    When decisions need to be made Lyn DesMarais has a resource of wonderful friends that work as a team. There is a local tent company, portable outhouses and the location...Breath Taking! My favorite view from the pond to the small cabin tucked down a lovely path/meadow. Did a mention Lyn is also a "green thumb" and Jim her Husband are a wonderful team.

    We enjoyed our event at Swallow's Nest. Lyn was so easy to work with and worked hard to accommodate all of our requests. We would not hesitate to return.

    Swallow's Nest is an absolutely lovely, serene location with beautiful vistas at every turn. Lyn did a great job of organizing our event from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend.

    This is a beautiful venue with natural beauty located on farmland with tremendous views and lovely landscaping. Our event was held in the front barn where the food was located and included a barbeque, as well as a meeting of the board in the house. The fields are mowed for hay by a local farmer and added to the ambiance, as did the flowers around the house and the back barn. I would recommend this as a gorgeous spot for a wonderful Vermont wedding!! And Lyn did a terrific job of organizing all the moving parts!
