    Our driver was the best!

    We booked Sutton Luxury Limousine for our wedding transportation and they did a wonderful job! Our driver Dan showed up early and went above and beyond. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, we could not have asked for a better driver to share in our special day!!

    Fantastic!

    I used Sutton Luxury Limousine for transportation for groomsmen and bridal party for my wedding, and it was perfect! Our chauffeur was early, extremely professional, and the vehicles were impeccably clean. Also, their price was the most competitive of anyone I talked to. I strongly recommend!

    Great service

    We hired Sutton to transport our guests from their accommodations in Gilford to our wedding venue in Meredith. When our plans changed because of the pandemic, they were easy to work with and seamlessly transitioned to our new plan.

    Excellent Service!

    We used Sutton Luxury Limo for our wedding in NH, and they were great! Chuck was very helpful in quoting and setting up the transportation as we finalized our details and vehicle needs. The drivers were on time, and had no issues waiting around a few extra minutes for us to finish up our First Look photos before traveling to the church, or making an extra stop on the way back to the hotel for pics at Sugar Hill. We had a great experience with Sutton Limousine and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!!!

    They saved the day!!

    I have used Sutton Luxury Limousine for several events over the last 10 years.... birthdays, special dinners, my kids’ proms and lastly, my wedding! Mr. Sutton has always been a pleasure to work with. He is professional, extremely responsive with his communication and hires phenomenal drivers. His fleet of cars are meticulous and he always has the right vehicle for your needs. In fact, Sutton Luxury Limousine came to my rescue the day of my wedding. I had hired another company due to their proximity to my wedding venue, but I could not get confirmation that they were in fact coming as scheduled. Not hearing back from them after several emails and phone calls I assumed they were going to be no-shows and obviously did not want to deal with that the morning of my wedding. So I contacted Sutton Luxury Limousine the night before my wedding, explained the situation and was assured a car would pick us up the next day. No stress, no worries! I had a wonderful sweet driver and the day was saved!!! I will never again contemplate hiring another company regardless of location. I live an hour away from them now, but will still hire them for my future limousine needs because professionalism and peace of mind are priceless.

    Wonderful company! Working out details was a breeze and Chuck is such a pleasure to work with. I had a limousine and a party bus for my wedding and both driver were very polite and professional. The ride was so smooth even though we were driving on some pretty rough roads. Overall, I had an amazing experience!

    These guys really helped take some of the stress out of the big day commotion! They showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled, were incredibly professional, and both the limousine and the party bus we had to get us to the wedding from our lodging were very smooth rides, which is really saying something considering they were trucking us up through the national forest. Overall I would say the service we were provided was well worth the price and then some!

    I spoke with Chuck several times prior to our wedding day. He was professional and extremely responsive. We spoke via email and on the phone. He was accommodating with my requests and even was going to allow our dog on the limo bus! Patrick was our driver on the wedding day, he called to check in the morning of the wedding and arrived promptly. He was kind, understanding and professional as well. It rained on our wedding day so our photo plans changed last minute. He made the suggestion to go to this old train station and we cannot thank him enough!!!!!!!! We had so many amazing photos at the train station and it worked out perfectly. Thank you so SO much to Sutton limo and our driver Patrick- you far exceeded expectations.

    We love Sutton Limousine! My husband rented a limo from Sutton Limousine for a surprise night out the evening we got engaged. The limo was beautiful, well taken care of and extremely clean! The limo driver was very friendly, prompt and professional. We had such a great experience that night, we booked Sutton Limousine for our wedding and we are beyond grateful we did! We had another perfect experience! Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day but not to worry, the driver had an umbrella ready when the doors opened! He took such care with each guest getting in and out of the limo. We can't say enough about Sutton Limousine and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Sutton Limousine for two perfect experiences!

    Awesome experience! Wouldn't go with any other Limousine service. My groomsmen rented the party bus for my bachelor party and it was a blast! The bus was spacious, clean and comfortable and even had a bar in it which was perfect for our party tour across several New England states. Our driver couldn't have been better - extremely prompt and professional. Can't say enough about Sutton Limousine!

    I spoke with Chuck to arrange my limo from my hotel to the wedding ceremony. He was very responsive, and he even called me the evening before to confirm. Ray was my driver, and he was so wonderful! He was sweet, courteous, and patient, while we coordinated waiting for my photographer to get a running start, waited for my guests to settle into their seats, and while he waited for me to get settled before my entrance. He was also a great sport about helping with my grand entrance (him driving away revealed me to the crowd at our outdoor wedding). I highly recommend Sutton Limo!!

    We used Sutton Luxury Limousine to shuttle our guests between their hotel and our wedding. Using a shuttle company was a last minute decision, so we were concerned that there wouldn’t be many options for us. Sutton Transportation worked with us to create a solution that best fit our needs. We ended up hiring two vehicles – a party bus and a stretch limo, which were extremely comfortable and clean. They followed our set schedule and ensured that our guests arrived on time to the ceremony, and were picked up on time after the reception. It gave us and our guests peace of mind. At the end of the night, the driver even came into the reception to ensure that everyone made the last shuttle back.

    Professional, organized and hard-working kind people that add to your wedding day!

    The team at Sutton Limos were so wonderful to work with and Chuck is organized and prompt. They definitely get VERY busy and can be on the slower side with responding to emails, but rest assured they are organized and on top of it! Both vehicles we hired were the cleanest wedding vehicles I had ever been in, had top of the line sound systems and lighting, and more space than you would expect. But I think the true selling point was our two drivers! They were such wonderful people and came out with umbrellas for us super quickly as soon as the rain began after our ceremony – it was a really personal touch! The driver for the shuttle for our guests was so amazing we got compliments from wedding guests – He was kind enough to stop at a local store on the way to the venue to get umbrellas and rain ponchos. The drivers followed my instructions for the various routes, pick-ups and drop-offs in the small town where we were married, and they were extremely prompt and on-time! I have been to so many weddings where drivers won’t do the multiple trips back and forth from the venue and hotel or are late or go home early. Sutton Limos was the opposite and stayed late for guests that lingered at our reception which was incredible! I also got a call 2 days before my wedding to confirm the vehicles I wanted as well as the time and locations, which gave me peace of mind and shows how professional they are. Hire Sutton Limos for your New Hampshire wedding and hire them fast as I have heard they book up quickly. They are a family-owned business and it comes through in their work. Thank you Chuck and Sutton Limos for making my wedding day so amazing!

    Professional & flexible limo service

    We hired Sutton Luxury Limo for two nights for our wedding weekend. Staff were friendly, courteous, flexible, and most important, reliable about showing up . Good communication when a guest didn’t show up. Excellent service!

    We used Sutton Limo for our recent wedding in North Conway. The process before the wedding was pretty easy and they were very responsive. I had gone over a few times before the wedding and also 2 day before the wedding about times to be picked up and locations. The plan was to pick up the groom & groomsmen at the hotel for 10am, drop off at church, come back to the hotel to pick up me (bride) & bridesmaid, drop off at church and then take the whole wedding party back to the hotel.

    My husband (groom) called me around 10:05 am and said the limo was not there. In the midst of getting ready, I had to call the Sutton Limo and see where they were - I was told the limo was 10 mins away. Well my husband calls again around 10:30 am...still not there. Now I am freaking out. Finally the limo picks them up and drops them off at the church around 10:45 am.

    Myself and bridesmaid were waiting for about 15 mins for the limo to come get us and because they were very late to pick up the groom and groomsmen they were late to picking me up. I was late to the church so everything got pushed back.

    We were on a limited schedule which cut into our picture time - so we didn't get all the pictures we wanted.

    I do want to add the driver was awesome, and none of it was his fault - he was told the wrong pick-up place. I wish I could remember his name!

    One thing I really don't like is they charge you upfront for gratuity - should have been a sign! There aren't really any other places up there for limo service, so if you are going to use Sutton Limo be on top and call, call , call!

    On the day of our wedding our limo and shuttle service for our guest worked smoothly. They did arrive slightly late but the drivers were over all courteous and flexible with allowing us to stop off for pictures. Our biggest issue came with working with Chuck. He often did not get back to us in a timely fashion and had difficulty being able to respond to our questions. He constantly seemed unsure of prices we agreed on and what vehicles we had which made it hard to plan the services we needed. After our wedding we were charged an additional fee without being told. We attempted to call to clarify the bill but never heard back and was never answered as to why we were charged. Not a fan of secretly charging my credit card! Especially when did not even use our card to pay.. hmm

    Our driver seemed miserable the entire evening. Any stop request was met with annoyed looks. The bus was clean and comfortable (except his negative presence). One of the guests left a water canteen on board by accident and, after calling and leaving messages, never got a response. I would not recommend this company.

    My husband and I decided to take the buses we had hired (from a different company) after the reception with all of our guests back to one of the hotels. We needed a ride to our own hotel later that night which was a little further away, so we booked a town car with Sutton the week before. We said goodbye to our friends and family before our scheduled pickup time and went to wait in the lobby in case the driver was early - what happened was quite the opposite. Our pickup time came and went so after about 15 minutes I called Sutton and explained our situation. He called back a few minutes later and said that our driver had been working another wedding and wasn't answering his phone. He said he was right down the street and that he would come get us instead. No apologies on their part, even though they knew it was our wedding night. Sitting around a hotel lobby in your wedding dress for an expensive ride that never comes was not my idea of fun at 1 am. We agreed, but after waiting around for another 10 minutes, we called back and canceled. The hotel got us a Fast Taxi that picked us up within 15 minutes - although not the fanciest ride, it was much cheaper and much more reliable. If you book with Sutton don't expect them to be very helpful or to show up on time (if at all).
