    We had such an incredible experience working with Supply Events! They have an incredible selection, amazing team, fast communication, and managed to bring our entire vision to life as a one-stop shop. We rented our chairs, chargers, flatware, linens, and ceremony stage from Supply, and they were even more beautiful in person than they were online! Carrie and her team were a true pleasure to work with, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for event rental services! Thank you all so much for being a part of our day!

    So beautiful

    Supply event rental took our vision for our wedding and made it even better than we could imagine! Our venue was sooo dreamy when they were done with it, we were blown away! It was like straight out of a magazine! You will not regret hiring them :)

    Awesome selection, even better service

    Working with Supply Events was one of the best parts of our wedding experience. Del is seriously so awesome and everything is crystal clear in the contract, pricing is very fair, and payments are easy and intuitive to make.

    My mom and I went to their warehouse and Del worked with us until we had a table setting that I completely loved. We went through so many different options and I appreciated her excitement, ideas, and kindness to us in the process. We were overall having a less than ideal experience due to COVID and a few other vendors. Supply stepped right in and did anything and everything they could to help make our day special. I am so thankful to them!

    Their inventory is spectacular and just continues to grow. My suggestion is to go into the warehouse to get the look and feel of items in person. Not only is it so much fun, but it's really hard to know how things will really look all together if you don't actually put them together in person. I appreciated their fair pricing and they don't force a minimum on you. These days with smaller weddings due to the pandemic, it is really nice to find a company that will work with you for your specific needs and isn't just looking to make money off of you. I couldn't recommend Supply enough!

    Wonderful, Beyond Compare

    Working with Supply has been an absolute dream! I felt a little late to the game when I started looking for rentals, but Dell Ann, the owner, and her team have been absolutely outstanding! From beginning to end, my experience with this company has been beyond compare. They truly care about each and every client that comes through and making sure the day goes smoothly!

    I even used them for some little rentals for my bridal shower, and I was treated like a high end wedding client! They don't care how big or small your order, they just care about your happiness :) So lucky to have found them!

    We selected Supply Events to do wedding planning and day-of coordination for our wedding and reception. The results were amazing. They were professional, responsive, creative and made our day beautiful and stress-free. From concept to fine details, they made us feel like their most important client.     Dell Ann was there for us from start to finish. She made our ideas come to life and worked hard to make this day the day of our dreams. The crew took care of all of the set-up, tear down, all of the coordination between vendors, all of the little pieces to a wedding and was always there for us to pop in and ask questions. They made themselves available to us whenever and wherever we needed them. I would recommend Dell Ann and crew to anyone who wants this day to be perfect. Because they do everything to make it your perfect day.

    At first, I got the help I asked for with the planner I was given through the business. However, once it came down to a few months before the event, I didn't get an answer for weeks. Finally, I got ahold of the owner of the business and she told me that she would be taking over for me because the planner who was previously taking care of my event no longer worked for them (I got no notice of this). I was okay with this information until a month or so before the event, but then I couldn't get ahold of the owner until the week before the event. I was also renting table linens and bar equipment/bartenders through the same vendor; it was incredibly stressful to cut it this close, to say the least. Once I actually got ahold of her and scheduled a walk through, SHE DIDN'T SHOW UP and was on her way out of town. Thank God her husband was at the venue by coincidence, and he took care of our event from there. We didn't receive our contract until the week before the event, and we didn't receive access to the online floorplan at all (that we were apparently supposed to get access to right after we booked them in early summer). The venue itself (Eleven Fifteen Venue and Urban Garden in Manhattan, KS) is beautiful, and we got a lot of compliments. It just wasn't worth all of the stress. I'm hoping to get our safety deposit back in full because we left no mess and damaged nothing - but I've read a review from someone else saying they haven't gotten theirs back, and they've been waiting since October. :/

    Horrible experience, do not sign a contract with this company

    Brides, DO NOT pursue this company. Dell Ann and her team were the #1 most stressful, frustrating, and disappointing part of my wedding day and planning process. My husband and I chose this company because we were assured that the people cared about making our day beautiful, when in reality all that they care about is getting as many people to sign their contracts as possible. As soon as we signed our contract, things started going downhill.

    We attended meetings where we lined out exactly what we wanted only to receive completely incorrect invoices. We were stood up at a meeting we drove two hours to attend. We were given a completely incorrect floor plan. We were told one thing at one meeting and the opposite at the next meeting.

    Speaking of the day of the wedding, the mother of the bride arrived to 6am to the venue the morning of the wedding because we did not feel comfortable leaving it all to Dell Ann and her crew. It's a good thing she did, because there were multiple issues. There was a wall with multiple large scuffs that we were promised would be painted over that was not. The mother of the bride had to set out all of the plates, even though we had been told that Dell Ann's team would take care of it. The layout was completely different than what we had been told.

    Chairs broke in half during the reception, decorations were dirty, checks were lost, and we felt completely deceived almost every step of the way after we signed our contract. This not a professional company, and these are not caring people. My husband and I were able to make the best of it and have a beautiful day despite Dell Ann's apathy and lack of effort.

    Brides, I cannot encourage you enough to look elsewhere. You do not want to deal with this company.

    Rude & Disrespectful

    Supply Events has such beautiful and on-trend decorations but their business practices are the worst I have ever seen. For my sister’s wedding a few weeks ago, they forgot part of her order and then tried to blame the mistake on her, even though she had several emails showing that she confirmed the order several times and answered all their questions. They then tried to charge her for an additional item and when confronted about it, they told my mom to “stop talking and listen” and that she was an “awful person”, which couldn’t be further from the truth. She was simply trying to explain the situation to the owner and he was extremely nasty to her in return. Please learn from our experience and rent your items from a company that will treat you with kindness and respect.
