Our wedding on January 17, 2026, at The Wave Hotel in Orlando, Florida, felt like a living fairytale. The soul-stirring music of Sweet Harmony was the heartbeat that made every moment unforgettable. From our very first Zoom call to the final shimmering notes that lingered in the warm Florida evening air, this quartet didn’t just perform; they transformed our day into pure magic!
Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but Sweet Harmony made it effortless and joyful. Kasia Dolinska was an absolute dream to work with, warm, brilliantly organized, and genuinely excited about our vision. Her quick responses, thoughtful suggestions, and deep understanding of how music shapes emotion took all the stress out of the process. Their pricing was not only competitive but an incredible value for the level of talent and professionalism we received. We were especially blown away by their vast, beautifully curated song list; everything from timeless classics to modern indie favorites, which let us create a playlist that felt completely, authentically “us.” My musician husband even had the chance to discuss possibly performing alongside them, and Kasia’s enthusiasm made us feel like true collaborators rather than just clients.
On the wedding day, Sweet Harmony arrived perfectly on time, elegantly dressed in classic black, adding an air of refined sophistication to our outdoor garden ceremony. But it was their sound that left us breathless. Rich, vibrant, and impossibly crisp, every note floated on the gentle breeze like liquid gold, wrapping our guests in warmth, romance, and pure joy. You could feel the emotion in the air, smiles widened, eyes glistened, and people swayed gently as the music wrapped around us like a loving embrace. The live musician team has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They provide me and my clients with any type of musician requested — from ceremony to cocktail hour and beyond. Their response time is incredibly fast, and their knowledge of music and event flow is outstanding.
Tara, who runs the team, is truly the best. She works extremely hard, can find any musician I need, and consistently responds in under five minutes. As an entertainer myself, having a reliable and organized music team is everything — and my clients absolutely love her musicians.

Sweet Harmony did a fabulous job at our wedding. We had a cellist (Elina) and violinist (Nancie) duo who brought just the right amount of pizzazz and fun—in a classy way—to our ceremony and cocktail hour. Not only did they answer all of my (probably annoying) questions leading up too our big day in a timely manner, but they played beautifully and our guests loved that they played some fun, modern songs they could actually recognize (Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, etc.) Highly recommend! Sweet Harmony was the perfect choice to add a sophisticated and romantic ambience to our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Kristin was extremely easy to work with and made the planning process extremely easy and seamless, offering great advice and assisting with the song list. Walking down the aisle to a string trio really hit the mark for setting the tone we were seeking. I am still getting compliments from guests on the talented artists and unique playlist. Sweet Harmony played at our ceremony and cocktail hour, and from the moment they were booked, we knew they were REAL artists - reaching out to ask us about specific styles of music / willing to explore examples with us and give advice, offering a comprehensive set list that gave us lots of ideas for a beautiful ceremony, and pleasing a lot of jazz fans with the trio at our cocktail hour even taking requests. I was blown away when I heard Oleo playing - and not just me - people are still talking to us about how fantastic the trio was. We used Sweet Harmony for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour music. It was a dream working with them throughout the entire wedding planning process! Our venue has a piano, so we were able to use a string quartet for our outdoor ceremony and then have one of the musicians switch to piano for the reception inside the venue. We also had a special song we wanted played during the processional and our musicians were happy to get music for it and learn it. Their communication throughout the planning process was excellent and their website/portal is super easy to use. Most importantly, the music was gorgeous! It really made our day so magical. We utilized Sweet Harmony for our summer 2024 wedding ceremony at The Madison Hotel. When we hired our D.J (IKSounds Entertainment), he offered a live music option through Sweet Harmony and we were ecstatic! They were so easy to work with and their live music was beautiful. They had so many amazing song options to choose from. We chose a violinist and pianist and they played our choice of songs before the ceremony, as well as throughout the ceremony and exits. Would highly recommend Sweet Harmony to any future brides and grooms! They were incredibly easy to work with. Their point of contact would text me to confirm anything and was super responsive if we had any questions. Aside from their music (which is amazing and professional quality), what we loved most about them was their online website portal. They have an extensive list of songs that you can choose from for them to play. Then you submit your song choices and wedding details through that website. Very user friendly. The attention to detail and the seamless coordination ensured that every song played was in tune with the mood of each moment, making it an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.
While the overall performance was outstanding, there were a few moments where the transition between songs felt a bit abrupt, which could have been smoother. However, the band quickly adjusted and kept the energy high throughout the evening. Their professionalism and ability to adapt to the flow of the evening were commendable.
One aspect that stood out to us was the personalized playlist Sweet Harmony Music put together based on our preferences. It was evident that they took the time to understand our tastes and incorporated a mix of songs that resonated with both us and our guests. I was recommended to Sweet Harmony with Tara by Detailed Events by Lo and could not have been happier. Tara was extremely easy to work with and could not have been more kind. Tara was patient and answered every question. Sweet Harmony easily coordinated with my planner as well as the church musician to ensure everything would be ready for the wedding day. We got married at a church in November 2023 and wanted instruments other than the church organ. We chose to use Judith (Violin), Elina (Cello), and Jeremy (Piano) for our wedding music. We were able to customize our song choices via a very simple, organized, and easy website platform provided by Sweet Harmony. The trio played beautiful selections of classical music for our prelude, lovely instrumentals chosen by us (Pachelbel's Canon in D Major, What a Wonderful World, The Prayer, Ave Maria, & Isn’t she lovely), and modern selections for the post-lude. We absolutely loved every song and are so happy we get to re-listen to them on our wedding video. We received many compliments and couldn’t recommend Sweet Harmony more!Sweet Harmony Music's reply:

A lovely duo for an intimate wedding.
We hired a flute and guitar duo for my daughter's very intimate wedding in NYC in September. I cannot say enough. Not only was Sweet Harmony professional, prompt, and thorough, and the music for the ceremony and cocktail hour was lovely. Many of our guests commented on how it provided a perfect backdrop to the event.

I contracted with Sweet Harmony for a Trio for my daughter's wedding ceremony and cocktail hour on Oct 1st 2023. The feedback from the attendees was that the trio was fantastic and they really added to the atmosphere of the event. I enjoyed the pre-ceremony music and really got to enjoy the music when the wedding party and my daughter walked down the aisle. This was something I wish I had at my wedding and was thankful that I could provide for my daughter's wedding. People may think live music played at an event is something not necessary or an area to cut for expenses but it really does set the mood and all ages of guests love it!Sweet Harmony Music's reply:

Everyone we spoke with from the company was kind and pleasant to work with. Definitely go with Sweet Harmony if you’re considering having live music to your wedding or event. Sweet Harmony came to do the ceremony music for our wedding at Bear Brook Valley back in April. Everything was beautiful and while I was waiting to walk down the aisle, I couldn't help but to open the window to my bridal suite to hear the wonderful music being played by Patty (harp), Andy (cello), and Nancie (violin). They followed the music we requested and it really help set the mood for the ceremony.

I can’t explain just how wonderful of a job sweet harmony did on our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, Tara was an absolute dream to communicate with. She always responded within a couple of hours which makes such a huge difference when planning a huge event. The musicians made my vision come to life. Oh my goodness, Sweet Harmony Music is truly the best! Our wedding was 2 months ago and I am still in awe. The cello and guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour gave everyone chills. My only complaint was that because I was the bride, I didn't get get to hear all of the prelude music (comes with the territory of being the bride haha). But I heard from all of our guests that it was mesmerizing. I can't wait to watch all of our wedding footage to hear all of the music :)
I cannot recommend Sweet Harmony Music Enough. They were so beyond easy to work with and had a very fair price that we couldn't pass up.
I'm forever thankful for the beautiful memories that Sweet Harmony Music helped us to create on the most perfect day of our lives.

Sweet Harmony did an exceptional job with live music for my wedding ceremony. However, I must say (Judith-captain of quartet) that Sweet Harmony brought my vision to life through music. The goal was for the wedding ceremony music to tell a story of overcoming trials and tribulations and overcoming all to achieve victory and finding happiness. I can honestly say that the goal was overwhelmingly accomplished by Sweet Harmony and their team of talented musicians.
Judith and her team of musicians were artists. Their performance of Goodbye Brother was emotion invoking and endearing. Truly an awe inspiring song brought to life.
The Light of Seven was exceptional. The Rains of Castamere performance was strong. Not one dry eye in the wedding ceremony. A masterful and world class performance.
My guests were truly entertained and Judith took everyone in attendance on a emotion packed journey. From sorrow and loss to victory and triumph. From overcoming tremendous trials and tribulations with dignity and integrity to finding happiness in family and the love of my life.
I can go on and on about Sweet Harmony but all I will say is that my only regret is not being able to listen to every single moment of their performance and to experience the emotional journey they took everyone on. Truly a remarkable experience.

While planning our wedding, we were torn between band or DJ. Once we decided to go with a DJ, we knew we still wanted live musicians for our cocktail hour to add a special touch and still include live music. After doing some quick research, Sweet Harmony seemed to be our best option and were highly recommended/rated on all wedding vendor websites. We went with the string quartet (with guitarist). They were a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and had a super easy form to fill out with song and music genre requests. They can play pretty much any genre, from current music to classic rock and more! We got married in a church, but if we were to have our ceremony elsewhere I would have loved to have them play at our ceremony as well. We were so happy with the music on the day of our wedding and their music made the cocktail hour that much more special! I highly recommend using them for your event!!Sweet Harmony Music's reply:

Highly, highly recommend! I was fortunate enough to book Sweet Harmony for piano and violin for our cocktail hour 2 months before our 2/4/22 wedding and it was one of the best choices we could have made! Having the live music really just helped elevate the already incredible atmosphere. Our musicians Tina and Jeremy were so sweet, so talented, so professional and just perfect! Everyone we interacted with was so kind, from Karen who took our inquiry right on up to the owner Tara. Booking was seamless and Tara was amazing, responsive and so easy to work with! We even added an extra half hour (our cocktail hour was extended) like a week and a half if not less before our wedding and she made it happen. Sweet Harmony was the perfect touch to our ceremony! We had a violinist and cello player and the music was absolutely beautiful. When looking for live musicians, the only thing I knew was I wanted to walk down the aisle to A Thousand Years played by live violin and was clueless about everything else. Elisa, our primary contact, was so responsive and patient with me as I asked her endless questions and needed her expert guidance multiple times. We had a very small intimate ceremony and I was coming down a grand staircase so without having a wedding party or day of coordinator paired with not being able to visually see guests arriving and my groom going out to the alter, I realized I would need to rely on music to know when things were happening. When Sweet Harmony said they could make that possible, the biggest stress point of my ceremony was no longer a stressor. They certainly didn't disappoint on the day of! Live instrumental music was a special touch we wanted to add to our wedding day and Sweet Harmony made that happen. My now husband and I knew that we wanted to have music for our ceremony to accompany us and our loved ones as we walked down the aisle and it was a decision that we both cherish.
Working with Sweet Harmony was super easy. Karen was very responsive and helpful at offering guidance and affirming our music choices. The team was also very flexible with us when we had to shift our wedding (we had three dates in total, spanning a year) and accommodated us with no problem and honored our original pricing. It was such a stressful time but Sweet Harmony didn’t add to any of that stress, in fact I’m grateful that they were so easy to work with when it came to logistics.
The musicians were incredible! We ended up hiring a cellist and violinist and their talent blew me away. I didn’t actually get to meet them on our wedding day but they arrived on time, played beautiful music and everyone commented on what a romantic addition it was to our day. I’ll never forget that feeling of walking down the aisle to Beyonce’s Love on Top and then holding hands with my husband as All You Need is Love played in the background.
I would highly recommend Sweet Harmony to anyone who wants to add some extra romance to their day and is looking to do so on a budget and with great people. Music is so important and can help create such a special mood, especially on your wedding day, and Sweet Harmony is the way to go.Sweet Harmony Music's reply:

Perfect addition!
Sweet Harmony was a perfect addition to our September 2021 wedding in Cape May NJ. We hired a violin and cello duo to play during our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were professional, on time, and talented! We filled out an easy questionnaire a few weeks prior to the day and they got every detail we requested spot on. Sweet Harmony was the perfect touch to our wedding! Our three musicians (violin and harp for the ceremony, violin/harp/cello for cocktail hour) were beyond talented and elevated our wedding to new heights. They even learned a new song for the processional, and they did a phenomenal job! I briefly forgot they didn't already know it--they sounded to familiar with the piece. The cocktail hour was dazzling and elegant--we received tons of compliments on the energy and beauty.

We hired a string quartet for ceremony music for our wedding. Tara, the owner, was such a pleasure to work with as she was open, understanding, and communicative throughout the whole process of postponing our wedding due to Covid. There was a large selection of music to choose from (we did a combo of contemporary and classics) to really set the mood exactly as we wanted. Choosing Sweet Harmony to play music during our ceremony was the best decision we could have made! They were great to work with from beginning to end! I love that there are so many different genres of musical pieces to choose from. I also loved the online planning form and how organized everything was!
