Kiki was extremely flexible and helpful in providing a great value for our money. Her services were the difference between a difficult experience of getting 12 girls situated in a club, and having a smooth transition from the minute we walked up to the front door until we sat and ordered at our table. She got us in a great location, where a group of ladies would be the most comfortable, and still be in the heart of the action. Kudos, Miss Kiki! We'll definitely be contacting Tao again for any future events.

I just HAD to email Kiki Kuzmirek (my contact for coordinating bottle service for my best friend's bachelorette party) after we got home from Vegas. I needed to tell her a huge, big, enormous THANK YOU for our awesome night at TAO! I couldnt have asked for better service! Not only did we get an AWESOME table location, but the cocktail waitresses were on it, always making sure we were taken care of, having a good time and refilling the mixers. The host that escorted us made us feel like celebs and all the girls said "we definitely got a great deal!". I can't remember all the names of who provided service to us that night, but whoever helped with Table 23, they get a shout out! The night was memorable and all of us girls can't stop bragging about it! :)

I worked with this vendor for my friend's bachelorette party. The planning and coordinating was all done through email because the vendor is in Las Vegas and I am in Los Angeles, CA. However, the vendor made the process very easy and was fast at responding. The vendor also called on the day of the event to make sure I had not other concerns and gave me her mobile number just in case. When I came back to LA, the vendor followed up with an email to make sure we had a good time. Very few vendors do follow ups with their customers.

We had a BLAST at TAO!! It was such an awesome experience. I planned a bachelorette party package with the help of Kiki, a coordinator at TAO. She was very helpful and responsive. The package we chose was a great deal. We had VIP entry to the club and 2 drink tickets per guest. All of the ladies truly enjoyed themselves, especially the bride. She loved every minute of it! The DJ was amazing and we danced until our feet couldn't take anymore.

I will definitely tell my friends to tell their friends about TAO!!

Our favorite night that we were in vegas was the night we went to TAO. And the best part about that night was being treated like princesses!!! It was everyone in our group's first time there, and we had a BLAST. We got right into the vip line and got in no problem, and got led back to where we were supposed to be. We did the 2 drink deal through Kiki and it worked out perfectly. The music and atmosphere was awesome and we danced all night! Definitely call Kiki!! TAO is my vegas favorite!! And not to mention our bride's as well :)

My friends and I stayed at the Palazzo at the Venetian. I did some research because we wanted to get a table at one of the clubs. I found Kiki at Tao and she helped make that idea a reality. Kiki was extremely easy to work with. She made me feel completly comfortable through out the whole process. All the other places that I called people were pushy and not willing to answer my questions. Kiki answered all of my questions and helped us plan the most memorable party for our bride to be. She went so far as to help us pull off a surprise so the Bride didnt know we had booked a table. All of my friends had the best time there. The table was out of this world fun and the security made our night run smoothly. I would go back to Tao and when I do I will definietly call Kiki at Tao because she listens to your needs and delivers. I would recomend this to anyone looking to book an unbelievable bachelotte party!!!!!

As a group of girls from Miami, my girlfriends and I are used to nights out at great nightclubs and wanted our friend's bachelorette to be something truly special and extraordinary. Our Tao experience accomplished just that. The attention to detail was phenomenal, the service was incomparable, and the Bachelorette Coordinator was amongst the sweetest persons in the world. She, and the whole Tao group made us feel that we were special, not just another groups of girls in Vegas. We ate at Lavo and were amazed by the service and food. Everyone from the hostess to the managers made us feel like royalty. We partied at Tao and Tao Beach. The pool party was outrageous and the night club was so much fun. Our only regret was that we bothered to venture outside of the Tao Group.

I planned the bachelorette festivities for my best friend's wedding (Sept. 2009). We stayed at the Venetian and went to Tao Beach. I was fortunate enough to find Kiki, the bachelorette coordinator at Tao, and we had an amazing time, thanks to her! She hooked us up with an awesome deal at Tao Beach, and 13 girls were able to get 2 daybeds with tons of food and drink all day long for a really great price. Kiki was such a sweetie and totally took care of us, making sure our daybeds had prime party locations and sticking around to make sure we got the deal that we had negotiated. I would highly recommend bachelorette festivities at Tao Beach, especially b/c none of the other pool parties around Vegas give special treatment and deals to bachelorettes! Equally amazing was the service we received from the staff at Tao Beach. They are always polite, on hand, and all-around great! This was my third time at Tao Beach (I go every year and I went for my own bachelorette - wish she had been around then!) and it's always awesome; this time around was just especially great thanks to the bachelorette coordinator! Thanks again Kiki and Tao Beach!

I found that the club was over rated, it was extremely crowded and impossible to even dance in. The wait time at the bar to get a drink was extreme and it seemed that where ever we stood a bouncer would ask us to move. I think that good service at Tao only comes to those willing to pay for bottle service. Also it is way to dark, I could not even see what color my drink was.
Even booking a package at Tao is a challenge and I think they need to take a hard look at their policy's and customer service. I would not go back or reccommend the club. I have been to alot of very different clubs and found the Tao experience a major disapointment.

Our table was terrible!

We used Tao group for a joint bachelorette/bachelor party on Labor Day weekend and our experience was TERRIBLE!! We first made a verbal agreement to get table service only if our guys could join us immediately after being seated. We were told by Alisha Molina that if we put the four guys in our party on a "guest list" that they would have no problem getting into the club and be seated at our table. I was very clear to Alisha that it would be unacceptable for us to have to wait for our the guys in our party to join us, and she reassured me that there would be no wait for them to get in.

We were hesitate to sign, because we knew it was going to be a busy weekend and we did not want any problem when we got to the club. However, Alisha seemed to know what she was doing and we trust that it would not be an issue. In addition we added for the guys to be on the guest list in our contract.

The night we were suppose to get service, we were told to show up at 10 p.m. since it was going to be busy. We came at around 9:20 p.m. just to be careful. We met Alisha at the door who told us the girls could come up but the guys had to wait. We reminded her of our agreement and she told us that the guys would have to wait for her outside, and that they were not her priority. She had other tables/ladies to worry about. This was the first sign that this was a complete BAIT and SWITCH tactic. The ladies were brought up to the table and our table was TERRIBLE! It was on the pool level, not even inside where the main party was taking place. I was unfamiliar with the club and had no idea that there was a pool level. If I would have known that our expensive table would be out in the heat, and not even on the same level as the party, we would have never agreed. I believe it is TAO Group Bachelorette to inform their clients of table choice before grabbing their credit card.

At the table we started getting pressured to order our bottles right away. I explained to the waitress, Audrey Nguyen, that we were not ordering anything without the rest of our party getting into the club. In the meantime I was getting text messages from the guys telling me that they weren't even on the guest list and that the only way they could come into the club was to purchase another $1800 table. We tried to contact Alisha who ignored our calls. ONE HOUR later after arguing with the manager about our situation, we told them to forget it. We didn't even want to be there anymore. They told us find, there would be no charge.

It was at this point that we were treated with such disrespect from Tao's manager and staff. They called security right way to escort our group out. The took us out this creepy, dark ally past the club's dumpster and then marked up the inside of our arm with purple permanent marker. I don't know what they were trying to prove, drawing deep long purple lines on our arms. However, it was completely unacceptable to treat clients who were about to spend $2000 plus on a table service the way they treated us.

We finally found our group of guys in front of the club along with Alisha. Alisha was unapologetic. We told her to cancel our table reservations for the next night at Lavo because we wanted nothing to do with their unprofessional company. She agreed.

Come Monday, our credit card statement showed both charges for Tao and Lavo. Alisha has agreed to refund our money for Lavo, but said they would only refund 50% of our money for Tao. 50%? We were provided absolutely NO services for our night at Tao only aggravation and humiliation. Right now the charge is being disputed by AMX.

I HIGHLY recommend using another company for your party's needs, as TAO group Bachelorette is the most unprofessional group I have ever worked with. You are much better going through your hotel's concierge, then through a group like this who only wants your money.

In addition, TAO is nothing compared to the Encore/Wynn's XS, Tryst or even Surrender.
