Tamiz Photography was the best decision we made for our wedding. Rebecca's skills are exceptional, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. Working with her was a delight, as she was personable and easy to work with. Rebecca is dependable, flexible, and dedicated to capturing the best photographs possible. Our engagement and wedding photo shoots with her were incredibly enjoyable, and she brought many creative ideas to the table. Her keen eye for detail and composition allowed her to capture the perfect shots. The Best, Ever!

My husband and I booked out wedding around Rebeccas availability, and if that doesn't tell you how great she is, Then let me elaborate.
I have been following Rebecca though her photography journey for years (via social media) she photographed a friends wedding, and I knew then, that one day when I got married she HAD to be my photographer. Here we are many years later, and she WAS our photographer, and all of our wedding dreams came true.
Rebecca is kind, calm, and very professional, thought all the craziness of your wedding day. She keeps things on track, makes sure you are on schedule, all while taking the most amazing photos, with just the right light, pose, and artistic flare.
I cannot recommend Tamiz Photography enough. Thank you, Rebecca we couldn't have asked for anything better.

Best Photographer in the Biz

Rebecca and the team at Tamiz Photography captured our wedding day better than we could have imagined. When we received the final gallery, we were floored - ALL of the images were absolutely stunning.

Every time we walk by a wedding photo hung-up in our home, we are immediately brought back to that special moment. Not only that, but when we share photos, someone always asks who our photographer was and raves about how beautiful the images are. Hiring Rebecca was by far the best investment we made during the whole planning process.

On the day, Rebecca was a natural part of the background, placing herself perfectly among all of the hustle and bustle to capture both the important and candid moments we love so much.

During our portraits, Rebecca walked the line of coach and friend with ease and grace - posing us to ensure the photos reflected our most flattering angles and letting us be us. She made it so fun and super comfortable.

Professional, comfortable and Classic.

When we were finalizing vendors for our wedding, there was really no question when it came to photography. I had seen Rebecca's work on Instagram over the years and then worked with her previously when she photographed a friend's wedding where I was in the bridal party. After that experience and seeing the final result, I knew I had have Rebecca do our wedding (and just hoped she was available!). Rebecca's talent for capturing stunning pictures within whatever aesthetic the bride and groom envision is truly amazing. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed during ALL of the many shots. My husband and I decided that we didn't want to do a "first look" so we had to do all our pictures (us, wedding party, family, etc.) between the ceremony and reception. Rebecca made sure we got ALL of the shots on our list efficiently, successfully and beautifully. I really cannot recommend Tamiz enough. Your wedding pictures are really the only physical thing you can take with you from that very special day and I am SO glad we had Rebecca take ours.

Simply Amazing!!

Our experience having Rebecca as our wedding photographer was beyond amazing! The first thing that brought us to Rebecca is how stunning her photos are. She has an artistic eye and captures all of the little moments that make the day so special. We just knew we had to have her as our wedding photographer. When we got our wedding photos back we were absolutely blow away. They were better than we could have imagined! Rebecca captured all of the best angles, the best light, helped us with some posing and made taking the photos really fun! She also made us feel so comfortable that our most real selves shined through. We are so grateful to have such stunning photos from the most important day of our life.
Not only were the photos beyond amazing but Rebecca herself was an absolute dream to work with. Rebecca is professional, prompt, organized communicate’s well and is overall very welcoming and delightful to be around. From communication prior to our wedding through the wedding day timeline and after the wedding communications all of our expectations were exceeded.
Rebecca was so easy to work with during the entire wedding process. She was gracious, kind and so helpful. I was personally more disorganized than most brides and Rebecca really saved me the day of our wedding. She kept me on time and really made everything feel so smooth. She was definitely a Godsend that day!
I would recommend Rebecca to anyone I know that is getting married. She is 1000% the best choice for your wedding photographer!! We couldn’t be happier!

Literally the perfect photos.

Just as so many other couples, our wedding plans shifted due to Covid. After changing the date and location two different times, Rebecca stood with us and adjusted her schedule to accommodate. In order to keep our original date and not let the uncertain change our plans of getting married in 2020 we landed on an elopement in Las Vegas.
Which turned out to be the perfect destination and the perfect day. Not only did she travel to Las Vegas, she went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. I couldn’t have done it without her.

Our photos speak to her talent and her skill. She took an elopement in Vegas and turned it into a glamorous elegant photo shoot. They’re truly so beyond what I could have ever expected. Our wedding experience was unique and wild and our photos look like they’re straight off the page of a magazine.

Hands down Tamiz Photography is the right choice if you’re looking for timeless photos you’ll love forever.

Beautifully Subtle

They did such a wonderful job on the day of make my husband and I laugh and feel comfortable during the “first look”. During the ceremony and reception they completely blended in and took absolutely stunning candid, catching people’s personalities in a photo! Absolutely wonderful and definitely recommend!! 👍🏼

BEST Decision We Made!!

I will recommend Rebecca OVER and OVER again to anyone wanting a wedding photographer. She captured our entire wedding day with impeccably stunning shots and was an absolute pro. She made us feel comfortable from the beginning and worked seamlessly with a great timeline in place for our needs.

From the captures to the posing to the editing, she created a masterpiece of an album for us. She made us look like models (we’re definitely not) and brought out the beauty and joy in our entire party.

This is an investment you need to make!! Every photo tells a story and looking at each one brought us back to that moment with all the feelings. Not many photographers are able to capture like Rebecca does, and her style and color are so uniquely beautiful.

One word: PHENOMENAL

For anyone going through the wedding planning process, you understand the stress of having so many decisions to make from an endless number of options. One of the best decisions my husband and I made was choosing Tamiz Photography. There were no hesitations when it came to deciding on Rebecca to be our photographer for our wedding. Her work speaks for itself-- the tones, the emotion, the art, and ability to relive that captured moment. Her style is unique and creative, but classic and timeless at the same time. If we hadn’t been already been sold on her photos, we just knew we had to have her as our photographer the second we met her.
Rebecca was very friendly, adventurous, and professional throughout the entire process. Whether it was helping us find the perfect sand dune location for our engagement photos or helping me perfectly place my train, she made sure we achieved everything we had envisioned (and more!). She was incredibly calm and comforting, relieving as much stress as possible and making sure we took time to relax and enjoy our wedding. My husband and I are absolutely not photogenic at all and both our engagement and wedding photos came out amazing. We’ve gotten so many compliments on our photos and cannot recommend her enough!

When I got engaged I didn’t know when or where I was going to get married but I knew one thing for sure: that Tamiz (Rebecca) HAD to be my photographer! I have seen Rebecca’s work featured in magazines, pinterest, vendor websites, facebook, and Instagram. She has such a unique style (think vintage/romantic) that one can identify her work before they even see the picture credits. She has an incredible eye, raw talent honed by years of photography experience, and an appreciation for all the “details.”
When I initially reached out to Rebecca, she was friendly and helpful. I turned to her for recommendations on everything from Maui venues, to wedding dates, to hair/makeup artists, because she has great taste and has photographed weddings of every shape, size, and style. The honest, trustworthy, suggestions she provided ultimately helped shape the direction of my wedding planning.
On our wedding day, Rebecca and her business partner worked incredibly hard to capture the essence of our event. They knew exactly where to be and what to do at every moment…it was clear they were seasoned professionals with a choreographed routine. This did not stop Tamiz from making my wedding pictures distinctive. Though I’m sure they have shot my venue a hundred times, they still found a way to make my photos incredibly unique.
When my hubby and I got the email saying our photos were ready, we bought a bottle of wine and made a couch cuddle date to look through them. We spent a couple hours reviewing hundreds of photos, drinking, laughing, tearing up, and reliving our wedding day. That’s the wonderful thing about photos, “they are more than just posed memories of a moment in time. Photos are direct ties to the way you were feeling at the moment, how you looked, what you wore- a window into your soul at a specific period of time in your life.” From the posed pictures to the captured candid moments, our wedding photos by Tamiz surpassed my every expectation.

Rebecca and Johnathan makes an awesome team and together they take the most amazing pictures! We spent endless hours online researching for the the perfect photographer, but when we stumbled upon their photos we immediately fell in love with their photos and knew they were a must! Their photos are gorgeous and timeless. Rebecca and Johnathan are the sweetest couple ever and we had a blast working with them! They captured our day beautifully and every time I look at our photos, it brings me the biggest smile and I just want to relive our wedding day. You won't have any regrets going with Tamiz!

What you need to know about Rebecca and Jonathan is that they are really good people who put their heart into all they do. I was blown away not only by the amazing photos (which we are so in love with) but also the personal attention and care that they put into their clients and the work they do. Rebecca and Jonathan are 10X in their speed, quality, customer service, attention to detail and above all...kind hearts. I was so impressed with the photos. They are so dreamy and nothing like any other photographers in Maui or anywhere else to be honest! Before we got married I ALWAYS knew what photos they did even if I saw them on Pinterest or if it was a wedding site or anything I just knew it was TAMIZ. I knew even before I got engaged I wanted them to photograph my wedding and.... I definitely wasn't expecting to actually get married in Maui but my dream wedding came true. Only about 26 people. I had the best time ever of course other than little mishaps which always happen I'm sure. They are the best team! I am so happy I was able to have my dream photographers photograph my dream wedding! By far the besttttttttttt style of photos ever! Oh by the way someone asked me what filter I used on my wedding pictures..... These photos DO NOT NEED FILTERS. They are amazinggggg.

Choosing Rebecca and Jonathan to be our wedding photographers was the best decision I made. They took the most beautiful pictures at our wedding. I have used a lot of professional photographers in the past for other events and they were by far the best.

Rebecca and Jonathan's portfolio speaks for itself. Their website design alone will speak to their level of professionalism.

In considering photographers I was looking for work that was elegant but natural. Posing people well, and utilizing natural light are the greatest mysteries of photography. Tamiz has mastered both, and they do it seamlessly. Adjusting subtly when necessary, then melding into the scenery to capture raw & effortless emotion, in the most gorgeous angling of natural light.

Thank you Rebecca and Jonathan, for making us look and feel like the best versions of ourselves. You made an experience that can sometimes feel like a chore, really fun. You managed to take the most opportunistic and candid shots that captured the meaning our of day in a way words cannot describe.

Rebecca and Jonathan will blow your mind. The experience and the images that Tamiz created are well worth it.
Pros:
- 2 Photographers that are taking pictures from different angles and capturing different moments
- Artistic, contemporary, romantic photographs
- Patient with the bridal party (mainly me!)
- Will work with you to be sure you get all the shots you want on the day
- Great eye and style
- Pleasure to work with
Cons:
- That the night was over and they had to go home!

You will not be disappointed. Of the 600 Images, I liked them all, and LOVED 400 of them. I can’t recommended them enough. We were/are so happy with the outcome.

A 5/5-star review does not do justice to Rebecca and Jonathan of Tamiz Photography - WOW! I am forever thankful we stumbled upon their breathtaking images online and chose them as our wedding day photographers.

I had always heard how important and integral to the entire wedding day the wedding photographers are but didn't truly appreciate it until experiencing it myself - they made the day and now the memories thereafter. Their incredible talent shines through their photos and their work speaks for itself, but Rebecca and Jonathan are so much more than talented artists behind a camera lens.

They go above and beyond the call of duty - from the communications pre-wedding day (of which there is a lot!) to the wedding day and its timeline (this is key to your photos and Rebecca is full of super helpful suggestions; they aren't just snapping pictures the day of either . . . they are not shy about lending a helping hand and coordinate with your other vendors to ensure the day goes without a hitch) to the post-wedding day editing of the images, correspondence, etc. We had a small wedding, but even with a small wedding, the day of is a bit hectic (in a good way) and it helps immensely to have two photographers who are genuinely good, down-to-earth people and who make you feel comfortable despite being camera shy.

Passionate about what they do, they deliver first-class service and have a gift for taking the ordinary and revealing the extraordinary that lies beneath. They are professionals at the top of their game and they are wonderful people - a dream team. If you are getting married in the Hawaiian Islands, you're in luck - they are located on Maui. If you're getting married at some other far-flung destination or right at home - fly them to you! You won't be disappointed and will count it as one of the best decisions you've ever made.

It's no surprise at all that Rebecca and Jonathan have a perfect score with more than 50 reviews.
We had extremely high expectations for our photos and not only did Tamiz deliver, they absolutely blew us away. Rebecca and Jonathan are true artists and perfectly captured the full romance of the day. I can't imagine better photographers in Hawaii - or anywhere for that matter.

Jonathan and Rebecca are absolutely amazing photographers and lovely people to work with.
They made my husband and I very comfortable as soon as we met them.
The skill they have with choosing the right location for the lighting properties is incredible.
They also have a unique way of capturing and editing which I haven't seen in any other wedding photographer

We absolutely loved working with Rebecca and Jonathon from Tamiz and would highly recommend them to anyone.
When planning our wedding at Haiku Mill, we were given a list of photographers from our planner and asked to find someone whose style suited ours. From that list, Tamiz immediately jumped out at us - their unique aesthetic and way of capturing the right candid moments was perfect.

Tamiz Photography MADE our wedding complete. From the moment I laid eyes on their work, I knew I needed them to be apart of our magical day. All our expectations were blown away with the photos they captured. These photos are our most prized possession and we will cherish them forever and ever. They were so wonderful to work with and made sure that all our wants and needs were met. I would recommend Tamiz with my highest regard. Out of all the money spent on wedding planning this was by far our best investment of money, worth EVERY penny. Amazing does not begin to describe Tamiz Photography! My husband and I live in Melbourne, Australia and wanted the perfect photographer to capture our very intimate special day. We spent countless hours online searching for photographers and one day stumbled across Tamiz and fell in love instantly! Although they were located on Maui and our wedding was in Oahu, Rebecca was kind enough to put together a special package for us to include traveling inter-island.
Planning a wedding from overseas no matter how big or small can prove to be extremely stressful and time consuming worrying about if the vendors you are booking are going to be any good. Rebecca and her husband Jonathon make a wonderful team and were both there months in advance answering any questions we had as well as helping us with great referrals and planning for the day. We will definitely be using them again in the future for other momentous occasions as their photography style is unparalleled.
We both couldn't be happier with the finished product but also their professionalism on the day. They made us both feel comfortable and I would definitely say that they were worth every penny and one of our best vendors on the day!

Wonderful couple to work with. They captured our big day perfectly . Our pictures were stunning and we couldnt have pictured it any other way. I recommend buying their USB package. They came up with a really unique and amazing idea for the USB and the box it comes in is very magical. It brings you back to your wedding day.

Rebecca and Jonathan of Tamiz Photography are amazing. Their photography is absolutely stunning, they are extremely professional, fun and two really amazing people! They both made capturing our day seamless and we felt completely at ease. In fact, Rebecca and Jonathan were more than photographers, they grabbed us whatever we needed, were there to provide a helping hand and even whipped a cocktail into our hands from the reception where are guests were relaxing and taking in the sunset. Their photography is just divine and are works of art. When we received the images from Tamiz, we were amazed at the number of shots that were our 'absolute favourite'. My husband and I live in San Diego so when we decided to get married in Maui I knew a lot of the planning and vendor selection would have to be done from afar. I started researching Maui weddings and started bookmarking weddings where the pictures blew me away. Every single one ended up being Tamiz! We worked with a wonderful wedding planner that works with Tamiz quite often. We decided it was Tamiz or bust and I was even willing to change my wedding date if they weren't available since no save the dates had gone out yet!

Their style is truly unique and the pictures turned out exactly how we wanted them. We wanted some portraits with family but mostly wanted our pictures to look natural and not as posed as some wedding pictures can be. Rebecca and Jonathan listened to our desires and made them come true. I love my wedding photos so much and almost everyone has commented on how they are some of the best they've ever seen!

On top of being amazing photographers, Rebecca and Jonathan were nice enough to drive me to my venue! We did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen so we didn't want to get a limo for one :) It was a quick drive and they were so kind to do that for me!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Tamiz and they are worth the splurge if they happen to be outside of your price range! Your photos will last forever and that's priceless!

My husband and I spent a lot of time on Maui photographer's websites before finding Tamiz Photography. After seeing the fun loading page followed by all the gorgeous pictures of happy brides, I knew I didn't need to look any further! Besides the obviously fact that they take amazing shots and have an amazing editing style, they were also fun to have around on the wedding day, amazing with moving the day along according to plan and were very helpful. I am so happy with the end result of our pictures, they are fabulous and such an amazing keepsake to a beautiful day. Rebecca was extremely helpful with questions I had while planning my wedding from afar. She recommended other vendors and helped establish my timeline for the day. I received a preview picture within 2 hours of them leaving our wedding site on the wedding night. They were fast, kept the preview pictures coming and delivered our entire package extremely fast! I loved all the little details Tamiz puts into their work! We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would recommend them to anyone.

I first fell in love with Rebecca and Jonathan's work on Style Me Pretty a couple years ago - the most unique and beautiful photos I had ever seen. They truly are artists! When I got engaged, they were the first people I called. Clearly they are talented, but hiring a photographer is so much more than that. It's a process, experience, and relationship that starts well before the wedding day and continues for years to come. From day one, they wanted to get to know us, our story, our "vision", the things that made our wedding special to ensure not a detail was missed. This is no easy task while planning a wedding from 8,000 miles away and an 11 hour time difference, but they were fantastic. From prompt emails to detailed questionnaires - they were on it. We were lucky enough to meet with Rebecca and Jonathan a year before our wedding - not only were they talented photographers, but warm and genuine people as well. The photos are absolutely jaw-dropping - so much more than I hoped and dreamed!! They captured so many moments I didn't even know happened, it was such a gift to re-live the day. Highly, highly recommend!

From seeing their gorgeous photos on wedding blogs and magazines, I wanted to hire Tamiz Photography. They were one of the main factors that I choose to have my wedding on Maui instead of the BIg Island. I absolutely love the treatment of the photos and the way they enhance the glowing sunlight. It gives it an in between photo and painterly quality.

Tamiz was very responsive from the beginning and if they were out of town, they would respond as promptly after coming back. My husband is not as camera happy or confident in front of the camera. Jonathan was able to put him at ease with his humor and personality! I am thankful for that and my wedding photos came out gorgeous! My bridesmaid mentioned that our wedding photos continue to take her breath away whenever she sees them.

After my wedding they also sent me a surprise gift, which was really sweet. The packaging that our photos arrived in is a wooden keepsake box that we can keep and pass down through our generations. Her flash usb is a bottle and that totally encompasses our whole wedding theme together! Also, I was able to see my photos fairly quickly after the wedding on an online gallery. They also posted teasers on FB to keep us excited!

If we are ever in Maui again in the future, I would definitely hit them up for anniversary photos!

Tamiz photography are not your average wedding photographers. Not only are they an amazing husband and wife team but they are truly artists. Let me try to explain this...a great wedding photographer captures beautiful moments and poses you for portraits that will be beautiful and last a lifetime...an artist sees something unique and captures the essence of that moment through their lens in a way that inspires people. That is what our wedding photos were...not just beautifully captured memories...but art. Something that my future children and children's children will love and cherish just as I love and cherish my own parents wedding photos :-). The photographer will be the most important choice you will make for your wedding...the food, the music, and the venue will eventually be forgotten...but the photos....they will last forever! You will not regret choosing Rebecca and Jonathan for your special day. Also, I would highly recommend brides to contact Rebecca about a special before the day bridal boudoir shoot! How special it was to be able to present my groom with beautiful romantic photos and also to be able to get amazing photos featuring all those little details like my garter and veil. They also send you your photo prints and digital copies in the most beautifully presented wooden box that made its way all the way to Australia where we are currently living! Thanks again Tamiz! What we got from Tamiz Photography was nothing short of perfection. I actually contacted this dynamic duo from California for our upcoming wedding in Maui and solidified all details easily over phone and email. I had found them searching online when I came across the most beautiful pictures pinned on Pinterest. Months into the planning process I was flipping through a wedding magazine and just knew a set of pictures featured were their work without even looking at the name. That is how much of an impression their pictures make. Their style is unique and their colors are bright but soft and have a vintage look. Their pictures are truly works of art. When we received our proofs they came in a beautiful wood box, with tiny little message bottles and twine detail. We were so blessed to have been able to have them photograph our wedding and can't say enough about their professionalism and the product we got.

This dynamic duo is absolutely incredible. If you’re looking for a photographer to capture your most important day of your life look no further Tamiz photography are the photographers for you. I cannot praise them enough! By just looking at their portfolio of work these two do it literally says it all. The compliments I received from all my photos from the wedding are over the top. Some of my friends want to get remarried again just to have them as there photographers that should say a lot right there. All the shots taken are just breath taking. I literally look at my pictures each day in admiration just the colors, angles, and actions shots caught are just priceless that I will get to cherish all thanks to this exceptional Tamiz team!
Not only is there work mind blowing there so considerate and very attentive on making sure you take in each and every second of your special day allowed to. It was easy to work with Rebecca and Jonathan for our wedding. Before the event, we provided a few wishlist items which they were very receptive to. During the event, they were both very calm, made us feel very comfortable, and gave us the direction we were looking for.

But the pictures really speak for themselves. During the wedding I felt like we were experiencing a beautiful dream that I could not have imagined - and Rebecca and Jonathan were able to capture the spirit perfectly. Planning a destination wedding is never easy, but I put all my trust into Tamiz Photography and they blew me away! After viewing their photos on-line I knew they would capture our wedding and venue beautifully. They were quick to answer my questions, and when I met them in person on the wedding day they were so sweet, funny and professional. I didn’t even have to send them a shot list because I knew they would know all the best spots. They really focus the pictures on the bride & groom, and know how to capture the mood. There are so many vendors and little things to choose when planning a wedding. Most of it won't matter the day of or long after when you are celebrating your 20 year anniversary. Except your wedding photographer. You want to LOVE your wedding photos. Hire Tamiz Photography. Rebecca and Jonathan are wonderful to work with because they are fun, natural, and extremely talented. We could NOT be happier with the photos from our wedding! They are out of this world beautiful. Several of our friends have said they are the best wedding photos they've ever seen - no joke!

Not only are we happy with the final product, but working with Rebecca and Jonathan was awesome. We felt like we easily built up rapport with them and the session was relaxed and actually a lot of fun. They must have had a vision cause the photos really capture "us" in the best possible way. We were also really pleased with some of the other special moments shots absolutely beautifully (mom putting on bride's jewellery, groom seeing bride for first time, reactions during speeches, glasses smashed, etc.) It's all just perfect!

Rebecca and Jonathan are the BEST. We immediately knew they were the photographers for us after looking through their online galleries -- many wedding photos from Hawaii can look staged or very outdated and we wanted something that felt more editorial, personal but still timeless. I still find myself flipping through our wedding photos at least a few times a week. :)

We first met Rebecca and Jonathan for a jitterbug/pre-wedding photo session which I would highly recommend. We felt right at ease with them and they had great locations in mind for the shoot. They were very flexible on the day of our wedding (things aren't always exactly on schedule!) and helped run the formal family portraits very smoothly. Most importantly, they are just awesome people to be around and we look forward to hanging out with them again when our travels bring us out to Maui.

Rebecca and Jonathan at Tamiz Photography are *the* premiere wedding photographers on Maui. They are a husband-wife duo. Besides being absolutely wonderful and fun people, they are truly talented at what they do. They guided us in a very comfortable yet professional way- I didn't feel like I was asked to do a lot of awkward posed shots. You can see the love radiating in every photo! The angles were very flattering and the lighting was spot on. It's in the details, ya know? We booked them over a year in advance- they stay busy so don't hesitate to book early! Tamiz also did an engagement shoot with us in Upcountry Maui a few days before the wedding. I really recommend doing that if you're able to. The photos came out GREAT and it really gave us a chance to get comfortable with their style, so wedding day was a breeze in front of the camera. The turnaround was also shockingly speedy. We got married 6 months ago and have yet to see our wedding videography, but we had the photos within a month! LOVE LOVE LOVE them.

Rebecca and Jonathan were truly exceptional to say the least. Rebecca and Jonathan from Tamiz flew halfway across the world to shoot our wedding in Switzerland. The two of them were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Despite the pouring rain on our wedding day, our photographs look absolutely incredible. Rebecca even stood out in the cold rain uncovered to get a couple crucial shots of us outdoors. We recommend Rebecca and Jonathan of TAMIZ whole-heartedly. Not only are they extremely friendly and fun to work with, but they are also totally professional and know how to capture moments stunningly on camera. They made my husband and I feel totally at ease during our wedding - and we are usually afraid of cameras. They work efficiently and independently capture all of the details of the day. Rebecca and Jonathan from Tamiz Photography were truly the best photographers that we could ask for at our Maui Wedding. Not only do they treat each picture they take as a work of art but also they go the extra mile to make sure the bride and groom are happy with the final result.

Their friendliness and professionalism permeates all they do and they care a great deal about their work as they even sat down with us for drinks 2 days prior to the wedding so they could get a better idea of what we wanted and a feeling for our personalities. On the day of the shoot they were punctual, creative and captured the beautiful spirit of the wedding which not every photographer can do.

When my husband and I first decided on a destination wedding in Maui it can be easy to get overwhelmed choosing the right vendors. After searching endlessly online for photographers I finally came across Tamiz Photography and instantly fell in love with their unique and creative work. In my opinion there was/is no other choice in Maui or anywhere for that matter. They were the first vendor we booked because had they not been available for our wedding date we were willing to change it to fit into their schedule. So i know I'm just another 5/5 review here but I had to write to gush about how pleased we were with Tamiz Photography. Rebecca and Jonathan were such a pleasure to work with and really made our wedding day extra special. Their creative touch caught beautiful moments that we'll treasure forever. Every detail of the finished product was beyond our expectations, right down to the packaging in the delivery. The photos are just beyond words beautiful.
I highly recommend them!!

Rebecca & Jonathan were amazing to work with and are so talented that I feel nothing but lucky to have found them!!! LOVE all my wedding photos and couldn't have asked for anything more!

Rebecca was outstanding to work with! She was very organized and made me feel at ease through the somewhat challenging process of planning an out-of-state wedding! Her artistic abilities are the best I've ever seen- her use of light adds a warm enchanting feel to every picture! I could not imagine having anyone else shoot my wedding! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Tamiz Photography was wonderful to deal with and they made the process of planning my destination wedding a breeze. Rebecca was quick to respond to my inquiries and she was very helpful. Tamiz has a wonderful website and blog listing the vendors used by other brides. This was extremely helpful when I was chosing my vendors such as flowers and officiant.

The photograph quality and artisitry Tamiz Photography provided was FANTASTIC. I love every single picture of our wedding and I can't wait to display them all over my house. Tamiz has an unreal ability to take unique and emotion filled photographs; they bring me back to the moment and make me feel the exact emotions I felt all over again. Over the day, Tamiz was able to take enough photograph to tell a story of our special day. As the memory of the day fades, I will always have my photographs to help me remember the sequence of events.

Rebecca and Jonathan have a great skill for capturing love and I am so undeniably pleased with their work.

I married my best friend and had an amazing time celebrating with the people that matter most to us, our friends and family at our wedding and the best part is that the magic didn’t stop there! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the lovely duo Rebecca & Jonathon from Tamiz Photography for a day-after-the-wedding photo shoot. Where we could be silly, care-free and not care what got on the dress!! We aren’t sure what we fell head over heels in love with first with Tamiz. Between the amazing location that they scouted out for us, the beautiful Haku head piece from True Bliss Florals and props that they went above and beyond to offer for us to use or their sheer professionalism and ultimate talent that was obviously captured in our photos! We feel we had many blessings come our way but finding and hiring the dynamic Tamiz duo was certainly one of the best decisions that we made!

I love these two sweethearts. They are so laid back and easy to work with yet the professionalism and sharp thinking are all still there! We felt like two friends were shooting us, just an overall very very good vibe. I've never worked with photographers I liked more.

The photos turned out so beautiful, like out of a magazine.

I just love them to pieces!

We searched long and hard before hiring Tamiz Photography and couldn't be happier with the result. We were looking for a very specific look and feel to our shots and wanted to move away from the typical hum drum wedding pictures. Not only did Rebecca and Jonathan 'get' what we were looking for, they delivered a body of work that far exceeded our expectations.
They were friendly, efficient, and shot some of the most stunning pictures we've ever seen -let alone been in! And we've been getting comments from everyone stating just that too. We were extremely happy and impressed with their work and highly recommend them to anyone who's looking looking for grade 'A' photos for their wedding (or event)!

When we were shopping around for our wedding photographers, Tamiz photography stood out the most to us. We knew Rebecca and Jonathan were talented but when we saw the photos we were blown away. They have great attention to detail, they were extremely accommodating and were very well organized and prepared. Our photos look like pictures in a high end fashion magazine!! We couldnt be happier, we get compliments on our photos from everyone. I highly recommend scheduling 2 shoots (1 of the wedding day, 1 either before or after wedding). Rebecca and Jonathan are so creative you will have a wide variety of photos.

I love these guys! Our wedding photos turned out unique and beautiful and completely captured the feeling of our wedding. Rebecca and Jonathan are a great team and I can't help it but I love the fact that they are a married couple. I never feel photogenic but in these photos I feel so beautiful. The pricing is great and they are efficient, professional and un-intrusive. Thank you guys!

Rebecca and Jonathon were amazing to have for our photographers on the wedding day and to do a "honeymoon shoot" afterwords. We loved their creativity, easy going personalities, and ability to capture the feeling throughout the day and not all portrait poses. We love the photos and cherish them now and forever. They area a great team and provide two looks for the price of one. Extremely professional, punctual, and FUN! All of our guests enjoyed working with them too and didn't seem to notice they were there.... blended right in! We are so lucky to have found Tamiz and highly recommend them to anyone who wants perfect pictures!

When we first started planning our wedding day we wanted to make sure we had a photographer that would capture every detail and every moment.

I was referred to Rebecca of Tamiz Photography from a friend; and w hile browsing her work online I was blown away with her vision. I compared her pictures to other companies and her work just stood out to us the most! Her style of shooting went perfectly with our theme. When she first got to the venue she went straight to work. From start to finish she knew exactly what to do! She blended in the background like a ninja! There was no obnoxious camera in our faces or bright flashes going on it was subtle and quiet and didn't take away from our wedding.

We only received one picture so far and it is totally breathtaking. Although it's the biggest tease ever (we can't wait to see the rest of her work)! we are nothing but 100% satisfied and amazed by just the one photo. We are excited to get the rest! REBECCA YOU'RE BRILLIANT!!
