  Best in the Business!

  We went in for our consultation not knowing what we wanted. Suzanne provided her expert advice to help make our day beautiful. She even created samples of the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets for the Wendy's Bridal Show which happened prior to our wedding, so we were able to see them ahead of time and it was more beautiful and perfect than we could have ever imagined. The day of the wedding they came early in the day to set up prior to the photographer arriving and set-up everything for our arbor including the draping. Highly recommend this company to anyone. They provided the most outstanding customer service and the highest quality floral arrangements. We are so blessed they were apart of making our day perfect and beautiful!

  Deborah with Swan is AMAZING. I went in for our consultation not knowing what I wanted at all. She listened to me very well, knowing what I meant when I said I didn't want a bouquet that was too "busy" and definitely not perfectly round. She was able to create my bouquet for Wendy's Bridal Show which happened just before our wedding, so I was able to see it ahead of time and it was more beautiful than I could've ever imagined. She was so nice and was able to read me and tell me what she thought I'd like. Everyone was incredibly kind!

  Swan was fantastic! Deborah worked with my family previously for my sister's wedding several years ago, so it was a no brainer to go back to them for my wedding! All it took was one sit-down with Deborah and we came up with the perfect arrangements and center pieces! Day-of, they arrived promptly and even took care of some last-minute changes I requested for our bouquets! They were all very large and full, and looked amazing in real life and in photos. Exactly what I wanted!

  Susanne and her staff with above and beyond to meet the needs of myself and my mom. Susanne worked over email and phone with my mom long distance. She gave me quality one on one time and showed me visuals on the spot of suggestions. The way they dye their flowers is like no one else i spoke with. WONDERFUL!!!!!

  Easy to work with, customer service above and beyond

  I found this florist by chance at a wedding show and just thought every single arrangement they had was beautiful. Deborah was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. All I had to do was say the type of flowers I liked and she gave wonderful suggestions to ensure the arrangement would look good together. They delivered to my home which seemed far away for them to consider delivery, but it made the wedding day go so smoothly and the flowers were just as gorgeous as anything else I saw them do. They also accommodated for last minute requests - a hair piece and garland for an arch - which both turned out great. Would highly recommend for any occasion.

  Swan did a great job on our flowers!! With planning all the details, and me not being a very detail-oriented person, flowers completely slipped my mind!! We went to Swan about 2 months before the wedding and got a price quote. Then we didnt actually place the order until about 3 weeks before the wedding. They were able to get every flower we wanted and made them even more beautiful than I had pictured them to be. They are super affordable and their flowers are gorgeous!!

  She was so very helpful and helped us stay in our budget along with providing absolutely beautiful flowers.
  When the flowers were delivered ,everything was labeled according to who it belonged to so it made everything very easy.

  Swan Floral is great. I've known the ladies for a few years now, and they were very helpful in getting in the correct flower colors for me. Who knew there were so many shades of blush/pink?! They are very easy to work with and affordable. I was in love with my bouquet! It was just what I wanted. If you are still searching for a florist, check out Swan. They are GREAT!

While I was a little overwhelmed by the price, I definitely feel that it was worth it! The flowers were beautiful and a perfect accent for our wedding day. I highly recommend them, especially Deborah.

  Swan Floral was awesome!!! I have already recommended them to some our friends. I was shocked at how large and full the bouquets were. The boutenieres were also very cool and wrapped in wire which made them look very modern. For the size of our wedding party and church decorations, this florist was very affordable.

The flowers I received were PERFECT! It’s everything I had asked for and more! They were delivered on time and the quality was perfect! I highly recommend swan floral! Absolute perfection!

  I booked Swan Florist seeing their work in a work friend's wedding photos. They were a little difficult about setting up a time when I could meet, but once we got that figured out I was very pleased. We had all roses and, two weeks after the wedding, they are just starting to droop. I was thrilled with the service and quality of the items - everything was beautiful and exactly how I ordered it. Also, the price was very good for the roses. They worked with our venue and had everything in order before we showed up for photos. My only complaint is that my husband boutonniere broke while we were taking photos! The flower literally fell off! However, with a few extra pins, it survived the night and looks great in all the photos. I would definitely recommend Swan Floral!

I was not to happy thrilled with muy overall service, my bouquet was slighlty wilted (I had fresh roses and babys breath) and my bridemaids bouquets were about the same. How ever all my flowers were extremely cheap, so I hate to complain to much. All the center pieces were in good shape but were not the exact flowers that I had ordered for them? The manger told me that they had ran out of a few of the items I had ordered like it was no big deal and I felt that she didn't really care about my concerns. If I had to do it all over again I would go with another company for sure.

  I do not recommend Swan Floral. They were recommended to me by a very good friend, and I'm sad to say that I did not receive the service I was expecting. Before booking with Swan Floral, I had visited other florists. Some quoted me higher than Swan, and some quoted me lower. I thought that Swan would be a pretty good choice since their price was in the middle. When deciding on the flowers for the wedding, I wanted orange lilies and pink roses. However, I was nervous about the lilies because of the pollen that can come off of them if their stamens are not cut correctly. I was assured that they were "professionals" and make sure that the flowers are taken care of to the "highest quality." (Read on to find out what happened the day of the wedding). The day I booked with them, my wedding was about 11 months away. During that 11 months I had some things that I wanted to add to the order. You would think that since I wanted to add more items to the order the company would be pleased (that meant more money for them right?). However, it took them weeks to contact me back!
  The day of the wedding my flowers were delivered and were gorgeous. However, by the time the ceremony started, the flowers were droopy and brown. Apparently in my bouquet with the orange lilies, they put "buds" that opened up and got orange pollen all over my white wedding dress. No bride wants her white wedding dress ruined!
  The Monday after the wedding, my mother in law called Swan to try and get a refund. They said that they cannot help that the buds opened up! They said we should have been paying attention to the buds opening up and not gotten it on my dress. When we said that there shouldn't have been buds in the bouquet in the first place, they said they cannot control when and how the flowers open up. When my mother-in-law asked to speak to the owner, the person said, "He's not here." So my mother in law asked to speak to a manager. The man said, "I am the manager." My mother in law said, "Well, when will the owner be in?" The guy wasted some more time and finally said, "I am the owner." My mother in law said, "Well why did you try to tell me the owner wasn't there?" Then, he only wanted to pay for the bouquet. What about my dress? What about my pictures? What about my video? ALL RUINED!!! Long story short, they were unprofessional, unresponsive, and not even worth a second of your time.

  The day of the wedding my flowers were delivered and were gorgeous. However, by the time the ceremony started, the flowers were droopy and brown. Apparently in my bouquet with the orange lilies, they put "buds" that opened up and got orange pollen all over my white wedding dress. No bride wants her white wedding dress ruined!
  The Monday after the wedding, my mother in law called Swan to try and get a refund. They said that they cannot help that the buds opened up! They said we should have been paying attention to the buds opening up and not gotten it on my dress. When we said that there shouldn't have been buds in the bouquet in the first place, they said they cannot control when and how the flowers open up. When my mother-in-law asked to speak to the owner, the person said, "He's not here." So my mother in law asked to speak to a manager. The man said, "I am the manager." My mother in law said, "Well, when will the owner be in?" The guy wasted some more time and finally said, "I am the owner." My mother in law said, "Well why did you try to tell me the owner wasn't there?" Then, he only wanted to pay for the bouquet. What about my dress? What about my pictures? What about my video? ALL RUINED!!! Long story short, they were unprofessional, unresponsive, and not even worth a second of your time.
