though I only contracted her for the month of planning package, Ashley was there every step of the way to recommend vendors, review contracts, meet me at venues, answer a thousand questions no matter how busy she was, and even helped procure last minute corn hole boards when the ones we made didn't go so well. She is so on top of everything and made our dream wedding come together and make sure the day was flawless! It felt like I was working with one of my best friends.

My husband and I must have said at least 5 times during our planning process that Ashley and Posh Petals and Pearls had paid for themselves. We hired Ashley early on in our planning for the coordination package and to say she went above and beyond is true understatement. As a couple planning a 100% destination wedding, Ashley's input and recommendations were spot on and tremendous. She helped us assemble a vendor team that worked seamlessly together and with just a few questions could recommend precisely the right vendor based on what we wanted. We had already determined PPP was worth every penny and then Hurricane Matthew hit. With Savannah evacuated, we had to postpone. Ashley sprang into action -- letting vendors know and helping me tremendously. Within 4 days, we had a new "rescheduled" date picked and new contracts with all of our vendors. In the weeks leading up to the new wedding date, Ashley finalized layout, confirmed rentals and oversaw a set up that was truly all of our random ideas coming together in a way that worked so well. She and her assistant were a calming influence and made everything SO easy for us on the day of.

In short, hiring PPP was the single best wedding related decision that we made (other than deciding to get married!). Knowledgeable, professional, and impeccable taste and service.

Tara and staff were wonderful! I was a bit worried at first because my daughter's wedding was in North Carolina. I live in Virginia, my daughter lives in Minnesota and Tara lives in Georgia. I wasn't sure how this would come together. We met with Tara a few months before the wedding in the town where it was going to be. After meeting with her, I had no doubt that everything would be fine. She was very professional and already had incredible ideas. She had spoken with my daughter before the meeting and knew my daughter's vision for her wedding day. Since my daughter was having her wedding on the NC coast, she wanted to incorporate oyster shells. Tara spent hours in 100 degree weather collecting oyster shells. What she did with them was amazing! The day of the wedding was stress free. All we did was show up at the venue and we were in awe. Everything was more beautiful than I imagined! She had every detail of the day organized and it went exactly as planned. I have one other daughter and will not hesitate to give Posh Petals and Pearls a call when she is planning her wedding.

If you want to enjoy every moment and memory of your wedding day and not worry about anything, then I would highly recommend choosing Posh Petals and Pearls. I can't imagine not having had Tara in the months leading up to the wedding and on that day. Tara and I worked very hard at planning to bring the picture of my dream together and when the day came I just got to sit back and enjoy it while Tara and her team worked tirelessly to create the most beautiful day. Everything ran smoothly without a hitch, or at least none that I know of. We even brought in a band from out of town who commented that they have never been a part of a wedding that has been so organized and flawless all that credit goes to Tara. Every vendor we chose was at Tara's recommendation and they were all exceptional. When I walked in to our reception and saw how Tara and team had brought together every piece of my vision I cried tears of joy. It was the most amazing feeling and worth every single dollar. There is no way I could have had the wedding of my dreams without Tara and Posh Petals and Pearls. She absolutely out did herself.

Tara Skinner and her fellow staff members are extremely efficient wedding planners who handled everything professionally. Although it was our pleasure to work mainly with Tara, her helpers were all readily available at the rehearsal and the entire wedding day at our home as well as the reception venue down the street. Hiring Tara and PPP was the decision I've made regarding my wedding. I cannot imagine not having Tara help me through this process. She provided guidance on look and feel, the best vendors to work with based on my budget, and had attention to every single detail. Every bride should know that little things are bound to happen the day of your wedding, things can be out of your control. On our wedding day, we realized that I forgot to ship out little 'guest book' to Tara (we were an out of town wedding). I figured, oh well! But, no. Tara sent her assistant out to go find something similar the day of!!! She had the entire night perfectly timed and planned. We did a first look, and she built it into our schedule that we'd have time to relax and hang out with our bridal party before the ceremony. Everyone was so impressed that we had down time, and were able to really soak in the day. During the reception everything ran smoothly and flawlessly, including a surprise fireworks show my Dad planned...and a surprise sparkler send off! In reflecting back, I now realize that I completely trusted Tara with one of the most important days of my life. I was completely relaxed for days leading up...and the day itself because of all of her hard work, attention to detail, and her flawless style. I knew everything would be perfect....and it was!

I worked with Ashley at PPP and could not have been happier. Our families raved of her ability to think ahead during a day of off and on rain and she truly helped our vision come true in making an outdoor ceremony happen amongst rain showers. Ashley and her team left no detail undone and made the entire event seem so effortless and relaxed. From making sure we had umbrellas to creating a "shuttle service" to get guests indoors without getting wet, we did not have to worry about a thing the entire day because PPP had it "handled." Posh Petals and Pearls feels like an old southern neighbor taking care of all the details during one of life's busy seasons and allows you and your family to enjoy every minute of your special occasion. It was so wonderful it was to have the privilege to work with Ashley from Posh Petals & Pearls. When we got engaged last year, we decided to get married in Charleston, even though we live in NYC. I am a total control freak / obsessive planner, and the idea of looking into someone else to help with the planning was NOT an easy decision for me but we decided it was necessary since we would only be able to make 1 or 2 trips to Charleston during the planning process. From the second I called Ashley, I knew we needed her in our planning process, and that she would be the perfect person to help us with all of our wedding day needs. From Day 1, she answered every single one of my random questions instantly, even when my wedding was many months away. She had the perfect suggestions, helped me make some tough decisions, and met with us multiple times during our trips to Charleston to meet with other vendors. As the pressure and stress started to build, Ashley helped me realize what was important, what to delegate, and what was not worth worrying about at all. She ran errands for us, accepted packages on our behalf, and truly went above and beyond for us in every sense. When we got to Charleston for our wedding weekend, she took total control and made sure that we were not left doing anything that she could do for us – I did not have to worry about a single element of our large Welcome event, or the timing of our entire wedding day. She juggled so many schedules, locations, and vendors for our large bridal party and 130 out-of-town guests, ensuring that my husband and I had the absolute time of our lives from start to finish. She is so experienced in every aspect of wedding planning- it was easy for me to hand over control increasingly throughout the whole process, and we trusted her completely with everything we had worked so hard all year to plan. Melissa assisted her on our wedding day, and working with the Posh, Petals & Pearls ladies was the best decision we made!

I just love Ashley Greene with Posh, Petals & Pearls in Charleston. She was so incredibly helpful especially since we were planning our wedding from out of state with maybe 2 visits before the wedding. Ashley was/is friendly, calming, efficient, knowledgable, helpful and just plain wonderful. At one point my mother in law called her to ask her some questions and she had all the answers without another thought. She was so easy to get a hold of as I emailed her more often than not but she got back to be so quickly (even while she was on a Disney Cruise!).
I truly can't say enough great things about her and Posh, Petals & Pearls. It's also a true testament to her excellence when my parents and fiances parents kept telling us how great she was as she flitted around checking on everyone the night of.

Tara and her team at Posh Petals & Pearls are the best. If you need a planner in the Savannah or surrounding area (our wedding was at Jekyll Island), you couldn’t hire anyone better. They know everyone, and a testament to how excellent they are is every vendor we worked with (including our venue, which was new) absolutely raved about the PPP team. There is a reason for that – they are fantastic. You truly couldn’t hire a better team than PPP – professional, organized, well-connected, creative, responsive, passionate…just to name a few. It was the best money we spent for the wedding - our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without their team. Ashley and her assistant Tara did a great job making sure everything went smoothly at my wedding this past June at the Rice Mill! I hired them for month-of services and it was one of the most valuable things that I spent my money on. Ashley helped me figure out everything that I needed for the wedding, handled the rehearsal, and managed the wedding from start to finish. Whenever we needed something, one of them was right there to take care of it and they were on top of anything that may have happened. Overall, I'm very happy with Posh Petals and Pearls' service and will be recommending them to all future brides!

Ashley was one of my most favorite vendors to work with during the wedding planning process:) From the very first email she was incredibly helpful, especially for a bride planning a wedding in Charleston and living 5 hours away. She responded to emails very quickly. When I first got to meet Ashley in person I knew I had chosen the right person to be in charge of the day of logistics for my wedding day because he was a warm, sweet, calm, and cheerful presence. Ashley went above and beyond to help with rentals. During rehearsal she was well organized and was quick to keep everyone in order, making sure that the tiniest details were remembered. The day of the wedding Ashley and her assistant were so welcoming to our guests and made my husband and I feel like royalty :) She would continuously check in with my new husband and I to see if we needed anything (food, drinks, etc) and to make sure that we stuck to our timeline. The moment we met Ashley for our initial consultation, it was instant personality click! Come to find out later, we'd feel that way about all the PPP gals. They are driven, organized, so charismatic and were all about meeting our needs to whatever degree we needed! I consider myself to be a very organized and particular person and yet I don't know what I would have done without them! They came to our rescue with details we hadn't thought of on our own to make the event complete, and were fully willing to go to bat for us when we hit a road block with one of our other vendors. Ashley is someone I am excited to now consider a friend!

Adrienne and the team at Posh Petals and Pearls were an absolute pleasure to work with! We had an entire weekend's worth of events and they all went off perfectly! My husband and I actually got to enjoy time with our friends and family because Adrienne had everything under control. I had some ideas, but I let Adrienne create her vision for our event and it was AWESOME! So beautiful, so fun, so effort-less. We didn't want for anything the entire weekend. Adrienne and her assistant made sure we had plenty to eat and drink (something many brides forget to do!). Every detail was taken care of. Adrienne was there for me whenever I needed her before, during, and even the day after! Thank you to Posh Petals and Pearls for the most beautiful wedding (ever!) this past weekend. Tara and her crew managed to pull off a flawless event in the face of some pretty dramatic weather. Our daughter, Katie and new son-in-law Daniel, had a Low Country/ Elegant/ Southern wedding at Oldfield Plantation. Not only did PPP coordinate the most perfectly orchestrated wedding ceremony any of my friends have seen, but managed a dinner and decor that was beyond compare, and a reception where no one left the dance floor, except perhaps to rest their feet a bit. And I'm pretty sure Tara was responsible for making the angry, wet skies part just in time for a lovely, bright sunshiney wedding. Tara connected us with amazing vendors who helped make our daughter's wedding fabulous. Since we are from Atlanta, we really had no connections in Savannah so her recommendation of vendors was crucial to our success. Their attention to detail created a dream wedding. In the midst of a family medical issue, I came to the realization that I could not plan my daughter's wedding without help. Upon reading all reviews, I chose Posh, Petals and Pearls and called Tara. This one phone call changed everything. Tara is amazing!!! She quickly took the helm and removed all stress, allowing me to concentrate on the critical issue in my life. Where do I begin! Well I have been in the wedding business for almost 13 years and thought I had my own plans down to a "t". Little did I know everything was much harder for me to decide on and make decisions about but Tara went above and beyond to help assist me with layout options and colors to make our day perfect!

We had our wedding at our home (outside) so we had issues arise constantly thoughout the day that Tara and Ashley both handled with a breeze! I never was stressed out until I caught wind that the chance of rain had drastically increased a few hours before our ceremony! Literally from a 2% chance to a 90% chance in the matter of about 2 hours! I honestly would not have made it without Tara and Ashley! They kept me calm and relaxed as weather issues approached. Among a million prayers the rain moved out and I walked down the aisle and married the love of my life without a single drop of rain on my shoulders!

Tara and Ashley both worked super hard with our vendors during our ceremony to make changes when it started to sprinkle.... No one minded the changes as much as I thought and it turned out to be the most perfect night! Everyone had a wonderful time including myself!

With all the planning in the world I would have never been able to handle the day to day coordination of my own wedding day without the Posh Team! I owe the success of the evening to these two ladies! I will forever appreciate all they did to insure my wedding day was perfect.

I am a bit of a control freak but also knew that with a destination wedding in Savannah that I would need help on the day of our wedding. Marvee was fantastic! Our first meeting with her was just over a month out from our wedding day, and I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Our wedding day was flawless, and all I did was have a wonderful time all due to Marvee. She went over and above, with her help in finding the perfect photographer, her suggestions on welcome bags for our guests and ordering items for us, to making suggestions for what we could do with our guests in the afternoon between the ceremony and dinner, to coordinating all the vendors on our wedding day as well as making herself available all week after we arrived in town prior to the wedding day. Looking back there is not a single thing I wish I had done differently or wish had gone smoother. I have no hesitations in recommending Posh Petals and Pearls in general and Marvee in particular. Finding a wedding planner was incredibly important to me as I wasn't familiar with the Savannah area and definitely wasn't familiar with wedding planning. After browsing many websites and a few appointments, we met with Tara and knew for sure that we wanted to work with Tara and Ashley at PPP!

Ashley helped us throughout the entire process - from the very first meeting to questions about pictures and videos post wedding. She was a god-send! For a very indecisive bride, having Ashley there to help me figure out and articulate what I was envisioning for the wedding was invaluable. Once we started working with Ashley, the pressure of finding the right vendors disappeared. Once we started working with Ashley, the pressure of finding the right vendors disappeared. Ashley attended all of the vendor meetings with me and it was such a relief to have her support and guidance as I didn't have any family close who could help.

I cannot express my deepest appreciation for PP&P! My daughter aYour Review:
nd new son-in-law got engaged in Savannah in September 2013 and wanted to be wed there. Their wedding was 3 weeks ago and it was flawless! Never being in Savannah, I contacted PP&P (from diligently studying other wedding planners, and their ratings) once they announced their engagement and chose the "complete package", meaning they were available the entire engagement. Ashley was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and her list of preferred vendors was spot-on! Because we live in KY, we only visited Savannah twice during the year-long engagement, but that was more than sufficient because PP&P had done all the "behind the scene" work and meeting our vendors was a breeze. On the second visit, Ashley was out of the country acting as a wedding planner for another client, so we were fortunate enough to have another consultant, Adrienne, who was beyond efficient...and fun!
We were truly amazed the day of the rehearsal and wedding that we had both Ashley and Adrienne to meet all of our needs and make sure we all stayed "grounded"throughout the weekend! The old saying that 'you get what you pay for" could not be more evident in our very fortunate discovery of such a wonderful and amazing team!

I put off reviewing Ashley and her team at Posh Petals because I was having difficulty finding the right words to express just how wonderful I thought they were. Our daughter had a destination wedding in Lafayette Square in Savannah with the reception in the oceanfront Pavilion at Tybee. We had guests coming from all over the country and only a few were familiar with the Savannah/Tybee area. Planning a wedding far from home with two venues separated by at least a 20 minute drive can be very stressful. From the initial planning stages through the reception clean up, Ashley's calm personality and professional and detail-oriented execution drastically reduced the stress for us as the parents of the bride, but, most importantly, for the bride, who was living in Boston at the time of the wedding. We are SO thankful and could go on forever with examples of Ashley's work with us that merits recognition.

I planned my wedding from hundreds of miles away, and I had never even been to Savannah, but chose that city for its beauty that I had heard about from others. When I flew down to look around, I met with Ashley at Posh. Petals and Pearls first thing. From there, the wedding planning from Kentucky was so easy! She let me choose all my vendors myself, and after I made my choices, I quickly realized that she pretty much knew everyone in Savannah! She worked with them, worked with me, and her communication with all of us was outstanding. The collaboration between all of us was first-rate. Her leadership abilities are first-rate. I am so glad I chose Posh, Petals and Pearls. My wedding day was my dream come true. Poor Ashley...she even had to run out 20 minutes before the wedding to buy me, um, woman necessities. Besides the rain...I guess that's the one thing she can't control, but besides that, she's pretty much perfect!

Fantastic group of ladies with many talents and strengths. They were flexible and covered every part of the day and reception that we wanted. They are creative and a plethora of information for vendors, ect.
To have their hands on at the reception site while bride and I were busy before the wedding, was such a relief. I knew every detail would be covered and perfect.

Ashley is beyond awesome! I am the "I will do it myself because nobody else could possibly get it right and I am NOT paying somebody to destroy my daughter's day!" kind of mother. With that said and let me confirm my daughter gets her "issues" from a long line of overbearing control-freak family members, I was shocked when she wanted to hire a wedding planner. Granted this was a destination wedding in Savannah & we live 4 hours away but could we actually trust someone with this huge task? I can confirm Ashley and her staff at Posh Petals & Pearls went way beyond what they were paid to accomplish! Trust a tightfisted "no way ANYONE can please me" person. The team at PPP was amazing from the moment we hired them. We had already booked all our venues at the time we started looking for a wedding planner. We worked with Melissa Livingston for our wedding on Hilton Head. It was a logistically complex one as we had a 200 person outdoor ceremony in a totally different location from the reception with a tight timeline and lots of logistics. Being an event planner myself, I was reluctant at first to hand over all of my hard planned work, but quickly put at ease by Melissa's control of our timeline and vendor relationship, quick responses to emails and phone calls and ability to manage all of the details. I picked a venue that was a little challenging and not routinely used for wedding receptions. Ashley (and her recommended vendors) turned that pier into the perfect wedding venue. Everything was gorgeous and in the end we got just the vibe we were looking for. Working with Ashley was great, especially for someone who really didn't know where to start.

Tara and the girls at Posh Petals and Pearls helped make my wedding dreams come true! I was an out of state bride so Tara was essential in helping me find the perfect vendors, and answering any planning questions I had, at any time. I absolutely could not have pulled off such a flawless event without PP&P. Hiring a wedding planner was the best investment we made in our wedding. Love these girls!

Tara and her team were very helpful during the planning phase, but little did I know that they would be invaluable the day of the wedding! It was SUCH a great help to us to have them not only setup and breakdown but stay on top of everything we asked. Tara also did a great job with organizing the rehearsal and keeping everyone on point. I am very grateful, as is the bride, who is also an event planner!!

I can't say enough great things about Posh Petals and Pearls! We weren't in town and Ashley took care of everything we needed and even things we hadn't thought of. Her feedback and suggestions were invaluable and I don't think we could have done it without her! She even worked with my fiancé on some special surprises. She helped us stay within our budget without cutting corners. She was so friendly, encouraging, and sincere and her positive attitude made everything very pleasant. Hiring Posh Petals and Pearls was, without a doubt, the very best decision we made for our wedding.

Tara Skinner is a delight to work with! She is the utmost professional making appointments, being on time, etc., yet she is so very warm and friendly. She keeps you on track with the wedding details at a leisurely pace. Also, she has a vast source of knowledge of vendors to give the client many options. The sky is the limit. She always displays a calm demeanor, therefore keeping the bride and in our case, mother of the groom, at ease. Tara is wonderful and the wedding day was perfect because of her.

Posh, Petals and Pearls was so much fun to work with! They were amazing, and obviously very good at what they do. They take the job seriously from start to finish. They are there for whatever you need (moral support, makeup touch up, you name it). It was also great to work with them because they have a lot of contacts in Savannah. I was not from Savannah, so they really helped me sort through the good and the bad. My wedding day could not have gone any smoother with Adrienne and Ashley there. They focused on each and every detail so that I did not have to do a thing. It was an amazing day, and I owe it to the Posh, Petals and Pearls ladies!
