I got my wedding dress altered at Custom Bridal Modifications and they were beyond amazing! Wynette and Melissa were incredibly kind and patient with my many requests and it ended up perfect! The hem, the bustle, all of it! I even had a little after party dress I brought to my last appointment and Wynette added straps to it right then and there. Thank you Custom Bridal Modifications team - y’all are the best! -

I worked with Melissa to make several, substantial alterations to my wedding dress and she did an amazing job. I honestly was blown away by the changes she was able to make and how she was able to make my dream dress suit me so much better than I ever could have imagined. We also were working under a somewhat tight timeline and she never made it feel rushed or stressful. She was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend! -

I found my dress at suite bridal! It was my third visit to a bridal shop and I was feeling really conflicted. Olivia was patient as I struggled to make a final decision! She made me feel comfortable and sure about my decision, and the place has a great selection of affordable (but not cheap!) gowns! I also had my alterations done here at Custom Bridal Modifications. It was slightly more pricey than I hoped it would be, but the alterations turned out absolutely beautiful. They made me feel so comfortable and listened but also gave suggestions for ways to make it look better. Everyone RAVED about how beautiful my dress was and how great I looked in it, and I owe that partially to the beautiful dress but mostly to the perfect alterations! -

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Suite Bridal. I went in very apprehensive and nervous that I wouldn't find anything in my budget (no more than $1200), but my stylist Carli helped me find the one!! It was off the rack so cheaper than the tag said originally and I was in love. Another amazing thing about Suite bridal is the experience as a whole. You and your guests get an entire section of the store with a couch, podium, mirrors, you name it. It truly was a one of a kind experience from start to finish. I have nothing negative to say about this store whatsoever. If you're on a budget like me, seriously GO HERE and ask for Carli she's the sweetest and funniest we loved her!! :) -

Look no further—this is the place to find your dream dress! I had no clue what kind of dress I was looking for until I came to Suite Bridal. They made the process so fun and so easy! And the dresses are affordable too, which was an important factor to me (I only tried on dresses under $1500 for reference). I picked out a few to try on and then the staff picked out a few based on my taste and responses to the other dresses. I ended up choosing a dress that Elle had chosen for me, and it was prefect! I could not wipe the smile off my face no matter how hard I tried. I knew right away, it was the one! Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect dress for my big day! -

My husband and I were engaged for five years, but I knew the second I heard about Suite Bridal that it would be the place where I found my wedding dress! The shop is small and very cozy, so it makes the experience of dress shopping very relaxing and fun! The team at Suite Bridal were amazing. I quickly found my dress and knew it was 'THE ONE' but wanted to try on others. I felt like Rapunzel or Elsa on my wedding day - the dress was STUNNING and I received so many compliments. Courtney and her team stepped in and saved the day. I was referred to Suite Bridal by someone who heard of my dress mishap at another bridal store. Courtney is sooo sweet. She listened to me and told me everything would be alright. My first day in the store, it was like we'd known each other for a lifetime. She showed sympathy for my journey that led me to her (lol, it's funny now) but optimistic that we would find the perfect dress. AND WE DID JUST THAT. She even pulled strings to get me in with a busy seamstress to get my dress altered just weeks away from my wedding.
Courtney, I can't thank you and your team enough for saving my wedding day. After searching for a dress in CA, Nashville and Atlanta, I have to agree with the other reviews that Suite Bridal is one of the best bridal salons in town. -

I went to 3 other places and no one treated me as well as they did at Suite Bridal. I felt like I was with friends. So helpful, patient, professional and best of all affordable. Went to suite bridal with my mom back in December 2018 after shopping at multiple bridal salons in Georgia and Colorado. I hadn’t been able to find THE dress yet. Suite bridals selection is expansive and Courtney made my experience that much more enjoyable! We must have tried on Atleast 15 dresses and Courtney was super helpful with each and every one, and just the SWEETEST!!! Her customer service was amazing from start to finish. I had to get my dress bustled in Colorado instead of Atlanta and she even sent me a photo on the sample version of my dress and how to bustle it. Would recommend every bride to suite bridal, my MOH even referred me and that all dresses are under 2k! Ended up going with the very first dress I tried on which the lace detail reminded me of the Atelier Pronovias I was trying to mimic that was 6k. The essence of Australia dress was only $1800 + my veil for $250 -

I loved everything about this place. Such a cute little shop with lots and lots of options. The ladies were super sweet and the dress prices were much better than a few other places I tried. Funny thing, I actual fell in love with the dress in the window right before I walked in and knew I needed to try it on immediately. It was the one!! I highly recommend Suite Bridal! -

The consultants here are beyond sweet. I love that they give you all their attention on your appointment, since they don’t book multiple appointments at the same time. so your free to look around at their wide selection of dresses and walk around the boutique . Plus 10% off on your dress if you purchase your gown on the first visit. Not many stores do that, and great prices you can definitely find something at a reasonable price. The girls here are really sweet and genuine , so helpful! -

After a false start ordering a dupe dress online followed by scattered trips to either bland bargain stores or stuffy boutiques, this experience changed everything for me.
Finding devoted service and laid-back joie-de-vivre along with the unbelievably regal dress I found along the way have helped me feel my most breathtaking during one of the most defining moments of my life.
I feel so grateful that the experience finding that uniquely personal, special feeling will remain a memory I can celebrate along with this happy occasion. -

Cute studio and all dresses are under $2,000! I knew all dresses were in budget so I didn't have to worry about which dresses were overbudget and I could just concentrate on which ones I loved. Ended up finding the dress on the first one we tried (but still had to try on all the others!) Very cute store and great selection of dresses, and the salespeople were not pushy and really listened to what I wanted! -

What a wonderful experience! I just yesterday purchased my dress from Suite Bridal. The experience from the moment we walked in was phenomenal. Aleia helped me with my dress shopping experience and was such a breath of fresh air. After I bought my dress, in a moment of panic, I called her to confirm the color, and she knew exactly who I was and calmed me down. I highly recommend this shop. You can find your dream dress here! During my appointment at Suite I tried on two dresses by the same designer, and, though I liked them, neither was quite right. My consultant than had a lightbulb moment, and pinned the skirt of one to the top of the other. It was PERFECT! She contacted the designer, and just like that, I got a custom dress that was totally unique, magical, and still under $2000! Not only did I love my dress and the price, but their customer service was great, and the tailor they recommended was stellar. Very happy I checked them out! -

I brought three of my best friends with me and the girls at the shop were so welcoming and sweet with all of us. No one tried to show me anything outside of my price range, in fact, when I grabbed one to try on that was a little higher than I’d mentioned they made sure I knew what the price was and was okay with it. Annie was my consultant and she was the absolute best! She was encouraging and sweet and really fun! I loved working with her. I already can’t wait to go back when my dress comes in and say hi to everyone again! -

Christina Sent on 01/03/2018I found Suite Bridal in Atlanta last minute, only a couple days before I was supposed to fly home from San Francisco for the holidays. Despite the short notice, the staff followed up with me in a couple hours to make sure all the details were correct for my appointment.
When I arrived to look at dresses, I immediately fell in love with the intimate, cozy vibe of the shop. Since I didn't start dress shopping with a vision in mind of what I wanted, I enjoyed that rather than feeling overwhelmed and rushed as I had at other places, I was given the time to look through the racks on my own and decide what dresses caught my eye.
Azmeena helped me out that day. She was absolutely wonderful - listened to everything I wanted, pushed me to try things I might not have considered, but also avoided trying to make me buy unnecessary/expensive accessories (seriously, she told me to look at Etsy for cheaper options). Not only did she help me find my dream dress for an AMAZING price, she also made sure me, my sister, and mother had a fun and relaxing time looking at dresses. Thank you so much Suite Bridal!! Will definitely upload pictures after the wedding! -

Chelsea Sent on 09/28/2017I was absolutely dreading dress shopping. But, after my afternoon at Suite Bridal, I am so excited to walk down the aisle. The Saras were amazing. Sweet, helpful, and real. I had been to other shops and knew dress elements that I liked, and elements that I did not like. They Saras listened, and lead me in the right direction. Their selection is well organized, the shop is warm and comforting. My mother, MOH and friend came with me, they were treated nicely and had a comfortable area to watch me traipse out in dress after dress. My Stella York dress is a perfect blend of classic with a touch of sexy. I thought the price point was reasonable and on par with other shops. I will upload photos after the wedding. Although I did not end up purchasing my dress from them, I did go back for my veil due to the high level of customer service I experienced while there. They had my dress available in the store and allowed me to try it on with the veils they had selected. We had no trouble in narrowing down "the one" thanks to their suggestions. The veil came in as scheduled and was the perfect finishing touch for my gown. Every single person I encountered there was wonderful and made this one of the easiest decisions ever! Don't hesitate to purchase your gown or accessories here. -

It was refreshing to pick through dresses and not have to worry about whether or not we could afford a dress I liked because the WHOLE STORE was in my price range! Also, Sara who helped us was so fun and creative! I said I liked a dress, except for the straps, so she tucked them in and grabbed a lace and showed us a strap we could create, which I liked much better! She also suggested spray-on Band-Aid to protect my skin from rubbing against beading. I definitely recommend stopping by this store and visiting Sara, especially if you like lace and some bling and don’t want to break the bank. -

Alteration Gone bad
The vision was a beautiful wedding on the beach…. My dress was really reflective and though it was outside of my budget, I decided to go with the dress I chose because all I could envision was the water as the backdrop and how gorgeous I would be in my dress… with the alterations I was concerned because they decided to order such a big size but they insisted it was what was needed to get the fit needed. I inquired bout the price… I was told it would be between $400-$500 but shouldn’t be that much since I was going with a simple bustle.. I picked up my dress 2 days before my wedding… the dress fit pretty well except for the back of the dress.. it needed tacking…I asked if I needed to put the dress back on after the the tacking was completed but the seamstress stated it was not necessary…. I get to the cash register and I’m told the price is $760… I was in shock! But I had no choice, my wedding was in 2 days!… I received a call later from the owner who stated he reviewed the charges and I was overcharged by $100 …. What?!… how can this be? would they have ever caught this error had I not inquired?Also it seemed I was overcharged by more than that according to the notes I glanced at regarding the individual prices of each alteration made, but he stated that was all he could do! On the day of my wedding the back I made the best of things despite my experience….Here it is I was walking down the aisle thinking all was well and my bra was showing the entire time and my guests saw it for most of the wedding… when I received my pictures… I could see it clearly… this may not mean much to some but this has been so disheartening to say the least…. When I reached back out to owner all he could say was that they will use this as a learning experience… suddenly tears flowed down my face. As a nurse I have been intentional about the care I give and would do all I could to impact patient satisfaction by ensuring positive outcomes…there was no compassion and no attempt to understand my pain…. No attempt at resolve…. If this was his daughter… there is no way this would be acceptable! -

Do NOT go to Melissa for alterations! It is with great regret that I feel compelled to share my experience, hoping to prevent others from encountering similar issues.
First and foremost, the alterations performed on the wedding dress were far from satisfactory. Melissa implemented the wrong type of bustle, a critical aspect of any bridal gown fitting. When this error was brought to her attention, there was a complete lack of accountability on her part. This left us with a gown that did not meet our expectations, jeopardizing the essence of such a special occasion.
What exacerbated the situation was the audacious decision to charge us for her mistake. Rectifying this billing error became an uphill battle, requiring us to engage in a lengthy argument to remove the unjustified extra charge. A bride should not be burdened with the consequences of a seamstress's oversight, especially when rectifying the mistake involves additional stress and effort on the customer's part.
Moreover, the overall demeanor exhibited by Melissa during the alteration process was highly unprofessional. Minor adjustments, crucial for achieving a perfect fit and appearance, were met with extreme defensiveness. This not only hindered the desired outcome but also marred the joyous experience of fitting a wedding dress on multiple occasions.
A bride deserves to feel that her wedding dress fits flawlessly and looks perfect, and sadly, Melissa fell short of delivering this vision. The condescending and rude manner in which she communicated further added to the distress. When confronted about this behavior, her response was shockingly unprofessional—aggressively closing curtains, throwing the bridal gown onto a chair, and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for the customers.
In light of these distressing experiences, I implore future brides to avoid Melissa's services and seek alternatives from other seamstresses. A wedding dress alteration should be a positive and collaborative process, and unfortunately, Melissa failed to uphold these standards.
