10/10 would recommend them! I found them after our first caterer fell through, and I’m so glad I did! Not only was the food completely amazing (some of the best green salsa I’ve ever had!), they were great to communicate with and very responsive! We came from out of state and they reassured me with my obsessive planning the entire way. They were so nice, and easy to work with. The price is great for the amount of food you get. Everything is tasty and so fresh. Just overall these guys are wonderful!!TACOS DON JORGE's reply:

We had such a great experience with Tacos Don Jorge catering our reception!! We were looking for something that would accommodate several different dietary restrictions (vegan/vegetarian/GF) and this was perfect! Even the non-vegetarians/vegans loved the veggie options they had for us. The staff were kind and communicative, and pricing was also very fair. Thank you Tacos Don Jorge!!TACOS DON JORGE's reply:

We worked with Tacos Don Jorge for our son’s college graduation party and would highly recommend them for any occasion. There were plentiful options for apps (we did the ceviche and bacon wrapped jalapeños), the made on site tortillas were delicious, and meat fillings high quality (carne and pollo asada and carnitas), horchata was a hit and the churros (the best I have EVER had) with ice cream were the ultimate crowd pleaser. The staff were friendly and attentive. I appreciated the ease of the arrangements - they took care of everything - which was key since we were coming from out of town. I wish I could post multiple reviews for the many times I’ve used Tacos Don Jorge! I use some for Personal parties and I recommend them to other clients regularly. They truly are top-notch and everything is made fresh. They also introduced me to adding cheese to the street tacos. They’re so good! And I love their watermelon juice. -

Our wedding food!
Tacos Don Jorge was amazing! They were super easy to work with and did an amazing food testing with the team, they were all so sweet! They were super flexible with our menu and changing anything we needed to accommodate our guest. Everyone loved the tacos and deserts! Our venue was in Downtown Long Beach during the gran prix so parking was limited they got there on time and worked with our wedding planner! The set up that they brought to the venue was so cute! You can never go wrong with tacos, I also didn't know this until I spoke to my wedding planner but they brought extra meat just incase which is the type of vendors you want to hire because they care about your guest!TACOS DON JORGE's reply:

Everyone on the Tacos Don Jorge team was a pleasure to work with. From setting up a free tasting, to having a free testing, to finalizing the details for our event, and to the day of. The team was on time, stuck to the schedule, and had decorations that matched our theme perfectly. Not to mention the delicious food and outstanding service they provided. Our guest loved the food from cocktail hour to dinner, and especially dessert. Thank you Tacos Don Jorge for an amazing experience. -

Tacos Don Jorge makes amazing Mexican food at a reasonable price that your guests will rave about! The food is so flavorful and fresh. Our wedding guests were very impressed. They created a beautiful set-up that blended perfectly with our other decorations. They communicated well with us during the lead-up to our event and set-up, served and cleaned-up their area with little to no disruption. We will definitely use them again for other parties and highly recommend them. -

I can't express how thrilled we are with the taco catering service we had at our wedding! From the moment we started planning, they were incredibly professional and attentive to every detail. And the food! Oh, the food! It was absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the tacos, saying they were the best they'd ever had. Each taco tasted amazing, the tortillas were fresh, and the salsas were simply perfect.
But it wasn't just the exceptional food; the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure all our guests were well taken care of. They made our wedding even more special!

We hired Tacos Don Jorge for our wedding, which was a great decision! Everyone raved about the food at our wedding. The mini tamales during our cocktail hour were RAVED about days after the wedding. The guests also mentioned the tacos to us as some of the best they've had. We got to sample all the food, and my gosh, all of it was delicious! Their Wedding package made it all easy to set up, and they were so good about dealing with our guest count number that kept changing. Unfortunately, there was a significant loss in the family just weeks before our wedding. We would have understood if they needed to throw a wrench in our plans and I was prepared to look for a plan b. However, they did not let the loss interfere too much. They got back to our emails and made it to our wedding! Nothing but professionals.TACOS DON JORGE's reply:

The food was so good! Guests were very happy and some even said: "best tacos we've had!" Communication was very easy and they were very quick to respond. We had several changes during the final week before the wedding and they were very flexible. I will say that I did not get a chance to actually speak to them in person or really look over the entire set up, but the overall response from guests was that everything was amazing!TACOS DON JORGE's reply:

Growing up in Southern California, good tacos are a dime a dozen... but great tacos? Much harder to find. Tacos Don Jorge falls into the great category-- the tacos, sides, salsas, everything was excellent. They were a fantastic value-- we had several different meat options, taquito appetizers, chips and salsas, rice, beans, salsa bar, salad... even a vegetarian option... and it was all incredibly tasty. I just wish I was able to have eaten more! The company is professional, offered tastings, and had everything ready on time. Tacos Don Jorge has exceptional customer service, they recently catered our wedding and provided delicious food! My favorite part was that they made tortillas on the spot which made the experience that much more authentic.
