T & M catering is a must-hire. Their food was amazing and they had SO many options to choose from. We ended up with a huge spread because everything we tried was so delicious. Some of our guests have said it was the best wedding food they ever had!
Not only did we love the food, but the service as well. The head of the team prepared a plate for my husband's grandmother, as well as a separate dish for my mother in law who was originally planning not to eat because she has so many food sensitivities. They were also great at listening to our needs of having vegan things marked, and not using olive oil for allergies.
One of the best parts is that we got to take all the leftover food home and eat like royalty for the next week. It's surprisingly uncommon for caterers to allow you to take leftovers home.
We definitely recommend hiring T & M for your wedding!! -

I booked T&M Catering for my Wedding on 9/7/24 and I couldn't recommend them enough! It was great working with Tracey to set up our first tasting and work together to finalize the menu - so flexible and helpful! The day of we had Penny onsite leading the team and she was fantastic! The food was amazing (all our guests raved about it) and everything was prompt and flowed perfectly. We loved our bartenders and how quickly they made our signature cocktails! My guests also said how nice and friendly the bartenders were. Highly recommend!! -

Hiring T & M is a no brainer!!
I work with T & M quite a bit so when it comes to my own person events, I know who to use. They are absolutely wonderful to work with and honestly the way they work with you, you feel like family and not a client. I hired them most recently for my daughters 1st birthday birthday. They showed up early and got the job done. Food was delicious and guests were complimenting not only on the food but the staff as well. I can’t thank them enough for making the day so much easier on me. Thank you Tracey for all the behind the scenes work. And to our day of staff (Gabby, Theresa, Brody, Jonathan, and Kate). !!! -

Absolutely amazing! Great food, great staff!
T&M catering was absolutely amazing! I don’t even know where to begin, besides the food being incredible, the staff was so kind and accommodating and made sure that the whole wedding party was taken care of, especially my husband and I. We did passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour and a buffet for dinner and everything was incredible and went so smoothly. All of the food was absolutely AMAZING, but our guests were RAVING about the pumpkin ravioli! It’s been 3 weeks since the wedding and we still think about those raviolis all the time.
We had reached out to a few caterers in the area and Tracey responded back to us so quickly and was so nice and professional that we knew we had to go with T&M, and we are so glad we did! Tracey was super helpful and responsive anytime I had a question. I cannot recommend T&M enough, they really did go above and beyond our expectations and made our wedding absolutely perfect! -

Great experience!
Our wedding was a record high temp in May. All the food was fresh delicious and served hot. Tracy and her team worked with us to get what we wanted and we are so thankful. Highly recommend. -

Working with Tracey and her team was amazing! From the tasting to the big day Tracey was responsive and always willing to work with us on our budget and overall vision of our day. The food was AMAZING!! From the classic Maryland crab cakes to the fun sliders and mac bar, we couldn’t have had a better spread for our guests. The only sad thing is now we must wait to enjoy T&M at another wedding or event! Penny and Sara were our go-tos and we could not be happier with their professionalism and attentiveness to us all night! 10/10 would recommend T&M! -

T&M Catering Worsell Manor Wedding
We used T&M Catering for our daughter's wedding at Worsell Manor. We definitely made the right choice having T& M as our caterers. The food was fabulous! Kim was our representative throughout the whole process including the wedding day. She was professional, attentive, organized and friendly, a true team leader. Kim ensured that everything was perfect! All the servers were wonderful, they made sure our guests were taken care of throughout the evening. T&M took care of everything! They ordered the table linens and brought the dinnerware and serving pieces. The food was displayed beautifully. At the end of the evening they packaged the desserts in containers we had provided for the guests. T& M took care of all the clean up as well. They truly are full service caterers. They have an abundant amount of entree choices for menu planning. Everthing was delicious! We are still hearing from guests about how much they loved the food!! We highly recommend T&M for all your catering needs! -

WOW! What an absolutely incredible experience from the moment I made contact with Tracey. Like so many brides my wedding was postponed and moved and postponed again because of COVID. We ended up having to start from scratch with a new venue and all new vendors 3 months out from our 3rd rescheduled wedding date. Our venue recommended T & M Catering as their top choice. I texted Tracey immediately and even though she was on vacation out of the country she got back to me the same day and directed me to her second in charge Kim. From the moment I started working with Kim she was an absolute savior! Kim helped my husband and I completely design a new menu and guided us through replanning our wedding on such short notice. She was up front about the fact that we would be T & M's 4th wedding they were catering on May 22nd 2021 but I never once felt as though I was anything but her top priority. She scheduled us a tasting with Kate one of the chefs and we were so impressed with every item we picked for our menu. The menu options they have available for you to choose from are so extensive anything you dream up they can do. They are a full service catering company so they don't just provide you with food, but also linens, flatware, cups, and plates. They have different options for types of place settings and will also let you use their display pieces for cakes, desserts, special items etc. Plus if you need a bartender and all the bar fixings they have you covered there too! We did a final walk through with our venue and Kim and she made sure everything was accounted for and would be set up to our liking and to keep people following and the party going. You can tell Kim and Tracey have been in this business for a while and know their stuff! The moment the T & M staff set foot on site the day of our wedding myself and my husband were their #1 priority. They took our drink orders to make sure we always had a fresh drink in our hand the moment the ceremony was over. They put together a tray of food for us during cocktail hour so we had snacks while we were taking pictures and they also served us a private dinner upstairs at our venue so we could eat alone and actually spend a few quiet minutes together. Kim and her crew executed everything we asked for flawlessly and our guests raved about they food, especially the crab cakes. I know this was a long review but if you made it this far hopefully you fully understand how OUTSTANDING T & M Catering was for my wedding. Having to push my wedding back 2 different times and pick all new vendors was so stressful but from the minute I started working with T & M Catering I knew we were in good hands and my day turned out perfect! You will not regret picking them for any event you need delicious food and wonderful people to work with. -

Bohemia Overlook has been recommending T & M Catering for 4 years, since the opening of our business in 2018. Tracey and Kim are hometown girls with hometown food. No premade or frozen food, just piping hot, homemade, delicious food. On point everytime, and we never worry when T & M are catering here. Bohemia and T & M worked together through Covid restrictions to provide a safe environment for our couples as well. Through out the years, we have become good friends and we are a dependable team in this industry! Do not hesitate to consider and choose T & M Catering for your wedding here at Bohemia Overlook, or at any venue.

10/10 Would Recommend
If you are looking for delicious food and a caterer who treats you like family then this is who you want. As a covid wedding we had many challenges but Tracey & Kim were there for us every step of the way answer all of the stupid questions & concerns we had. Their attention to detail made our day even more special. Not to mention how absolutely delicious the food was. So many of our guests paid complements about the food and their team was so accommodating to anyone who had dietary restrictions. Bonus! We got to take home all the leftovers. Honestly we were shocked that they were even in our budget. But they worked with us to give us everything we wanted at a price that worked for us. They made us feel like royalty on our special day. We couldn’t imagine having gone with anybody else! -

Wonderful local business! We were so happy to work with Tracey in the beginning. She worked with us to perfect our menu and make it one of a kind to suit our style and our guests needs. Soon after signing our contract, Kim was our go to girl. She stayed in frequent contact with me to ensure our day would be perfect! Kim was very thorough at our initial walk through and sent messages to check in and share the excitement as our day got closer. In addition to making sure we had all of our food and linen needs, Kim was great with recommending options for bar services. We ended up purchasing our own alcohol, and using bar tending services provided by T&M. The day of our wedding, T&M’s catering staff did not let us go a moment without a drink or ensure that we had enough food. They were WONDERFUL. The food was fantastic. All of our guests were raving, especially about the brisket. It could not have gone any smoother. The staff were so polite, generous, and kind. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are in the PA, DE, MD area, definitely reach out. You will not be disappointed! -

Have you ever left a wedding hungry because the food wasn’t the best!? If you want to get the best value and taste for your budget - look no further! When choosing a caterer, we were so careful to choose a company that made AMAZING, home cooked food. T&M far exceeded our expectations with passed and stationed appetizers (mini grilled cheeses with tomato basil soup shots were our favorite) and 3 stations - tacos, BBQ and seafood. Kim was an absolute dream to work with - available to answer our questions, thoughts and suggestions anytime we needed her. Being a Covid bride, there was a period of time that was very stressful and Kim assured me her team would handle it all with ease - and they did! Her kindness and dedication to the business truly SHOWS because wow, we could not have asked for a better catering experience with T&M and working with Kim. Tracey and her team are phenomenal! We got married 9/12/2020 and had to switch some things up due to covid, and they were so flexible and accommodating with all of the changes. We got married at our house and the team used our small kitchen and still delivered amazing food and service. I can’t say enough good things. We booked T&M Catering for our post covid wedding celebration next year and we can’t wait! -

I would like to thank the staff of T&M Catering, Our daughter's wedding reception was flawless, I worked with Kim throughout the process of ordering linens etc, she was in constant contact when ever I had questions she was happy to help. I would also like to say another staff member that was also amazing was Penny who was there for us making sure we had everything we needed! She did an amazing job, ,making sure not only the bride and Groom were taken care of but the the parents and guest. She was on the move the whole night making us all feel very special. Perfect!!!
We initially hired T & M for our daughters June wedding, but of course had to reschedule til September. When we met with Tracey and tried her delicious food, we knew this was our caterer! Then when we saw her pricing, we booked immediately! She was so flexible allowing us to create a unique menu. There was no cookie cutter approach. She truly allowed us to make it our own. She was so responsive and reassuring during the whole planning process. The wedding was yesterday and they delivered one hundred percent! The food was delicious and plentiful. Her staff and on site managers were professional and attentive. The entire day went off without a hiccup. Amazing, amazing. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this vendor who truly was part of my daughters dream wedding! -

Tracey from T&M was amazing! Her food was excellent during our taste test, but at the wedding it was to die for. Our guests raved about it all night long. Everyone loved the Taco Bar, which was her suggestion. One of our cocktail hour foods was soft pretzels and they were so delicious! She is super organized and she has great prices. I would highly recommend her for weddings or any other events that require a caterer! -

Tracey and her team are just amazing. From their incredible food to their awesome service, we couldn’t recommend them more. Tracey helped us build our original menu of fun cocktail wedding choices (tacos, burgers, cheesesteaks, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese!! Omg.) and made sure we had everything we wanted. We couldn’t wait to share her delicious food with our guests, but then cue Covid. We had to postpone and make some big changes. We scaled down our wedding and moved it outside and Tracey was there every step of the way to make sure we still had the perfect day and that our guests were well fed and happy. She even made sure this bride had her nachos and queso! Meeting with Tracey and Shannon, our day of coordinator, before the wedding, they thought of every single detail to go over with us, stuff we’d never even thought of! The day of, everything went off without a hitch. The team was fantastic and Shannon made sure we had everything we needed. Our guests were RAVING about the food and loved all of the options they were given. We were really lucky to have found Tracey and her team at T&M. Amazing food!!!
We used this vendor for the food portion of our wedding on 11/16/2019 at Worsell Manor. The food was out of this world good, the workers they sent were professional, and they made sure I (the bride) was taken care of throughout the entire day. They were accommodating to all of my crazy requests which included a s’mores bar, oyster shucking station, my homemade cream of crab, and LOTS Of food. They also allowed me to modify the food items they had listed to ensure I was thrilled with the service. If you use this company REQUEST KIM!!!!! She is absolutely FANTASTIC. She was like my fairy god mother the day of the wedding. Anything I needed from lighting changes to my soup being heated up she took care of. We hired T&M Catering after our original caterer cancelled at the last minute. From the beginning, they were wonderful to work with. We went over menu options and pricing and then had a tasting with Chef Kate (which was delicious!). Then, leading up to the wedding, we did our walk through with Kim and she couldn't have been nicer. Throughout the whole experience, they were very responsive and attentive. Then, the wedding itself was perfect. All of the guests raved about the food (slider bar, taco bar, mac n cheese, chicken and waffle bites, mini grilled cheese and tomato soup) and the staff was very professional and friendly. They even designated servers just for the bride and groom which made us feel special and was very convenient! Overall they did an awesome job and we would highly recommend them. -

We just used T&M catering for our wedding this past Saturday at Bohemia Overlook. Tracy was great from the very beginning. We told her what we had in mind and she fully delivered. She prepared all the southern comfort food that we wanted! From shrimp a grits, friend chicken, pulled pork, and mashed potatoes. Everything was wonderful and our guests continued to come up to use throughout the night and tell us how great the food was. Tracy's staff was even better. They were so attentive to my husband and I throughout the night. We never had to get our own drinks or food. They gave us a full plate and continued to offer us things throughout the night. They were all so kind and we felt like we knew them forever.
Tracy was also outstanding during our final walk through. She helped us pick out our set up and assured that we would have a great dance floor and tons of space. We sure did! I cannot recommend T&M enough. -

T&M did an amazing job catering my wedding. From the start, Tracey dealt well with my father, who is very particular and critical. After our tasting and until day of, Kim was my point of contact, and she was always so sweet and made herself available for a text or phone call. But, T&M really stood out on the day of the wedding (which of course is the most important part!). Penny and Jaron (spelling?) were both amazing and always bringing drink orders to the wedding party all day/night. Everyone said the food was great (bacon wrapped shrimp was the favorite appetizer, and the beef entree was so tender), but the service was what everyone raved about. Penny was attentive to my husband's grandmother (95 years old) all night, which no one asked her to do. The bartenders were also a hit, and they let the best man tag along for a ride to get more alcohol when they needed to get more ice (lifesavers!). It was so effortless and easy to work with the whole T&M team during the wedding day/night, and they know exactly how to operate at Bohemia Overlook (my venue), which helped to alleviate my stress on my wedding day. I don't have a single complaint about T&M, and highly recommend them, especially for those getting married at Bohemia Overlook. -

We selected T&M Catering for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier! From the beginning of the process Tracey was wonderful to work with. We wanted a more relaxed atmosphere for the reception and she helped us choose the perfect menu to fit our style. Tracey also helped with planning a menu that took into account the food allergies of our guests. She helped us to plan the set up and timeline for the cocktail hour and reception. Heather was our chef for the reception and she was also amazing. Heather and the servers were attentive, professional, and helpful without being intrusive. The food was absolutely delicious. I absolutely love T&M Catering! My husband and I reached out to several caterers for our wedding and they were the ONLY ones to respond. I had said from the start I would only hire the vendor IF I fell in love with their service AND the people within the business. We went for a tasting and we fell in love with Tracey and the food. That’s how I knew she and her company were the one, and we didn’t try any other caterers.
I love that Tracey consistently replied to my emails the very next morning. I knew that once I sent her an email, I could count on a reply and not be waiting in limbo or have to reach out again. Tracey was away for a week, yet Kim (one of her fellow fabulous staff) still replied to my email the following morning. I appreciated the outstanding communication.
Kim was my day of contact person for all things catering. Kim and I were a wonderful match and I’m so grateful Tracey paired me with her. The week of our wedding, we would text each other quick questions and make sure everything was ready to go. Again, communication was wonderful. The day of my wedding, I left table décor and gift table décor under the tent. Kim and company set up everything wonderfully. I put lots of trust into Kim and she did not disappoint. Prior to the ceremony starting, Kim introduced me to Penny. She said Penny would take care of my husband and I throughout the night and sure enough, Penny did. Penny asked what drinks we would like immediately after the ceremony. After the ceremony drinks and appetizers were ready for us! All night, Penny took care of us with drinks and food. I loved that she would find us wherever we were and ask if we needed anything. The hospitality was amazing.
I wanted an ice cream sundae bar for dessert and Tracey helped me make it happen. That was one of my favorite parts of my wedding and my guests too. The food was delicious and I wish T&M had a restaurant so I could experience more of their food. I highly recommend the bacon wrapped chicken or shrimp…mmmmmm it was soooo good!
Tracey always said, “It’s your day, have it your way!” and she holds true to that. Tracey, Kim and everyone else on staff – THANK YOU! I love you all so much! I’d love to have another wedding just so I can work with you again! Much love, Kelly! -

I dont even know where to begin! Tracey is truly a culinary artist, you can tell right off the bat she loves! What she does. We had an amazing! Spread of food to chose from. When my husband and I went for the tasting we were blown away! My husband said he was mad Tracey didnt have a restaurant lol he said he would be a regular there. My dad was with us and we found him eating the condiments because he loved the pairings with each dish. I told everyone who was coming to the wedding to not eat that day because we had so many mouth watering choices!
Now the final walk through we had Kim! Love Love Love! She brought up great points that I didnt even think of. The day of the wedding Kim had things set perfectly, we had a watering hole “welcome drink” on the walk down to the ceremony area, which all the guests loved. Kim had a great suggestion of getting my bridal party drink orders so we had drinks and little bites for after the ceremony while we took pictures. (Amazing idea!) cocktail hour went off with out a hitch, everyone enjoyed everything. The bartenders were amazing. Dinner comes and Kim and a waiter came and took my husband and I order. We both obviously wanted EVERYTHING! Lol and thats what Kim got us. Kim also took care of our families as well. Dinner was over dancing & mingling started and Kim was a bartending ninja! My cup was always full and my husband always had a cold beer in hand. I literally never left the dance floor. I absolutely had the best day ever! And thanks to everyone I had working together to make it perfect! ❤️❤️ -

T&M was such an important part of our wedding! The initial tasting we had with Tracey set our expectations high, and we were not disappointed. The food was incredible, and Kim was so sweet and attentive throughout the evening. The waitstaff were also professional and very efficient when it came to clearing plates and making sure everyone was happy.
Another important thing to add is that T&M is a great option for anyone with dietary restrictions - we had vegan, keto, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests at our wedding, and everyone left full and satisfied. -

I can't say enough good things about T&M! My husband and I were so impressed with our tasting almost a year ahead of our wedding. We knew our guests would be pleased with the food as well. We were not wrong!!! Our guests are still talking about the incredible food! Kim was at our wedding the day of and she served my husband and I our dinner. She made sure we got to try a little of everything and even got us seconds when we couldn't get enough of the deliciousness! I had always heard from past brides that you won't get a chance to eat on your wedding day but Kim and the rest of the staff made sure we were fed. I can honestly say it was some of the best food I've ever had. I didn't get a chance to try our cocktail hour food (not because it wasn't provided, simply because I was afraid of spilling on my dress!) but I have heard only amazing things from guests. Tracey also catered our rehearsal dinner and brunch the next day and both were incredible. Tracey and her staff truly know what they are doing when it comes to catering! I can't recommend T&M enough!! -

All I have to say is WOW!
T&M catered our wedding this past weekend, and we could not have been happier to have had their help. Since contacting T&M over a year ago, Tracey & Kim have been responsive and have given honest opinions. They are both knowledgeable and have great insight on what will work best for your wedding. They are accommodating and will ensure that you stick to your budget while preparing high quality food. They worked hard to come up with multiple menu options for us during the decision making process. On the day of, everything was perfectly executed. All of our guests raved about our cocktail hour and dinner options, and we loved that we were able to get creative with our menu choices. Even though there were over 200 guests, the caterers were able to get everyone through the food station lines in about 35 minutes. The bartenders were also great and drinks were perfectly prepared. Kim made sure that my husband and I were well fed and had a drink in our hands at all times. You can't go wrong hiring T&M! -

Tracy, Kim and the entire team we had the day of our wedding were wonderful! About a week before the wedding, we met with Kim and went over our final quest count and how everything should be set up... she stayed in contact with me up to the day of our wedding and even contacted me after ! Without even asking they would be there with a fresh drink in hand ready for my husband and me and our bridesmaids and groomsmen! We had a buffet styles dinner and they came to us asking us what we wanted to eat and served us our food... knowing by the time the guests finished eating we would not have time to sit and enjoy the rest of our meal! They were very interactive with our guest as well. We had a couple of older folks at our wedding that could not serve themselves, so the wait staff made plates for them and brought it to their table. On top of the generosity... the food was AMAZING!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Tracy and team! I don’t think you will be disappointed! -

Seriously some of the best wedding food ever. It was so unique and every single guest was accommodated perfectly. Tracey is amazing and has such a great personality with so much experience and wedding wisdom to share!!! I wish we lived closer so we could get T&M to cater every single event of ours to come! T&M catering and Spring Hill Manor are a wedding dream team and would not recommend any other businesses so highly for such a special day. -

Working with T&M for our wedding was such an easy and enjoyable process. Kim, Kate, and Tracey were all fantastic, responsive, and friendly. The food was DELICIOUS. We chose T&M because they offered more variety in their menu(s) - we didn't want a boring banquet dinner for our wedding. They allowed us to mix and match options and our guests raved about how good everything was, especially the crab cakes and donuts! The process was painless for me as a stressed out Bride and I knew I could trust Kim to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. We could not be more thankful and appreciative for how well everything went with T&M for our big day. -

We were initially frustrated in our search for a caterer discovering hidden add-on fees with several of the places we looked into that made finding a decent caterer at a reasonable price seem impossible. Our wedding coordinator recommended T&M so we set up a tasting. The food was delicious and we couldn't believe how affordable our quote was for a relatively high-end meal with all glassware, gratuity, taxes, etc. included up front. We were given an array of menus to inspire and help us build our menu. Our final buffet menu included the following: appetizers - passed bacon wrapped scallops, chicken skewers with kimchi, bruschetta, and a cheese/cracker display; meal - prime rib with au jous and horseradish sauce, quartered chicken, crab cakes, cheesy smashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, crab soup. The food was delicious. The prime rib was overcooked because it was served about an hour after the anticipated time due to factors outside of the caterer's control (late officiant, lengthy speeches). We received profuse apologies for this. Our guests didn't seem to mind/notice and were overall very happy with the food. We had plenty of leftovers and were encouraged to bring containers to bring these home. In securing T&M and planning the menu, I was in contact with Tracey who was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. For day-of happenings, I was in contact with Kim who could not have been any sweeter, or more helpful. We feel so fortunate to have found T&M and are so happy we chose them to cater our special day! -

I knew I wanted to have T&M cater my wedding the moment I took my first bite of food at the tasting! Tracey was SO easy to work with, and her food is delicious. I only wish my husband and I could have eaten longer!! But, the team was so good about making sure to serve us quickly so we would have a team to eat a little! Highly recommend!! -

Where to even begin on this review?! The one thing I wanted for my wedding was delicious food because lets face it the one thing guests remember from weddings is how good the food was! From the moment my mom called Tracey to see if they would even consider catering my wedding due to the distance from their store front I was hooked! She was very accomodating and said absolutely we can travel to Chestertown! So I emailed her what we were looking for as to what food we wanted and set up a tasting. As soon as we walked into their store front on the day of the tasting I was immediately impressed! Kate cooked up our wedding meal and was very professional and the food was OMG sooooo good (brown sugar bacon wrapped shrimp were to DIE FOR)! I think after we left there we knew we were going with them even though we did have another tasting booked! Throughout the year of planning if there was anything we wanted to add or check on they were very responsive with emails! Once it came closer to the wedding we met with Kim who was the one in charge of our wedding! Kim was a dream to work with she made sure everything was perfect for us! She was on top of everything we needed and every last little detail about what we wanted! On the day of the wedding she made sure we always had a drink in our hand, she made sure we had appetizers while getting pictures done, and she just made sure we were happy and satisfied with everything! If there was anything we wanted or needed she made sure we had it! We received compliments all night long about how good the food was and we are still getting compliments about the food and the experience a week later! If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding make sure you check out T&M you will not be disappointed! I know in the future I will be referring people to them and I will continue to use them if I ever have another big event! During all the wedding planning Tracey answered all the questions I had with quick responses, no matter how silly the questions. We wound up using Tracey to cater my wedding as well as the day after brunch with family. The food is UNREAL! We’ve received so many comments on how good the food was. Honestly, it was the best food at a wedding that I’ve ever had. Her staff was incredibly attentive and went over the top to make sure I was taken care of the whole weekend. I felt like royalty. The bar staff was wonderful with our silly group as well. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you for everything! -

Emily Sent on 05/09/2018T & M completely out did themselves for my brunch wedding! Frittatas, chicken and waffles, french toast shooters and so many more delicious dishes were a huge hit! The service was amazing as well and they took special care of our older and less mobile guests. Kim was our day of coordinator and her attention to detail assured that everything went smoothly. We could not ask for more and give them our highest recommendation!

Megan Sent on 11/27/2017When it comes to food, saying I am particular may be an understatement. Tracey is a magician in the kitchen! We sampled bites from T&M at an open-house with our intended venue, and that sealed the deal. Through finding a replacement venue and changing nearly every other vendor, I could not find a company that compared with the level of customization, personal attention, and "home cooked" feel that I felt when communicating with Tracey. Tracey made sure we loved every aspect of every dish that was selected for our wedding reception, even making some very special accommodations in remembrance of my grandmother -- something she did not HAVE to do but was appreciated beyond words and any measure by every member of my family. Also worth noting (more like taking out a full page newspaper spread!) -- having our personal concierge Ray taking care of us from the moment the ceremony ended was absolutely the icing on the cake. Ray made sure we had food and drink, whatever and however we wanted, until the very last moment of the evening. I cannot explain what a relief it was to know I wouldn't be requesting these things from my family, and still knowing whatever I could ask for, would be done. Thank you a million times over to Tracey, Ray, and everyone else I know was hard at work behind the scenes. We heard nothing but glowing praise regarding how delicious everything was -- and plenty of direct comparisons to recent weddings. You all topped every single one! I look forward to being able to hire T&M for our future catering needs, Tracey, you are a gem! -

She was quick with communication and was always able to accommodate any request. The day of our wedding, the service team was flawless. In terms of my husband and I, we were always being offered food, drinks, etc. Our guests commented multiple on how great the bartender and the servers were, always keeping the food and drinks flowing.
And the food.... wow! I highly recommend the boneless wings, they were a huge hit! When we talked with Tracey months ago about our vision/idea for our wedding day, I never thought it would turn out that perfect! Every piece of food served was delicious In fact, if you hire her, call me and invite me to come because I would love some more mac and cheese. I'll bring a gift :) -

Emily Sent on 03/30/2017The decision to have T&M cater my wedding was a no brainer. Not only was the food top notch, the staff was incredible. Our special day was set in a gorgeous barn, and I knew right away that comfort food was the way to go. With so many options to choose from, Tracey was super responsive and flexible with the menu. We sat down and went over every little detail from appetizers, to a late night "grazing bar" to the most amazing S'mores bar for dessert. Every dish we chose was incredibly delicious and exactly what we imagined. The staff (especially Shannon) made sure my husband and I were well taken care of, and even brought us our signature drinks and appetizers during our wedding photo marathon; we ate and our cups were never empty the entire night. Our day was literally everything we ever dreamed of, and more. I cannot recommend T&M enough!
