    Dream Wedding Coordinator

    Hiring Sweet Peach Planning was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding. Megan is a creative visionary on all ideas. She worked her magic on any thought we had, and was also really good at guiding us in a beautiful direction when we didn’t know which way to take. She is prompt, organized, calming, and easy to be around. She anticipated our needs and delivered solutions. She went extremely above and beyond for us, and truly feels like a friend now!     the best CHS planning team

    The Sweet Peach planning team was the BEST - I could not recommend them more. Professional, fun, easy to get in touch with, communicative - our wedding was a perfect 10 and this team was an integral part of not only the day but the months and months leading up to it. I felt supported as a bride through all of the ins and outs of planning and truly supported by this team. Book them, do it!!

    Don't question it - you need Megan and the Sweet Peach team!

    I am an Event Manager by profession and also a wedding photographer on the side, and I still couldn't imagine planning my destination wedding in Charleston without the help of Megan and the rest of the Sweet Peach team. She was able to make the vendor selection process extremely easy for us from Boston. She has insider information within the industry, so many pro-tips, cost saving advice, and established relationships in Charleston that no amount of online research could have provided.
    Megan was able to take our desires and feedback into account, understand our priorities, and work her magic to make our wedding day "ours" and everything went seamlessly. Even with the extensive amount of planning, there were last minute details that needed to be handled - and I was able to enjoy my destination wedding weekend because Megan was there staying on top of everything with her incredible team.
    I know that it takes a village to execute an event and make it look easy - and that's what Megan is able to do with her team. She was there every step of the way - and now it's sad that we don't have regular calls and visits to Charleston to hang out.

    Megan was professional, fun, and fabulous!

    Megan was absolutely PHENOMENAL. We wanted a casual wedding with a short ceremony and a bohemian vibe. She immediately caught on to what we were hoping for and made our wedding day even better than I could have imagined. Her ideas were creative and practical. She handled family dynamics with grace. She kept things structured, but let us be a little bit spontaneous, too :) 11/10 recommend, could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator!

    Sweet Peach Planning was the most valuable vendor at our wedding.

    Megan and her team were the most valuable vendors at our wedding. We didn't even want a wedding coordinator, we were going to do it ourselves, save the money. When our venue required one we found Sweet Peach Planning and immediately fell in love with Megan's easy to work with bubbly personality. She is detail oriented, respectful, understanding, and down for the challenge! We had to change our wedding date to be 6 months earlier due to some family health issues and Megan jumped right in going FAR above and beyond the contract for us to ensure all the pieces came together for the day. She left no page unturned when coordinating the schedule for the day of, and everything leading up to it. She took over all vendors two weeks before so we didn't have to give them direction on when and where to be - she and her team did it all. On the day of the wedding me, my husband, and our families didn't have to lift a finger. They did EVERYTHING and we just took direction for where we needed to be. They were flexible with us making some timing changes and stepped in to make some decisions for us so we didn't have to and could enjoy our celebration. If I had to do it again I can't imagine doing it without Sweet Peach Planning. I am so grateful we had them there on our wedding day so we could just focus on what is important - celebrating together. If you're second guessing like we were - don't - they're SO SO SO SO SO worth it. We couldn't have done it without Megan and her team.

    Perfect wedding day

    Just as a backstory, my husband and I live in San Diego and got married in Charleston. I work 40 hours a week and am on-call an additional 40 some weeks. My demanding work schedule made calling vendors hard, and then when you add the time difference from east to west coast-- impossible. After some google searching, I found Sweet Peach Planning. I think their familiarity of working on both the east and west coast made me confident they'll be able to work with my schedule, and it did. We decided on a modified full planning package offered by Sweet Peach Planning and it exceeded every expectation of mine.
    Megan had great organizational skills. She brought many different contracts and other paperwork to our zoom meetings that were relevant to each topic of discussion. This made me feel present in the planning process even from 2,500 miles away and being unable to see things in person. Everything was thoroughly explained so I was informed of all the small but important details of my wedding day.
    Megan knows Charleston well, so she was able to find the most perfect vendors for our wedding theme/vision including rentals, a florist, hair & make up, and a cake. She printed out our signage and also made different personal touches, like a hand written mirror and our cake topper.
    Megan is friendly and easy to talk to. I always felt comfortable expressing my opinion to her even if it was something I wanted to change or didn't like. She was a very calming presence and I never once felt overwhelmed with the wedding planning process. She made sure we stayed on track with my timeline the entire day, which was super helpful since it felt like time was moving so fast that day. During my wedding ceremony and reception, the team made sure everything ran so smoothly. Madison was a great help all day/night. She was able to generously run to the pharmacy for me and also kept my phone and personal belongings safe. She took some candid photos on my phone so I had immediate memories of the night, which are some of my favorite pictures to this day. There were two additional associates who helped set up the venue and organize group photos, which were fabulous. A bunch of my guests even told me they never saw such a well organized event!

    The best decision we made while planning our wedding was to hire Sweet Peach Planning

    If I could go back in time and give one recommendation to my partner and I about wedding planning - it would be to have hired Sweet Peach Planning for full planning services early in the process. Megan was the absolute essential ingredient to making this wedding happen and be the most beautiful day we could have imagined. First and foremost - we knew we loved Megan right away from how honest she was with us. When we booked her, we wanted to hand everything off to her as a planner. She explained we were so far along in the process and had booked so many of the main vendors that she wouldn’t want us to waste our money - but she’d recommend her coordination services instead. Megan went above and beyond everything I expected to have in a coordinator. She helped us with decisions, brought up questions for us to ask or suggestions to tell vendors about things we would have never thought about. She was available whenever we needed and even joined us for a few vendor meetings to ensure everything went smoothly. She even offered many of her own decor items (table numbers, windows, and candles). It is very obvious that Megan has tons of experience. Our photographer and venue both commented about how great working with Megan was and how she is so organized and experienced - so it isn’t only on the client side, but the vendors she works with that also see how amazing she is.

    Very last minute we decided to book a videographer. We sent his website to Megan, who raised some concerns about something feeling off about the website and she explained it felt like a scam. Like dummies, we booked them anyways… only to get scammed because this videographer wasn’t real. It all turned out okay (we got our money back, etc) and Megan handled it all beautifully. But, at the end of it - we wished we would have just listened to Megan’s gut! She really knows her stuff and has a great ability to spot a good vendor vs. a fake one :)

    The day of - Megan was a rockstar. She directed family members, vendors, the bridal party, and anyone that had questions - all with a smile on her face. She was such a calming presence and we were so relaxed knowing Megan had it under control. We are so incredibly thankful for Megan and her Sweet Peach Planning team and honestly could not have pulled this wedding off without her.

    The best event coordinator in charleston

    “The wedding of my dreams,” was our daughter’s reaction! The BEST experience I could have imagined with an event coordinator in Charleston, SC! Immediately after booking Sweet Peach Planning, my anxiety dropped. I knew I was in great hands. Megan took our vision and made it reality. She helped and guided us to the dream wedding our daughter had envisioned. We had trouble booking farmhouse tables – Megan found them. We had trouble deciding about floor layout – Megan guided us to the perfect design; florist decisions --- Megan was there to help find the perfect fit. She always stepped in when an issue arose prior to and day of the wedding. From months out to day-of, Megan was responsive to each e-mail, text, or phone call. If issues arose during the wedding/reception. I did not know of it. Megan and her team dealt with any and everything, and I was left to enjoy the day with my daughter and family. I could not have asked for anyone more attentive, tuned-in, or supportive than Megan and her team. Our guests, weeks later, are still commenting on how amazing the wedding and reception were. My only regret is not hiring Sweet Peach sooner in the process. I will definitely use and recommend Sweet Peach for ANY event.

    Sweetest peach in all the land

    Short version:
    Megan was the best wedding planner ever, hiring her was the best choice we made, everything turned out amazing, and I don't know how we would have done anything without her.

    Long version:
    To paint a picture of why Megan was so amazing, I first need to explain the type of wedding that we had. First of all, we got married in Joshua Tree at a venue that was completely outdoors, exposed to all of the desert elements, and pretty much a bare bones property beyond that. Due to the venue being more limited, we needed to hire every single vendor independently and bring in all of our own decorations and supplies. We had events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with 130+ guests at each event. To spell that out for you- we gave Megan A LOT of work. And she. freaking. rocked. it. The entire weekend was flawless.

    My husband and I had a vision that our wedding weekend would feel like summer camp, where all of our guests would come into our world for the weekend, make connections with new people, and leave feeling happy and inspired. You might be thinking that is an oddly specific vision. And it is. But Megan totally accomplished that for us. She worked tirelessly to connect us vendors that fit our vibe and budget. She was straightforward and real with every step of the process, helping us to manage our expectations, stay focused on tasks, and have fun along the way! She was on top of tasks, responsive to our questions/texts/emails, and honestly just a really cool person!

    On the actual wedding day, I felt so relaxed and supported. I felt like I could just enjoy the day and fully trusted that Megan would to take care of whatever challenges arose. As for the guests- I’m not kidding when I say that we had multiple guests texting us for several weeks after telling us they couldn’t stop thinking of our wedding and how amazing it was. We owe it all to Megan. If you need an event planner, look no further!

    The absolute best planning team you will ever find

    My now husband, Mike, and I began working with Megan and her team in June 2019 for our June 2020 wedding. When we met her in person for our initial consultation meeting, what stood out about Megan was her amazing attention to detail. Normally you come in with questions for your prospective vendor, but Megan had just as many questions for us and showed a genuine interest in creating a beautiful day for us. She was already asking us things we hadn’t even thought of and suggesting things we would have never even envisioned for ourselves. I didn’t feel this connection from any of the other planners we met with and knew right from the start Megan and her team would be a perfect match for us.

    Fast forward to March 2020. The pandemic hits. Our planning was relatively smooth sailing up to this point and we were actually ahead of schedule in our planning, but of course Mike and I were facing the dreaded question of, “Should we postpone?” This was uncharted territory for everyone involved. We had a conversation with Megan and she made us feel confident in our decision to postpone and even had some resources available for us to help us cope with the disappointment we were feeling. Most of all, she offered empathy and a listening ear which was more than we could have ever expected of her. We originally postponed to December 2020 with no problems from any of our vendors and decided to snooze on planning for a couple months. Before you know it, September was here. The pandemic situation was no different from when we postponed in April so again Mike and I were facing the question of, “What do we do?”

    Ultimately we decided to almost completely scrap our original plans. We reached out to Megan about re-planning our wedding as a microwedding. We did all this in the span of about two months which is normally unheard of in wedding planning land.There are no words that can express what Megan and her team did for us going forward. They truly went above and beyond and even that is a gross understatement. Megan helped us locate and book a brand new ceremony venue. From there we replanned everything around the new date and space. We were able to keep almost all of our original vendors which was a miracle. When I said Megan had great attention to detail, that statement could not be more accurate. She was constantly emailing and communicating with our vendors to create a flawless timeline and the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding day. She worked directly with our florist to select the most beautiful florals for our new space, something I had zero vision for but the end result was beyond my dreams. Even something as simple as our ceremony rehearsal was executed perfectly. Our family asked if Megan was a friend of ours because she was so easy going yet so on point with what we needed to do. That’s truly what Megan became over the past 16 months. She was a professional yet someone who we grew very close to and even felt comfortable to vent to when things weren’t going so great. She offered nothing but support.

    When the day came, we surprisingly didn’t feel as much stress as we thought we would have going into it. Everyone knew where to be and what to do. No matter how much planning is done, you can never guarantee a perfect timeline, but we truly had a perfect day. Everything ran on schedule and no one was late. We were able to just be married and not stress at all. Though we did not get to have our original plans, those original plans are just a distant memory in our mind now. The new plans were even better than what we envisioned and was ultimately the day that Mike and I were meant to have. We are forever grateful to Megan and her team for the love and attention they put into our day. A special shout out to Adrienne who set up our dinner space in a separate location. Everything was so incredibly beautiful and it takes caring and amazing people to put that much love into someone else’s wedding day. What they are doing is truly a labor of love and I highly recommend them to any couple who is considering or on the fence about wedding planning. We have no regrets about our day and we have Sweet Peach Planning to thank for that. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!!!

    Charming, creative, and efficient: We LOVED Megan!

    We hired Sweet Peach Planning to do full wedding coordination, and wowie, are we glad we did! Megan exudes charm, efficiency, capability, and oodles of creativity. I mean, we described our wedding vibe as "swamp witch speakeasy," and Megan didn't bat an eye. She ran with the idea and came up with so many nuanced touches that entirely captured our vision. Megan was also very attentive to detail, which was much appreciated when it came to budget. We stayed precisely within our initially communicated price range thanks to her and her vendor relationships. I also felt like when Megan presented vendor options, she captured the full range of choices and always made us feel supported in our decisions, even if we didn't choose her primary recommendation. The day of the wedding went so smoothly because of Megan and her team. Megan is simultaneously a friend, confidant, and boss who makes things happen; it truly felt like we had a great friend who happened to be an excellent wedding planner!     Fantastic experience!

    It is with great honor that I write about this amazing wedding planner. My family and I had the privilege of working with this incredible human being for a year leading up to our wedding. She went beyond making our day beautiful. She became a friend to me, adored by my daughter, and respected by my husband. She was patient, listened to what we wanted, and truly made a day more magically then ever imagined. There is so much more emotion than you will ever know until the day of your wedding, but with Megan there, you can trust that everything will go as planned. We did not have much family help planning this wedding and, unfortunately, I have already lost my mother. But, with Megan there to hold your hand, a bit of that hole in your heart is filled with her passion. When you hire Megan, you are not just hiring a planner, but a friend, a confidant, and your pillar of strength.

    This is way overdue!!

    This is long overdue…our wedding was this past October and it could not have been more perfect.
    I knew I wanted a planner from the beginning, but wasn’t sure we would find someone that got what we were going for. Then we had a consult with Megan and she completely got our creepy romantic vibe. She had such great ideas and was totally into the process making it that more exciting for us, we couldn’t wait for our big day.
    On the day Megan and her team at Sweet Peach were so professional and fun and got the damn thing done!!!!
    If you’re on the fence of hiring a planner don’t be, this is one expense that is totally worth it. My only advise is to hire Sweet Peach Planning sooner than later. Know your budget and Megan will make it work. xoxox

    Beyond Amazing

    Megan and her team are absolutely amazing! Megan’s welcoming and bubbly personality made the wedding process so easy. Planning from another state, you would think would be difficult, but nope, Megan made it so easy. She would have video meetings, and phone calls with me just to make sure we weren’t forgetting anything. Megan is amazing and so easy to talk to. Not only was she their for everything wedding related, but she was also their as a friend just to make sure I was doing okay! She went above and beyond and made sure my husband and I had the best day ever! Thanks to Megan and her team our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and even more than what we expected! Sweet Peach Planning is the way to go! I promise!

    Exceptional service

    Megan and her team at Sweetpeach were an absolute joy to work with. From wrapping our heads around all of the complicated elements of a wedding, to coming up with creative solutions for how to tackle unique problems, to making our wedding as seamless as possible day of we truly enjoyed having her as our wedding coordinator and any newly engaged couple would be lucky to get to work with her!

    Excellent Team!


    After weighing whether we really needed an event coordinator and interviewing some coordinators, we booked with SPP (silver coordination package) about 6 months before our wedding in June 2019. It was one of the best decisions. We were impressed with how detail-oriented, thoughtful, and open Megan was. Our wedding was not without challenge as I was very detail oriented and some of the guests did not speak English. But SPP team led by Megan were able to work calmly and efficiently to make the day go by so smoothly. Megan was my fairy godmother on the day of the wedding, she made sure that the wedding party especially the bride and groom ate, that all vendors were able to do their best job, and that the wedding schedule ran on time. We could not thank her and her team enough, who were able to make my wedding vision come true. Looking back, I could not imagine not having a wedding coordinator. We are so thankful that we booked with SPP and can’t imagine the other way around!!

    Thankful to Sweet Peach Planning!

    This is review is long over due. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Megan and the Sweet Peach Planning team for our big day. At first we didn't know what to expect from a wedding planner since we have been planning our wedding together and didn't know if we really needed one. But the closer we got to the wedding I started realizing that we would need help with our non-English speaking guest, our flower delivery, and the reception. We luckily found Sweet Peach Planning and spoke with Megan. After meeting with Megan for the first time made us realize how thankful we are to have found her. She asked us about the details of the wedding that we didn't even think about and gave us amazing advice for the reception and timeline. Her attention to detail was truly something we both appreciated. From our hand written table seating and welcome sign to our flower wall, we were so thrilled with the work they did.     Happy planning

    I cannot express how thankful my now husband and I are for Sweet Peach Planning. From our very first meeting, I knew Megan would be awesome to work with and I was not disappointed.
    Our planning process began about six months prior to our wedding in November, I was so stressed that I’d waited so long, scared that I wouldn’t have enough time to plan. Megan made me feel confident from the very beginning. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted our special day to be. I know that I can be very indecisive but she was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process and she never made me feel bad about being clueless at the majority of our meetings.
    Leading to the wedding day, she made decisions for me when she felt I needed some guidance. Booking and meeting vendors was completely hassle free for us.
    I cannot stress how much we appreciate Megan and her team, her attention to detail and ability to make you feel at ease when you’re stressing out. Taking over last minute tasks, accepting last minute changes and details without hesitation. She made my vision come to life and completely exceeded my expectations. Not sure how our wedding would have been possible if not for Megan and her amazing team.

    Best Decision I Ever Made

    In regards to planning our wedding, we both agree that hiring Sweet Peach to help us coordinate and finalize details was the BEST decision we ever made. Our wedding day went perfectly from start to finish and I credit Sweet Peach for helping to make sure that happened. They were so flexible, so creative and so attentive and made sure we felt like we could trust them with our vision for our wedding. My new husband and I joked that we wish we could get married again just so we could work with Sweet Peach more! They really went above and beyond to make us feel like we didn't need to worry about anything during the planning process and on the wedding day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

    So Grateful for Sweet Peach Planning!

    My husband and I are one of those lucky couples who can truly say that they enjoyed every moment of their wedding. A huge part of that is thanks to Sweet Peach Planning. We hired Megan and her team as our day-of coordinator for our January 2019 wedding. We met with Megan multiple times prior to our wedding to iron out all the details. She was a patient listener, gave us great suggestions for our timeline, vendors and decor, and made us think of details and jobs to assign to our wedding party that hadn’t even crossed our minds. Her input was key to our wedding day running smoothly. The day of the event, everything was set up how we envisioned and any little logistical hiccup was resolved efficiently. Megan and Ashley in threw in a few little extra details that made our night even more special.     Organising a wedding is stressful st the best of times and with one of us living in the UK, things were further complicated. Although we had organised most of our vendors we were struggling with the finer points of the timeline and coordination. Thankfully our cake vendor Holly K recommended Sweet Peach planning as she had worked successfully with them previously. And I’m glad she did, from the moment we met Megan we knew that our wedding was in great hands. The timeline was organised meticulously and they were able to offer other vendors such as wait staff and where to buy ice for the day etc. Megan also took us through a detailed wedding rehearsal to ensure the big day went off with out a hitch. She also added touches to the ceremony that we hadn’t considered, like when to stop and smile for photos, the speed and length of the ceremony. Nothing was missed and everything went perfectly. No one came up to us on the day asking questions and everyone and everything was where it was supposed to be. Flawless wedding due mostly to Megan and her team who ensured every eventuality was catered for.     Megan, Christina and all of the people we worked with were awesome! I have a super type A personality and their professionalism and attention to detail really allowed me to relax and enjoy our wedding day. They made sure that everything was set up exactly how I imagined, that everything ran smoothly, and most importantly that we were able to be stress free and present for the wedding of our dreams. I can not over emphasize how much I recommend utilizing their services!

    Megan and her team were absolutely amazing. While looking for a day of coordinator, we asked our DJ, (DJ Tempoe), if he knew anyone, and he said he had a good friend named Megan who does an awesome job! We met/ phone interviewed with about 4 other coordinators and none can compare with Megan and her team. My husband and I immediately felt at ease the moment we sat down with her. We left that meeting and my husband immediately said "I have a great feeling about her, we need to hire her".

    During the week of, I had an issue with my florist. The florist had an emergency and wasn't sure if she was able to do my bouquets. In freak out mode, I called Megan and she sent me a quote from one of her florists THE SAME NIGHT. We didn't end up needing her florist since our florist was able to do it, but Megan jumped in and got us a quote right away! It really made me feel ease especially since we were in our final week before the wedding.

    During the day of, Megan did not disappoint. My wedding was fairly huge - almost 280 people with a huge bridal party - 22 bridesmaids and groomsmen, 10 sponsors, 4 flower girls, 2 coin/ring bearers. If that wasn't enough, I DIY'd all my floral, my husband built a custom archway, I had a sweet and salty table, custom stand with all my succulent giveaways on it, a Boba bar and signage that ALL needed to be set up. We got to the venue to take photos (approximately 2.5 hours before the wedding) and I have to admit I was a bit concerned when a lot of the decor wasn't set up yet. THAT DIDN'T MATTER because the moment I started to walk down the aisle, everything was exactly how I imagined it! We got to the reception area and everything was set up beautifully. Her team turned my vision into a reality.

    We have so much appreciation and gratitude for Megan, owner of Sweet Peach Planning! We hired her for her day of coordination for our May 26th wedding. The services she provides goes well above and beyond day of coordination. She helped us so much with putting everything together and tying up all our loose ends! She brought up things that I wouldn't have even thought about on my own! Her creativity with helping us with our wedding decor was a home run. We could never have brought our ideas to life the way Megan did. Our wedding day ran flawlessly. Megan and her assistant did an amazing job and always made sure I was doing ok and kept everything running right on point .And When we saw the wedding decor all come together we were Blown away.
