Professional and Dedicated Staff
Swan Lake is exactly where you want to get married! Their team is so professional and excel in their work. Chef Charlie customized our menu to fit my allergies so that I could eat at every cocktail station. The decor is so beautiful and easily adapted to fit my personal vision. We were catered to and didn’t have to worry about a detail. Special thanks to Elena, Sophia, and Mary for making my day worry free and just enjoyable! -

Amazing experience!
The staff at Swan Lake work HARD. They are so nice and accommodating. Just overall great people and made our whole wedding an unforgettable experience. The entire day was amazing and that wasn’t because of luck; it was because of the entire staff. Elaina, Sophia, Gill, and the wonderful kitchen, and waitstaff that made the day perfect. My bridal attendant held my dress up for me every time I walked outside and put it over me when I was cold! (It was windy) I gave Elaina freedom to make the magic happen with my decor and she did not disappoint! The food was AMAZING too! 10/10 highly recommend swan lake. -

Our wedding at Swan Lake was truly everything we dreamed of. The golf course was absolutely gorgeous and made the most stunning backdrop for our outdoor ceremony. Having the upgraded tent fabric was such a beautiful touch—it looked incredible and gave us just the right amount of cover on a sunny day, keeping everyone comfortable while still feeling open and elegant.
What really stood out was how thoughtful the venue was in making sure our day felt completely ours. They kept golfers separate with their own outdoor bar and even made sure no one was teeing off nearby when the ceremony began, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to be fully present in the moment. The food was phenomenal from start to finish—the hors d’oeuvres, cocktail stations, and entrées were all delicious. Guests are still talking about the chateau briand, the stuffed chicken with cheesy tarragon, and those incredible pesto wild mushroom raviolis. To top it all off, the chef himself came out to check in, asking guests if they wanted seconds and if everything was to their liking—such a thoughtful and personal touch that made everyone feel cared for.
The people at Swan Lake are what truly made the experience unforgettable. Elena, our maître d’, was amazing—she kept everything running smoothly, listened to our ideas, and then added her own creative touch to bring our vision to life. Jill, our bridal attendant, was honestly a lifesaver. She always seemed to know exactly what we needed—whether it was a drink in hand, a quick tip, or even rescuing us from a conversation so we could keep moving. Sophia, the coordinator, was so upbeat and caring, making sure that even when little hiccups popped up, we were still smiling and having fun. And beyond them, every single server and bartender went above and beyond, offering incredible service with a genuine smile all day and night.
Not only did we have the best time celebrating with our family and friends, but we also walked away with new friendships at Swan Lake. It didn’t just feel like a venue—it felt like a community of people who cared deeply about making our day special. We honestly can’t wait to see them again. -

simply incredible.
Choosing a wedding venue is one of the biggest decisions you'll make during the planning process and I can confidently say, choosing Swan Lake Caterers was the best decision we made. I’m so excited to write this review so other couples can have a similarly incredible experience!
I looked everywhere around the tri-state area from Jersey, to Connecticut, all the boroughs (including Staten Island!!) to all over Long Island. Swan Lake Caterers was actually the first venue I visited, and I fell in love instantly. But, like many brides, I was indecisive. I kept searching, trying to be sure… and after every other tour, I kept coming back to Swan Lake in my heart, I had a feeling it was the one!
And it absolutely was.
The entire day was seamless, magical, and full of joy. One of the most touching things someone said to me was from my sister. She told me, “So many brides can’t enjoy their wedding day because there’s so much going on but we could see in your face how carefree and happy you were. You were truly having fun” This was in large part due to Swan Lake Caterers allowing me to focus on my husband, family and friends. They gave us peace of mind, beautiful surroundings, and the freedom to be fully present in every moment.
The food was out of this world, our guests are still talking about it! Sophia and Charlie really catered to what we wanted and to our guests’ dietary needs! Including three of our vegan family members. The venue itself was picture perfect. It was elegant, romantic, and timeless! One of my guests said it looked like it was out of a Disney movie. Elena, our maitre-d worked with me in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure the decor and vibe was everything we wanted. She knocked it out of the park! Even though it was a little chilly, and started to drizzle, Sophia was in contact with us in the week leading up to it, to make sure everyone was comfortable temperature wise. They were so unimaginably attentive to us! The day of, Elena made sure that even without a rehearsal everything went off without a hitch. Speaking of attentiveness, Jill, my bridal attendant, was simply amazing. She made sure we had drinks in our hand, food on our plates, helped me fix the train on my dress a million and one times. I’m pretty sure they helped one of my guests fix a ripped dress? Seriously. People said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to!
If you're thinking about getting married here, stop thinking and just say YES. I can’t express how incredibly grateful I am to Swan Lake Caterers and would love it for every other couple (and their guests) to have a similar experience! -

We searched all over Long Island for a down to earth, indoor/outdoor, authentic venue for an affordable price. When we met with Sophia after touring other venues in the area, we knew it was the one for us with a party tent and beautiful golf course backdrop. We had the same 3 goals: a fun party with incredible food, drinks and dancing. All the meetings leading up to the wedding we knew we were in the best hands with an amazing team that is so thorough and accommodating. Elena made our dreams come to life with an affordable decor package and even bought more decor to match my bouquet. Mary the bridal attendant spent so much time by our side taking photos and bringing us any food or drinks we needed all night. Charlie is an extremely talented chef and prepared meals at home for guests with severe allergies. The food was delicious with so many options for everyone and we got to have 3 signature cocktails (lavender lemonade mojito, Guinness, Aperol spritz). When a big thunderstorm showed up on the radar at the last minute, we felt very comfortable trusting this team to move the dinner inside and the party did not miss a beat. We also booked High Voltage and Capture the Moment which are their in house recommended DJ and photographers, and we are SO happy that we did because they are experts on the best photo spots and work together so well as a team. This venue is a hidden gem on Long Island and was incredible for our wedding day!

My husband and I got married at Swan Lake Caterers on February 2nd, 2024. I can’t rave enough about this place! Initially I was interested in Swan Lake after hearing about their affordable pricing. Little did I know that I was going to fall in love with every aspect of this venue. They offer incredible packages. My husband and I booked the decor package with Elena. Since I did a lot of DIY projects for my wedding, it was incredible not having to stress about decoring the venue/creating centerpieces. Elena did an amazing job making sure the venue incorporated our color scheme. Everything was perfect and absolutely beautiful! The food is out of this world! Charlie is incredibly passionate about his cooking, and it shows! I was adamant about having delicious food at my wedding, and Charlie did not disappoint! The staff exceeded our expectations! During the planning process, they were more than accomodating in every way. As we got closer to our wedding day, and the more meetings we had, they began to feel like family. The day of our wedding, my strap broke on my wedding dress and my bridal attendant (Mary) sewed my strap for me and got me back on the dance floor in no time! It lasted all night! -

My name is Taryn. My wife Brittany and I were married at Swan Lake 9/22/23, and it may have just been the best day of our lives. Now that the wedding brain (and holiday season) fog has subsided (lol) I can finally sit with a clear head, and truly express how thankful Brittany and I are for the amazing and perfect experience we had at Swan Lake, and just how perfect our Wedding Day truly was. Apologies in advance for the novel, but it’s completely necessary!
From moment one, the entire staff at Swan Lake was beyond kind and accommodating. We had our first consult with Sophia, and it took us all of a few days to know Swan Lake was our place. Sophia quickly became my right hand through the entire planning process. Every phone call, email and visit (because there were MANY) was easy AND fun! I always felt like I was visiting friends when I stopped by. Every expectation was met, and every question answered promptly. Sophia helped me troubleshoot and sort out so many projects along the way.
I don’t think I was a difficult bride, but to say that I was ambitious might be an understatement. When it came to Wedding Day, there was a tremendous amount to accomplish. My decorations were definitely a handful; lighting everywhere, draping cascading from the ceiling, a multitude of different centerpieces, not one or two but three signature cocktails complete with glitter and toothpicks, multiple handouts and favor type items… it was endless. It took a LOT to put together and to say I was nervous doesn’t come close. Every, Single. Thing— was pulled off BEAUTIFULLY. I was blown away by the amount of creativity, help and support Sophia and the staff brought that day. I am eternally grateful.
As the party was set in motion I must have been told 100+ times how great the food and drinks were. Charlie crafted the most beautiful endless ‘cocktail hour’ spread, (we did not do a sit down dinner service… best idea EVER) which ultimately just continued and morphed into delicious station after delicious station. We had an epic dessert assortment where everyone found something they loved! Charlie, thank you. Your attention to detail and love of food and feeding people is unmatched!
Elena came in for the evening hours to relieve Sophia. Elena was INCREDIBLE. I cannot tell you, this woman is on top of it. She made sure that everything was completely seamless and that I was kept in the loop all night, but also able to enjoy myself. She made sure that the massive breakdown went as smoothly as possible and that our night ended beyond successfully. Elena, you are the BOMB.
Last but certainly not least, Mary. Mary, my bridal attendant, was the kindest, sweetest, most attentive and helpful human I may have ever met. This girl must have asked me 100+ times if I needed anything. I’m pretty sure she brought me a dozen drinks (as I couldn’t keep track of mine to save the world), she packed up a little bit of all of the food and sent us home with a great morning after smorgasbord! My lipstick and phone was always within reach and my dress was always right where it was supposed to be! Mary– I was thinking about you, so thankful, eating mashed sweet potatoes at 4am hahaha. Thank you forever.
Swan Lake and all of your staff– administrators, servers, bartenders, chefs, helping hands and everyone in between… Thank you for making our Wedding Day everything we ever wanted it to be. Thank you for all of the support and all of the compliments because it wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you. I said it already, but I will be back! I wouldn’t hesitate holding another event here in the future and I will always think of ya’ll as family. Brittany and I are eternally thankful and we love you all!

Had my wedding here! Absolutely loved every part of this venue!
From the very first meeting, we knew this would be the best place.
The staff here were so so accommodating it was unreal.
We made a last minute change (three days before the wedding yikes) to the color and decor the venue provided, and they said it was no problem at all and made our dreams come true!
The chef, Charlie, was absolutely amazing. We had 50% vegan wedding and the guests RAVED about the vegan selections!
Sophia was our main point of contact the entire time of planning. We could not ask for a better person to have worked with!

This venue was a no-brainer for us upon visiting. We were looking for an outdoor tented space and though it was further out on Long Island and we intended, it was worth the trip. Sophia made planning a breeze and met us with enthusiasm and flexibility throughout the entire process. The day of, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and accommodated. The day was more than we dreamed of and the food was outstanding and plentiful. I cannot recommend them enough -

My husband and I got married here on 09/17/2023. Swan Lake Caterers exceeded all of our expectations. We had an outdoor tent wedding with 175 guests and it went seamlessly. Aside from the tent being absolute stunning, the Swan Lake staff were amazing. I would strongly recommend getting married here. Swan Lake also has the most incredibly vendors included in there packages including, High Voltage Entertainment, Capture the Moment Studios for photography, and Frank's Bakery. I cannot say stress enough how amazing this place is. The event coordinator, Sophia, is the best! She helped us every step of the way. Get married here!! -

We got married Sat Aug 26 and I absolutely MUST give a shout out to Swan Lake Caterers in Manorville and all of my vendors.
We had the most perfect wedding day I could have ever imagined! Its been 3 days and we are still in awe of everything that went on that day
Swan Lake exceeded any expectations I had.
Our guests were amazed by the food and especially the service, as were we!
The entire staff is filled with probably the most polite and adorable people I’ve ever encountered at any wedding ever!
Im not even saying that to be biased! Every single person was so sweet!
Mary, our bridal attendant. An absolute doll!!! I couldnt get enough of her. Such a sweet human being!!!
Elena was phenomenal! Treated us and our bridal party like family! everything was executed to perfection! Also Took care of my hungry bridesmaids before going down the aisle hahaha

Swan Lake Caterers was beyond the best! We had an outdoor ceremony with a tented reception and it was the wedding of our dreams. From the food, to the location, to the incredibly helpful and sweet service- if I had to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. (although let's hope this is our first and only wedding) We had a slightly less traditional styled wedding and they accompanied every request stunningly. Forever in awe of how seamlessly the day went by and will always hold a special place in my heart for Swan Lake. -

There are so words strong enough to describe how wonderful the team is at Swan Lake Caterers. I had my wedding there last weekend and I'm still on cloud 9 thinking about how wonderful it was. Sophia (event coordinator) was there every step of the way. Answered all my silly questions and concerns. Elena (maître d' and decor designer) brought all my visions to life. She called and communicated incredibly well to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. Mary (bridal attendant), wow. God bless Mary! Our bridal party was fun, loud, and rowdy. She knew exactly how to handle us. Every time I turned around, Mary was there with a smile and a drink. Charlie (owner and chef) is so kind and caring. He was the reason we signed on with Swan Lake because he was sincere and transparent. The day of the wedding, he came out of the kitchen and gave me a big hug. He also went around during cocktail hour speaking with my guests and asking how the enjoyed the food. Working with Swan Lake was like working with family. Hugs were given throughout, during, and after. They are amazing people that made my wedding an absolute dream and I can’t thank them enough! 💛 -

We just got married this past Saturday 5/20 at Swan Lake Caterers in Manorville, NY. I just wanted to say they are amazing! They have made this whole process so much easier and smoother. From the moment you walk in they treat you like family instead of just another number like other venues. They are reliable and easy to contact. They answered all our questions through the last 1.5 years of planning and they were also constantly checking in. They made our dreams a reality. And even though it rained they made it beautiful! The grounds and golf course are beautiful!! Elena, Anthony, Sophia and Charlie are amazing and wonderful people to work with. The food was amazing and our family and guests loved everything. Elena was very accommodating and worked with us every step of the way to make sure our vision came true. Anthony was always available and solved any issues that came up. Charlie, who is also the chef had great food options with lots of variety. If you have anything in mind he works with you to incorporate into the menu. Sophia is always bubbly and available to answer any questions right away. Overall everyone is incredible and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them! P.S they are also super dog friendly which was a big factor for us. When booking with them there is also a package available with photographer and DJ. They are amazing as well! You can’t go wrong choosing them. -

We had our wedding here this past December, and it was literally a flawless evening. We had a smaller wedding approximately 85 people, and everyone raved about the food and staff! I was reassured that I wouldn't need a wedding planner, and while I trusted them, I was a bit worried. Well, they MORE than delivered. The night was flawless and there was ample support throughout the night. They utilized all our personalisations seamlessly. Jill my bridal attendant was awesome and was on top of everything- literally read my mind all night. Elena and Sophia (design and event coordinator) ensured that we all knew where to walk/stand since we didn't have a rehearsal dinner. They were also patient and helpful throughout the planning process-they even entertained my mom who called about 100 times lol! Lastly, Charlie is a master chef, and really lives for his craft. Everyone raved about the dinner, cocktail and even palate cleanser. He even came out to meet the guests which was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. They were amazing and caring but also professional and organized. I am literally sad that my wedding is over because I won't be seeing them often anymore. 10/10!!!!!

Best li wedding venue
We had our wedding this past September and I cannot thank Swan Lake Caterers enough for the amazing they job they did. It was literally perfect and everything we expected, even more. The whole staff there is amazing and goes above and beyond for you. From the first step I took into the venue and meeting Sophia I knew this was the place I would have my wedding. She is so bubbly, kind, welcoming and she was really excited for my wedding. She was responsive to every email and call I sent her and it was so smooth working with her. When she showed me the venue it was truly beautiful. It is simple and elegant. We then did our food tasting with Charlie, who also was our officiant. My husband is Indian so we were looking for an Indian dish to substitue for the veggie dish. Charlie said he worked on this for months perfecting this dish and literally everyone at the wedding raved about it and how it was better than any Indian restaurant they have ever been to! All the other food was absolutely amazing as well!! He also was our officiant and he really put time and effort into our ceremony and it was beautifully written. He even came around to cocktail hour to talk to our guests about the food and what they liked. He takes pride in his work and cares about people! We are so glad we choose Charlie to officiate!
Elaina was my Maitre d and Jill was my bridal attendant and both did an amazing job! I gave Elaine all my decorations a few days before and told her how the wedding is suppose to go and she set up all the tables beautifully and exactly how we wanted. She helped coordinate my 20 person bridal party and the wedding went so smooth with the help of her. She did an excellent job and was also so easy to work with! Jill helped me through the whole day and was with me from when I arrived to the end of the night. She helped me with my dress, flowers, buttons, pictures and anything else you think of! Im so grateful for her because my bridesmaids and maid of honor were able to enjoy themselves the rest of night. She made us plates at cocktail hour and always made sure if I needed a drink. I loved that about her! All the other staff were so nice as well! I can absolutely say Swan Lake is one of the best wedding venues on LI. They are not trying to push out weddings and make money they actually care, take pride in what they do and there prices are very fair compared to other venues on LI. They have a great bar too!! Also, all their vendor staff that they recommend like CTM, high voltage and frank and sons bakery are the best as well!! Everyone loved our cake, our DJ/MC was fire and pictures came out breathtaking!! I am so thankful for Swan Lake and they deserve 1000 stars if I could give them that much. I wish i could relive my wedding day it was so perfect! Thank you again everyone at Swan Lake for a beautiful wedding!! -

Absolutely amazing service!!
I don’t even know where to start with how grateful we are that we chose Swan lake as our venue. When I first started calling venues last year to set up tours, it was about 7-8pm so a lot of places I either got their voicemail or was sort of rushed off the phone after making an appointment. Swan lake I left a voicemail. I got a call back from them about 15 minutes later and spoke with Anthony. He was so interested and excited about us coming to tour and right away I had a great feeling about it. After touring and seeing how beautiful the venue is, we sat down with Charlie who gave us his full attention and was very enthusiastic about the possibility of us getting married there. We ended up booking our date right away with them! It was supposed to be 11/27/2021. Unfortunately I was in a terrible car accident that left me wheelchair bound for 3+ months, 17 days before the wedding!! My mom spoke with the venue to tell them about it and they were all very sympathetic and understanding about me not being able to have the wedding that day! Charlie and Sophia sent me numerous emails checking in to see how I was doing! When it was time to book my new date, Charlie offered me a handful of fall dates for this year (2022) and we chose 11/4/22. The whole team was amazing the whole planning process ! They all showed so much interest and were very easy going any time I needed to make a change. They were amazing with our 6 year old who can be alittle hyper some times ! Some meetings we had to bring him, and Elena or Sophia if they were not busy, would take him for a walk to the bar area with lots of snacks and drinks! Or just to walk around the venue to look at the beautiful scenery. The day of our wedding was perfect !! I was treated like a queen by everyone, My bridal attendant Jill was amazing and always there when I needed anything. Elena was amazing taking care of setting everything up, and always checking in on me to make sure I am doing okay and I don’t need anything. I never had to look for anyone to get help because someone was always right there ! The food was unbelievable!! Charlie does all the cooking himself. I was Able to cut my steak with a fork!! After dinner Charlie went around with all extra of everything in the menu to see if anyone wanted seconds, or to try anything new ! For cocktail hour there is an abundance of food stations to chose from and they are all so unique and delicious! After the wedding I got so much feedback. People were raving about the food, service , music, and the venue it’s self. Everyone said it was the best food options they have ever had at a wedding . They couldn’t believe how great everything was from cocktail hour right down to the cake! Also everyone was telling me how amazing the service was. Their napkins were folded anytime they got up from the table, dirty plates were cleared immediately, and there was always someone near by if anyone needed something. Being it was November the trees looked beautiful, and all the guests were loving how beautiful the whole place was! It’s almost two weeks after the wedding, and I am still getting messages about how amazing it was. People keep saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to!! Not a day goes by I regrets using swan lake for our wedding!!! -

We chose Swan Lake for our reception for every reason: the grounds are gorgeous, the people are awesome, there's only 1 wedding at a time, and the food is simply spectacular.
Our wedding was planned with only 6 months before our big day. Once we walked into the beautiful foyer and were greeted by Sophia, the decision was easy. Chef Charlie is more than just accommodating -- he's an active part of menu planning and handling guests' different dietary needs. Elena and Sophia made sure every part of our day went perfectly, and that's no exaggeration. From the planning to the table charts to timing, guest-wrangling, decor and making sure the guests of honor were taken care of, we were in good hands the entire time!
Capture the Moment handled photography and video. Jessica and Dave gave us some stunning shots for our engagement shoot, the "getting ready" gallery, and of course the main event. Amazing.
We went with High Voltage (HVDJ) for DJ and MC tasks, and these guys kept the party hopping the entire time. Anthony and Angelo were awesome!

If you have any type of event where you want absolutely everything to be taken care of with the highest attention to detail. Book with Swan Lake!! Between Charlie and Sophia answering all of our wedding planning questions up until the day before, Elena decorating the venue and Mary as my bridal attendant, I did not have to lift a finger the day of my wedding. They were the greatest team a bride could ask for, I am so grateful choosing Swan Lake as my venue. The food was amazing and all my guests raved to me after the wedding how wonderful the whole staff was during the reception. Swan Lake is the greatest wedding venue Long Island has to offer!! -

Exceptional Venue
The best way to describe my wedding experience with Swan Lake Caterers is absolute perfection. Swan Lake was the first and only venue my husband and I went to visit and we knew right away that it was the only place where we wanted to get married. On our first visit to Swan Lake, we booked on the spot and did not have one single regret. The atmosphere is amazing and you feel so welcomed the second you walk into the door and not to mention the amazing layout of the room and the decor throughout. Leading up to the wedding, Charlie and Sofia made the entire process easy. Any questions I had, were immediately answered and they continued to check in as we got closer to our wedding date. We were able to attend a food tasting prior to selecting our menu and the food is AMAZING! Charlie is an incredible chef and all of our guests raved about the food and the amazing service of the staff. One of the best things about getting married at Swan Lake is the endless possibilities for photo opportunities. My husband and I were able to take a golf cart around the venue and our photographer was able to take the most amazing pictures (I also highly recommend Capture the Moment Studios). So if you are looking for a venue with fantastic photograph opportunities right on-site, then Swan Lake is the place for you. Elena did an incredible job of making my dream wedding day decor come true. Elena had the lobby set up beautifully for the wedding and was able to set up the tables exactly how I imagined they would be for my wedding day. When I arrived at the venue the day before to drop off the decor, Elena let me stay and help set up my own sweetheart table with the decor I brought. I cannot thank Elena enough for all she did to make sure my wedding dreams came true. Mary was the bridal attendant for my wedding and she was beyond amazing. She was so attentive and jumped in to help me with whatever I needed. Swan Lake is not your average venue. I love how they only do one wedding a day and how personable everyone is who works there. Swan Lake Caterers is truly a hidden gem on Long Island. Everything from the staff, grounds, reception hall to planning, food, decor, day of coordination, (you name it, all of it!) far exceeded any expectations I could’ve ever dreamt of.
As an older bride marrying for the second time, who hates event planning, I couldn’t have done it without the help of Charlie, Sophia, Elena and the rest of the team. I shared my concerns and stresses with them and they all assured me that’s a day would go off smoothly and boy did it ever!
Our event started with an awesome champagne welcome which our guest thoroughly enjoyed. We had our ceremony on site which the staff coordinated beautifully. Next was an amazing cocktail hour then dinner. The food was the best I’ve ever had at any catering facility, on par with a 5 star restaurant. If I ever plan an event again I know where I will be going!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the staff of Swan Lake Caterers. You made our dreams come true! -

Wish we could do it all over again!
Charlie and the entire Swan Lake team are absolutely amazing. We I totally booked Swan Lake because of the hospitality Charlie provided on our first visit and we really loved how the venue was a cookie cutter Long Island venue. From the time we booked to when we had our wedding, the team at Swan Lake took the time to update the venue and made it even better than we could have ever imagined! The place is really beautiful.
Day of, the team was absolutely amazing as well. We were taken care of ALL night and any time I needed something, someone was there to assist. I am so happy we had the opportunity to work with Swan Lake. -

We just had our wedding at Swan Lake Caterers and I can’t complain about one thing! They updated the whole place since I booked 2 years ago, the outdoor patio and fire pit heated tables outside are amazing! They also offer an outdoor games package which was a hit during cocktail hour! The team is outstanding - so attentive and helpful, my Maitre D (Elena) and bridal attendant (Adriana) were there to jump in and fix any issues that arose with their bobby pins and tide pens handy and did an amazing job keeping my nerves down! Charlie, Elena, Adriana, and Sophia were so helpful throughout the entire planning process. They quickly responded to any issues I presented them with and were so flexible in making our day perfect! The food is INCREDIBLE all my guests were raving about it throughout the night. The whole team really goes above and beyond expectations to meet your needs and works with the vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly. I wish we could get married again just to have another amazing party at Swan Lake! 🤍🥰 -

I cannot say enough amazing things to describe how great working with Swan Lake was, and how perfect our wedding turned out on 9/17/21!
We worked with Charlie directly for most of the planning process, and he was great with accommodating us! When dealing with COVID, they actually reached out to us first a few months before our original date to let us know that whatever we decided (postponing, downsizing, catering for home), that they would be able to do it! It really made the whole process so much easier.
Elena, our maitre d, and Mary, my bridal attendant, both went above and beyond for our event as well! They were amazingly helpful and were sure that my husband and I were comfortable and happy at all times throughout the night. My family couldn’t stop complimenting their attentiveness, either!
We had both our ceremony and reception here, and wouldn’t change any of it! -

I had my wedding here on September 3rd and it was the most amazing experience. From the very beginning Charlie guided my now husband and I through the entire process with ease. Even through the pandemic he kept us in the loop and kept constant communication with us. Anytime we stepped in for a meeting he would be just as excited as I was to talk! Now to get to the exciting part… the wedding day! I cannot think of a more perfect place to have celebrated our special day. The grounds alone speak for themselves but it was the entire team and experience that made it perfect. Elena the maitre d’ was amazing! She made sure that everything went smoothly and as planned. Her experience in this industry made me feel so comfortable that all I had to worry about was having fun. Mary the Bridal attendant was so great! She constantly checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed and not only took care of me but my entire bridal party. The food and drinks were the main attraction for my guests, cocktail hour was a huge hit! We had so many stations and hor d'oeuvres that some of our guests thought that was all the food for the night so when dinner orders were being placed they were shocked! Charlie was not only our coordinator but the head chef, I have never heard so many people compliment wedding food before. One of my guests told me days later “Everyday I think about the delicious wedding food and how I won’t be able to eat it again” The entire team at Swan Lake made my wedding everything I could ever ask for and for that I truly want to thank you! -

There isn't enough room on any forum to truly express how positive our experience has been with Swan Lake Caterers. We looked at a few locations before stumbling upon Swan Lake Caterers and honestly, it was the menu that pulled me to this location. Being that we are both vegan, it was important to us to have more than just a veggie tower as an option for our dinner. When we met Charlie, our minds were made up rather quickly. Charlie not only understood our needs for vegan food but helped us plan an entirely vegan menu for the whole event which blew the socks off ALL of our guests - I mean it, people who've never tried vegan food completely blown away by the depth of flavor and things that can be done to transform plants. He also made us feel like we were becoming part of a family, how our needs were important, and it was obvious that this was NOT another "Long Island Wedding Factory" (I'm sure most of you reading these reviews know exactly what I'm talking about). Not only is Charlie such a large selling factor at Swan Lake, but the team of people he's helped put together both within Swan Lake, the vendors he recommended, all of them made the planning and the wedding itself more special than I could have ever imagined. Elena, our maitre'd, did an incredible job with the decor. She took our decorations and theme and transformed the space further than I could have done myself. On the day/night of our wedding, Elena and our Bridal attendant Gill took extra special care of us. In this case, they had 2 brides to attend to, and they made it seem so easy! They made sure we always had a drink in hand (if we wanted to) and ensured that we had time to eat throughout the evening. We felt like royalty.
Additionally, we booked our wedding a year before covid and were one of the couples who had to push our date out due to the restrictions. What could have been an opportunity for the venue to take advantage of us, turned into even more proof that Swan Lake Caterers was the right decision for us. They were there to give us updates every step of the way and were very flexible as we tried to figure out our new date(s).
Swan Lake Caterers is the perfect place to get married, in my opinion. The people there are passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their couples. The venue is beautiful, the (new) outdoor space was awesome for our cocktail hour, and the inside was clean, modern, and with all the decor - exquisite. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! -

Our Wedding!!!
We couldn’t have chosen a better place to get married. Everyone that we worked with was attentive and amazing. The entire team there is awesome. Charlie helped us plan the perfect day and Elena, the maitre de and Jill, my bridal attendant made sure everything was perfect. Everything was seamless and perfect. I would highly recommend having any event at Swan Lake. -

We had an amazing wedding reception at Swan Lake. Everyone really took care of us. My husband's mom has limited mobility, and would have found it hard to stand in the buffet line, so they fixed her a plate at dinner. During our pictures, they even brought her a chair so she could sit while she waited for her portraits. They also brought her a cart to move her around. After we were done with pictures, they helped clear debris from my dress (I did not even ask them to do it - my attendant just was super thoughtful). They also fixed a plate for my sister after she missed it to take care of my niece. The venue is obviously beautiful and the food was great, but there were also all of these little details which made us so happy we picked Charlie and his team. I can't say enough about them.
We also found our photographer (Jessica and Connie at Capture the Moment Studios) and DJ (Anthony at High Voltage) through Swan Lake by choosing the wedding package. We really liked that Charlie did not pressure us into using his specific vendors, but we are so glad that he introduced us to them. Our photos are beautiful and the night was made so much fun by having Anthony as our DJ. Both Capture the Moment and High Voltage offered advice on creating our wedding schedule and reception timeline. With all the coordination of the team members, it was almost like we had a wedding planning team.

Great Experience
Seriously this isn't a fake review just because I gave them 5 stars for everything (check their facebook page we're the last wedding photos). I'm telling you the place is that good! The staff is great and Charlie makes the day perfect. Very affordable and food is fantastic. You have a favorite beer/wine/drink that they dont carry in house, No PROBLEM, Charlie will go out and find it and make sure its there for your special day. -

This place is a perfect beautiful location for the wedding of your dreams and the service i received from everyone was outstanding! Charlie whom i dealt with throughout my entire process is amazing he was on top of every detail and went out of his way to make sure everything went perfect ! And aside from helping us plan our wedding he was also our officiant! He did an amazing job our guests absoulutly loved the ceremony and the reception, this place is a hidden gem and i am happy I can say i made a perfect choice my wedding was amazing ! Thank swan lake I will be sure to spread the word about your amazing service ! Worth every penny! -
