Very affordable prices with great customer service. I had gotten a gift for my significant other to go with some other jewelery and everything came on time, in perfect condition and was just what I was looking for.

After reading so many awful reviews I was extremely nervous purchasing from here. However, much to my surprise one their customer service was excellent, two was shipping, I literally received my ring about four days sooner then expected, and finally the ring is beautiful. I can't afford much at the moment, but my fiance and I really wanted something to last. So we purchased this ring and much to my surprise even though the diamond is not the best, you could have fooled me, it's my perfect imperfect diamond. Of course you have to have a trained eye lol. I just love it!

They have good quality jewelry, great customer service and selection. I have not purchased but have won several prizes from them..turquoise earrings, heart bracelet and turquoise bead necklace. They are all lovely pieces and seem to be made very well.

SuperJewelry.com is amazing! Their jewelry is beautiful and excellently made. I received a piece that was a gift for my 19 yr old daughter. It was the mother daughter dove love necklace. My daughter loved it! Being that she's a 19yr old girl, they're hard to please but, she was very pleased and it made me very happy! The customer service is amazing. Everyone is very polite, treat me like I'm their main focus, very friendly. The piece I purchase was stunning, more then I could've imagined. I received a bracelet as a gift from this vendor (super jeweler) , very high quality, beautiful amethyst gemstone bracelet. I would purchase from them (superjeweler) and recommend them. Very nice jewelry! i don't know weddingwire, i assume they are affiliated with this business, i have not used them for an event but would be happy to look into them for any services i might need in the future!

I absolutely love the diamond heart infinity bracelet i received! It is so much prettier than in the pictures! It so easy to put on myself as well with how it hooks. Sooo happy with it, it's the nicest jewelry i own! Would definitely buy more in the future! :) A+++

I ordered bridesmaids and special family gifts, and my wedding band from SuperJeweler. The value was outstanding. The items arrived quickly and were exactly as described and pictured online. They were even able to overnight a replacement wedding band to me when we realized we had left ours at home out of state!

I don't think there is anywhere you can get a deal on diamond rings that beats Superjeweler.com. They have all qualities at prices never seen anywhere else. How they do it, who knows ,but they are really pros. They even carry lots of the black diamonds as well as the traditional white ones.
My feeling is that it is better to have a bigger diamond that you can get for these Superjeweler prices than to be blown away by the fancy decorated mall stores where the prices are sky high.

I bought our wedding bands from SuperJeweler.com way back in 2003. Anyway i was looking around on reviews of them as I wanted to buy a diamond tennis bracelet or diamond stud earrings this Christmas. I also bought a few fashion items from them over the years.
To me, SuperJeweler is a good website for good deals.

Superjeweler.com has amazing prices for good jewelry. Its not tiffany so don't expect to get that, but for the money its really good.

I purchased a engagement ring. Was very nice but me and girlfriend went through a rough patch and decided to return. Being emotional and upset i was amazed at there understanding and honesty in returning. I have worked through things and my girlfriend will b receiving a ring in future. I am very very sceptical in ordering online especially a costly ring.

Beware of the delivery

The rings were good but.
I'm very unhappy that shipping for the item of thousand dollar value was made without requesting an adult signature.
As a result our wedding rings were just left on the driveway. 2 weeks before the wedding.
It is pure chance that we were home and were checking the delivery every half an hour.

Dime Store Trash

Ordered JWL 50149,. 90 carat earrings. They arrived a week late. When I opened the box I didn't know if to laugh or cry. Clearly two different size diamonds, one being beautiful and the other so milky, my first thought was when did Stevie Wonder and Ronnie Milsap start working there? Save your money and buy your jewelry in person where you can actually see what you are buying. From start to finish on a scale of 1-10, I give them a NEGATIVE 4, yes -4, don't waste your time nor money. Be sure you use a credit card to make your purchase so if you have a problem you can get it resolved.

I purchased a 1 carat wedding band set through SuperJeweler.com. The advertisment promised SI1-SI2 clarity for all diamonds. I was skeptical so I both called and emailed customer service and was reassured 100% that is what it would be and it would even come with a grading card stating so. I received a 1 carat wedding band set with a HUGE, clearly visible black carbon inclusion right on the face of the center stone. The side stones were severely included as well. I would have graded them all I3. The grading card graded it at SI3 which #1 isn't what I paid for, #2 isn't what I was promised over and over, and #3 wasn't what they advertised and sold me. SI3 isn't even a valid grade at reputable dealers. So I talked with customer service again who was so sorry that they sent me a ring that "I was not happy with." They would not accept that it was absolutely not the ring that they advertised and sold to me. I wanted this ring to work out so instead of taking the refund I wanted the exchange. Again I was told they would make it right and I was going to get a diamond hand picked BY THE COMPANY PRESIDENT to be SI1-SI2 as advertised!!!! Once through the return process they sent me a new ring. Guess what, the diamond hand picked to be SI1-SI2 from the company president still has eye visible inclusions! It was not a HUGE black carbon inclusion, but instead a HUGE white feather all the way across the crown. The accent diamonds were just as horrible as the first one. This one didn't even come with a grading card because they knew it wasn't SI1-SI2!! I took it to a jeweler for a second opinion and they graded it at I3. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!?? I asked for them to send me an SI1-SI2 ring like the had promised, but Customer service said there was nothing that they could do and would only offer me a refund. Which would be great except I just wanted the ring I was sold. I asked for a discount that would reflect the quality of the ring I received, they said no. I asked for an apology for p
