Brandy is the best!

Brandy was the amazing! I was not sure if we needed a day of coordinator, but I was so wrong. Brandy met with us many times leading up to the wedding and helped us stay on track. The entire wedding weekend went off without any issues! Brandy was so organized, detailed and communicative. We are so thankful to her for helping make our wedding weekend perfect! Would highly recommend hiring her as well.

Brandy is the BEST!

We were so thankful to have had Brandy's expertise during the months leading up to the wedding as well as the day of! She was on top of everything, asked the important questions that we had never thought to ask and brought the vision we had for our day to life. Brandy went above and beyond to make up for what our venue was lacking in communication and organization. On top of being great at what she does, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hiring Brandy for day of coordination was easily the best decision we made throughout the entire process. She is the sole reason our wedding day ran as smoothly as it did and we are extremely grateful!

Absolute best decision of my entire planning!

Our wedding venue required a day-of coordinator despite providing a planner. I was not sure what a coordinator would do, but let me tell you, I am not sure there would have been a wedding without Brandy! She went above and beyond. She recommended vendors when we were trying to find a florist and musician last minute and handled the more frustrating aspects of communication. She meticulously executed every detail on our wedding day, making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, setting up all our decor beautifully, and delivering everything back to our hotel room at the end of the wedding. If there had been a storm on our wedding day, I'm sure Brandy would have somehow made it stop and turn it into a rainbow as I walked down the aisle. 100/10 recommend Brandy to anyone!

The best Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator

Overall Brandy provided us with an amazing experience. She had great ideas and additional details for things we didn't know we needed. She was always available when we needed help. She handled background work with the vendors without any issues. Most importantly was how helpful she was on the day off. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her!

Spectacular

We hired Brandy from Sweet I Do’s to be our day-of-coordinator. She was perfection! She went through everything we had already planned and put it all together and created an epic evening wedding for us. She expects the unexpected and has a plan for really anything. She went above and beyond, and I know my wedding would not have been as amazing if we didn’t have her.

She makes me want to get married again...

Brandy was AMAZING. I could not have done my wedding without her. As a girl who thought she knew what she was doing and didn't need a wedding planner she was honestly the most important part of my wedding process (don't tell my Husband... or mom.... though they would both agree). I am honestly sad I don't have another wedding to plan because working with her made everything so much easier!

You make not know it, but hire a coordinator!

I knew that when I got engaged, I really wanted a day of coordinator to help everything run smoothly, so that I could enjoy the day. Brandy went above and beyond! The fact that I could email and text at any point for questions or advice, was the best. She worked so hard to help make me less stressed! I would recommend her to anyone looking for any sort of help with wedding planning or coordination! She was simply the best.

Put Your Mind at Ease with Sweet I Do’s

Whether you are a newly engaged person who has no idea where to start when planning a wedding or a “Type A” individual who has everything covered but just wants to make sure their vision is executed perfectly, Brandy at Sweet I Do’s has your back.

I hired Brandy for our October wedding and she truly made the entire preparation as well as day-of experience as stress-free as possible. Brandy is so thoughtful and considerate and will explore every detail that goes into a wedding to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. I’m very much a DIY kind of bride, so even though I had most things handled, Brandy would check in with me regularly to see if she could help with anything I needed or brought up questions to ask vendors that I hadn’t even thought about.

She made the rehearsal and wedding day an absolute breeze for us newlyweds! My groom and I were able to spend the entire two days relaxed and focused on having fun without having people constantly barrage us with questions or worrying that my decor wasn’t set just the way I wanted it (she nailed it!). She also made sure we were able to participate in some of the fun activities we had for our guests, like pulling us over to use the photobooth at least once before that vendor finished for the night (there was so much going on that night, I completely forgot we hired a photobooth!)

Brandy was a total life-saver and made our big day go as smoothly and perfectly as possible. If you are getting married, this is an investment you will not regret! I can’t recommend Sweet I Do’s enough and know you will love her services.

Best day of Coordinator

Cannot say enough good things about Brandy. We went back and forth deciding if we should hire a day of coordinator and it was beyond worth it. Brandy took the time with us over two meetings to get everything in line, answered emails promptly, went thru all of our vendor contracts and gave us pointers on everything and just honestly made our whole wedding day have zero stress. She did all the little details that we did not want to be concerned with on the day of the wedding and she has an eye for detail and really helped make our vision better than we could have ever expected.

We also had her do a candy bar and it was a huge hit with everyone and she made that process so easy as well.

If you are looking for someone to make your special day go smooth, stay on track and really make it stress free then book Brandy ASAP

I loved working with Brandy!! She made the whole process super easy and she was very helpful along the way. All my guests at the Bridal Shower I put on were amazed at how beautiful the display turned out. The bride was completely surprised and blown away at how spectacular everything turned out. Brandy is super organized, has a great number of reliable resources / vendors for every aspect you can think of. She was communicative throughout the entire process, making sure we met deadlines. When we went for appointments, she made sure my desires were communicated (even if I wasn't super assertive about them). She had everything under control and also knew to address things I hadn't thought of (I mean, do the women in my family really care about who's flowers are bigger? ... Apparently some do!) When the Big Day arrived, she was on-site the whole day, making sure everyone was on time, everything looked perfect, that we had everything we needed and we didn't skip a beat! She was definitely Coordinator-In-Chief so that we could relax and enjoy our day! Thanks a million!

Hiring Brandy was one of the best things we did for our wedding. She brought an experienced, creative and thoughtful perspective and put in an utterly incredible amount of effort into making our wedding one of the most pleasant, graceful and fun events I've ever been part of in my life.

Her communication was consistent, her planning methods worked, and when the big day came she arranged for absolutely everything without us having to worry at all. She did a great job of making use of all of the resources available to us even in ways we never thought of, and every vendor referral she provided proved to be just as reliable as she was.

My wife is a fierce project manager, and Brandy enabled her to actually put down her sword and shield, kick back and enjoy what we both agree has been the best day of our life.

Brandy is great!
We hired Brandy to be our wedding coordinator and for rehearsal. We know is a super important day and as the bride and groom you want/ need to enjoy that day and Brandy can definetly help you do that! She lift a big load off our shoulders ... she exceeded our expectations very responsable very caring in little details made sure that things happened as we wanted...

Brandy made our special day quite possibly the best party I have ever had. She made us feel special, she made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing, and threw a party unlike something my family or my wife's family had ever attended before (within budget of course).

We used Brandy for two separate services:

As our day of coordinator she reviewed all of our plans, wish list items, and vendors to develop a comprehensive plan that she flawlessly implemented. It was a complicated 3 hour long progressive dinner; one that people will not soon forget. Everyone knew what to expect and when one of the vendors I selected (Prescott Primrose Florist) failed to deliver Brandy jumped into action and made the impossible happen.

We also had Brandy build a candy bar using some unusual requests. All of the items we selected/requested had a special meaning to us. She blended these into her "normal" items. It was both a delicious addition to the event and a great reminder of special times and special people that couldn't be there.

We hired Sweet I do to plan our wedding and our experience was amazing. Our wedding was actually rained out, almost a complete thunderstorm. Brandy and her team were able to rearrange our entire wedding to get as many people under the tents as possible and had the food trucks pull in and everyone says that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to, even after the crazy storm. Brandy went above and beyond, she was so determined to make our wedding perfect that she was wiping water off the dance floor so no one would slip. She is definitely someone you want on your side during a huge life event.

I first used Sweet I Do's for my bridal shower favors and they were exactly how I wanted them!!! They were small, jams , jellies, and scones, perfect for my tea party theme! So, when I started looking into getting a wedding coordinator I was surprised Sweet I Do's did that as well. I met with Brandy and she explained in detail what she handles over the course of the wedding day, but she ended up doing so much more!!! She looked over all the contracts I had with vendors, gave advice when I came across issues with vendors, would send me reminder emails making sure everything was getting done, and then the day of she went above and beyond! She made sure all the extra décor got to my wedding location, double checked the decor, and kept us all on time. Honestly, I don't know how the day would have gone so smoothly if it were not for Brandy! My wedding day went by in a blur and because of her I didn’t have to stress. I knew Brandy was making sure everything was how I wanted it. So, I was able to be as relaxed as possible and enjoy all the moments of my wedding. Brandy is amazing!!!

I found Sweet I Do's when I was looking for someone to do a caramel apple bar at my reception. Brandy met with me, very last minute I might add, and discussed the do's and do not's of a caramel apple bar. We decided to do a dip as you go service which my guests REALLY enjoyed. She took my vision, brought it to life and they were so yummy! She gave me something more than just a caramel apple bar, she took the time to check on my husband and I throughout the night, even going to far as to bringing us a drink in the post-ceremony, try to get photos before the light fails, whirlwind! She made sure I was supplied with snacks before dinner and really made my husband and I feel supported and cared for while we were in the busiest part of our night. Even though I did not use Brandy for a wedding planner, I can tell you that the level of care she gave us shows me you will want to have her by your side on your wedding day! Brandy, I truly appreciate your above and beyond care, I will never forget the special touches you brought to my wedding day.

I used Sweet I dos for part of my wedding favors for my guests. We had a rustic wedding theme and they made small jams with thank you tags. They were super easy to work with and quick to respond. They even sent pictures of what my favors would look like for my approval. I highly recommend this company. I even had guests contact me after the wedding saying not only how cute they were, but also how delicious the jam was!

Loved my candy buffet, it was done very elegant and stylish. My colors were perfect and the candy bags provided were more then what I expected. All of my guests commented on how great the buffet was.

We had honey pot favors that we gave our guests. Brandy with Sweet I Do's was professional, prompt and did a wonderful job. They gave us options to choose from for the fabric that was on top of the jar. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely beautiful! The Candy Buffet fit in perfectly with our wedding at the Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix, AZ. Brandy Blackford was great to work with! She provided so many options of candy to supply for my buffet. She worked with my theme and colors of my wedding!!! I had so many compliments on the display. She took the rhinestone idea from my invitatins and carried it out into the candy containers. Brandy also matched paper colors in my wedding invitations through the candy labels!! I recommend any bride to meet with Sweet I Dos! You will be very happy and also find her proposals reasonable!!! Amazing and stunning candy buffets!!! Thank you Brandy!!!

We planned on doing our sweet table on our own but once everything else became very stressful we decided to find a vendor instead, last minute, they were so accommodating and were able to do our wedding anyway! Everything looked amazing and turned out just the way I wanted it! Loved it!

Sweet I Do's created the most personal and beautiful candy buffet for our daughter's wedding. Brandy put everything that we asked for in the buffet, and the display that she created was fabulous. The buffet was a big hit with out guests! Thanks, Brandy!!

Hiring Brandy with Sweet I Do's was the best decision my husband and I made during the wedding planning process. I can say without a doubt that my wedding would not have gone the way it did without her services. She made the invitations for our wedding. They were absolutely the most beautiful ones we saw. She worked with our theme as well as our small time frame. To top it off she made sure that everything went smoothly for our big day. From making sure the photographer was going to be there to making sure that our reception went off without a hitch. She did it all. I can not say enough praise for Brandy. The candy bar was perfect! The vendor stayed by the table the entire party and could have been more friendly with the children. She was very professional, but struck with who got what in their goody bag. Because of that, there were lots of left overs. We were told the left overs would be given to us afterwards. We actually had to ask for them before she left the party. Her response was, "we'll, if you want them, yes you can have them."
The quality was great. These are minor things that could be easily improved and I would recommend this company.

Brandy at Sweet I Do's did an amazing job with the candy buffet! She was very responsive through out the process! The table looked great and she worked to make it look great with our other décor. It was a hit with all of the guests too. I highly recommend!

My husband and I were very satisfied with the candy buffet that Brandy provided for our wedding reception. The guests loved the candy favors, and it added to some of the decorations for the room. I had considered setting up a candy buffet myself, but am very glad that I decided to hire Brandy instead. She gave us different packages to choose from, and from there we picked out the candy that we wanted. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about set up, or taking the buffet down. She took care of all that, which gave me a ton of peace of mind. I had enough to worry about that day, and was grateful that was something that was taken off my plate. I would recommend Sweet I Do's to anyone who is looking for a sweet way to thank her guests for being there, as well as an added decoration piece at the reception.

Sweet I Do's provided a candy buffet table at my wedding and they did an amazing job!! It was better than I expected. I met with Brandy who was super patient with me while she listened to ALL of my ideas. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to add a little something additional to their wedding. Working with Brandy from Sweet I Do's was the easiest and most stress free part of wedding planning. She got back to us quickly, was friendly and very flexible. We ordered custom made jars of jam as wedding favors and when my wife and I were too busy to pick them up, Brandy drove across town and dropped the jam off at my in-law's.

Also, when I first contacted Sweet I Do's, our wedding guest count was not finalized so I was unsure how many jars to order. Brandy had me fill out a preliminary contract to reserve her service but let me finalize the guest count and adjust payment at a later date. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful that was for my wife and I. We did not encounter that anywhere else in our wedding planning.

Great company. I would recommended it to anyone.

I am so happy I hired Brandi as my day of coordinator. I had an early afternoon wedding at a church, and my reception was at a separate location that provided only atmosphere and tables (all food, linens, decoration, etc. had to be coordinated with other vendors). I almost went with an all-inclusive hotel to avoid a potential coordination nightmare for the reception, but then I found Brandi. She put me at ease that she would be able to assist me in making everything run smoothly on the day of my wedding and reception, even though there were many vendors and details to coordinate. She definitely delivered. She made a timeline for all of the vendors in the weeks leading up the wedding that ensured that everything came off without a hitch. She came to the reception location the day before the wedding to assist with set up and assured me that she would take care of everything at the reception location on the day of the wedding, allowing me to just focus on getting married and enjoying my day. She even went above and beyond by coordinating with the florist to have rentals picked up, rather than leaving them for my family to take back, which had been our original plan. Some of my other vendors commented on what a pleasure it was to work with Brandi. I would recommend Brandi to anyone planning a wedding.

Sweet I Do's was awesome and affordable. I did not want cheap favors so instead I thought that a candy buffet would be perfect. Sweet I Do's provided our wedding with an absolutely beautiful candy buffet! We had complete input on everything from the candy to the sign design, to the bags that the candy was put in. Brandy was very friendly and easy to talk with, and offered a variety of ideas for the buffet. I'm so glad we chose to have a candy buffet in place of traditional favors and we are still receiving compliments on the buffet and the candy. Due to budget restrictions, I had no intention of getting any sort of wedding planner. I am also a very organized person, so I thought I could handle planning a wedding all by myself -- WRONG! Trying to juggle two jobs, school, and wedding planning ended up not working out so well, and I realized I needed some help. A close friend recommended Brandy with Sweet I Do's, and thank goodness she did! I had taken care of booking all the big vendors (reception site, caterer, photographer), but hadn't even made a dent when it came to anything printed. Brandy came to the rescue. Beginning with the invitations, she listened to what I had in mind and created multiple gorgeous proofs. She took care of all the printing, and my friend had no trouble putting everything together and getting it sent out. The same followed for all the other paper goods. I got gorgeous programs, menus, escort cards, favors, and even table numbers that flowed seamlessly together and added to the overall look of the big day. I received so many compliments about the invitations, not to mention the wedding as a whole, and I know I owe Brandy my thanks. In addition to creating beautiful pieces that were far better than I could have dreamed up myself, Brandy also shared helpful advice, kept me on track with deadlines, and offered her fun, friendly personality when I began to get too stressed out. I will forever be appreciative of the wonderful detail she added to my wedding. All I can say is if you are looking for any extra special details for your wedding, talk to Brandy with Sweet I Do's. I had the pleasure of working with Brandi of Sweet I Do's for a charity event I created and organized for something that is near and dear to my heart. The event needed to not only be classy, but fun, upbeat, and inviting. Sweet I Do's handled our candy bar, which was one of the first things the guests saw and they provided the party favors, so they were the last thing the guests received as they left the event. I could not have asked for a more professional presentation. Brandy was on time, courteous, professional, interactive with the guests, and kind. I LOVED working with Sweet I Do's. While they offer many services, I had the pleasure of having them do my candy buffet/guest favors for the wedding. Brandy was super friendly and made everything really easy on me! I was planning my wedding in AZ from GA, but with Sweet I Do's, it was a breeze. Sweet I Do's provided a beautiful candy buffet for the end of the year program for our homeschool group. We selected the theme and gave the number that would be in attendance and Sweet I Do's did all the work. The buffet was beautifully set up before the event began. A variety of sweet and salty snacks were provided and elegantly arranged. At the end of the reception, Sweet I Do's tore down and cleaned up the buffet in a timely manner. Everyone present was able to enjoy the evening because of the services provided.

Brandy and Steve were so easy to work with, and their service was great! I didn't have to worry about anything, and they were there on time to set up and tear down. My husband and I cannot say enough about how amazing Brandy is!! She impressed us right from the very beginning. When I first started researching coordinators, I sent out a bunch of emails asking for pricing information via email. (I cannot make personal calls at work and I work long hours, so email is my preferred method of communication.) Brandy was the only one who complied with my request. All of the others either sent me an email telling me to call them or droning on about the general benefits to hiring a coordinator without giving me any pricing information. When pressed, the others gave me a quote that was well outside of my price range. When I said I couldn't afford it, they offered to haggle. I didn't have the time, energy, or patience for that nonsense. Brandy responded right away with exact pricing information, and her price was one third of what anyone else had quoted me! She did everything she said she'd do and more. She decorated the ceremony site. She put together all of our bouquets and boutonierres. She loaned us card boxes and mirrors and candle holders for the centerpieces so we wouldn't have to buy them ourselves. She ran the rehearsal. She picked up the groom's cake and the linen's I'd forgotten to pick up the day before the wedding. She even brought my make-up case to the hotel we were staying at and left it for me when it got left behind at the reception site. She was professional, courteous, and responsive at all times and always wanted to know if there was anything else she could help us with. She was a great liason with all of the vendors and kept everybody on track. No task was too large or too small and we certainly wouldn't have had the lovely wedding we had without Brandy. She took care of everything so that we and our family and friends could just relax and enjoy the day. She always responded very quickly to my emails and addressed my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Brandy is an all-around class act and a complete angel. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Brandy at Sweet I Do's! You will not regret it!

The candy table was over the top wonderful! Be prepared to have many many choices of candy available. We were unsure of what to choose and were so happy with the guidence that we received. The display was gorgeous and the guests were thrilled. Brandy does a fine job with the treat containers and is very creative with tags and labels. By far our favorite choice of favors and fun.

We did a do it yourself wedding in many aspects, but my biggest fear was not being able to enjoy our daughter's wedding because of all the work once the guests began to arrive; the setting out of food and other last minute details. So I contacted Sweet I Do's and it was the best decision we made. We were able to just completely have fun along with our daughter and friends because the staff of Sweet I Do's took care of all the details from the first guests appearance until the last guests departure. They set out a beautiful candy favor bar, that our guests raved about, as well as perfectly serving the food we had made. We ended the reception and walked into the kitchen to find clean dishes and leftovers ready to be loaded and taken home. Using Sweet I Do's was truly money well spent!

Brandy is a great person to work with during such a special time. She thinks of the little things and makes you feel like you are the most important thing during this time. I know my fiance had doubts about needing a day of wedding coordinator but was willing to get one if it was going to help my stress. By the end of the wedding, he saw how helpful she was in and how less stress I was and enjoyed our wedding day. The things that came up on our day, she took care of and made it seem like it was no big deal. If other stuff came up, I had no clue! She made sure and took care of it so I could enjoy the day and our guests. Highly recommend her and if it is in your budget, get her for more than just DWC!

Do not hesitate to use Sweet I do's as they are terrific. They are very professional and cordial. They go above and beyond to make a wonderful presentation for your day! We did alot of research on doing this ourselves and could not begin to touch it for the same price. The value is terrific, selection is great, they do the set up and tear down of the buffet, and it looks amazing! Even if you have last minute changes as we did, they do it for you. They were so accomodating - my daughter kept changing her mind and adding different things that she wanted! Even with changes at the last minute they came through with flying colors!
They made it so easy - I called - I ordered - and there it was at the reception. I can't begin to tell you how many people you made happy!!

Brandy did such a wonderful job and she did so much more than I ever expected. She went way above and beyond and made my wedding day absolutely beautiful and perfect!! thank you Brandy for making me step back and enjoy myself while you handled everything else for me! Brandy was the DOC for my Sons and Daughter in Laws wedding! She was absolutly amazing and I would reccomend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner! She was so professional at what she did, and was actually better than any wedding planner I have ever seen, the wedding was absolutely amazing and we couldnt have done it without her!

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful Brandy with Sweet I So's was at My June 12th, 2010 wedding. My Husband couldn't stop talking about how wonderful she was and professional at everything she did. No bride should be stressed on her wedding day, and I think the best decision I made was to hire a Wedding Planner! Brandy made sure that I had everything I needed and made sure everything was taken care of with no stress to either me or my now husband .Thank you Brandy for everything you did! Sweet I Do's did such an amazing job creating and executing our candy bar! They were open and flexible to any and all feedback / ides. The candy was delicious and the service was amazing! What a GREAT company!

We loved the candy and dessert buffet. It looked great and everyone loved it. It was a hit. Brandy made the process so easy. She was great to work with. I wish all of the vendors were as pleasant and flexible as she was. My guests are still talking about the dessert buffet. I would recommend Brandy to anyone who asked and will remember her if I need a candy and dessert buffet for a party in the future.

I was very pleased with Brandy's work as she was able to be flexible with the outdoor wedding I had.. She gets right down to business and gets the job done from the beginning of the wedding until the last person left the wedding. If you want someone who will execute the job flawlessly, Brandy is your gal. If you do hire Brandy, just make sure your friend's know that she is all about the task at hand so if she starts getting taken down another path she will quickly "correct" it and put everyone on the right path again. Nothing personal, just business, which I happened to appreciate. When you are a month out from your wedding, the last thing you need is a "new idea." We paid a small fee to have her also set up all the outdoor decorations (30+ paper lanterns), 50-75 luminary bags. We had both our ceremony and reception outside, so she coordinated the ceremony set up, which she thought to do a spiral instead of a traditional aisle and coordinated with the caterers to move the chairs from the ceremony to the tables. She also set up all the centerpieces for me which was a small candy buffet at each table. It turned out really lovely and we could not have done it without her. I would highly recommend Brandy to anyone having a wedding and especially to a bride like me who didn't know anything about wedding etiquette or procedure... :) Thanks Brandy!

Such a fun and unique feature for any party. Really stood out. The quality of the product was outstanding. Communication was challenging but in the end it was totally worth it!

Sweet-I-Do created a candy bar at our engagement party and did a wonderful job! the whole setup looked great and people really enjoyed it. Brandy responds quickly to her emails, so if you ever need anything you could email her.

Great responsiveness and willingness to work with me via email and meeting at local hangouts. After a rocky start the day of the wedding. The whole presentation turned out AMAZING!! Candy buffet for my bridal shower was adorable, very personalized and candy choices were extensive. She started packing up before the end of the shower which was inconvenient, and if I hadn't won the buffet at a bridal show I probably wouldn't have spent the money on it but overall it added something to my event.
