Melissa was not only an amazing and knowledgeable coordinator, but she was one of the most valuable assets to help us make our wedding day the dream wedding we were planning!
She helped us answer questions we didn't even know to ask and with the help of her very detailed questionnaire, she helped us create a ceremony and reception space that matched our vision to a tee! I never worried about handing her a task because I knew it was going to get done right and in time!
She is great with communication and never left a question unanswered.
Her knowledge and experience in the wedding industry are so valuable - you will be so grateful to have her on your team come your wedding day! -

We loved Sweet by Meliss!! We decided to not hire a full wedding planner for cost considerations. That meant the bride, me, and my capable father (retired) were responsible for planning everything, including many things we didn’t have experience with! Melissa helped us by reviewing our plans and provided guidance on what was reasonable and what might not work. Melissa also offered many excellent recommendations including how best to work and coordinate with other vendors, the timing of entrances and speeches, when to start up the dance floor, etc. As the bride, I got a bit stressed at the end, and Melissa helped me to stay focused and made sure everything went smoothly on our big day. On the actual day of our wedding, Melissa and her Spouse were fantastic day-of coordinators. They anticipated and reacted to problems as they arose, and handled every issue smoothly (for example, the day-after brunch food truck almost accidentally arrived a day early, we had a few uninvited guests and a surprise vegan). Melissa and her Spouse did everything we asked them to, and we're sure many things we didn't have to, because the day was (practically) stress free (and definitely) a smash hit. We highly recommend this team!!! -

All I have to say is HIRE HER! Meliss was seriously the best coordinator we could have asked for. She helped organize and ground me when I went into panics about planning and all there was to do. She went above and beyond at every turn and helped me make a lot of decisions when I was too overwhelmed to make them myself. Meliss had so many great ideas for decorating and asked questions I never would have thought of. She came to the venue the day before to help set everything up and led our bridal party in rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, she was a life saver! She went to bat for me when our venue made last minute decisions that went against what was previously discussed. Then when our band cancelled mere hours before our ceremony (!!) she called everyone within a 2-hour radius and found a DJ who immediately packed up and came to our venue! The whole day was perfect despite all the obstacles, and I have Meliss to thank for that. If it wasn’t for her, I would have been so stressed I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy myself. She is a miracle worker and I am recommending her to anyone who will listen! -

The best wedding coordinator!
You will love Melissa! She went above and beyond to help us navigate my daughters wedding. From beginning to end she was available and made the entire wedding planning experience enjoyable. She had so many ideas and suggestions that made for a fantastic wedding. The day of wedding was coordinated so perfectly and we couldn’t have done it with out her. -

Melis definitely brings the SWEET BLISS :-)
Melis did an awesome job as our day-of coordinator for our wedding a few weeks ago. Even though we only hired her for day-of coordination, Melis still met with us several times before the big day and helped coordinate several walk-throughs with our venue. On the day of, she was absolutely fantastic and I didn't need to worry about a thing! I just gave her all the payments (she even provided the envelopes!) and she took care of the rest. :) -

Where to begin? Melissa was the glue that held our entire wedding together and made everything possible. She is a true professional who clearly has a lot of experience and knows the tricks of the trade. She is also wonderfully kind and an absolute joy to be around!
We had a relatively large wedding with 122 guests and many vendors and we were using a space that doesn't typically host weddings. Melissa seamlessly coordinated everything with all the vendors and guests and everything ran smoothly and beautifully. She was able to decorate the entire space without any guidance and was able to take the lead in all aspects of wedding coordination when I wasn't around to answer questions or make decisions. Having a reliable, smart, artistic, calm, experienced and skillful planner like Melissa to depend upon took so much stress off my shoulders on the big day.
When I was planning the wedding, Melissa was patient and easy to communicate with and asked all the right questions. She knows about all kinds of details that are important for a wedding that I NEVER would have known about or thought of, and with her knowledge and expertise, she was able to make sure we were truly prepared and ready for the big day.
Hiring Melissa was the best decision we made for our wedding, and because of her I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day, rather than go crazy answering texts and phone calls from guests, watching the clock for vendors, setting up the space and decorating, and all the MANY other things that would have made my day stressful. We are so grateful. Thank you Melissa for our perfect wedding!!!!!!!

We are so glad that we found Melissa to coordinate our wedding. We were the couple that thought we’d be able to handle everything ourselves, but slowly realized that would not be the case. Last minute we were incredibly lucky to get in contact with Melissa and after one phone conversation knew she was exactly who we needed. With just one month before our wedding day, we threw months of information, ideas, and brainstorming at her and she didn’t even flinch. From the rehearsal to the last shuttle leaving the venue, everything went smoothly. She coordinated all our vendors, set up all of our décor all over the venue, and checked in on us frequently to make sure we were doing okay. She brought our vision to life and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. Not only is the absolute sweetest person you’ll ever meet, she is responsive, organized, punctual, and professional. We confidently and highly recommend Sweet Bliss by Melis for anyone’s wedding! -
