  Ultimately perfect service

  Not only was the food delicious, Sweet Bazil provided professional and detail oriented services allowing us to enjoy every minute of our special day. Guests commented on how wonderful everything was and the available food options worked within the dietary needs of some guests and within our budget.

  50Th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

  On August 28, 2021 Sweet Bazil catered our surprise 50th wedding anniversary celebration. I cannot give enough accolades about the services we received. I will try to be brief but the services of Sweet Bazil were so fantastic it may be hard.
   The initial contact/ Follow-up contacts – Professional, attentive, responsive, flexible, accommodating and personable…just excellent customer services
   Day of the event – Punctual, dressed in appropriate catering attire, used covid pandemic protocol (masked/exhibited appropriate distance/sanitized everything), very organized, arrived ready to immediately prepare for event, staff was professional & friendly but focused on their tasks, everything (setup & food) was ready on time
   Food Presentation – Ritzy, elegant buffet style setup, beautiful linen & floral arrangement center pieces, and scrumptious looking food beautifully displayed in sparkling chafing dishes
   Food Taste – The food not only looked scrumptious, but tasted scrumptious – the creatively arranged & tasty hors d’ oeuvre… fruit tents, chicken sticks and (real) crab stuffed shrimps were served butler style…very nicely done. The dinner buffet was just plain “yummy to your tummy”. All of the food was cooked just right, seasoned just right & tasted just right, including the condiments (tartar sauce…good). All of the guests talked about how good the food was and how the food was so beautifully displayed
   Overall – Sweet Bazil did a superb job in providing full service catering for our anniversary celebration. The owner and her staff are wonderful to work with. Food presentation is incredible. The food is delicious. Clean up and operating according to code and standards are impressive. Thank you Sweet Bazil for helping to make our 50th wedding anniversary celebration a successful and memorable event.

  5-Diamond Experience - Sweet Bazil

  This was a five-Diamond experience not only exceeded our expectations, but was the absolute best dining experience EVER! We rated this dinner against our best to date and none came even close. The presentation was stunning! The meal was spectacular! Chef Rida was stellar and the evening was unbelievable. If you EVER want the dining experience of a lifetime where the focus remains on you and your mate, Sweet Bazil is a MUST! I guarantee you will be awed by the world class service that Chef Rida gives.

  Superb in-home Party experience.

  Let’s start with the obvious: Chef Celestine and her staff would not have gotten a 5 start review if they would have not taken all precautions (masks, distancing, hand washing, segregation of work areas and dinning, etc) to keep our family and guests safe during this pandemic times. Now to the arrangements and the party itself!
  From the moment I contacted Sweet Basil, and talked to Chef Celestine, everything felt like it was riding on rails. The Chef’s energy and excitement for her craft came thru in all communications and the menu options where season appropriate, and we’ll balanced.
  The day of the party went without a hitch, and the staff could not have been more accommodating, nor professional. They adjusted meals on the fly and the food was exquisite. The presentation was flawless, the attention to detail was cranked up to 11!
  I was happy to see that the Chef and her crew were in such synchronization, so not to intruding in the conversation, but never to far to answer questions, refill the wine pairings, or have a good laugh with all our happy guests.
  I will definitely use Sweet Basil again, if they would have us. Thank you Chef Celestine!

  Phenomenal Experience!

  Delicious food, beautiful presentation, and gracious service! The table decorations were not only beautifully displayed, but included the small personal touches that made the experience beyond our highest expectations. The attention to details and highest care was evident in every serving. No regrets at all, and we are looking forward to using Sweet Basil at out next occasion.

  I have worked with Sweet Bazil on multiple occasions. They are awesome on all aspects of service. The food quality and presentation feels exactly like dinning at a 4 STAR Restaurant. The owner puts a personal touch on each aspect of the operation. Love this brand!

  The Sweet Bazil Experience

  I decided to host a Pregnacy Push Pow-Wow, (Baby Sprinkle) for my wife at the last minute. I reached out to Sweet Bazil, to inform them of my last minute wants and they were available and willing to help bring my vision to life. They immediately responded to my inquiry with extensive menu options and decor suggestions. After an email or two with their friendly and professional staff Sweet Bazil had our event locked in with all the details secured and my event confirmed.
  
  A few days later, in true professional fashion, Chef Celestine and the Sweet Bazil Team arrived at the venue, on time, prepared and immediately ready to work. Did I mention, AMAZING TEAM? The truly amazing team Sanitized the kitchen and prep area before preparing anything. I was totally impressed. Before serving the meal, Chef Celestine gave a detailed description of the menu items, asked about specific allergies and recommended certain dishes to satisfy all taste buds.
  
  Now to the food. Everything was awesome! Each dish was seasoned to perfection. The drinks were thirst quenching and the Strawberry Mojita Mocktail was extraordinary! My guest fell in love with the Butter milk Chicken. It literally melted in the mouth. The shrimp and grits were simply amazing. The waffles came out fresh and hot. I can go on and on about the food, but I have to inform you of the clean up that was impeccable. The Sweet Bazil Team packed the left over food in food storage containers, the sink was left empty, the counters was left clean, nothing was on the floor. They left my kitchen immaculate.

  Birthday Breakfast

  Perfection!! Simply magical. The presentation was phenomenal. Fresh flowers and fruit were the added touch to the amazing breakfast. The level of overall professionalism was top notch!!

  Sweet Bazil: Top Tier Catering!

  Working with Sweet Bazil from start to finish was very pleasant. I recomment booking them well in advance because their food is just that good! There were no complaints about the food at my wedding and that is so important to me. The set up and decor that was provided was absolutely beautiful!   Professionalism/Quality of service

  Sweet Bazil catered my friends wedding on October 8th. The guests were very pleased with their food/service. The bride, groom and myself (wedding coordinator) could not have selected a better caterer. Leading up to the wedding we had several changes...they were very accommodating. If you've never had them caterer an event, I recommend you call them to get the great experience I had.
