We used Kerri at Sun Lover Travel for our Valentine’s Day destination wedding at the Dreams Playa Mujeres property. With over 100 guests, from over a dozen states, she went out of her way to make dozens of changes in party size, altering accommodations, etc. and all done with a great attitude (and often answering emails while she was out of the office). We could not have asked for better care and personalized service.

Kerri came highly recommended by a dear friend after I had several dismal calls with other agents who were slow to respond or tried pressuring me into places we had no interest in. Kerri was always available, thorough, had great insights to so many properties, that she and Sun loved we’re our clear choice from our second email exchange.

Our experience was seamless and felt very cared for every step of the way. They even sent us the sweetest most personalized gift basket during our stay from all local businesses, not to mention a show-stopping flower arrangement! It was extremely thoughtful and unexpected. We can’t wait to user Kerri and her team for our next international travel adventures!

Anniversary trip to Grenada
Nicole was absolutely amazing and so helpful in booking our anniversary trip to Sandals Grenada! I had had my eye on a Sandals trip for years and Nicole helped me narrow down my options to pick the best resort for us and the best room, which can be overwhelming with all the choices.
We decided on Sandals Grenada because the resort looked beautiful, the restuarant options looked amazing and the room category was outstanding! We had the most gorgeous ocean views from our Italian Skypool room with a private soaking tub AND pool!!! Also, we went all in and had the Butler service, which we were apprehensive about at first, now I don’t think we could ever visit another Sandals without having a Butler. Their service was amazing, very attentive, caring and they went over the top to make our stay special and unique.
Nicole was wonderful in the booking process, advicing giving before our trip and follow up after our trip. We’re so excited to visit our next Sandals and can't wait to have Nicole book it for us.

Having our honeymoon arranged and booked by Kerri at Sunlover Travel was by far the best decision we made in terms of our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to go to St. Lucia and we knew one hotel we wanted to stay at but nothing else. We also didn't want to have to worry about coordinating our own travel around the island- we wanted that all taken care of! Thank goodness we found Sunlover Travel. We were recommended a second hotel by Kerri to stay at along with the one we originally wanted. Additionally, we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. When we arrived at our resorts, they knew who are transportation was booked through and when it would arrive.
The recommendation of hotels was SPOT ON for what we wanted. We stayed at Ladera for 3 nights which gave us the opportunity to rest and reset after the wedding. We then stayed at Sugar Beach, Viceroy where we had beach access, enjoyed plenty of boat activities and ate at phenomenal restaurants.
The communication from Kerri was exactly what we were looking for- very direct, accessible, and clear.
Lastly, we provided our budget and she made the honeymoon of our dreams happen.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kerri and the Sunlover Travel Team for our destination wedding at Dreams Playa Mujeres in Mexico last April. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for her expertise, guidance, and patience throughout the entire process. From the moment we started planning, Kerri was there every step of the way. She took the time to understand our vision/preferences and put my mind to ease with any concerns or questions I had. Kerri was also extremely knowledgeable and informative, helping us choose the perfect destination and accommodations for us and our guests.
Additionally, Kerri took so much off our plate, including working directly with the resort on contracts/room blocks, coordinating transfers, and assisting all our guests with their bookings/questions. I can’t even imagine how we would have made it through planning our destination wedding without Kerrie! From start to finish she was efficient, responsive and a pleasure to work with. She was able to alleviate the stress and pressure for us so we could focus on other wedding aspects. We had 63 guests attend our wedding in Jamaica and I would say at least half asked us about how we found Sunlover travel and how great Kerrie is! Excellent service
Kerri has provided excellent and quick responses to any of our questions we had. The services provided was top notch and left us worry free for the most important day of our lives. We would recommend using them for any important travel event. We cannot recommend Kerri enough!! We recently worked with Kerri for our November 2022 wedding and she went above and beyond for not only us, but for our wedding guests. We had 30 rooms blocked and Kerri helped us navigate as an unheard of hurricane hit Florida changing the travel plans for us as well as many in our travel party. Kerri always responded in a timely manner, helped problem solve with any issue we encountered along the way, and supported us and our guests through the entirety of our trip. We cannot thank Kerri enough for the part she played in making our destination wedding dreams come true! My husband and I had our wedding on 11.18.22 at Sandals Montego Bay with 37 guests and we used Kerri as our travel agent. I cannot recommend her services enough. We actually started planning our destination wedding without an agent, and I VERY quickly became overwhelmed with the contract and details entailed with blocking 20 rooms at the resort. A past bride recommended Kerri and when I reached out she immediately stepped in to assist us. I could not be more thankful for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and kindness! Do yourself a favor and hire her/her team if you are planning a destination wedding! One of the best decisions we made throughout the process! -

Kerri was absolutely wonderful to work with and really made this process so much better. We found Kerri early on in our search and she was extremely knowledgeable and honest. It was important to find someone who would be honest and help set expectations. She really listened and understood the feel/vibe of what we wanted in a resort for our wedding and was able to provide spot on feedback based on that. I would say that I fall into a more type A bride so communication was important to me when looking for a TA and Kerri is an A+. I never felt out of the loop or confused along the way. She literally sent me a video of her talking me through the entire wedding contract and explaining everything in detail! I would get updates with new booking so that I was able to keep track on my end. Kerri is truly exceptional. I had never used a travel agent before and was skeptical. But I came across Kerri's company on the Sandal's website and saw that she's been in business for a long time so I thought I'd email her a few questions. We ended up speaking by phone and she was fantastic. So knowledgable. Honest. Excellent with her follow-up and extremely responsive. She new the in's and out's of every every resort I threw at her. We finally settled on the perfect resort for our anniversary trip. She got us the best rate possible--I know because I shopped her rates. I also didn't realize that she gets paid by the resorts, so there was no additional cost to me for using her. It was a no brainer! Kerri also had several tips that helped us navigate our way around a foreign country. I can't say enough good things about Kerri. We look forward to utilizing her services again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seasoned professional to arrange an unforgettable vacation. -

Kerri with Escapes Unlimited was AMAZING! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking into doing a destination wedding! Kerri knows her stuff about literally everything and she is so resourceful. She made planning easy and stress free! She was on top of it all and I couldn't of asked for anything better! We planned our wedding during covid, and she always made us feel at ease during stressful times and kept us up to date with current travel restrictions and updates. Kerri made our destination wedding planning experience as easy as possible. Thanks to her, our dream wedding of 100 guests at the Now Amber resort in Puerto Vallarta came true without even one hitch. Kerri was tentative to our questions during a year of a pandemic, and helped put our minds at ease with her full and complete knowledge of this industry. Thanks to her, we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off. We can not thank her enough for all questions/ concerns answered and guiding our guests through a questionable year of booking a vacation outside of the country. I booked a honeymoon with Sandals directly and later found Kerri at a wedding expo. She was able to transfer the reservation to her and get me a tour credit as well as a spa credit which was awesome. All her services were at no charge to me. She was an absolute blessing to have handling our honeymoon as shortly after we booked COVID happened and messed up every plan we had made. We had to postpone the honeymoon three times and each time she spent her time getting things rescheduled. I know she did not get her money’s worth from all the hassle she had to go through for our honeymoon but she was always positive, helpful and quick to respond. She was able to keep us informed quickly and easily of what was going on with sandals and the restrictions on travel in the Bahamas. When we were finally able to go on the honeymoon she suggested a COVID testing facility that was reasonably priced, came to our home for the test and had the results the following day. I am very grateful for her hard work and very pleased that we chose to go with her. I have zero reservations about recommending her to anyone!Sunlover Travel's reply:

We have nothing but a glowing review for Escapes Unlimited.
Kerri gave my husband and I a chance to fall in love again in a beautiful place during a very difficult year.
We reached out in 2019, because I was becoming overwhelmed with planning on my own. They helped me find a country and resort that would be specifically perfect for us. They booked our flights, made all the reservations and more. Then came 2020, and everything needed to be changed. I was diagnosed with a disease that affects my brain function, making even the simplest tasks extremely difficult (along with many other debilitating symptoms). They made it so simple for even me to travel to a very strict country on pandemic protocol. BUT THEY DO THIS FOR EVERYONE!
We felt so much safer in St. Lucia than any populated area in America. The staff at the resort expressed daily how grateful THEY were that we were visiting, because it meant they could put food on table again. We had the best time, it was made so easy for us, and I’m so happy I got over my pride and asked for help. We were so depressed and in survival mode when we left and were almost to stressed out to go and nervous about travel. But we did it, and I am so extremely grateful that we did because as I said, we had a chance to just be us again and remember the bones of relationship away from the stress. I could even have a peaceful moment to remember what my passions and hobbies are, which have been luxury. I could go on- but you get the idea. Kerri helped us narrowing it down, then she took care of every detail from there. When my husband started to feel overwhelmed and had questions she meet up with and walked us through the details again even answered his questions to put him at ease. It was well worth it. The big day came and surrounded by friends and family on the beach, it was perfect.

The placar Palace was beautiful and the service was excellent! Kerri took care of all of our friends and families’ travel needs and made sure that we were set up for the best travel experience! She communicated promptly and in detail when I had questions and concerns. She calmed my nerves when I would get scared or nervous about unnecessary things, LOL. We live about 2 hours away and she took the time to come all the way to the airport to meet us while we were nearby!
