I cannot express how grateful my wife and I are that we chose Sunset Ranch as our wedding venue. We had our wedding this past weekend, and everything that was promised to us from the very start was not only fulfilled but exceeded our expectations.
We were exceptionally lucky to have our coordinator, Ronda, who was the best person to work with throughout the entire process.
Since we live all the way on the East Coast, having someone like Ronda assist us through every step of the planning process really put us at ease. The more we worked with her, the more we began to feel at ease that everything would turn out perfectly. She guided us tremendously and answered all of our questions in a timely and communicative manner. We truly felt blessed to have her.
And of course, the day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to the entire Sunset Ranch staff. All of their coordinators were on top of their responsibilities, and everything ran seamlessly. Our family and friends had a wonderful time, and as a cherry on top, the venue was so beautifully decorated—it’s something my wife and I will never forget.

We had the most amazing wedding at Sunset Ranch. We are from California and Australia and booked site unseen without tasting anything and everything was even better than we ever could expected on the wedding day. We had Alia as our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely incredible. She handled everything and helped us through each part of the planning process. This was huge for us as we didn’t have to take on a stressful burden to pick vendors and handle coordination which truly does make the process so much lighter and more relaxed. ALL of the vendors were amazing, they worked so hard, and all of our guests raved about the wedding and said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to. We are so grateful to Sunset Ranch, Alia, and all of our amazing vendors for making our wedding truly unforgettable. Could not recommend this venue enough!! -

We are so happy that we picked Sunset Ranch for our big day! We’re based in Seattle so we needed someone who could help us plan remotely. Ronda was absolutely amazing, she was able to guide us through every detail of wedding planning and built our confidence in party planning along the way. She made planning a destination wedding feel effortless.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, the perfect blend of Hawaii’s tropical beauty and wedding-esque grandeur. Our family and friends from both Hawaii and mainland were impressed. It was a little pricier than other places we were looking at but ultimately worth the price.
On the wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Ronda and her team kept everything running perfectly and if there were any issues they handled them behind the scenes because we never knew they existed. We were able to be fully present and just enjoy every moment of the best day of our lives. -

From the moment we decided to have our destination wedding at Sunset Ranch, we knew we made the right choice, but the reality far surpassed our expectations. Traveling from Wisconsin with 53 guests, we hoped for a beautiful day, and the team delivered a truly life-changing experience for everyone present.
The venue's natural beauty and grace left all of our guests speechless, but the real magic was the flawless execution. Our lead coordinator, Alia, deserves endless praise. Her positivity, attention to detail, and unbelievably calm demeanor kept me feeling relaxed and happy throughout the entire process. She made sure the entire day ran smoothly and perfectly.
We were also incredibly impressed by the entire vendor team: our phenomenal officiant Rev. Nelson, our outstanding photographer TheelProductions, and our gifted videographer Redefined Weddings. The servers, bar staff, and DJ were all equally excellent, ensuring every logistical detail was handled with professionalism and a smile.

We got married at Sunset Ranch in early October and we could not have been happier with our experience.
We had the pleasure of working with Ronda, who was responsive, attentive and reliable. Ronda helped take our ideas and make them a reality.
On our wedding day, Ronda was extremely on top of things, which allowed us to just focus on the day. She managed all the venue coordination and ensured everything went to plan.
The venue itself was perfect and we had numerous guests tell us that it exceeded their already high expectations for a Hawaii wedding. If we could do it all over again, we would pick Sunset Ranch and Ronda again without hesitation. -

We got married at Sunset Ranch in September 2025, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery, sweeping views, and a peaceful, romantic atmosphere. Every part of the property felt intentional and special, from the ceremony at Fern’s Garden to cocktail hour at Sunset Vista and the reception at Charlie’s Pond.
What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible team behind it all. Ronda and the entire Sunset Ranch Ohana were amazing to work with. They were kind, organized, and so genuine in making sure everything went smoothly. We felt supported throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and seamless everything was. It was the perfect mix of natural beauty and thoughtful coordination.

Alia, the venue coordinator, was incredibly accommodating, working with us on last-minute changes to the guest list and timeline. Our guests all agreed that this was the best destination wedding set-up they had ever seen - it had an upscale, small backyard vibe rather than feeling commercialized like a typical hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring the entire day went by smoothly despite a few last-minute adjustments. Sunset Ranch exceeded all our expectations! Not only do they include so much in their package, they are willing to work with you on your vision for your wedding day. They provide, florals, rentals, catering, desserts, bar and more! This made the planning process so much easier on my end because I didn't have to hunt for vendors and they also provide a list of preferred vendors if i needed help finding some. We loved that we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. There was little to no questions on last minute decisions. The day went so smoothly and the team took care of literally everything. Alia was a God-sent. We worked with her from start to finish. She communicated in such a timely and kind manner. Was transparent with logistics, timeline, and when our ideas got to crazy she offered cheaper alternatives. We were pretty stress free throughout my whole wedding planning process because they made everything so easy. They communicated with our other vendors on timeline and any changes. They help build our timeline. When we had any last minute additions even on the week of our wedding they made it happen! We would choose this venue over and over again. The property was secluded which we loved because a lot of the venues we visited in Oahu you can be open to the public. The ferns gardens, where we had our ceremony, was breath taking. It's a plus there's shade for your guests! We loved that everything is a short skip away from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception which is easy for your wedding party and guests. The reception at Charlie's Pond was covered by a beautiful white tent with a view of the field overlooking the ocean cliff. All in all, if you want an A+ team, efficiency during planning, good communication, timely communication, a kind planner, beautiful views, and the ease of a one-stop shop but still customizable to you and your partner, Sunset Ranch is the best choice. -

Sunset Ranch was the perfect wedding venue!
The views were absolutely stunning, and the overall atmosphere felt magical. One of the best parts of our experience was working with their in-house coordinator - Ronda. She was incredibly experienced, detail-oriented, and flexible—always willing to adapt to our many changes and requests. Her support truly made the planning process smooth and stress-free.
Sunset Ranch also offers comprehensive wedding services, which saved us a lot of time and stress. Everything from vendor coordination to the day-of timeline was handled with care and professionalism.
A special shout out to their regular DJ Gapstop (Gabriel). He was on time to set up and did an awesome job as MC for our wedding. He kept our guests dancing to a variety of beats throughout the evening.

My wife and I were over the moon with our wedding at Sunset Ranch! The venue is incredibly gorgeous—lush, peaceful, and breathtaking in every direction. From start to finish, the experience was seamless thanks to their amazing team. The catering and event staff were thoughtful, professional, and attentive to every single detail.
A huge shoutout to our coordinator Alia, who was truly exceptional. She guided us through every step of the planning process with care and expertise. She was super responsive, helped us navigate all the logistics (including things we never would've thought of), and ensured that the actual wedding day was completely stress-free.
One of the biggest advantages of Sunset Ranch is their vendor packages. They helped us secure a great lineup without the stress of tracking everything down ourselves.
Here’s a little more about what made the day so special:
Florals – La Flor Events -My wife created a vision board, and they brought it to life beautifully. The floral arrangements on the arch and the reception tables were absolutely stunning.
Catering/Food - The food was catered by Island Cuisine and was delicious! We did a tasting a few months before the wedding, and everything served on the big day was just as amazing.
DJ Gabstop - He used the Vibo app, which made it really easy to select songs for key moments like dinner, first dances, and intros. After a quick Zoom call to go over our music preferences, he absolutely nailed it! The music was blended perfectly and had our guests dancing all night—our dance floor was full for much of the evening.
Coordinator – Alia -We had a few planning meetings throughout the process, and luckily we got to meet in person while visiting Hawaii 7 months before the wedding. Her experience really showed—she handled everything from planning to day-of logistics with confidence and calm. We couldn’t have done it without her!
In short – we had a fantastic experience at Sunset Ranch and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dream wedding venue in Hawaii. They are true professionals who know how to deliver an unforgettable celebration! -

We recently had our wedding at Sunset Ranch, and we can’t imagine a more perfect, meaningful, and joy-filled experience. From the very beginning, Alia (best wedding coordinator ever!) and the entire team were warm, thoughtful, and supportive. Every detail was beautifully handled, and even the unexpected rain turned into one of our favorite memories with our guests running outside to dance in it!

We are so glad we booked Sunset Ranch as our wedding venue! We looked thru every wedding app and searched online for what Oahu had to best offer and we easily fell in love with Sunset Ranch. Having a destination wedding, we were nervous to book a venue without seeing it in person but, future brides/grooms, what you see online is only a million times better in person so let us be the ones to tell you to JUST DO IT! BOOK SUNSET RANCH. It’s the ultimate destination venue in Oahu! You have the scenic views of the ocean and the most breathtaking sunset you will ever see!
Now onto the details:
- Packages: one of its selling point. Having a destination wedding can be very intimidating. We didn’t exactly know where to start, what vendors to use, etc. With their packages, you will not have to worry about any of that!
- Coordinator: from the moment you secure the venue to the very end of the wedding. Special shoutout to Jonah who was our coordinator. She guided us through this process for almost a year! She truly loves what she does and has such amazing energy! She was realistic with costs, made creative suggestions to help with the budget from the beginning to the end. She went above and beyond with her team especially on our actual wedding day! She made sure we had more than we even asked for! All we had to do was enjoy our wedding day all thru the very last second of it!
- Venue Staff: Wow! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about them. Thank you to Sheila who took care of my husband and I and made sure all our needs were met from the moment our ceremony was over to the entirety of the reception. Special shoutout to Chryssa also for running around last minute for things we needed for the ceremony! Bar staff - what a great night you gave us! Many moments shared around you and memories to forever remember (or not). AMAZING TEAM!
- Caterer: We had Chef Elmer Island Cuisine and we’ve only heard great things from our guests about our food! Jonah made sure to coordinate our food tasting months before our wedding. Honestly, we couldn’t even pick. Everything was so good! Also, that lechon(roasted pig) was the winner of the night! Way to impress many of our guests!
- DJ/MC: planning with DJ GabStop made it all so seamless! He sent us an app where he had every part of the wedding organized and all we had to do was answer questions and drop in our song requests! He also took care of our monogram projection, which was a nice little touch to our outdoor tent!
- Florals: Wylder Florals. Perfection. Thank you Cortney for being so patient throughout the whole process and for going above and beyond with making all our floral needs so beautiful! Cortney surprised us with some additional arrangements the morning of our wedding and my heart just kept filling up with so much gratitude. Her energy is amazing! We loved everything you created and I am still in awe of how creative you are!
- Officiant: Pastor Mark couldn’t have been more perfect for our wedding. My jaw dropped when he came in a barong (traditional Filipino top) without us knowing! He was so kind and accommodating with personalizing our ceremony to include traditional and religious aspects to it. Our ceremony was everything we wanted plus more. Thank you Pastor Mark for your guidance, your blessing, and for the perfect start to our marriage.

We would love to shout out Sunset Ranch Hawai'i (and the Owner of the Ranch, Greg) for giving us the opportunity to host our wedding at the most beautiful ranch here on O'ahu! It was everything we've imagined and more, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The whole day was just perfect, and the entire staff, and all the vendors from the package, just made the day even more special!
Sunset Ranch offers all-inclusive wedding packages which absolutely takes the stress off of wedding planning! It really helped knowing that our package included the majority of the big vendors like catering, table/chairs/decor, DJ/desserts, florals, and more. These are usually things that most wedding couples would have to find and pay for a la carte, but Sunset Ranch truly makes that part of wedding planning so so easy!
Not only is the ranch a STUNNING venue, and super charming, its isolated location made our wedding even more intimate! It was so beautiful! The venue was perfect, as well as the views from the ranch (being it is at the top of a mountain); the scenic views of Waimea Valley (from Fern's Garden), as well as Waimea Beach, and of course, we can't forget the breathtaking sunset that you can watch straight from Sunset Ranch! It truly was a magical day.
We would also like to shout out our AMAZING Coordinator, Jonah, from Sunset Ranch, for helping us throughout the entire wedding process! From the wedding planning, all the way up to the day of the wedding, Jonah's been nothing short of amazing! She truly embodied her role as our Coordinator and ensured that we were able to really have the wedding of our dreams. Everything ran so smoothly on the day of our wedding & we truly want to thank Jonah for that! We miss her already!
We can't thank Sunset Ranch enough! It was such the perfect place to celebrate our big day and we'd choose it over and over again. Maybe one day we'll renew our vows there too! We'll forever hold Sunset Ranch near and dear to our hearts. -

Sunset Ranch is the perfect wedding venue! It offers an incredible combination of coastal and mountain views that are simply breathtaking. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and unforgettable. Greg’s dedication to both the community and preserving the venue’s beauty is truly inspiring. Ronda is an absolute gem—she’s patient, understanding, and always ready with thoughtful suggestions. We had high expectations and special menu requests, but the team made it all come to life!
Our guests are still raving about the delicious food (thanks to Poke Stop), the gorgeous floral arrangements (thanks to Summer Reign Floral), and, of course, the stunning sunset views.

Sunset Ranch is truly a one of a kind wedding venue. My husband and I had our ceremony at Fern’s Garden and our reception at Charlie’s Pond. We booked the venue prior to seeing it in person, and while the venue is beautifully photographed online, we were still in awe of how stunning and lush the venue was during our on-site visits. The chapel area where the ladies got ready was clean and modern with an abundance of natural light.
The packages offered through Sunset Ranch made our wedding planning go smoother than expected, especially with this being a destination wedding for me and my husband. One of our favorite parts of the wedding package was getting to work with our wedding coordinator, Ronda Habecker. Ronda always made us feel like a priority and welcomed any and all of our questions and feedback during the wedding planning process (and trust me, we had a LOT of questions). She has a keen eye for detail and was honest and thoughtful with her recommendations. As our coordinator, Ronda took on the communication with all of the vendors included in our package and also made sure that all of our vendors booked outside of the package (such as hair/makeup, photography, videography, photo booth, etc.) were well plugged in. We felt that she represented us well and advocated for our wants/needs with the many vendors she communicated with. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for her clients shined through in all of our interactions with her; she truly went above and beyond for us, and we call her our “wedding MVP” for a reason. The owner of the ranch, Greg, has also been professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
There were several vendors booked through the package that particularly exceeded our expectations: the DJ/emcee services (DJ Gabstop), catering (Chef Elmer’s Island Cuisine), desserts (A Cake Life), and the bartending/wait staff.
We are forever grateful to Sunset Ranch and Ronda for helping to bring our dream wedding to life. If you are considering Sunset Ranch, know that you’ll be well taken care of if you choose to have your big day at this gorgeous venue. -

Til Death Wedding….
We had our wedding on July 20, 2024 and your guests won’t understand what they are walking into until they arrive. The entire venue is stunning. We recommend Charlie’s pond, under the tent and it will go down as your guests best wedding they have ever attended. It is worth every penny and just know everything is first rate. You help plan and your coordinator will walk you through the entire thing and take care of it all. The day of you just show up and enjoy yourself which is priceless. Best decision we ever made! -

Venue: I just had my wedding at the venue two weeks ago and was truly in awe of the, unsurprisingly, incredible views and sunset that happened at our wedding. My husband and I only had the chance to see the venue once we booked, but I'd do it again in that order with full confidence.
Staffing: Ronda was our coordinator and she was fabulous. Was responsive and especially helpful in the few months leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, all of my bridesmaids spoke SO highly about the customer service she provided and how on top of it she was. And I have very type-A friends so that was a huge compliment to her!
Package: My husband and I knew we wanted a beautiful, fun, sentimental wedding and we also didn't want to stress too much over the details and vendors for things that we didn't care too much about. I love that they have a list of preferred vendors and that they provide high quality services and products. I was in love with the flowers we got, setup of the wedding was done to perfection, our DJ did a fantastic job, and the food service staff took such good care of my husband and me - we were never thirsty :)
Overall, couldn't recommend this venue and Ronda more! Loved our experience and the magic that was our wedding. It was the perfect setting to bring our dearest friends and family together to witness our union. -

Perfect Venue
I rarely do reviews but I believe credit must be given where credit is due. My husband and I were very fortunate to have gotten married at Sunset Ranch. We fell in love with this venue from our first visit. We were also very fortunate to have such an amazing coordinator, Ronda. She gave us a tour of the ranch on our first visit and we immediately felt so comfortable with her. I am a bit of a perfectionist and Type A, and Ronda was the same way. From the vision to the execution, she made sure that everything came together as we had envisioned it. The day of our wedding, she ensured that I was not aware of any mishaps, which I appreciate so much because my nerves were already getting the best of me. Ronda is a jack of all trades. She used to work as a florist so when she saw that our cake was a bit bare, she used her floral skills to take small elements of our decor to spruce the cake up and it turned out so beautiful! She truly goes above and beyond for the couple she works with. Another thing that we appreciate so much about her is her honesty and transparency. She let us know if certain elements could not work with the venue, especially if these elements could harm the ranch in anyway. She advocated for us when it came to the vendors. She made sure that their invoices were accurate before sending them to us for approval. There was always an open line of communication, especially during the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. She always responded to our emails, texts, and calls in a timely manner. The ranch was breathtaking. There is a reason why they call it sunset ranch… the sunset view from Charlie’s Pond and Sunset Vista is truly something to behold. We had set aside a time during our wedding for our guests to enjoy the sunset and for our photographer and videographer to capture the sunset views. It’s also amazing to know that this ranch is protected and helps in the conservation of Hawaiian agriculture. We are so glad we chose this venue and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get married in Hawaii. If we get the chance to do it all over again, we would choose this venue over and over. -

Dreamy Wedding Venue
Sunset Ranch is a dream! The views are just breathtaking - we have received so many compliments on this venue from our guests.
The venue is very well maintained and has everything you need: a beautiful chapel for you to get ready in, wedding decors in different styles, and most importantly a highly professional team. I would recommend using their package, especially if you are planning for a destination wedding like we did. They have pre-selected vendors and your planner will contact/communicate with most vendors for you.
Ronda is our planner and she is WONDERFUL! She was so kind and always keep our needs in mind. I told her I wanted to stay in budget and so she came up with many gorgeous and creative ideas to control costs. We had a hard time finding sparklers on the island. She happened to have some left at the venue and gifted them to us. The Sunset Ranch team was cheerful and took good care of us and our guests on the wedding day. We truly had our best time there :)
A few things to keep in mind for the fellow couples:
1. The venue package includes minimal floral expenses. Luckily the venue itself is beautiful enough that you don't need a lot of flowers. But if you want to have big floral decors (on arch, tables, etc), that will likely cost you a few thousands on top of the package price.
2. Three venders missed/messed up some of our requests on the wedding day. I am not sure if it's miscommunication between the planner and the vendors. So, if you have special requests for the vendors, I would remind them directly the day before your wedding day to avoid issues.
3. The venue planner is not a full-time planner. They usually have plenty of weddings to work on at the same time. It's possible that you won't get a lot of attention or quick responds at the beginning. But don't stress because the planner will focus on you and respond a lot quicker as your wedding date gets closer. -

My husband and I could rave about this venue all day! Let's just say, Sunset Ranch knows how to make your wedding unforgettable!!! My husband and I and all of our guests had the absolute MOST amazing time. I can't tell you how many compliments we received from all of our friends and family on the wedding, Sunset Ranch, and their incredible team.
We booked the venue sight unseen. It's a long story but we only had 4.5 months to pull our 80 person wedding together and they made everything happen perfectly! Luckily, Alia (who was our coordinator but there are a few) was available every step of the way to answer all of our questions and point us in the right direction even for things that were not connected to the actual wedding day at Sunset Ranch but were part of our wedding weekend. For example, we coordinated a private yoga event through one of her connections and we planned a beach day where she had a great suggestion for rentals for that. The venue is beautiful in and of itself and once all of the wedding decor comes in it is truly SPECTACULAR. It transforms from being naturally beautiful to this combination of elegant/glamorous/natural/magical beauty.
Sunset Ranch - Thank you so, so, SO much for all your work with us these past few months. All that planning and the wedding itself went by so quickly it feels like a dream. Thanks again for an amazing experience!!! -

We have been working with Alia and Greg at Sunset Ranch from early 2020 to have a successful wedding on 12/11/2021. Alia was an amazing coordinator and we highly recommend her, her team, and Sunset Ranch as a venue and here are a few reasons why:
First, trust us when we say that Sunset Ranch as a venue is absolutely stunning and there is no place on Oahu (or in Hawaii) quite like it. It was entirely worth the drive and some extra coordination of shuttles to hold our event there, and we have zero regrets!
Second, they allow you to customize as much or as little as you like, making it easy on the couple. We ended up choosing a package which really took the heavy lifting off of us, and were still able to customize many pieces such as our own flowers and officiant, to make our wedding our own.
We were able to include our dog in our wedding as our Dog of Honor / Ring Bear-er, which was something no other venue could offer, but was so important and special to us.
And finally, Alia has been nothing but professional and a pillar of support, giving us reassurance and guidance as the state went through its various stages of the pandemic, along with the many usual trials and tribulations of regular wedding planning. I'm sure if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic they would have still been great, but Alia went over and beyond to ease our fears as the state and county went through lockdown, tiered reopening, continued shutdown of weddings, to reopening again, and finally quickly pivoting the site of our reception from outdoor to indoor due to heavy rains, adjusting to late vendors, and basically doing what coordinators do to take as much off of the bride/ groom as possible on their wedding day. We can't even convey how grateful we are to Alia to have met her and worked with her for the past year. We highly recommend Alia and Sunset Ranch to any couple who wants a similar experience and a beautiful, stress free, and memorable wedding day. -

The venue was an absolute dream! I would definitely recommend having the reception outside by the pond with a gorgeous sail tent and lots of lush greenery. All of our guests couldn’t stop gushing over how beautiful the venue was. Further, the outdoor set up created the perfect flow so that the guests always felt like they were part of the party. Laurie and Greg were fantastic and super flexible when we decided to move our date from March 2020 —> Feb 2021 —-> July 2021 (due to the pandemic). Having Laurie coordinate everything on the day of the wedding was amazing. With the exception of my dad’s (self-made) dress shoe mishap the day went of without a hitch and created countless memories for me and my husband. -

When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in Hawai’i, our initial thoughts of a typical Hawaiian destination wedding would be on a beach. But when we toured Sunset Ranch, we fell in love at first sight. The venue is just breathtakingly beautiful. And another one of the key points of why we fell in love with the venue, was the fact that it’s both a Federally and State protected land, so if we returned 50 years from now, it would look exactly the same.
Like many others, our wedding was postponed due to the pandemic. While this affected many couples hoping to tie the knot in 2020, this also affected the wedding industry immensely. What meant a lot to us was how the Sunset Ranch team empathized with us, provided us with options, and helped us through the difficult decision to postpone our wedding not once, but twice, because of the uncertainties of covid and shut downs. Our wedding coordinator Alia and the sunset ranch team were just amazing. Alia was always only an email, text, or phone call away.
Fast forward to a year later, we were finally able to fly to Hawaii for our wedding on 4/11/21. The venue was just as beautiful as when we first toured it in 2019. With Alia as our coordinator, we had no doubt our wedding day would be everything we imagined it would be (covid modifications and all). We cannot express how grateful we are for Alia, the team at sunset ranch, and all our vendors who made our big day possible. -

We never wanted to leave!
My wife and I planned our February wedding from Shanghai at Sunset Ranch and have nothing but positive remarks about communication, service, and presentation. First off, communicating with Laurie and Gregg was very easy through email as their response time was usually next-day. They were very accomodating for everything we requested. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I wanted to choose a location that naturally allowed people to wander, socialize, and take pictures. We couldn't have been more pleased with having the ceremony in the Fern's Garden and then enjoying the sunset in the meadow. Also, the barn was a great place for dinner. The giant doors that open to beautiful chandeliers couldn't have been more picturesque. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with everything at Sunset Ranch. -

LOOK NO FURTHER! Sunset Ranch is the best wedding venue in OAHU. While venue searching, sunset ranch was obviously our top choice (can't say no to the breathtaking VIEW this venue has!!) and without any hesitation, we booked the venue right away! We had our ceremony at the Fern Gardens and our Reception at Charlie's Pond. The SUNSET here is breathtaking, our wedding photos turned out so beautiful :) We did our wedding ala carte and availed their event coordination. Our wedding was the best day our lives- THANKS TO LAURIE & HER TEAM! Laurie did NOT treat us like we were "just another" client. She helped us through every step and her dedication & hard work were truly astounding! She listened and accommodated my requests. She also had a lot of excellent suggestions that made our wedding even more prettier -

Where do I begin?? It's such a drop-dead gorgeous location with beautiful views. All of my friends and family took advantage to take photos around the property and couldn't stop saying what a perfect and beautiful venue we picked. Having an outdoor wedding ( both ceremony and reception ) is so different and wonderful and Sunset Ranch is such a unique experience as well. Sunset Ranch was beyond amazing! You don't have to look any further for a wedding venue, pick up the phone and call Alia to save your date. Our friends and family (especially my mom) we’re blown away by how beautifully smooth our wedding day looked and felt all thanks to the hard work of Alia. She is very organized, transparent, open to new ideas and made our wedding better than what we could’ve dreamed of (plus stress free). And the venue itself is breathtaking! It was a beautiful very private wedding in the gardens with ocean view. All of my family came from another country and they were mesmerized by the location. We opted for a package with everything included and we had zero stress about the wedding. The food was delicious, the guava cake was amazing, the flowers breathtaking, and the setting just perfect. Alia made sure to help us stick to our budget and still have an unforgettable wedding. Nearly every guest made it a point to let us know how impressed they were with the service they received from the staff. Mahalo to the staff. Also, thanks to the setting and location the pictures turned out beautifully, we are so happy with the results. Alia, thank you for being there for us and for making our wedding the best day of our life. We will forever be grateful.

Sunset Ranch was absolutely amazing and breath taking. Laurie, the BEST Wedding Coordinator, made every aspect of wedding planning so easy. Greg, the Ranch Owner, made our tour extremely memorable and from the start we knew that we wanted to get married there.
It's now been two weeks since our wedding and people are still talking about how beautiful and breath taking it was. We decided to go with the all-inclusive package and we could have never been so happy with our decision. The food and the cake were so delicious. The floral came out so beautiful and it was exactly what I had envisioned. The DJ and the musician put everyone in the mood. And the venue...I can't even begin to explain the venue.. We had our ceremony at Fern's Gardens and the reception at Sunset Stables, it was so romantic and so beautiful that words can't begin to explain. -

Sunset Ranch was the first of 3 venues I was supposed to see the day I went scouting. As soon as I saw this place I said forget the rest this was my venue! I instantly fell in love with everything about this place. The views of the 30 acres of beautiful land. The mountains and the ocean that line the backdrop I can't say enough about how beautiful this place is. After we met with Laurie we felt even better! She was so professional but in a casual comfortable way and so nice to talk to. We couldn't have done it without her guidance. If you have any doubts just schedule a visit and I'm sure you'll change your mind. GET MARRIED HERE!! We had the most perfect day with the absolute best weather and the most INCREDIBLE sunset to highlight our perfect day! -

The ranch is stunningly gorgeous and our guest were so impressed with the scenery. At one end there is the botanical meadow and the other end there is the most beautiful sunset/ocean view from the mountain tops. We had a great outdoor dance floor overlooking, draped in cafe lighting over looking a fountain pond. Plus, our coordinator, Laurie, made planning super easy and our special day run very smooth. She worked with all vendors and staff, so that we didn't have to worry about absolutely anything. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more. -

We cannot express how much gratitude we have for Sunset Ranch and all the staff. My husband and I took months deciding on a venue. We didn't want a traditional wedding at a Waikiki hotel, although that would have probably been more convenient. We wanted something more private and unique and we are so happy we picked the right place! Greg was so warm and helpful throughout the whole process, understanding that planning an event like a wedding can be extremely stressful and time-consuming. We had a million questions and he was patient in responding to us.
We went with the all-inclusive package as we live in NYC and could not arrange to pick and choose all of our vendors. It worked out perfectly for us as it came with the help of a wedding coordinator. Greg paired us with Leila (huge shout out to Leila!) who was THE BEST!
Our original plan was to have the ceremony at Sunset Meadow, cocktail hour at Fern's Garden, and the reception at the stables. However our wedding coincided with Hurricane Lane which changed everything. Leila worked tirelessly with the vendors; 2 days before our scheduled wedding date, we moved the wedding up by more than 27 hours. It was one of the most stressful events we've experienced- coordinating with our guests (some missed most of the wedding or all of the wedding completely), but Leila remained calm throughout the process and made sure we had a beautiful wedding. The ceremony got moved to the courtyard area so it was still outdoors (only some rain). The cocktail hour was around the same area with some cover. We had a tea ceremony in the chapel- lighting was so beautiful. Everyone had so much fun and needless to say, it was a truly memorable experience. We will always have so much love for SR. -

We cannot say thank you enough to Leila and the team for helping us create the wedding of our dreams! Leila was so amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was very prompt with her email responses and always had time to hop on the phone with us for any additional questions. She also made time for my mom, uncle and grandparents to visit the venue when they were visiting Hawaii back in April. It was also, great to meet her in person during our site visit in June.
Being from the mainland and doing all the planning in LA, Leila paid close attention to all our details and requests and we were blown away by the flowers and overall presentation of our wedding. It was everything we were hoping for and more! On the day of the wedding Leila and her team made sure that everything was ready to go. We did not have to worry about anything. Every detail was taken care of, down to the packing and loading of leftover alcohol/food, and guest book items into the appropriate cars and shuttles. It is such a great feeling to look back on our wedding and know that everything went seamlessly and we did not have to stress about anything. Our family and friends had the time of their lives and it is a day that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We are so thankful to Greg, Leila, the sunset ranch staff, and vendors for helping create our magical day!

Crystal Sent on 09/22/2018We had our wedding at Sunset Ranch on September 8, 2018. I cannot say it enough but we are so lucky to have come across this venue. I have always dreamt of growing up on a ranch so I knew way before I got engaged that I will be getting married on a ranch! We fell in love with Sunset Ranch in pictures but even more on our first visit there. Sunset Ranch was the only venue we looked at for our wedding, and when you know, you know. We got a tour of the ranch with Greg, the owner. We could see the passion he had for this special place and it connected with our passion for animals and the outdoors so it was meant to be. We chose the ala carte option instead of the packages because planning my wedding was something I wanted to do myself (that's just how I am). Everyone we communicated with (Greg, Laurie, and Carina) were so accommodating, their level of hospitality is something out of this world. You get exclusive access to the ranch from 9-9pm on your big day and that was something we loved about this venue. It made us feel like the ranch was our home for the day which made it that much more intimate. Laurie was so helpful and answered alllllll of my questions along the way (I had many!) Sweet Carina was the best ever. She is the venue manager and was on the ranch that day. She made us feel so welcomed and helped us out on any questions or concerns we had that day. When my bridesmaids and I arrived at the ranch, we saw directional signs, a welcome to our wedding sign, and even lawn games that belonged to the ranch already set up and I thought that was extremely nice for her to set these up, it was a sweet surprise! Our ceremony took place at Sunset Vista and I can't say it enough, the ocean and horse pasture backdrop was to die for! Our reception took place in Sunset Stables. It's very unique and you are able to dress it up so beautifully. Overall, my husband and I are very lucky to call Sunset Ranch our special place now!

Emily Sent on 08/17/2018Sunset Ranch was the first and the only venue my now husband and I looked at. We loved everything about the property and its natural beauty. Not only that but one thing that set this venue apart was that they let you estimate your guest list and make payments towards that amount until 30 days out. In our case, we underestimated our guest count, but if we overestimated we would have gotten money back, this was like any other venue we had read about. The service was impeccable. We were taken care of with attention and detail, never during the reception did we have to get our own drink or take care of anything. That kind of stressfree day was worth every penny in our opinion.
Leila was our wedding coordinator and we can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and guidance. Planning a wedding while having my husband deployed was a daunting task, but Leila took time to answer every single question I had and always gave me her honest advice when I needed it. She made our experience unforgettable. -

Sehaj Sent on 09/25/2017I can't recommend Sunset Ranch highly enough. Not only is it gorgeous, but the people are wonderful to work with. Greg, the owner, was unbelievably accommodating when we had to change our wedding date because of my dad's health. At a time that was super stressful for me, Greg made sure to let me know that he and Sunset Ranch would not be something I had to worry about. Every email I sent was responded to extremely quickly. They were one of the easiest companies to work with for our wedding. The ranch itself is gorgeous. It feels as if you and your guests are the only people on the island. Carina, the events manager, was extremely responsive and absolutely wonderful on our wedding day. We had a combined Indian/Christian wedding, which was a new experience for Sunset Ranch, but at no point did they seem flustered or hesitant with anything we threw at them. We used two of their horses in the pre-ceremony rituals and Carina was great about working with us. They even decorated our horse's bridles with flowers for the big day! The weather was also spectacular; early September (when it could be very hot) and it was breezy, cool, with some clouds to cover the strong sun in the afternoon.
Bottom line: we had the best day we possibly could, and Sunset Ranch was a huge part of that. I would recommend them to anyone. -
