The Sugarbabies are hands down THE best wedding band in the game!!!!! We chose them for our wedding July of 2023 and it was probably the best decision we made for our entire wedding. Choosing a band that would bring the energy, get our 200+ guests all dancing, and make the wedding a blast was #1 priority for us, and the Sugarbabies delivered and then some!! They were incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire year of the planning process, which took so much stress of of us. Even when our venue in Vermont cancelled on us less than a week before our wedding due to catastrophic flooding (yes, we know… crazy!), when we told the Sugarbabies of the news and that we needed to relocate, they just said “tell us where to be and we will be there.” We relocated the wedding to my parents house in MA, and to say that they brought the energy to this new location is an understatement!!! I can’t count how many people have told me that our wedding band was the best they’ve ever seen, and I couldn’t agree more. If you’re looking for a wedding band, look no further!! Thank you Sugarbabies for everything!!! -

Great Band!!
We hired the Sugar Babies as our wedding band and they were fantastic! The Them Apples band performed for us on the actual night and they were absolutely amazing! They kept the energy high all night and had every guest on the dance floor. We received so many compliments from our guests. Olly was our MC, and he and the band brought the energy all night. The vocals, music, and crowd engagement were outstanding, the live band music made the night unforgettable! Thank you Sugar Babies & Them Apples for an amazing night! -

The Sugarbabies Elite band went above and beyond for our wedding. I had some family members perform with them which was one of the highlights of the day, and they brought the best energy, keeping our family and friends on the dance floor with us all night. They curated the song selections to our liking while still appealing to our guests of all ages. Go book them for your wedding before it's too late! -

We loved working with the Sugarbabies - easy to communicate with ahead of time. Communication was professional and organized and they gave us a great way to highlight our favorite songs of their repertoire.

The sugarbabies absolutely made our wedding day. 3 months later, our guests are still talking about how amazing they were! The dancefloor truly could not have been more rocking. The band is so professional and amazing to work with, but also soooo incredibly talented and have the best energy. The ceremony, MC’ing and reception were all absolute perfection. They made our wedding an absolutely party, we cannot recommend them enough and are SO HAPPY we got to have them at our wedding! -

Book the Sugarbabies immediately! Their team is incredibly professional, kind and easy to work with, they made the planning process seamless and even fun. We had Them Apples Band perform at our wedding, and they absolutely brought the energy to our reception. All of our guests were rocking on the dance floor all night long, they were even chanting for an encore at the end! Booking the Them Apples Band was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, we cannot recommend them enough! -

First off the band is exceptional, they operate at the highest level of musicianship and are among the best wedding bands in New England. Their list of songs to choose from is incredibly extensive and they had no issue learning the processional/recessional music as well as the one song request we had for them. Communication both day of and during planning was smooth and the group was quick and professional in answering any questions we had. We've already recommended the Sugarbabies to another couple we know and they'll be our first recommendation when asked about quality wedding bands going forward. You can't go wrong with these guys! -

If you're planning on a band for your wedding, sugarbabies is IT. They were incredible to work with - professional, organized, and so kind when we finally got to meet them on the day. Every guest at are wedding said it was the greatest wedding band they've ever seen, and there was not a single person not on the dance floor by the end of the night. Our crowd was literally chanting for an encore when they wrapped up. They made the day seamless from our ceremony music/microphones, family speeches, first dance, etc. The band was also so sweet to help facilitate a surprise private last dance for my husband and learned a song for us too (and they offered to learn multiple!). Seriously - you will not regret having them at your day! -

The sugarbabies are awesome!! We chose them after attending one of their live performances in Boston, and were so happy with our decision! Band management is very professional and has great materials for selecting the style of performance on wedding day. The band does such a great job mixing up songs to keep the party going all night long, and they gave us input to the subset of their catalogue that they would play during our reception. They were very flexible with some last minute changes on wedding day and even performed our first dance live. All of our guests raved about how fun their sets were!! If we had the choice, we'd do it all over again with them. -

Martignetti/Brewster wedding
We got married last summer at the Newbury Hotel in Boston, on June 17th, 2023 - and we had the Sugarbabies as our amazing band of course!!
We wanted to leave a review to once again extend the biggest thank-you to Lyle and the whole band, Gigi and the entire Sugarbabies team for making our experience so fantastic.
The band is incredible - first of all, just so genuinely talented, and fun! And secondly - a true pleasure to work with. Our guests are still talking about them with us to this day :) They were great at getting everyone excited and on the dance floor. And for making it a true party - it was everything we could have hoped for!! And the overall variety of their song choices is fire /covers everything ❤️🔥!! Also we had been nervous for our parent dances, and we had to request some customization to the length/chosen portion of the song etc. Everything we communicated over email was put into action perfectly, and on the big day Lyle put us immediately at ease - they executed exactly what we needed them to.
Sugarbabies, you absolutely crushed it for us!! We’re so grateful to have had such a great band that made our wedding that much more memorable of an experience. We will never forget it - thank you so much, and hopefully we’ll get to do another event with the Sugarbabies some day!

We chose Sugarbabies as our band by asking our venue, "Which band is the most fun and brings down the house?" Our venue immediately answered Sugarbabies and they absolutely DELIVERED. Our wedding was over a month ago and we are still receiving compliments on the band. From being incredibly lively, thoughtful and accommodating emcees to delivering an an absolutely electric performance, Sugarbabies made our reception so memorable and fun. Everyone was dancing!
We had the Sugarbabies Band at our July 2023 wedding, and it was easily the best decision of the night (other than deciding to marry each other)! A band can be a big investment, and there can be some uncertainties around what you’ll get (beware slick videos with hyper-polished sound) - but our contact Jonathan was beyond helpful in guiding us through them. The band gives you a generous, but not intimidating menu of options: we could request a handful of specific songs (and list our do-not-play requests), specify our genre preferences, and choose
two instrumentalists to play during our cocktail hour.
And the band crushed it. The playing was incredible, the flow was perfect, and their energy was contagious. Our guests of all ages were dancing the entire time! We knew we had something special when we looked up to see the saxophonist sitting on the guitarist’s shoulders, surrounded by our cheering and dancing friends and family, and it still didn’t feel like they were making the night about them. Thank you for an unforgettable party!

The Sugarbabies set a very high bar for all weddings. They were phenomenal to work with. Jon was super helpful-always willing to answer any questions and helped us find a show that worked for us so we could see the band in action. When we saw them, we knew they were exactly what we needed! High-energy, incredible talent, and very friendly! We met with Gigi to go over the last minute details, and she listened, gave feedback, and worked with us to get the band ready for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, The Sugarbabies were on time and very professional. They worked with our day of coordinator to get everything together seamlessly! The ceremony music was perfect-the guitarist played instrumentals of pop songs that were meaningful to us. During cocktail hour, we had a jazz duo and they were very talented! When it came time for the ceremony, we knew it was going to be amazing and The Sugarbabies went above and beyond. The energy they gave off was incredible-everyone is still talking about the saxophonist getting on top of another band member’s shoulders! They learned two songs for us-one of them being a special song for my dad and our family/friends and I am so grateful I have that memory of us all dancing together during that song! As a couple, it was very important to us that everyone at our wedding, regardless of age, was on the dance floor. At one point (when I remembered to look!), I looked around and saw everyone-my younger cousins and my older aunts and uncles on the dance floor. In addition to the music, the band also expertly coordinated introductions, announcements, special photographs, etc. as part of their MC duties. The Sugarbabies set the bar high and we can’t wait to see them at a show soon. Thank you for helping make our day a dream come true! -

We 100% Recommend!
My fiancee and I had been to many weddings with "sporadic" dancing. That was never the case at our wedding -- the floor was packed from start to stop. And while we'd like to think it's because we had an amazing guest list full of dance phenoms, the reality is that Sugarbabies really brought it. My now-wife and I are thrilled that we chose them! I should add that they also did an excellent job of helping with song selection, handling the music at the wedding ceremony itself, and conducting themselves professionally. (Oh, and at one point the saxophonist got on the shoulders of another band member and danced around the dance floor - it was pretty epic.) -

Hands down, THE BEST WEDDING BAND! I first saw The Sugarbabies perform at my best friend's wedding in the fall of 2019. They were ELECTRIC and had folks on the dance floor all night long. I was enamored and had to take their business card. Three years later and they were the first band I called when making arrangements for my own wedding at Castle Hill Inn in Newport Rhode Island. Every single person we dealt with - from management to the band members themselves - were so professional and organized. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a band and company. They are true professionals and the band is wildly talented. The band sets the town of your whole reception and The Sugarbabies absolutely killed it. Guests haven't stopped talking about their performance...we danced all night long! -

We knew the band would be SUCH an important part of our wedding day and we are SOOO happy to have chosen Sugarbabies. They were really easy to deal with in the lead up to the big day, and then on site were 5-stars, 10/10, absolutely the BEST. It was incredibly important to us that the dance floor be packed all night, and they made it happen! Hit after hit after hit. The vocals and musicians were GREAT and they also did a killer hora. Plus, they let my now-husband play a song with them on the drums and it was a huge highlight. We were nervous about booking a band without seeing them in person but trust me they are AMAZING and you should book immediately!!! -

Non-stop Party
W-O-W. WOW!!!! We've relived our wedding over and over the past week through photos and videos - every time, we end with the band and how it truly made it "the best day ever". The ceremony music and sound set-up was perfect. The MC through dinner was perfect. Once the dancefloor opened up, we never left 🙌 The band really emulated our energy - we felt like we were at our own rock show. Every piece of the band hit so hard!
Shout out to Gigi, the Operations Manager, ran through the song list with us so intently - it very obviously made an impact on the entire set-list - hits on hits!! We are soooo grateful the band was open to learning a Queen song as well, it's really one of our favorite car jams/bar jams/party jams - while we were on the dancefloor the whole time, this brought the rest of our families and older guests back.
We are so thankful for all they did to be a part of our big day, we cannot say enough good things! -

We attended a wedding with The Sugarbabies as the band 5ish years ago and vowed that when we got married we needed to have them. We booked our wedding date around their availability - it was that important to us! Working with them is a dream - so organized and easy to work with and responsive. Having never planned a wedding before, they gave great guidance and suggestions. Now to the fun stuff - THE WEDDING! Our friends and family still to this day rave about this band. Our dance floor was packed from the first song until the very end! They let us get on the stage to lead an A Star Is Born singalong with all our guests, and the saxophonist even ended up playing Shout on someones shoulders. One of the most important pieces of our wedding was this band. When we move back to the Boston area we plan to attend shows - we are officially groupies! -

We hired Them Apples, one of the bands from Sugarbabies, for our New Year's Eve wedding in December 2021 and absolutely loved them! Not only do they sound great but they bring so much energy to their performance which gets everyone up and dancing ASAP. They were wonderful to work with prior to the wedding as well and worked with us on many changing requests due to dealing with the ever changing covid situation. In the two weeks since our wedding, every guest has reached out to ask about our incredible band. Sugarbabies was—by far—the best part of our wedding and worth every penny. They have extremely talented musicians and vocalists. They curate a set list to suit your taste and can adjust it in real time. They have performed at multiple weddings (and other events) for our extended family. Can't say enough positive things about this group! Couldn't have asked for a better band at our wedding!
If I could give 10 stars here I would! The Sugarbabies 100% made our wedding, our guests still can't stop talking about "how awesome the band was". The manager Jon was super helpful during the planning process, quick to respond to emails, and answered any questions we had. I can't say enough about the band leader, Lyle - he understood exactly what type of vibe we were going for and crushed it throughout the whole wedding. Don't think twice about booking the Sugarbabies, lock them in early! -

My brother's wedding with The Sugar Babies back in 2016 was amazing and I knew to have them at my wedding whenever my big day would finally arrive... 5 years later we had the sister band, Them Apples travel all the way down to New Jersey for our amazing, small sized wedding and WE HAD THE BEST TIME! Joy is the sweetest person and has an amazing voice and Bobby was ready to get the crowd going! Jon was so professional, prompt and really knows how to manage the logistics and all Sugarbabies INC staff were super easy to work with. My husband and I and all wedding guests truly loved, loved, loved Them Apples and I can't wait to see them next summer perform in Newport again! -

The perfect band!
The Sugarbabies were absolutely fantastic. From the start, they were great to work with. We had a few songs that weren't on their list that we weren't sure they would be able to play, and they enthusiastically agreed to learn them for us. Every song they played was better than the last, and our guests had so much fun on the dance floor. Since our wedding, we've had so many people tell us how great the band was and how they've never seen a dance floor so full the entire night. A good band was probably the highest priority for my wife and I and simply put you cannot go wrong with Sugarbabies or any of their associated bands (Nate Bash & Them Apples). We originally heard of them after we unknowingly attended one of their wedding band showcases and were blown away. Working with Jon and Alain was a breeze and they helped us select the perfect music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They went out of their way to learn both the father/daughter and mother/son dances and were generally exceptional to work with every step of the way.
All of which is great, but getting to the point, the band itself was amazing. The quality of the musicians and vocalists were unmatched by any wedding bands we've seen and they had the crowd into it the entire time. I'd highly, highly recommend Sugarbabies to anyone considering them. They are 100% worth it. -

We were fortunate enough to have Them Apples perform at our wedding and they were amazing! From start to finish we had a great experience working with Jon and the entire Sugarbabies Inc team during the planning process. The night of the wedding and in the weeks since we've heard tons of compliments from our guests about how the band was the best they'd ever seen at a wedding and how much fun they had. The most important thing to us when we were planning our wedding was finding a band that would keep everyone on the dancefloor during the reception and Them Apples completely delivered. They played every song we hoped to hear and even learned a few new ones for us. They also did an amazing job with instrumental music for both our ceremony and cocktail hour. We cannot recommend this band enough. Any couple would be lucky to work with them! -

I'll start by saying that I am a music fan, so when my wife and I got engaged I immediately volunteered to do the research on wedding bands in the area. My goal was to find a band that would have everyone out on the dance floor all night, and who would play a wide variety of songs. After going to a few showcases we were getting a little worried that we wouldn't find what we were looking for, until we went to the Sugar Babies showcase and saw the incredible talent that they have across their wedding bands. After some deliberation, we decided to hire the Them Apples band, and we could not have been happier with our decision.
Them Apples Band are beyond talented, and from the moment they began playing the first song to the very last note of the evening our entire wedding was out dancing on the floor and having a fantastic time. We didn't give them a playlist but rather described the types of music we wanted to hear (which were varied) and the songs that they arranged for the evening were 100% spot on, without a single song we didn't want to hear or dance to. Without fail, every person that we have talked to since the wedding has told us that they could not believe the quality of the band that we hired. I would absolutely recommend Them Apples band to anyone looking for live music at their wedding, you will not be disappointed! -

The band is so SO SO SO GREAT!!! Really, cannot say enough good things! They turned our wedding into an absolute dance party - total blast! EVERYONE we have talked to since about the wedding brings up the band. EVERYONE! They're fun, incredibly talented, you can tell they are having a great time -- and it's contagious! We had some song requests -- which they nailed. They played our first dance, which was amazing. The rest, we left up to them, and they really kept the dance floor packed all night!! Really, my wife said this was the highlight of the whole day!!! (I said, marrying her was the highlight :/ ... at least she was honest though). Very memorable, highly excellent -- Sugarbabies are the best! Our wedding planner recommended them, and she was right! -

Best Wedding Band Ever
I can not say enough about the Sugarbabies. By far the best wedding band in Boston, and the best wedding band that I or any of my 230 guests have seen. Their youth, energy, and talent is unmatched. They threw the meanest hora, learned a few songs that were meaningful to us, performed a song with my sister and even had her attend one of their rehearsals, and paid close attention to our likes and dislikes as to which songs of their extensive song list they played. On numerous occasions the lead singer came out into the crowd, and even had the saxophonist and guitarist on his shoulders! People have not stopped commenting on how amazing this band was. I couldn't have been more proud to share this group of talented young adults with all of my closest friends and family. Thank you, Sugarbabies! -

Even 1-year later, all of our guests still talk about how amazing Them Apples were. Great energy, engaged with the audience on the dance floor, played a very wide variety of new and old hits, and nailed our custom song requests. You'll read a bunch of reviews that share how amazing XYZ band is but for my wife and me, we really appreciated their attention to detail coupled with an overall passion for their work - they came up to us and shared that it was an honor to be there. Angela Sent on 01/11/2018I have almost been married a year and friends & family still rave about the amazing band we had at our wedding. No words can express how much joy and energy they brought to our wedding (so I am attaching pictures!). We did not stop dancing. We did not stop having fun. Every moment was perfect - from our introductions to the last dance. They listened to all my silly requests and somehow fulfilled them all....and then some! It was a night I'll never forget and it's largely due to how well the Sugarbabies read the room and punctuated the evening. They even allowed my sweet, sweet husband to come on stage and sing a song he wrote for me. Look at their smiling faces as he went through the song (and as much as I love him, he is not a Sugarbabies-worthy singer!). We couldn't have been happier with our choice and I recommend the band to all my family & friends, if only to see them perform once again! A big shout out to Eytan and Jon for making our wedding dreams come true. They are the nicest, most wonderful people - on top of being the best group of musicians I've heard! I also think their videos don't do them justice - they are even better live. It's an amazing experience to be in a room with them. I can't recommend them enough!

Mallory Sent on 10/27/2017I have to say- one of the best parts of our wedding. Its been one month since our wedding and people are still talking about the Band. From being patient with us picking songs, to conference call and curious follow up they were amazing. Songs everyone loved, kept our guests engaged and sooo happy. Not to mention they are all SUPER talented. Its like your own personal concert for you and your guests. I cannot praise them enough.
