Working with Sarah was a dream. Our initial zoom meeting she answered all my questions and brought ideas to the table I wouldn’t have ever thought about.
Waking up the of my wedding to all the flowers ready and at the house was nothing short of breath taking. Each bouquet was so full and exactly what I was imagining. The amount of flowers we received was unprecedented for the price. I can’t recommend Sarah enough!! -

Sara and her team at Sweet Stems Florist were incredible from start to finish! I have to say, I changed my mind probably 4-5 times and I was embarrassed emailing them each time, but to my surprise they were always accommodating and made it seem like such an easy process, it definitely put me at ease. One my wedding day my bouquet was GORGEOUS! It was put together and delivered with such care, as well as my bridesmaids. All of my ceremony and reception florals were stunning, better than I imagined, and my guests commented on how beautiful they turned out! It’s apparent that they take great pride in their work. Thank you so much for making my day beautiful! -

@swetstemsfloraldesigns were amazing to work with! From the beginning, the communication was clear and consistent and actually help me and my fiancé, at the time, to stay on track and get all the details in order before the big day! We chose exactly what colors and flowers we wanted with a pre filled out form that she sent us and then when we met to discuss it via zoom, we finalized everything so that we have exactly what we want. It was extremely easy because she took a lot of pressure off of us by walking us through how everything will look that day. The day of the wedding, the flowers were exactly what I wanted and even more beautiful than I expected! Beautiful, fresh floral arrangements. I highly recommend this floral wedding vendor! Sweet Stems Florist did such an incredible job with the florals at our wedding! The process was simple and didn't require a lot of communication between Sara and I. I trusted her to create the perfect bouquets and boutonnieres/corsages for our wedding party based on my inspo board and Sara delivered! I highly recommend Sweet Stems Florist for any event. Sarah and her associates with Sweet Stems Florists were amazing to work with. We were a couple who booked with Wedgewood weddings and got the wonderful opportunity to work with Sara. She’s very kind, professional, answered all my questions, and really made my floral vision come to life! We had a great experience with Sweet Stems and Sara as the florist for our wedding! We booked our wedding through Wedgewood and Sweet Stems was our assigned florist. Flowers were probably the major aspect of wedding planning that my husband and I felt most uncertain about (we didn't know what we wanted, what we should expect in terms of cost, had no real flower preferences, etc.). On our first call with Sara, she clearly explained what was included in our Wedgewood package and what options we had for add-ons. She answered all our questions and made suggestions for flowers we could use to achieve the color scheme I had in mind. After we had to change our venue due to construction delays, we got on a call with Sara and talked through what changes we needed to make for the new space and again, Sara made things very easy for us. We had a couple small changes along the way (e.g., we changed our minds about corsages and where we wanted "memory" flowers placed), which we were able to easily handle via email with Sara; she always provided us with an updated contract so we could make sure everything was as we wanted and we knew the pricing. On the day of, Sara and her team set everything up beautifully. They went above and beyond by draping chiffon at our ceremony site and moving our ceremony flowers to our sweetheart table after the ceremony was over. We would highly recommend Sweet Stems and Sara to anyone who needs a florist! She has a great eye for floral design and made everything so easy for us! -

Sara with Sweet Stems Florist was great from the beginning! I viewed many florist's work before deciding to meet for a consult with Sweet Stem and decided they were the route to go. I was able to give her my vision and she made it come to life! My flowers were beautiful! Not only do they offer floral, but we used them for their 4 ft. LOVE Marquez letters, which I'm so glad I did! They were a great photo op for myself and all of the guests and everyone loved them. They also offer a photo booth but we went a different route for that. I am super pleased with how all of my floral came out and I would highly recommend Sweet Stems for your big day! -

Sara is AMAZING!! As someone who works in the wedding industry, I wanted to be sure I had the BEST of the BEST -- and that is Sara with Sweet Stems!! My florals were absolutely breath-taking and took my wedding vision to that sought-after Pinterest level of design! My consultation was very smooth and easy. Florals are my most favorite part of wedding design, and Sara sat down with me to create my DREAM wedding vision, then helped me select the types of blooms, colors, and design ideas that would fit into my budget. I love how Sara will work with you to find creative solutions to give you the most bang for your budget, like creating design ideas that can be moved from your ceremony to your reception or communicating what blooms are most budget-friendly for the season of your wedding. Sara is also super down for doing new, creative ideas or trends---she actually designed a flower crown for my horse!!
Sara's florals were amazingly fresh and smelled AMAZING. They were so fresh that they ended up lasting 5 days past my wedding! I also loved how I was able to keep the flowers and vases so many of my family member and guests were able to taker her florals home to enjoy after the wedding. BOOK Sweet Stems, it will be the best decision you make!! Thank you Sara!! -

I am a very big floral person so florals were a really big deal for me when it came to my wedding. I knew I wanted something bright and fun and different but wasn’t really sure how to make that happen. After speaking with a couple other floral vendors I was not feeling too excited and then I came across Sweet Stems. She was so incredibly on-it and I could tell she put a lot of heart into her work and that was exactly what I wanted. I gave her out colors and she came back with the most amazing palette. She was super responsive leading up to the wedding and answered all my questions and had ideas too! She coordinated with my coordinator to make sure that pick up went smoothly and that they would last till the day of the wedding. Day of the flowers were INSANELY beautiful. I was seriously blown away walking up to our arch and holding my bouquet. She captured exactly what I wanted and I seriously felt like I was in a magazine! I definitely squealed multiple times looking at these florals throughout the day! THANK YOU so much for creating something so beautiful and perfect for my Husband and I! If we ever have another event I am coming to you!!!

Our wedding was last month and people are still telling me how good our flowers smelled and looked!
We booked Sara in Jan of 2020 just before Covid hit. Sara was very accommodating working with us the entire time to find a new date that worked for our venue and other vendors.
We were very happy with the entire process from start to finish working with Sweet Stems. We will be recommending them to friends and family for sure. -

Sara did such an amazing job with my bouquet, the boutonniere and table arrangements. Our theme color was burnt orange and navy blue and Sara did great picking out our flowers that suits our colors. From our first consultation she was very attentive and helpful. I couldn't be more happier with the arrangements. We also rented the giant LOVE sign and that was a hit too!!

We used Sweet Stems for Photo Booth!
We found Sweet Stems through a friend that used them for their Wedding flowers we already had a florist included with our venue but we needed a Photo Booth and they recently started a renting awesome Mirror Photo Booths! It was all my guest kept talking about all the props were great quality they sanatized everying between uses. Creative and exceptional
Holy crap. If I could give more than 5 stars to sweet stems I would. Sara took my vision for our florals and absolutely RAN with it. I gave her a color pallet, an idea and said have fun. I can honestly say, she delivered. From planning, to set up, to pick up. She has gone above and beyond and well.. the pictures speak for themselves. Thank you again! Will forever recommend! -

Perfect & Stress Free
Sweet stem florist was WONDERFUL! Sara was so responsive and accommodating to meet our needs. Our wedding was postponed from May to September and she made our change of date and modifications stress free. Our flowers turned out absolutely stunning! I literally told her I just wanted white flowers and greenery and she made my vision come to life. I got so many compliments on how beautiful and full my bouquet was. We were in need of a last minute florist due to an issue we had with the original booked for our October wedding. Sara at Sweet Stems Florist ended up being available. I met with her and instantly felt more comfortable with her than the pervious. She was great to work with and worked with our budget and listened to what we wanted. The day of everything was beautiful and exactly how I had pictured it. She is great to work with, very professional. I would definitely recommend her to help make your flower dreams come true! I loved working with Sara, she is amazing and my flowers were gorgeous. She is very affordable and works with you to get the exact flower arrangements you want. I knew my flowers would be amazing but the day of my wedding I was blown away. Everything was exactly how I wanted it but better than I could have imagined. A lot of the flower stores in the temecula area have minimums for weddings. Sara will build you a custom package based on what you want and you will have no stress. I got a lot of flower for a afforadle price. Do yourself a favor brides and go with her. -

Where do I even begin! I’ve never seen anyone so passionate about their work. Sara was hands down, the BEST florist. I didn’t feel like I was working with a vendor, but more so a friend. We got along great, she’s hilarious and made the whole process soo easy for me. She was very personable, made multiple last minute changes (sorry Sara!) overall, really worked with my crazy wedding brain and our flowers were an absolute dream!

The beauty of the flowers blew my mind!! The bouquets & boutonnières were exactly what we envisioned, the centerpieces were simple and beautiful getting the rustic feel across while allowing conversation without obstruction- again exactly what we wanted!! Sara did an absolutely amazing job!! I could not have asked for more... I will not use anyone but Sara for any of my floral needs (may just need a floral crown for maternity photos some day!!! ;)!!
Get Sara booked before it's too late!!!
Sweet Stems is sure to become one of the hottest best floral vendors out there... Sara has been so attentive to our needs- she has worked with us at every step of the way, even making sure every last minute evolving detail continues to get the needed attention. I get replies to my emails almost immediately, no matter how big or small the concern.
The initial booking process was incredibly thorough... We got to be an integral part of choosing every type of flower, filler, ribbon and bow!! She gave advice and at the same time allowed us to indulge in little things that she knew meant a great deal to us. And as testament to that, I have yet to see any arrangements on social media that I don't absolutely adore, which tells me she is able to CREATE the vision that she is given WITH the couple or client.
My wedding is month away and I have ZERO stress about my floral arrangements and bouquets... I couldn't be more convinced that she is going to make our wedding more whimsical and beautiful than I could even imagine!!
I'll update this post once the wedding is over but I just had to give a shout out so all those in the planning process know how things SHOULD be when it comes to your floral vendor!! -

Overall experience was good. Had some mishaps with communication throughout but it was all understanding due to family emergencies and covid.
The initial consult was great and straight forward with floral choices, color, and design. One of the design I was really looking forward to was tall candelabra floral arrangement and I was disappointed when I saw it. It was mostly greenery wrapped and 5 roses on it. Something I think I could of just done myself and save the money. It did not turn out heavy in florals as consulted (which I included a Pinterest Inso photo too). The petals on the aisle was not as heavy as consulted also. The rest of the vases (6in) arrangements looked fine. The flowers were wilting already by dinner and it could be due to the heat and sun that day. Sara was very generous to include a floral piece for my table seating chart last minute with no charge. I wished there could have been MORE flowers, the arrangements didn't seem as full as I'd wanted. I do think I spent more than the quality received. I am grateful for the service but I did feel let down a bit. -

Extremely unprofessional
My original florist was booked and passed me along to Sweet Stems so my entire list of floral needs were already put together. Sara took my pre-made list and did not ask me any questions about it. She didn't ask me if I had any questions leading up to the wedding day or if I wanted to see any examples of florals she's done similar to what I was requesting. I never received a phone call or an email through the entire process. Reaching out to her was nearly impossible as she is extremely untimely with her responses. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she's just bad with emails but on the actual wedding day, no one came up to me to see if I liked any of the florals or even a congratulations. I can't even say that I met Sara that day as no one introduced themselves to me. Even my other vendors asked me who they were so they could make sure to not recommend them to their other clients. I was shocked we were spending so much money with them yet not one person said a single word to me or my husband.
Secondly, we had 20 pillars at our reception which we agreed would be filled with Italian Ruscus for $1100. The flowers that ended up being put on the pillars were ferns. Not only were they the wrong plant but they were also extremely embarrassingly done. It looked like my 5 year old niece put them up. I reached out to Sara to ask for some kind of compensation to make up for the wrong florals and I have been flat out ignored. A month has gone by with no response yet. I would really stay away from them as they clearly don't show to care very much about their clients. I really have been so disappointed with how they have handled everything. -

First off, Sweet Stems provides an excellent product when it actually makes it to the venue. Her flowers are so beautiful and what I received on the day of my wedding was great.
However, her assistants who came to set up all the arrangements sat around for HOURS "waiting for the sun to go down" in order to put flowers up around the venue. which makes no sense to me because there was a ceremony start time of 5pm. They were still setting up minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, and only because my mother-in-law yelled at them to do something. She also saw them carting away a bunch of flowers that were never put out because they sat around all day not doing their job. flowers that I paid for. I had also discussed in an email to Her that I was going to have farm house tables, and that I needed to extend the greenery and flowers for the centerpieces down the table which never got done either. I was also supposed to have flowers set out for my cake when it got there and they didn't do that either. The only reason there WERE flowers on my cake was because my venue let us cut flowers from the garden there.
Guests were starting to show up and they were still placing flowers out. If all of that wasn't enough, her assistants were also heard talking badly about the other vendors that I had there by guests of mine. COMPLETELY unprofessional.
This florist is not cheap by any means and she is incredibly hard to get a hold of. My mother-in-law was only able to reach her the morning of, by filling out a new client form on her website. which tells me she only cares about getting paid, and not about cultivating a good relationship with her clients or even having any pride in her business. I expected a lot more from this vendor. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

-the gate was supposed to be covered to hide the bridal party because we walked down. but instead we got leaves on the top of the arch with some "pops of blooms" - like what, 5 pops?
- The arch was supposed to have 15 different kinds of flowers on it according to contract I signed and agreed to.
- The table were supposed to have greenery down the length of the table with pops of blooms. That didn't happen.
- The cake with flowers from my venue, not Sweet Stems because they forgot to leave those for us.
If none of these things bother you, then by all means, waste you money by hiring this vendor. -
