Affordable, Easy to work with, Quality!

Lee was wonderful to work with. She was one of the more affordable options we found and produced exactly what we were hoping for, which was a full video of the ceremony and speeches to share with loved ones who were unable to make it to our wedding. We weren't as focused on flashy highlight videos, but did love the 3 minute highlight video she created. I would definitely recommend Lee to anyone getting married in Maine and looking for a videographer to document the day.

Highly recommend!

From the very beginning of working together, Lee was ready to answer any questions we had. We talked a couple of times before the wedding and each time she was a pleasure to talk to! On the day of the wedding, she was calming and very kind. It was never awkward or uncomfortable to be in front of the camera. And our wedding video! Oh my goodness it was so beautiful and we are so thankful for Lee for capturing our day! Highly recommend!

You won’t regret hiring this vendor!

Lee was amazing! She paid so much attention to all of the small details I would have overlooked and forgotten about if it wasn’t for her capturing it on camera! She was always in contact to discuss any questions I had, and to make sure she had every single detail. It was so nice having Lee capture our special day. To any future brides, don’t think, just hire Lee! You won’t regret it!

Lee communicates each step of the process with you so everything is clear. Her price was also very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with the video we received! She did a wonderful job capturing the memories of our wedding day and we’re grateful to have it on film. We are appreciative for all of her hard work, especially since we contacted her with a very short notice. I highly recommend Sweet Thunder Productions!

We had a great experience working with Lee! Would highly recommend her. She was very responsive over email and phone, showed up early to get her equipment set up before everything got started, did a great job filming, kept us in the loop on her progress getting everything edited, and the finished product was amazing!!

Lee at Sweet Thunder Productions is amazing!! She is reasonably priced and worth every penny!! We just received our wedding video in the mail and I am in love! We booked Lee at Sweet Thunder Productions for our July 2017 wedding and are beyond happy with this choice! Lee was very responsive and asked all the right questions to make sure that our video met our expectations. Our friends and family members, as well as my husband and I are very impressed with the results. Lee did an excellent job at capturing every aspect of our special day while being very discrete. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a videographer for a Maine wedding!

We had such a great experience with Lee and I am so glad that we now have all of the memories from our wedding at our fingertips. Lee was so great to work with for our wedding. She was so helpful through the planning process and so easy to work with. The day of our wedding she blended in to everything going on, capturing the day wonderfully, without disruption to the events. We love the footage she got and can't stop watching the video! I would recommend her to anyone!

Planning an out-of-state wedding is difficult. You don't know the vendors and most people you do know can't give any recommendations. So you rely on sites such as this one for reviews. Sweet Thunder Productions was amazing to work with from start to finish. Lee was so pleasant and accommodating from the very first time we had contact. I am the MOB and it was my job to secure an amazing videographer. And I did. I watched the video last night for the first time and watching it was truly reliving the entire day. It is such a wonderful thing to be able to go back in time over and over again and Lee did a great job capturing the essence of the day. I would give her more stars if I could!

Sweet thunder productions is absolutely amazing! Lee was incredibly easy and nice to work with. I knew the wedding video would be good, but it was better than good, it was amazingly beautiful! I received the dvd's in less than one month after my wedding. My whole family and I watched it and afterwards they all wanted a copy for themselves.
She did such a great job at highlighting the most important parts of the wedding. She didn't miss a thing! Watching it made us feel like we were experiencing the whole day over again. The picture and sound quality is perfect.
I would recommend her to anyone. I am extremely happy with my wedding DVD!

I was so pleased when a cancellation occurred and I was able to book Sweet Thunder Productions for our wedding. Even though initially Sweet Thunder Productions was already booked, Lee Arnott kindly advised me what to consider when selecting another videographer. Her responsiveness continued throughout the planning process. She came to the rehearsal so she could be prepared for the next day. Just a few weeks after the wedding we received the video. Lee skillfully overcame some technical difficulties which were beyond her control. The quality is very professional. She beautifully captured the essence of the ceremony and reception. All of my requests have been met without hesitation. I highly recommend Sweet Thunder Productions.

Lee was so great to work with! You can tell she is a true professional. We barely noticed she was around filming-- very non-invasive. The footage she captured is wonderful and the video she complied/edited is so well done. It completely reflected us as a couple and the atmosphere of the wedding. I'd recommend Lee to anyone in search of an attentive, talented videographer!

Lee was so great and easy to work with. Through the whole planning process, she was very responsive and answered all of my questions and made sure everything was covered. The day of the wedding you didn't even notice she was there but she captured everything. Our highlight video she edited for us was amazing. She really captured all of the highlights of the night and the true feelings and emotions of the entire day. The full edited video was amazing as well! It is so nice to have footage of our full ceremony, speeches, first dances, etc. She did a great job capturing everything and putting it all together!

Lee did an amazing job capturing our special day. Working solo to put together a video can be a challenge but she succeeded in doing so. Our video was outstanding. Everything was natural, seamless, and brought us right back to our wedding day. I can't wait to show our video to future generations of family members.

Sweet Thunder Productions absolutely captured our special Day! Thank you Lee Arnott for your amazing videography! We also appreciate you adjusting your schedule to accomodate unexpected circumstances, you truly were there just for us and it was very much appreciated! Our wedding day was on video how we envisioned it to be however it all goes by so quickly, that you miss so many key parts, but Lee you truly captured it all! My husband and I got a videographer as a gift from a family friend so we were looking for a videographer last minute. From the start, Lee was amazing. When we met she suggested we meet at the ceremony location. She brought her camera and microphone so we could test the wind since that is something I was worried about. She hired a second photographer Fhil as per our contract and he was amazing as well. Our 3 minute was SO amazing and Lee and Fhil captured our day absolutely perfect. Thank you Fhil and Lee for being so amazing and making our day special!!

Choosing Sweet Thunder Productions was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. They were so easy to work with and we hardly noticed the cameras, yet they were always in the right place at the right time! They worked with us on our package since we didn't need a photo slideshow, and they came all the way out to Sunday River. The final video and "trailer" looked so professional, and they beautifully captured all the emotions and events of the day. We still love watching the video, and we're so thankful that we'll always have it to treasure!

I got married on Saturday September 20th 2014 at The Bar Harbor Inn in Bar Harbor, Maine.
Lee filmed all the details of my Wedding from the flowers, cake, dances, and it was beautiful to see
my Wedding day through someones eyes other than my own. I was so happy she filmed the grounds of the venue I chose. She caught the boats in the harbor and us doing pictures next to the ocean. Being a Bride I was so busy and didn't take as much in as I would have liked to. Lee captured all the moments I never saw. My Wedding day fell on my Grandparents 50th Wedding anniversary and she captured the speech I did for them and during their dance she had gone to a clip of them looking at old pictures through their 50 years of marriage and then back
to them dancing. It was so touching that she caught that moment. The HD quality in her work is
why I chose her. Everything is so clear! It's like you are actually there in that moment of that
beautiful day. She chooses amazing music to go along with the video too! She was amazing to work with and very kind. Anyone who is getting married and would like their day filmed should choose Sweet Thunder Productions. I wasn't going to do a video but I'm so glad I did! Her pricing is very reasonable for her quality of work. It was the best money I spent for my Wedding to remember my special day!

I contacted Lee with only 3 weeks until my wedding date this past spring. Not only was I fortunate to have Lee be able available on our special day but her assistant/Second shooter Phil was available as well. Leading up to the wedding Lee was EXTEREMELY detail oriented and professional. Not only did she discuss the day of order of events but she went the extra mile and drove a good distance out of her way to see the venue and touch base with my wedding planner ahead of time. Other videographers I had contacted were not willing to do this!!

Often times I have attended other weddings and have seen videographers trying to keep up with what is going on and looking a bit flustered in between the transition of events. This was not the case with Lee and Phil…They had done their homework so well pre wedding that their job was 100% seamless. Some people did not even realize we had a videographer until we posted our highlight film on facebook. That is how well they had blended into the background.

Our Final product was more than we could of ever have hoped for. They had captured all the emotions and special moments in the best possible ways and it was obvious that Lee took her time and used great creativity when she edited produced the video. It is not uncommon for me to return home from work with my wife sitting on the couch with a big smile on her face while watching our video.

In conclusion I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Lee of Sweet Thunder Productions to anyone and everyone. Not only were they professional before, during and after our wedding but they were also very kind warm hearted individuals who I really enjoyed having in present.

Lee was wonderful. She thought of everything to make our wedding video so special. I love that she shot footage before the wedding and even included a shot of my kitty that is not with us now. She thinks of everything in great detail. We watch the video every year on our anniversary. Some favorite things about her work were that she includes music with the video and even shot video of some of the same things our wedding photographer took of us. It was like it was synchronized. I highly recommend Lee to anyone who is thinking of a wedding videographer or for any other reasons.

Sweet Thunder Productions provided us with a beautiful video of our wedding that we will treasure always. We just had our first anniversary and have started a tradition of reliving the experience by watching the video every year on our anniversary. We had Lee from Sweet Thunder Productions as our videographer and she was absolutely wonderful! She came to the venue the night of the rehearsal to check everything out and the day of the wedding I hardly knew she was recording! I was amazed when I saw the video. I feel like I am at the wedding all over again when I watch it. She was great to work with the entire time. I definitely recommend her and DEFINITELY recommend having your big event videotaped. We were undecided at first but no regrets at all It was totally worth it! Lee is affordable and flexible!!

Lee was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She is professional, flexible, and thorough. Day-of, I hardly noticed Lee was around; in fact, I didn't realize she had filmed our First Look until I saw the video! She did her homework and went above and beyond to make sure she would be able to catch all of the most important moments. We watched our wedding video this week and couldn't help but smile through the whole thing! We will treasure her work for years to come.

Though some brides opt to spend all their money on photography (which I understand, as I also prioritized photos), I knew I also wanted video footage of the big day--if not for me, then definitely for my husband, whose memory is not only visually-driven, but also kinda short-term (great for fights, not awesome for reminiscing). I am glad I went with Lee for several reasons: she's very detail-oriented (she came to our rehearsal the day before, so she'd have a better grasp on our venue's lighting), communicative, and unobtrusive; she's very reasonably priced; and she is speedy on delivery, even in the midst of wedding season.

I loved our highlight video (BRILLIANTLY edited--I loved it while looking at it, but was even more impressed once I saw the full-length video and saw exactly how Lee pieced everything together into a seamless 3 minutes), which was delivered via email a little over 3 weeks after our wedding, and the hard copies of our DVDs came later that week (a little less than 4 weeks after our wedding), well before our contracted date. I sincerely appreciated the speedy delivery because it's always the worst waiting for all your beautiful wedding materials, especially in our age of instant gratification. However, it was worth the wait, and my new husband and I have already made the decision to watch our full-length video each anniversary. :-) The DVD quality was a bit too full-screen for my taste, but I still enjoyed watching it since Lee captured all the right big and little moments. I was able to send copies to my parents, my in-laws, and my brother, and I'm so happy I could share this day with them!

Overall, I found Sweet Thunder Productions to be a great value, and Lee to be a kind, thoughtful videographer. If you're debating between photos and video, you really shouldn't--especially with the packages Lee provides. I'm so happy I have both photos and video footage of my nuptials. Thanks again, Lee!

We absolutely love our wedding video/DVD by Sweet Thunder Productions and it will be cherished for our entire lifetime. Working with Lee was so easy from the first day we contacted Sweet Thunder Productions. She was very accommodating when it came to working out our contract. Even though we talked about all the wedding details beforehand, I loved that Lee came to our rehearsal to meet us and figure out the logistics. We wanted them to stay an extra at the end of the night and they were very flexible in being able to capture those last wedding details. The highlight reel is so much fun to share on social media! People loved it! Lee is a very knowledgable and professional videographer and our video was worth every penny.

Lee did an amazing job taping our wedding. I feel bad we didn't get to talk to her more, but she really was invisible, which I didn't realize would be such great part of a videographer until the end of the night! No one felt like they were being taped or even knew she was there. She made sure to go over all of the details with us beforehand to make sure nothing big would be missed. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

We originally did not think that we wanted a videographer, but then we realized that we did want to capture the speeches, toasts, and ceremony. We don't yet have Lee's final product, but she has been easy to work with and flexible--giving us the full, raw footage in addition to the movie that she is going to make.

This certainly is not a top-level artistic videographer, but will get the job done to capture the important moments.

Very easy to work with. When I initially reached out to Lee, she was quite prompt with a response and a contract was agreed upon and signed in a very short time. Between that time and the week of the wedding there was no contact, which was not problematic for us. Lee was unable to attend our rehearsal, as she had originally planned, so we met for the first time on the wedding day. Our highlight video was sent to us within a month, and the full length video shortly following that. I wanted a videographer at the wedding to capture the moments that I was unable to see. . This was certainly done. If videography is something you would like, but are unable to allot a lot of money to it because of other priorities, this vendor is a great option.
