Best Wedding Cake Experience Possible!!
My Mother-in-law found Sweet Family Secrets on Instagram, and wow, did she strike gold!! I got married in May 2025, and Rosie (the owner) did an OUTSTANDING job for us!! The cake was absolutely perfect, and she met our vision & needs in every way.
From the start, Rosie told me that she prioritized the "joy" of the wedding cake planning process, saying, "Weddings are stressful - the cake shouldn't be." And wow, she sure lived up that! She is just as warm & personable as she is professional, and this was very important me. She listened so attentively to what I liked and didn't like, and she never pressured me. She clearly and concisely told me what her services could provide, and her communication and updates were thorough and regular (thru text, email and even video chat). She made me feel like a friend through the entire process!
Rosie made me feel very cared for, and never as if I was "just another client". The tasting box was such a wonderful additional service, and I was able to enjoy all the cake flavors her business offers with my husband and our Moms!! So special!!
She had our food-safe wedding cake topper designed, and it was PERFECT - we still have it, and we'll be putting it on display in our home!
The guests loved the cake just as much as we did, and I'm so excited to come back to Rosie next year for 1st wedding anniversary cupcakes! 🥰

Diab wedding
Rosie was exceptional. I was MOH so I was in charge of receiving the cake day of. Rosie did a fantastic job of getting in contact with me a week prior and confirmed all of the details then. She continued to keep me updated on anything that came up on her end. The bride had picked out a topper that Rosie had to use her magic to make work - She did! And our bride wouldn't even had noticed it wasn't what they originally had talked about if I didn't point it out. The cake itself was beautiful and fit the theme of the day perfectly. Chai mandarin orange cake with salted carmel was a huge crowd pleaser. Outside of the unique flavor, it was so moist and decadent!
I was also in charge of cutting the two tier, double barrel cake. Rosie left step by step instructions along with a diagram on how to cut each cake. Even if you have never cut a cake before, Rosie literally makes it so that you can't fail so long as you take your time and give yourself plenty of room!
I would recommend this lovely lady and her right hand mother to anyone in the area. You are making the wrong choice if you don't use RosieSweet Family Secrets's reply:

Sweet Family Secrets did an excellent job for my daughter's wedding. Roseanne decorated the give-a-way cupcakes so beautiful and matched the décor. Rosie did an exceptional job at our wedding. We absolutely loved having her be part of our special day. She was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. This was a stress free process. Rosie even hand delivered samples our home.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional customer service provided! Not only were they very responsive and helpful in addressing my inquiries, but the items I ordered were also packaged beautifully. Upon opening the package, I was immediately impressed by the care and attention to detail that went into ensuring the safe arrival of my order.
The real highlight, however, was the delicious sweet treats themselves. From the first bite, I was completely blown away by the incredible flavors and quality. It's clear that a lot of care and passion goes into crafting each and every treat. The reasonable response time, combined with the exceptional packaging and delightful taste, truly made my experience a memorable one. I highly recommend their desserts and commend their outstanding customer service.

Worth every penny
I’ve been a huge fan of Sweet Family Secrets for years and I always knew I wanted them to make a cake for a milestone in my life. Last December was my 30th and I made my reservations months in advance. Our consultation call was so smooth and even though I wasn’t quite sure of what I wanted I shared things I liked and when I saw my cake I cried. It was so beautiful! It was breathtaking and when I cut the cake it was so moist and delicious. Everyone who had a slice loved it. When I was planning my three-year-old son's birthday party, I faced a dilemma as my regular cake person was out of town. My best friend recommended Sweet Family Secrets, and even though I had very specific and detailed ideas for the cake, I decided to give them a try. I was a little hesitant when they suggested cupcakes instead of a cake, but I trusted their expertise.
When I saw the cupcakes, I was beyond amazed. Roseanne, did a phenomenal job. The cupcakes were not only scrumptious but also beautifully decorated with intricate details. Even my son was thrilled with how well the cupcakes turned out! The red cake with number blocks was perfectly executed, and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I am a loyal repeat customer for Sweet Family Secrets! I have used them for both personal parties and corporate events for a couple years. Their mini rum cakes are hit, and people ask for them every time! The cakes are very moist, delicious, and addictive - you can’t eat just one! I think they make the perfect addition to a wedding dessert display. Their team is easy to work with, and very reliable. I have had rum cakes shipped on several occasions and they always arrive on time, fresh, and undamaged. Let's discuss the taste of SWEET Family Secrets first - when I first had the red velvet flavor, I thought my taste buds transcended to another planet. It was so good. It surpassed my expectations. Now, I cannot eat red velvet from anywhere else because it is subpar in comparison.
The quality of service is what I would wish all my vendors to have. I placed my order and was told exactly when it would be ready. There was no hidden cost, all the details were provided upfront, and my cake was ready when expected. I highly recommend Sweet Family Secrets to all my friends for any occasion they plan.
I am truly inspired by the level of service I received. It is a testament to what is possible when a business is dedicated to transparency, honesty, and delivering on their promises. My expectations were exceeded, and can't wait for my next event to use their services again.
