  You've got to go with Susan!

  You simply cannot go wrong when choosing Susan as your photographer! Susan is such a natural and so easy to be around. She made both the engagement photos and wedding photos a breeze! One of the things that impressed me most was her ability to command a large crowd without ruining the fun-energy or vibe. We had a very large wedding party (22) and a very complicated family dynamic but Susan was able to navigate all with ease. We were able to get every shot and combination that we wanted and still enjoy ourselves! Your photographer is someone that is with you for all the important moments of your wedding so it's really important to choose someone that not only takes great photos, but that you're comfortable with. This is definitely Susan! Now, for the photos... oh my god... people are STILL talking about how stunning our wedding photos are. We have yet to print any because we are having such a hard time narrowing it down! They are all so stunning. We can't thank Susan enough for all her hard work. Definitely book Susan - she is a pro!

  Susan is the BEST!!

  Susan is absolutely sensational! She was a pleasure to plan my wedding day with. She answered my multitude of emails and questions so quickly! She made the entire process of planning and of course the wedding day of run flawlessly. My parents are divorced and both are remarried so I had a really long list of family portraits to take the day of and Susan made all of that and more happen so fast and the pictures came out amazing. She is incredibly organized, and made sure all of our requests and requested pictures happened, as well as making sure we were enjoying our day! Susan went above and beyond for my husband and I all day and even after the wedding! My sister and her boyfriend broke up after our wedding and her ex was in all of our family pictures and Susan was able to send our pictures to a colleague of hers and they were able to photoshop him out! You could never tell he was ever there to begin with! All of our pictures came out so beautiful!! My husband sang to me during our reception and he forgot to mention that to Susan. Without even asking her, she saw he was getting ready to sing and stayed a little past the time she was supposed to leave to capture that incredible moment for us. A friend of ours recommended Susan to us after they used her for their wedding and I recommend her to everyone looking for a photographer!

  Above and Beyond professionalism and attention to detail!

  Gorgeous Photos - Captured Everything Perfectly!

  Susan is an absolute pleasure to work with - so friendly, easygoing, and responsive. Her work is absolutely beautiful. It ended up raining on our wedding day and she still managed to hit it out of the park with our photos. We would highly recommend Susan to anyone getting married!

  Photos we will cherish forever!

  Susan was an absolute rockstar in the rain during our wedding photos. From the very beginning of booking, she was a pleasure to work with, amazing at coordinating details (type A bride here really appreciates that), and willing to answer any questions we had! Above all, the wedding day wouldn't have been the same without her. She makes you feel like a friend is taking the photos- very relaxed and makes the whole experience fun! Just from the sneak peek we got (only a week after the wedding might I add), she managed to capture the day perfectly, and even made it look like it was a decent day- when in reality it rained...a lot. I would recommend Susan to any bride looking for a natural editing style, it is classic and I will never get sick of these photos.

  You will not regret booking with Susan!

  Out of all the vendors we worked with at our wedding, Susan by far was the best and our absolute favorite. Not only because she was a consummate professional but because she is a truly lovely person who is committed to helping you have the best experience possible. From the beginning, Susan was a joy to work with. My husband and I planned a semi destination wedding in Moorestown, NJ and we are from the NYC area. Susan was so accommodating in setting up Skype meetings and helping us figure out logistical details. Her attention to detail helped us schedule the day to a T and she helped the day run so smoothly. While we chose to have only Susan and not a second shooter at the wedding, This was not a deterrent. Susan had two different cameras attached to her and the shutter never stopped clicking. Her sneak peek pictures that she sent to us about a week after our wedding were truly amazing and we are dying to see the rest of them! We had a cold winter day for our wedding but still tried to march through and do as many pictures outside as possible. Susan was awesome in getting the shots and then literally gave me the coat off her back once we got inside to help me warm up because I was shivering! I could go on and on about how wonderful she is, but just look at her work and let it speak for itself. You won’t be disappointed in choosing Susan for your day! I promise. I can’t wait to contact her again in the future for any of our other photography needs!

  Amazing photographer to have on your bid day!

  I found out about Susan through my venue. When I first looked through her blog, I love her natural and candid editing style. When I emailed Susan, she sent me a very neat brochure that has all the information on it. At that moment I realized she would be great to work with and I am so happy with my decision! Susan was very organized and responsive throughout the planning process. The day of, she showed up early to do all my details shots before I arrived at the venue after my tea ceremony. She paid attention to all the details and kept me on track with the time throughout the day since there were so many things going on. Susan made the family formal go so seamlessly and seriously the best photographer out there to have on your big day. She watched the crowd and adjusted her work accordingly. We received our sneak peak blog post less than a week after our wedding day and we are head over heels in love with the photos. The photos captured the day so perfectly that we felt like we could relive our wedding date through them. All of our family members, bridal party, guests, and friends love them! Some even say the photos look like "they came straight from a wedding magazine." Thank you so much for capturing the most beautiful moments of our wedding day.

  Highly Recommend!

  Working with Susan was such a great experience! Not only are her photos incredible, but she is an incredible person. I am not overly comfortable in front of the camera, but Susan made me and my husband feel completely at ease taking all of our wedding and engagement photos! She was so thoughtful with her questions and questionnaire to ensure she fully captured every moment. She is also so responsive to email! I highly recommend working with Susan and we really can't thank her enough for capturing every moment of our big day!

  Amazing Experience!

  Susan was everything we dreamed of in a photographer and more. Her photos are colorful, full of life, and TIMELESS. Susan always answered my emails within MINUTES and when shopping for photographers I loved how upfront she was about packages and how she took the lead in helping us figure out how to make our day run. On our first phone call, she had already looked up the sunset time for our date and gave me a quick sample timeline right then and there - she has everything so organized and incredibly put together. She was so on top of everything from the day we booked until the day she delivered our gallery.
  Our engagement shoot was rescheduled 2 times due to COVID and she was so flexible in rescheduling and took such stunning photos. She redid my timeline and shot list a dozen times with me as things were changing in the weeks leading up to the wedding and was so patient. I have a huge family with divorced parents, step families, and half-siblings, so our family portraits were a little lengthy and complicated, and she worked through them seamlessly and we finished 20 minutes AHEAD of schedule, even fitting in some bonus shots that weren’t on our initial shot list. My hair/makeup ran 45 minutes late and my flowers were delivered AN HOUR late, both of which could have completely derailed our photo timeline, but Susan rolled with the punches, kept me calm and made everything work without missing a beat or a single photo. If you want a photographer that will listen to your every request, works well with type A brides, will help coordinate your day down to every detail, and be someone you know you can rely on to make the day run smoothly - Susan is your girl!! Our photos are so so beautiful, she captured the perfect balance of candids and posed photos, and delivered them ahead of schedule both digitally and on a USB. We are so grateful we found Susan and had the opportunity to work with her. Your photos are the only thing that lasts once your magical wedding day has come and gone, so I personally felt like choosing a photographer was the most important element of our planning process, and Susan proved me right in showing how invaluable she was to us as a couple and our whole team of vendors. We couldn't be happier with our photos or our experience, and I recommend Susan to any couple or family who is looking to capture beautiful memories, and do so alongside someone who is professional, positive, kind, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way! We can't wait to work with Susan again on any future family photos we take!

  BEST photographer!!!

  Susan was an absolute DREAM to work with!!! From our engagement shoot to our wedding day, we cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Susan went over and beyond for us in every way.   Best photographer around!

  I was so happy with Susan Hennessy as our wedding photographer. Throughout the planning process she was wonderful to work with, during preparations and keeping in communication. We really enjoyed getting to know her through our engagement photo shoot and were so happy with how those photos turned out. The day of our wedding she was punctual, a fun personality to have around and was great at keeping a large group on task to get beautiful photos. Our previews were beautiful and I am so excited to see the rest of our photos!

  Words cannot describe how perfect!

  Susan was absolutely perfect for us! We fell in love with her and her work during or engagement session. Then our wedding was scheduled for June of 2020 during a global pandemic, no only was she so supportive but she basically planned my whole microwedding for me at no extra cost. Her work was amazing, she somehow got my husband to enjoy the pictures even though he normally hates doing that sort of thing. I can not say one bad thing about her I am SO THANKFUL for everything she did and how AMAZING all the pictures turned out!

  Picture Perfect!

By the end of the wedding day she felt like an additional wedding party member and I was genuinely sad to see her go. Susan captured so many sincere, happy, beautiful moments and the pictures really helped us to relive our day. She also posts the photos on her blog and on social media, including personal statements and our love story. This made it so much fun to wait for the photos and get these little sneak peaks.   Gorgeous, intimate photos from a fun, professional industry expert!

  We had the best experience with Susan as our wedding photographer! From the beginning of the planning process, she helped us create a day-of timeline that became the foundation for the rest of our planning and coordination with other vendors. She was extremely supportive and responsive during the planning period, and especially with so many changes that occurred during COVID restrictions. On the day of the wedding, Susan put all of us at ease and made sure we had so much fun during each stage of the day. She made sure we stuck to our timeline, but also maintained a fun and cheerful attitude while taking portraits. Our bridal party portraits and couple session were so much fun! Susan also provides an extremely personal touch by putting together your preview photos with a blog post that tells your story. When I shared ours with family and friends, they were so impressed by the level of detail and care that went into the post - like nothing they'd ever seen before! The photos themselves are absolutely gorgeous. We received ours about 2 months after our wedding and have not stopped looking at them! We loved working with Susan so much that my sister has already booked her for her wedding next September!

  Where to start?! Susan was absolutely amazing; from her communication to flexibility to her amazing work, words will not be able to describe how great she was to work with. Susan captured our engagement photos and wedding day photos and whenever I look through the pictures, I am breathless. Not only is her work amazing, but she is just so kind and made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I will definitely be looking to Susan in the future for more beautiful photos!

  Susan was an incredible person to work with, and we could not be happier! We got married in 2020 when many couples had to change plans numerous times. When we reached out to Susan, she was so welcoming, flexible, and accommodating to our unique circumstances. We knew right away that she was who we wanted to work with. We had a micro-wedding in LBI on the shore, and it truly was a dream come true. She made everyone feel comfortable and was extremely professional. She created a beautifully detailed blog page for us to share just a few weeks after our wedding which included personal details about our love story. She also sent us a decorative box with our final flash drive and photo frame with pictures already printed. We would love to work with Susan in the future for maternity and family shoots!   My husband and I had zero question on using Susan for our wedding photos. We had seen her work from our friends wedding a few years previous and were truly impressed. Her level of detail and commitment towards capturing our day was amazing. Our photos came out better than our expectations!   Can I hire Susan to run my life? She’s that amazing

  Of all my favorite picks from our wedding day on 9/29/19, and trust me there were a lot, Susan absolutely took the number one spot (besides my groom of course!).
  
  From the first phone call with her, I knew she would be the perfect fit for a type A person like me. She promised to produce a timeline of events, enabling her to answer every small question like when my mom should get dressed. She got everything on my shot list and then some. She skillfully handled my bridal party portraits after the groomsmen had too much to drink on the party bus. And she knew that pictures were important to me but not important enough to pull me away from celebrating, allowing us to have so many beautiful candids. In fact of all the positive feedback I’ve gotten on my photos, it’s that they look natural and real. Her teaser came only a few days later while we were honeymooning and did not disappoint, and the remainder came well before what was anticipated in our contract.
  
  If you want one less thing to worry about on your wedding day, do yourself a favor and book Susan. She is professional, detail-oriented, and honestly really great at hyping you up. Thank you, Susan!

  Susan was nothing but professional from day one. She was so sweet helping us navigate the wedding vocabulary and figure out our style. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple to make our day more fun than we every could have imagined, AND she managed to capture every bit of that emotion on camera. She also kept the entire day running smoothly. I didn’t realize this, but the photographer is the one that builds the schedule and really keeps the day on track, and Susan was very organized, excellent at communicating with us and our vendors, and very flexible with any customizations we asked for. An amazing person, gorgeous photos, and an incredible experience overall!

  Amazing!!!

  Susan Hennessey was the most amazing photographer I could have ever dreamed of for our wedding day. With a postponed wedding, the sweatiest engagement session and many wedding ups and downs she was so patient, easy to get in touch with and her photos are just exactly what I’ve always imagined. Every session and communication we had with Susan was fun and painless for two people that are far from photogenic. The second photographer on our wedding day, Josh was so nice and helped our grooms party immensely during the getting ready process. I am so thankful for susan and her team being a part of our day and thanks to her we can look back on it for every day to come!

  One of the best wedding decisions we made was choosing Susan as our photographer! She was so helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process. From our first FaceTime call, I knew we made the right choice! She provides a very detailed wedding day timeline. Her questionnaire regarding what photos you want was amazing. She is very accommodating and will make sure to photograph the special shots you want. On the day of, she kept us on schedule and made us feel so comfortable. She comes prepped with all the supplies to save the day if needed too! (My bustle broke toward the end of the night and she pinned it up for me!) Having Susan around was like having another friend part of our day!
