  Awesome Planner!

  Natasha was absolutely excellent! We needed her badly after our first wedding planner quit on us out of the blue. With that disaster and also trying to plan a small wedding during COVID where everything is so insane, we were really desperate. I think we hired her as a day-of coordinator but out of the kindness of her heart she helped us pull together so many of the final details we needed to make our big day beautiful! She was super organized, always kept us on track about what we needed to get done, always available any time of day, so kind and friendly and caring really we couldn’t ask for a more perfect planner!   Wedding Day of Coordinator (From afar)

  Our daughter was married in Arlington, but we live 500 miles away. We were worried about planning a wedding from afar, not knowing vendors and being able to coordinate. Tailored Memories (Natasha and her team) came to our rescue. She helped us find vendors, coordinate the day and it went off without a problem. Everyone showed up on time and as expected making the day flawless.
  The team conducted themselves with professionalism, humor and grace.
  They paid attention throughout the event to ensure everyone (especially the families) were well taken care of.

  Simply The Best!

  My wife and I were recently married in downtown Washington DC, and we were both absolutely thrilled with how the big day turned out, thanks largely in part to our Day-Of Coordinator, Natasha from Tailored Memories. Her professionalism, courteousness, prompt communications, and overall quality of service added more value to our wedding than we ever thought was possible from a single individual. Her eye for detail and insightful aesthetic opinions ensured that my wife and I enjoyed our chosen venue to its fullest extent, while her keen mind and experience in planning and logistics guaranteed that every single objective for the day was reached. Not only did she provide a smooth transition from one perfectly executed task to the next, but she did so in a way that wowed the guests and maintained their smiles from start to finish. She was also able to apply her same skillset when preparing the vendors for our wedding day, and handled any concerns we had with them promptly and tactfully. Natasha made sure every one of them arrived on time and with all their necessary equipment in order to bring our special day to complete fruition. We cannot recommend Natasha and her team from Tailored Memories enough, as she was instrumental in making one of the happiest days of our lives a reality. She was hands-down the best decision we made when planning our wedding.

  Removed all stress, even stress I didn't know could happen!

  Natasha worked with Bianca for our wedding this past October, and let me just say this up front to any bride/groom: you may THINK you are type A and can handle any and every small detail in your wedding. You may THINK "how many decisions could I possibly need help with if I already have all of my vendors selected and every event for the weekend is in the same place? EASY." Welp, let me tell you folks--it is decidedly *not*. We had our wedding at the Intercontinental on the Wharf: all 3 wedding events throughout the weekend. I hired Natasha as some decisions were becoming mildly overwhelming and her prices were *chefs kiss*. When I say she and Bianca saved the day MULTIPLE times during our weekend, I am not overstating. She made every vendor organizational correspondence and handled all last minute questions they had--it was the best decision I made about the wedding (minus the groom, he's #1 ;)).
  
  Do yourself a favor as the price is MORE than absolutely worth the help and bliss Natasha will deliver you--BOOK.HER.IMMEDIATELY. She also already has working relationships with numerous vendors and locations in the city, which was astoundingly helpful. Seriously. Just book her and truly enjoy your wedding planning process!

  Natasha was my wedding coordinator for my wedding on 9.22.23 and the only word I can think of to describe her is amazing! I live in a different state and Natasha made planning a destination wedding a lot less stressful than it would have been. She began working with me months before and assisted me with everything I needed to bring my wedding vision to life. Natasha is very kind and truly wants her clients to have the wedding of their dreams. Natasha is very organized and ensured all of my decor was set up exactly the way I wanted it. What I liked the most about her is her responsiveness. Natasha was always available to answer any questions that I had and made me feel like I was a burden. I would recommend booking her if you want a coordinator who truly cares about their clients!

  Once we chose to bring Natasha in to our wedding planning process, the entire experience became exponentially easier and fun. She is kind, responsive, and responsible, and has impeccable taste. She was very organized and kept us on track in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She helped us coordinate across all of our vendors seamlessly, and was helpful in reaching out to everyone so that we wouldn't have to. She was also patient with us when we were busy and very flexible with our schedules (as my husband and I both work full time as well). I was so thrilled to have Natasha by my side on the day of my wedding. Everyone loved working with her and my family loved having her as a person to go to with questions! She made the day a breeze so that I could enjoy it, and she took everything I said I wanted in the day and made it a reality. She also went above and beyond, doing more than I had even asked for and expected, from the details of helping decorate tables to providing emergency essentials for the day of. I will forever be grateful to Natasha and Tailored Memories for her service! I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

  The Perfect Wedding Planners

  My husband and I hired Tailored Memories for my wedding in August and they did not disappoint. From pre wedding planning to the day of, they made sure we did not have to worry about anything. They even went as far as to make sure our dog who was in the wedding was dropped off at his dog sitters house for the night. We were extremely pleased with them and would recommend them to everyone.

  Amazing at everything!

  Natasha is by far one of the best planners I have ever met. She made everything easy to understand and created an atmosphere that was fantastic. The way she can analyze and solve problems before they happen is a talent that not many people have. Everyone enjoyed themselves fully because of how she managed everything before and during the wedding. She is just amazing!

  My wife and I used Natasha's services as a day of coordinator earlier this year. We could not be any happier with the results!
  
  We hired her after we had some issues with our wedding venue and she came in and smoothed everything over. She is deeply knowledgeable about wedding planning and day of coordination. She answered all of our questions about the process and was very patient.

  Ideal Wedding

  Natasha and her team worked with us all the way through planning our wedding up through the big day. She was very accomodating and helpful. Our biggest issue was not knowing how to narrow down vendor options and Natasha found vendors for us and provided us with options to choose from rather than hunting them down ourselves.

  Natasha and her team are fantastic to work with. Natasha was always very responsive to our questions and was willing to work with us to find the vendors that worked the best for our needs. She also did a great job in coordinating all the moving pieces the day before and day of the wedding. Thanks to all the work of her and her team--Bianca and Marianne--our wedding day truly went without a hitch (which, from what we hear is very uncommon) and we were able to enjoy every moment stress free!

We were the first of our friends to get married, so we didn't have a ton of experience with weddings nor did we fully understand what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, Natasha was patient and accommodating and gave wonderful recommendations that made our day so special. I even received feedback from our vendors about how thorough and kind Natasha was with them. Natasha's prices are very reasonable and she made our entire planning process so smooth, from start to finish. We feel so lucky to have worked with Natasha for our wedding!!

  We were so happy with the help we got from Natasha! She was always quick to respond to our questions and took care of everything so well that we felt very calm on the days leading up to our wedding. I would recommend her to anyone planning an event!

  Wonderful!!! Natasha came to our rescue starting about three months before our wedding. We had done a lot of the initial planning, but what we didn't realize was that the closer we got to our wedding date, the more (less fun) nitty gritty stuff to deal with came up. There were several loose ends to tie up with vendors and things like to the dreadful timelines to complete, but the best part was that she was there to tie them up for us--amazing! Additionally, we hadn't decided on transportation just yet, and she quickly got us several quotes and even negotiated pricing for us. There were things that I hadn't even thought about, that she jumped in and handled for us or with her guidance I was able to get together. She was a big reason for why our special day was even more magical and less stressful. Her approach was very professional and her communication, unmatched!

  Well worth it

  Natasha and her team were a great help making our wedding a reality and giving us the ability it be present and enjoy it. She met with us a couple times before the big date for venue walkthroughs and vendor selections. She asked a lot of questions about logistics we hadn't considered and helped us better prepare for the wedding. A few weeks out, we met with her semi-regularly to iron out all of the schedule and logistics details. We made all the decisions and were able to plan the wedding we wanted, but she made sure we considered all of our options and how it would come together. At the rehearsal dinner, she was an incredible help keeping everyone's attention and showing them where they needed to be and when. On the day of the wedding, she and her crew took care of setup, vendor communication, directing the procession and helping us stay on schedule. We didn't have to worry about a thing, and it really was an enjoyable and beautiful wedding. I'm super grateful for all of the help, and I'm sure I would have been tearing my hair out had I tried to do it without them.

  Fantastic Wedding Experience

  Natasha was absolute the best. I would totally recommend her to anyone. I had 4 months to plan a wedding and I hired Natasha. She was beyond helpful in providing me with a list of vendors I needed. She worked with all vendors to provide them with a schedule and expectation for the day of the wedding. She made sure that the venue had all the documentation they needed from the other vendors. She coordinated with our photography consultant. Everything on the day of the wedding was 100 percent taken care of. I had such a stress free day. I was able to enjoy every moment with my now husband and everything went according to schedule. She honestly thinks of everything and is super helpful.
