Highly Recommend!!
Susan was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable, talented, professional, and easy to work with. We spoke on the phone, I explained what I wanted and she totally nailed it. She brought my vision to life in such a beautiful way! We were on a tight budget and Susan was willing to work with us, and we ended up with the most beautiful outcome. She was very kind and truly has her customers best interest at heart. Highly Recommend! -

Susan really made our day so special with all her flower arrangements for our big day. We had flowers on the wedding arch, on our welcome sign, on all our guest tables, and the wedding party table. She really took our inspiration and ran with it in such a magical way. All the arrangements were full of color and life, and we wanted to keep everything when it was over. Thank you so much again, Susan! -

The perfect florist
Thank you Susan and team for the amazing attention to detail for my daughter’s intimate ceremony. It was a perfect day with perfect vendors. I would highly recommend Susan! My daughter and her fiancé choose to cancel their November wedding due the uncertainty of Covid and decided to do a small/intimate ceremony with family. I’m so grateful that Susan made sure that the florals were perfect! We have hired Sweet Lilacs for two family weddings and we would always choose Susan for all of our events! -

Susan did the most incredible job on the flowers at my wedding last week up in Pinecrest, CA. Her work on the arch and surrounding stage was truly stunning --- and perfectly blended with the crane installation I had made. She found some of the most unique and striking flowers I have ever seen, all within the color palette I requested. It took my breath away to see it all come together.
She also made my disco nature dreams come true with her decorations of the cables and disco balls in the tent.
Susan is creative and tasteful. I had so much fun working with her and discussing different ideas over the phone. I couldn't recommend her more. -

Susan did a fabulous job with the flowers for our wedding. We decided to add an arch with flowers for our ceremony since we were having it indoors and I'm so glad we did! I sent Susan some pictures of what I liked and told her our colors (shades of purple), and she ran with it. I was especially excited to see so many beautiful hydrangeas! We got so many complements on the flowers, especially the ceremony arch. We would definitely recommend Susan and Sweet Lilacs!Sweet Lilacs's reply:

Susan at Sweet Lilacs is so talented, sweet and easy to work with! I had a couple of calls with her and shared some inspiration pictures of what I wanted, and she totally got it. She executed to perfection, even when one of the main flowers I wanted (dahlias) were destroyed in wind and wildfires. She found substitute flowers that achieved the same look, and I was extremely happy with the flowers for my bouquet, the arch, and at the reception. I got numerous compliments at the wedding about the flowers! I highly recommend Sweet Lilacs! -

Beyond our expectations
From our very first phone call with Susan we knew that she was the perfect florist. I know nothing of flowers and I thought that explaining my vision would be almost impossible...but not with Susan. She captured what I had in mind and more. She met with us at our venue, mapped out everything, and we were so beyond amazed. So professional, friendly, and an expert in her field. I highly recommend anyone to use Sweet Lilacs! -

Let me just say that Susan is the sweetest woman and so easy to talk to about your vision. I spent quite a bit of time over the phone with her throughout the planning process, whether it was brainstorming with her and telling her what we wanted/liked, or changing numbers for centerpieces and flowers. We absolutely loved the flowers for our wedding - they were everything we could have asked for and more. I will always cherish the flowers we saved and photos from our wedding day with the beautiful flowers captured. I cannot recommend Sweet Lilacs enough for beautiful flowers for your wedding day. Wonderful florist
We had the absolute pleasure of having Sweet Lilac as our florist for our wedding on June 1st at Venticello. The owner Susan is so creative in her designs. She has an eye for detail. I showed her pictures of what I envisioned and she replicated the bouquets and table arrangements perfectly. She also put together the most gorgeous circular archway for our ceremony which was stunning. We received so many compliments on the succulents and greenery that covered this large venue. Susan and her staff are wonderful to work with. Coming from the Bay Area, Susan has extensive experience with high end weddings but is able to provide an affordable rate to her clients. Morgan Sent on 10/10/2018Working with Susan and her team was so easy and stress free. I called and told Susan that I did not really have a preference on flowers and she asked my colors and described a little of what she was envisioning and I trusted her along the way!! Come the day of the wedding when I got our flowers and saw the walkway vases I was in love. She created exactly what I pictured without me even helping her. Lacy Sent on 05/23/2018Susan is amazing! I gave her a few details and ideas and let her run with it. She did and absolutely phenomenal job! I walked into my reception venue after she had been there and I was speechless! It looked better than I dreamed of! Not only is she amazing at her job she is so great to work with. She is nice and one of the happiest people I have ever met. I felt like she was just excited about my wedding as I was! She was easy to communicate with. She asked questions and requested pictures of different design pieces we had to make sure she was prepared. She set up and decorated the whole venue. She also brought extra and went around the venue and decorated signs and any spaces that seemed like they needed a little extra floral pop. I am so glad I trusted her to do what she wanted! It was amazing and I could not have asked for more! -

Rachael Sent on 11/03/2017Susan from Sweet Lilacs Studio provided the most beautiful and breathtaking flowers for my Yosemite wedding at the Majestic Hotel. Susan was very responsive, easy to talk to, and really understood my vision of what kind of flowers and decorations I wanted for my wedding. Our bouquets and boutonnieres were delivered on time directly to our room, while they set up the arch and reception table pieces. The flowers looked fresh and exquisitely presented. I cannot thank you enough Susan for bringing our bohemian, forest wedding to fruition.
