  The first time I tried cake from Sweet Family Secrets I decided they had to cater all my sweet needs. The taste is absolutely unbelievable - very unique and flavorful, designs are beautiful -top quality all around. Each cake or cupcake was flawless. Attendees at my events were always so impressed with the taste, beauty and presentation.

  I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional customer service provided! Not only were they very responsive and helpful in addressing my inquiries, but the items I ordered were also packaged beautifully. Upon opening the package, I was immediately impressed by the care and attention to detail that went into ensuring the safe arrival of my order.
  
  The real highlight, however, was the delicious sweet treats themselves. From the first bite, I was completely blown away by the incredible flavors and quality. It's clear that a lot of care and passion goes into crafting each and every treat. The reasonable response time, combined with the exceptional packaging and delightful taste, truly made my experience a memorable one. I highly recommend their desserts and commend their outstanding customer service.

  Worth every penny

  I’ve been a huge fan of Sweet Family Secrets for years and I always knew I wanted them to make a cake for a milestone in my life. Last December was my 30th and I made my reservations months in advance. Our consultation call was so smooth and even though I wasn’t quite sure of what I wanted I shared things I liked and when I saw my cake I cried. It was so beautiful! It was breathtaking and when I cut the cake it was so moist and delicious. Everyone who had a slice loved it. I will forever recommend Sweet Family Secrets and I will be using their services again.

The pastries are always elegantly designed, sometimes they look too beautiful to eat. We have been a delightful recipient and over the years and the consistency in taste and design is excellent. They are very efficient and responds to messages promptly. Deliveries are always made on time. In short, the customer service experience with Sweet Family Treats is warm, professional, and friendly.

Every order we have placed the cupcakes are always beautifully decorated and taste AMAZING. My personal favorite is the "Fruit Parfait" cupcake and "Simply Vanilla" cupcake. Customer service is always on point and she is always willing to make modifications.

I think they make the perfect addition to a wedding dessert display. Their team is easy to work with, and very reliable. I have had rum cakes shipped on several occasions and they always arrive on time, fresh, and undamaged. I can’t say enough about them, they are one of my go-to vendors for desserts!

  I had a great experience ordering from Sweet Family Secrets! The owner is a pleasure to work with as she listened to what I wanted. She had great recommendations as well. The mini cakes I order were fabulous! They tasted moist and light with lots of flavor. I also had a strawberry and cream layered cake that was professionally decorated with fruit and gold leaf! It was really good; not too sweet, delicate and simply delicious! I would definitely order from here again!
