If you want a florist who will bring your vision to life and give you the best bang for your buck, Bo & Tangled Lotus is for you. She did such an amazing job on our wedding florals and was so accommodating to my many requests in the planning process. I would recommend her to anyone having a wedding in the Ventura/Santa Barbara area.

The best florist!
Bouavon made my wedding floral dreams come true! She was amazing to work with and understood my vision immediately. When we did the room reveal I was stunned because she took what was inside my head and made it come to life. Even with the multiple floor plan changes, Bouavon didn’t even blink an eye. We hired Tangled Lotus with a very specific vision (we replicated another wedding she did previously that we found on a blog). She was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the entire process, which was greatly appreciated. She has a ton of experience, and was the most organized vendor we worked with throughout the entire process. We loved working with her! We knew exactly what we wanted, and based on the vision we had we thought we knew exactly what everything would look like... We were wrong. One you see your florals and the design in person, you will be absolutely blown away with Bouavon's talent. Bouavan was so great to work with when it came to deciding the floral arrangements for our big day. Even when I requested changes to my order she was very flexible and willing to work with me. I was absolutely blown away by all our florals and in love with my big tropical bouquet. I can't say enough good things about working with Tangled Lotus. Bouavon, the owner, was helpful and flexible. She gave great, creative recommendations and always advised potential cost/savings and alternative ideas when I wanted to make changes or add to the overall design.
One of my floral wants was a large 4'x4' palm chandelier and, wow, did she deliver. Not only was the piece beautiful, but she personally climbed the 12' ladder and handled the installation herself.
From start to finish, it was a great experience: the quality of design, attention to detail, and communication were all top-notch.

Bouavon is incredible. She is creative, kind, flexible, and professional. When plans changed last minute due to Covid, Bouavon was extremely accommodating and made it all work out beautifully! Her prices are great, and her work is stunning. She designed the florals to fit my personal style and made it better than I could have asked or imagined. I reached out to Bouvan (Tangled Lotus) based on a recommendation from my initial wedding venue and from the start she was an absolute dream to work with. It was obvious her designs were everything I had ever imagined (definitely check her instagram), but working with her through.... 5, 6, 7 different wedding plans as COVID took a hit on our 2020 wedding just showed how amazing of a person and vendor she was to work with! Tangled lotus was a pleasure to work with during our elopement and we are looking forward to working with them next year for our larger wedding celebration. We hired Bouavon for our wedding a year and a half ago but unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone our event. Bouavon was very flexible and easy to reschedule with. She was even able to help us with our last minute request for floral arrangements for our elopement. For both events, Bouavon has had great advice for what flowers to select to bring together our vision while staying within budget. Both of the arrangement designs were so different but equally as beautiful. I received a ton of compliments on the ceremony flowers and bouquet. I can’t wait to see what she does next year!

As we moved forward, she sent images and colorways, gave us ideas for what we liked and made it easier to envision the final product. She is really good at giving advice without being prescriptive. At my wedding last weekend, Bouavon, did an incredible job of making my flower vision come to life. In the months leading up to the wedding she was super flexible with my emails and was very prompt with providing proposals and feedback. I loved her proposals because she attached photos with the floral items to show inspirations. Her pricing was very reasonable and she was great at giving advice (being that I am super indecisive). She was able to take what I described to her and truly make it the day of my dreams!

Beautiful florals and Bouavon is a GEM!
My wedding was this past weekend and Bouavon did our florals. Throughout the entire process she was so responsive, mindful of our budget, and extremely patient! Every bride's dream for their vendors. Our vision was to have a mixture of organic and modern-vintage, elegance to fit the aesthetics of our venue, which was a little unique itself! I couldn't believe some of the colors of the florals that showed up on our wedding day- the shades and colors were absolutely stunning! My dad is a horticulturalist, and he was loving them as well. Bouavon really delivered and we can't thank her enough!! On a side note, she also referred us to our videographer, who ended up being another one of our favorite vendors- it was easy to see how they were in the same network because they both rocked! ;)

Working with Bouavon at Tangled Lotus was a wonderful experience. After what I heard about the expense of flowers for a wedding I prepared myself to have low expectations for my budget. I was pleasantly surprised by what Bouavon put together for my budget. She was incredibly knowledgeable about flowers to use outside in the heat and season, and made sure I got the best look and value for my money. The flowers were gorgeous, and lasted for days around my house after the wedding. All our guests were awestruck by the chuppah decorations, and couldn’t stop taking pictures under it! I highly recommend using Tangled Lotus for your event!

Bouavon was a wonderful person to work with. She came up with beautiful floral options after we discussed what colors I was interested in. She even helped with a last minute fiasco with the centerpieces. The flowers on the day of the wedding were incredibly fresh and vibrant and infused the venue with just what I was hoping for. I also adored my (and my bridesmaids' bouquets), and was really happy when Bouavon was happily willing to add a strand of aquamarine beads to mine. Bouavon was extremely responsive and was always welcome to any little changes I made along the way. We received many compliments for our flower choices, and I have Tangled Lotus to thank for that.

I would never trust another florist to do any type of floral arrangements, Bo is the absolute best! She was accommodating from the very beginning and produced the most perfect floral arrangements for my wedding.
We had a few hiccups when it came time to pull the flowers for my bouquet, totally out Bo's hands! She called me to go over everything and tell me what we could do to fix it. The flowers we were planning on using were not ready to be picked and some had not gotten the color we were hoping for.
I felt comfortable enough to leave it all up to Bouavon and trusted that she would still make everything look beautiful. And I was right! Although some of the flowers she was planning on using were not quite right, she made my bouquet stunning! She is so so talented!

Our wedding flowers from Tangled Lotus blew our expectations! All of our flower arrangements were spectacular but I have never seen a bouquet as beautiful as the one created for me on my wedding day. Tangled Lotus happily accommodated our request for a unique floral "wedding lasso" three weeks before our wedding day.
Bouavon, the owner, was super helpful from the start. She provided a quote with descriptions, photos, and prices before we ever committed to Tangled Lotus as our wedding florist. She responded quickly and patiently with our requests and ideas. She offered options based on our requests until we got it JUST right. Also, their prices are very reasonable. I am so grateful our wedding coordinator (Dulce Dia Events) recommended her.

My daughter and I worked with Bouavon of Tangled Lotus and had a wonderful experience. She was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and we were so happy that she could work with our budget and our venue. We gave her the wedding colors and a picture of the style we were interested in and she gave us a proposal that we were very excited about.
The day of the wedding we were thrilled to see the flowers. My daughter was so happy! Her new mother-in- law loved the flowers and they were everything I imagined they could be. The colors, flower selection, and arrangements were just right! The flowers were a beautiful part of an unforgettable day.

Bouavon was so communicative, flexible and SO budget-friendly--we gave her a number, and she provided absolutely beautiful blooms for our bridal party that we could not have been happier with. Our wedding was the day after Thanksgiving and we couldn’t have asked for a better florist to meet our needs during such a busy time of the year. We were afraid we would have trouble with timing due to vendor’s personal engagements with family during Thanksgiving but Tangled Lotus definitely delivered beautifully!!! Our flowers were absolutely stunning and met all of our expectations as well as our budget! The color scheme for our wedding was burgundy, ivory, and gold. I am so glad I chose Tangled Lotus to do my flowers. I don't know much about flowers so I just told Bouavon the color scheme I wanted and my price point. From that she created a truly stunning bouquet and center pieces for me. She also decorated a gorgeous arch for our ceremony. I would highly recommend hiring Tangled Lotus for wedding florals. Bouavon was creative, responsive and professional every step of the way. First, I provided her with a description of the style I was going for, with a few inspiration pictures and she thoughtfully put together a detailed proposal with pictures so I could easily visualize her ideas- which were spot on with what I had imagined! She had great suggestions and honest opinions which were helpful in decision making, and even kept in mind my budget so that flowers from the ceremony could be reused as centerpieces. Working with her was very easy. I was so happy with the final product.

Going in to the process, I wasn't sure what I wanted our flowers to look like, and Bouavon created something truly incredible based. I would HIGHLY recommend her, no matter your budget. Everyone raved about how stunning the arrangements and hanging piece was that she did for our arch. I am so happy I chose Tangled Lotus for the flowers for my wedding at Lion's Park in Carpinteria!! I showed her pictures of the look I was going for and she did exactly what I wanted and more!!! The flowers were fresh and the arrangements were so thoughtfully put together. Absolutely loved my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, the boutonnières, centerpeices, reception decor and my hair piece!

This is the real deal! Bouavon is AMAZING. She has been playing with flowers since high school- she even made some of my boutineers for the school dance! She knows her flowers and the nature of them. She can come up with anything you have in mind and even more- the sky is the limit!
My husband and I got married in October and of course, there are certain flowers that I wanted that were not going to be available but Bouavon made sure to communicate with me and assure me that there was something equivalent to what I wanted. She is great with email and responds quickly which made me sure that she was on top of things. My wedding flowers were quite simple compared to other weddings out there but it did its job and Bouavon gave me such a great price on them. Everything came out so beautiful! Working with Bouavon for our wedding was a great experience, she was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations; it was probably the easiest part of planning the wedding. I put a lot of trust in her to make decisions with the design of the bouquets because I only had general idea of what I was looking for. I ended up ordering 4 bouquets, 8 bouteniers and some loose flowers for my cake. The flowers were personally delivered to my home the day of the wedding. We started off with an hour long conversation where Bouavon asked very detailed questions to truly understand my vision. At that point I had a Pinterest board with photos I like but nothing concrete. I was so happy with the flowers on my wedding day. The bouquets, boutonnieres and arrangements were gorgeous and better than I could have imagined. Bouavon did an amazing job capturing the theme and colors I had asked her for. She also had so many creative ideas and continued to work with me until I was able to make a decision.
She arrived early to the wedding venue to set up the alter arrangements and aisle decor & delivered the bouquets to my hotel room. Her packaging was perfect and I was blown away when I opened the box.

She let me gather all my own little vases from the thrift store and she gladly worked with my tight budget. I would highly recommend her services if you are looking for someone that will listen to all of your ideas and execute them flawlessly. She is an excellent communicator (especially regarding flower availability so you aren't surprised) throughout the entire planning process and very flexible (she drove from Ventura to Santa Barbara to deliver my flowers).
