Sugar bee sweets did an excellent job on our cake and cupcakes!
We had a gluten free cake and lots of cupcakes, I think they were everyone's favorite! We had 60 guest and 100 cupcakes but only a few cupcakes left over! They were so yummy!

Sugar Bee Sweets is AMAZING. I am blown away by the cake the delivered for our wedding day! It had our perfect monogram, looked exactly as we wanted and tasted INCREDIBLE!!!! When I planned my first wedding for a couple a decade ago, I used Sugar Bee Sweets. I knew that when I got married, I wanted their delicious cakes for my own wedding. The at home cake testing box made for such a fun date night and their team was so knowledgeable and helpful during the ordering process. Not only did our cakes look exactly as I had envisioned, but they were so tasty! I especially recommend the almond cake with raspberry buttercream filling!

Sugar Bee Sweets made sure we had the best experience during our cake tasting (even during 2020) and their flavors were amazing! We took home our leftovers from the tasting and my sister ended up falling in love with a cake flavor and knew then they were the baker for her wedding as well! We ended up going with a regular 3 tiered cake and a sheet cake to get in an extra flavor because we couldn't decide. Leading up, they were prompt with their communication and made sure everything was still accurate. Day of, they were on-time and arranged the fresh florals we had left on our cake and it was better than we imagined. We had so many compliments on the taste and had several people take home extra! A year later and we are super excited to get an anniversary cake from them of one of the flavors from our wedding.

From our first tasting, we knew that not only was the cake delicious, but that your team was incredibly knowledgeable, providing guidance on size, tiers, multiple flavors, design etc.
The cake looked great on the wedding day and we've received nothing but glowing feedback from guests on how great it tasted. We were sent home with plenty of cake from the venue enjoy it for many more days :)

YES! 5 star bakery! Sugar Bee Sweets made the MOST incredible wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding. Besides being absolutely delicious, they designed a multi-tier cake using the wedding’s gold accents and floral which was a real show stopper. Best Cake I've Ever Tasted!
When looking at cake options we made an appointment on Sugar Bee Sweet's website to do a tasting. Four of us were able to go to the tasting, and tried 8 different cake flavors. Of the eight flavors, all were amazing, and we were unable to decide between five, so the bakery let us do each tier a different flavor. We had a three tier bridal cake and a 2 tier grooms cake. At the tasting, we were given books of the bakery's previous work and were assisted in building the two cake designs from scratch. They were so helpful, going in I had very little idea of what I wanted the cake to look like, and by the end of the hour we had everything completely figured out. The cakes were delivered on time and the delivery person decorated the cake with loose flowers we had available. Everything looked amazing and we got so many compliments on all the different cake flavors (although red velvet and chocolate stout seemed to be crowd favorites!). I would absolutely recommend this bakery to all!

We ordered a naked 3 tier Lemon cake with Blueberry filling and it was sooooooo good! Our experience with Sugar bee was fantastic from beginning to end. When it came down to the day of, I asked if they could add some of the florals that matched my bouquet (I provided them) and they gladly set up a little arrangement for me and it was perfect. The Bee's Knees at Sugar Bee!
Sugar Bee Sweets was amazing! My husband is not that big of a cake guy and when we went in we only had intentions of planning a bride's cake. That quickly changed after we tasted the chocolate with the caramel bottom. It was delicious. They made our vision come to life! The only complaint I have... I wish I would have taken more with me to the hotel!!!!! You should totally book with Sugar Bee!

Great Cake!
We chose Sugar Bee Sweets for our wedding cake and it was just perfect! We worked with them on the cake design and the cake they delivered was exactly what we had asked for. We choose a white cake with a blackberry cream cheese filling and it was delicious. We also had red velvet cake that was a nice compliment.
We would definitely use them for other occasions and would definitely recommend them!

We have nothing but good things to say about Sugar Bee Sweets! From our cake tasting meeting at the shop where we described our vision to enjoying the delicious cake on our wedding night, it was top notch service, through and through. It is comforting to work with someone that you can trust to execute the vision you have, and after our initial meeting with Sugar Bee, we knew we had that trust and did not look at any other vendors. We ordered cake and cake balls for our wedding, and they all looked exactly as we had imagined on the big day. We are looking forward to enjoying them all again on our first anniversary, and needless to say, we will be repeat customers if we ever have the need to cater other big life events in our future.

The best cake ever! I tried several cake places and none of them held a candle to sugar bee! The tasting was private and super organized. We loved our wedding cake; it was so delicious! I liked the unique flavor options they offered. We had a groom’s “dessert table” as he doesn’t eat cake, and all the desserts were delicious too! They also took the florals and pinecone garland left by the florist and weaved them into the cake so perfectly! I wish we had more cake now; it was that good!

After I forgot to order our wedding cake (oops!), we scrambled to find a wedding cake the week of our wedding. I found Sugar Bee Sweets and saw that they had signature cakes you can order and pick up in the same week. We went with two 10" signature cakes (Vanilla Strawberry & Texas Butter). After being underwhelmed by 5 different cake vendors, Sugar Bee Sweets was the only one who provided equally high quality across so many different flavors, which was important to me as we were having a dessert table. There were so many amazing choices, it was so hard to to make our final picks! The cake tasting box (which they make a mystery for you!) was fun and DELICIOUS. Don't waste your time elsewhere, these desserts are GORGEOUS and you will want to over-order to have leftovers.

Our cake and dessert table were perfect!
We tried a sample box over Christmas and loved every cake flavor we tried! We have also visited the bakery several times in the last few months for other treats- which have all been delicious. Our almond wedding cake was delicious and the sugar flowers were perfect! I was so happy with it. Our guests LOVED the dessert table. We had macaroons, brownies, lemon bars, and cake pops. Most of them disappeared and those leftover my family was thrilled to take home.

Our daughter and her fiancé chose Sugar Bee Sweets for their wedding and groom's cakes for their January 2019 wedding. They were a fantastic choice! Sugar Bee Sweets has a very cute shop and made the tasting appointment so fun for them. The staff were so nice to work with and designed the groom's cake to look like the groom's police badge--he was so pleased. They chose the vanilla with blackberry cream cheese filling for the wedding cake, and chocolate toffee crunch for the groom's cake. Both cakes were beautiful and delicious--everyone loved them! Also--we've now found the new place to order our birthday cakes! Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting my birthday cakes from Sugar Bee for years so when it came time to booking our wedding cake they were the obvious choice! We ordered a sample box to try at home (which was amazing) and then booked a full consult with Jennifer in the store. She was so helpful and by the end of the consult we had designed our perfect cake! We also did a cookies and milk bar instead of a traditional grooms’ cake which was a total hit! Sugar Bee was recommended to us by our wedding planner, and came highly recommended by the caterer and the venue.
Our initial tasting and consultation they took the time to get to know the bride and groom and what their vision for the wedding cake was. They took into consideration the creative ideas from us and helped incorporate them into a beautiful cake.
The final cake was part strawberry and part chocolate, both were wonderful, moist cakes. Both flavors were enjoyed by our guests.

I loved sugar bee sweets! Story was amazing to work with! The food is amazing and reasonable. The only thing I wish they would do would be delivery for a fee instead of requiring a minimum but it all worked out in my favor! I used them for my wedding cake and favors. Everyone at Sugar Bees was FANTASTIC to work with! Our cakes turned out amazing, especially the grooms cake as it had lots of small details that my husband was very peculiar about. Heidi and her team were great to work with every step of the way and were very responsive to emails. We went into our tasting not really knowing what we wanted out cakes to look like and she helped guide us in the right direction and our cakes turned out exactly how we had imagined them! Would definitely recommend them for any wedding or event! We will definitely be using them again for any of our cake needs!

We can't wait for our one year anniversary just so we can come back to Sugar Bee Sweets to get our wedding cake flavor to celebrate! They were the best tasting we went to and had little cakes with different frostings already paired. We ended up going with an almond cake with amaretto filling and a vanilla cake with blackberry filling. IT WAS SO GOOD. We spent the day after our wedding just finishing the bit of cake we had left over. When we first went in for a tasting we even brought home the rest of our test cakes and bought a few cake pops and a cupcake in one of the flavors because they were so good. They also sketched out our wedding cake just by listening to the "vibe" we wanted and with a few inspiration pictures we brought in they showed us a gorgeous and simple, modern cake and on our wedding day, the cake looked exactly like the sketch they showed us on our first meeting! It was amazing!

Heidi and the team were easy to work with and took my limited vision and ran with it. I have never seen a more beautiful wedding cake - it was beyond gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. Several guests told me it was the most delicious wedding cake they had ever had, and most people ended up with two slices! They also custom made cheesecakes for our groom's table after hearing me say that we were thinking of going in that direction instead of doing a more traditional groom's cake. They were all DELICIOUS. You will not go wrong with choosing Sugar Bee Sweets. I plan to use them for any and all future showers/birthdays/events.

What I loved about Sugar Bee Sweets was how professional and easy it was to work with them. Also, all of their cakes are drop dead gorgeous. You get to see a variety of samples cakes the moment you walk into the store. When I initially browsed through their menu, I was slightly overwhelmed by the different combinations of cake and frosting combinations there were. Luckily, Heidi and her team actually pick their top 8 wedding cake flavors for cake tasting. I signed up for a cake tasting with my parents on a Friday afternoon, and we fell in love. Our favorites were the Red Velvet + Cream Cheese filling, Almond cake with vanilla butter cream filling and vanilla cake with blackberry and cream cheese filling. It was very interesting because Heidi actually didn't describe each type of cake before we tried them. She merely suggested that we try all of them first and then after we picked our favorites, she gave us the description to the cake. This way, we wouldn't be biased and go with our favorite cakes.
One of the best parts about creating a cake at Sugar Bee Sweets is that you can actually pick different types of cakes for each layer of your cake. This is awesome because we wanted to give our guests the option to try different flavors, in the event someone didn't like a certain flavor. Because we loved the red velvet cake, Heidi actually recommended that we choose the smaller layers for this because red velvet cake actually cooks better in smaller sizes.
To top it off, they were able to design our wedding cake exactly how I asked. I actually found a cake design I loved on Pinterest and they were able to recreate to the dot! They even worked with my wedding designer/florist to design my cake! They delivered the cake without any problems and the best part was that I didn't have to do anything (one less thing to worry about on your wedding day)!

Sugar Bee Sweets was beyond perfect for our wedding! We nailed our design early on in our first meeting and it was one thing we didn't have to worry about over the course of the year. Holly totally understood our blue/black look with gold brushing that would be topped with jewel tone florals from the florist! When it got closer, their staff reached out to confirm details and to see if we needed anything else. They were super flexible and sent us some great picture options for cake stands, added a cup cake of each flavor for my husband-to-be and I to take home that night and they even added on a last minute sheet cake for us! I will be honest - my husband and I do not even like cake - and we were BLOWN away with the flavors, look and Sugar Bee Sweets!! They are the best and we wouldn't use anyone else!

Okay. I am SO glad I had Sugar Bee sweets for our wedding! Our cake was DELICIOUS, and we had so many guests rave about the cake, saying it was "the best wedding cake they had ever tasted!" I have to agree hands down! Heidi was so helpful, bringing my wedding cake vision to life, and also accommodating my order so close to the wedding! The cake itself was BEAUTIFUL, and I plan on visiting their adorable bakery again for some more of that cake magic!

Stop researching wedding cakes and call Sugar Bee Sweets right now!! When my fiance and I walked into their bakery for a tasting + consult with Heidi, we walked out knowing we didn't need to look anywhere else. She designed our cakes on the spot, and we had little to no changes by the time she was done. Plus the tasting was delicious -- we had such a hard time choosing flavors, that we incorporated 3 different flavors and a gluten free tier into our 5 cakes! This was one of the easiest planning decisions we made, with a final guest count being the only follow-up required. After the wedding, so many of our guests complimented the cake (which we were both happy and angry to hear, since we each only had a bite), and even said they went back for more (probably to try the other flavors)! They did an amazing job with our favors, too! Our reception was at a country club, so they made us the most adorable golf ball cake pops! I've already put in another order for a custom birthday cake for my husband this week -- can't wait to surprise him and actually eat the cake this time! :)

The cakes are beautiful and most importantly delicious! I like that we can give them a professional photo of our cake and they will remake the top tier of our wedding cake on our 1 year anniversary. There are not enough words to express how amazing Sugar Bee Sweets was during our wedding planning! From the cake tasting until the wedding day, Sugar Bee Sweets was the absolute best! We ordered a tiered wedding cake and groom's cake designed as the University of Texas football field with a longhorn and razorback standing on top of the field. The cakes were perfect and absolutely stunning! I had envisioned in my head exactly how I wanted the cakes to look. Sugar Bee Sweets exceeded all my expectations! Even fact, the cakes looked better than I could have imagined. The cakes were such a hit and made for some fun photo opts. Not only stunning, but incredibly delicious! I had a very specific vision of what I wanted my cake to look like tier by tier and Sugar Bee Sweets made it happen! My cake was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like what I had envisioned. The cake was delicious as well! Our grooms cake was wonderful as well and we also got cupcakes for all the kids at the wedding. Everyone at the bakery we worked with along the way was amazingly sweet and very responsive when we had questions. I live in Dallas and there are dozens of bakeries to choose from but no matter how much I searched and searched I could not find a bakery that could compare to the beautiful cakes here.

We ordered a three tiered wedding cake, a groom's cake designed like a Rubik's cube, and pie pops to give our guests as favors. Instead of having the typical wedding cake we wanted to have 3 different cakes on cake stands with cookies, strawberry's, and candy along side the cakes on the dessert table. I found Sugar Bee Sweets online and I loved the website. I was able to easily go through the website and browse through a ton of pictures of the available Signature Cakes. We ended up choosing the Rosette Cake, The Push Texture Cake, and the Chocolate Drizzle Cake. We had the Push Texture cake on a higher cake stand than the other 2 cakes, added fresh flowers and a cake topper. We ordered all 10 in. cakes. The Rosette cake was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone loved the Peach Amaretto filling we selected. All 3 cakes were AMAZING and our guests raved about how it was the best cake they have ever had. They looked beautiful and tasted wonderful! I will return to this bakery for years to come! We were so happy with the service here! They didn't push us into getting the standard wedding cake they let us choose what we wanted for our special day. These cakes were the highlight of our wedding!!

I was BLOWN AWAY by my wedding cake created by Heidi and Sugar Bee Sweets. I had a very specific cake design I wanted, and the first cake vendor I had met with with another company told me it wasn't possible to create the design. When I met with Heidi, she told me she would make the cake of my dreams, and she kept her word! I wish I could post a picture of the cake - it was Pinterest worthy! And the cake itself tasted amazing. It was perfectly moist, tasted the exact same as the sample we tried out in the store, and simply delicious. My guests were raving about the cake for weeks after. I would absolutely refer Sugar Bee to anyone!

I must admit, I left our consultation not really being able to make heads or tales of what exactly I had described for our wedding cake. However, I never panicked because I had seen many weddings that Sugar Bee Sweets had done, and I knew they would not put out work that they didn't think was perfect. I was blown away by our wedding cake! It was everything I had hope for, and we got many compliments about how this was the best cake people had ever had at a wedding. They also baked lots of goodies (cookies, lemon bars, pies, bake balls) for our sweets bar. All that I can say is WOW. It was definitely a wedding guest favorite, and many people reported that they had gone back for seconds and thirds. There was not a single thing left! Not only did everything look perfect, it was delicious! I really can't say enough good things about this place. Great product, super easy to work with, and very patient (for those of us who can't put a finger on exactly what we want). My best friend has ended up booking Sugar Bee Sweets for her wedding because everything was so great at ours! Thank you guys so much for making our day that much more sweet!

For my daughter's wedding we selected Sugar Bee Sweets. They have many flavors for every taste.
We selected the vanilla cake with banana jam filling, their signature flavor. My daughter isn't a person that eats cake on a daily bases, but I am and I have crossed Dallas to taste wedding cakes and selected the most further way, The Sugar Bee Sweets, because they are the best. We LOVED Sugar Bee Sweets! They made a three tier wedding cake, cake balls, two pies, and cupcakes for our dessert table. Their prices were great, and the cake was so delicious (and beautiful). Our wedding cake was vanilla cake with blackberry-cream cheese filling. Yum! My husband loves the cake balls (we also got them for his birthday in December). We didn't really eat the dessert at our reception (too busy dancing and talking to people), but the dessert table was EMPTY by the end of the night!
We also really loved our tasting. We got to try tiny slices of the wedding cake, prepared as it would be for the actual wedding - complete with fillings, frosting, etc. Other vendors let us try cupcakes (which doesn't let you try the filling) or just gave us a list of possibilities. Sugar Bee let us try lots of flavors and the blackberry filling was a no brainer. We also loved that we could order other desserts from them to make a full dessert table. We didn't try the pies before the wedding, but it was obvious from everything they have in their store that they would be awesome. We also love that we can go back to the bakery any time to get cupcakes or cake balls that remind us of our wedding.

The whole Sugar Bee Sweets team rock! From start to finish they were great! The cup cakes were delicious and such a hit at our wedding! I will defiantly go back to Sugar Bee's for other occasions.

This was the best cake I've ever had. Not best wedding cake. Best Cake Period. We had 5 different flavors, the strawberry was my favorite. Almond cake was fantastic too. My biggest problem with wedding cake is gritty butter cream. Sugar bee butter cream was smooth as butter! Tasted exactly like the samples we got. Cakes were beautifully made. Contract negotiation was a breeze. Delivered on time as promised and exceeded expectations.

We loved the cakes, they turned out wonderful! We just didn't get to eat enough, because everyone else loved them too! The staff is very nice, and professional, I even had to add a cake two weeks before the wedding and it was handled easily. This was the easiest part of the wedding planning, and most fun doing the cake tasting! We had a two tier cake, and three other layered cakes, plus cupcakes for the "grooms" cake, all different flavors, #Fail on my part, I didn't get the little tags put up for the different flavored cakes, so nobody even knew. Also, no reflection on Sugar Bee Sweets, but we had a February wedding and never thought to be concerned about cakes melting, but it was a really warm day and the venue was warm and humid. so the icing did pucker a TAD on two cakes that had smooth sides. Nothing to be distraught about, but something to keep in mind for Texas summer weddings, do a textured cake or cupcakes, and again this isn't a reflection on them just a note to brides! I want to get all the cakes again so my Hubby and I can enjoy. Can't wait for little ones so we can order their birthday cakes from them too!

Heidi, Scout and the whole Sugar Bee Sweets team are incredible! We couldn’t have been more happy or impressed with our wedding cakes/ cake table (we had 5 wedding cakes). From beginning to end, the Sugar Bee Sweets team was absolutely incredible. Professional and organized, they always answered any and all questions we had in a timely fashion. Our cakes were absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what we had discussed/ envisioned. Not to mention the fact that everything was so delicious! We chose 3 unique flavors including tiramisu, which ended up being incredible. We received compliments the entire night on not only how beautiful the cakes were, but also on how delicious everything was. Sugar Bee Sweets is everything you could ever want in a cake baker, professional, affordable, talented, and the cake is delicious. We absolutely love this bakery, and plan to use them for any and all future events.

Most Delicious Cake Ever! Hedi at Sugar Bee Sweets is absolutely amazing! We had her do our wedding cake and it was the most beautiful and delicious cake I have ever seen. It was so fun to develop the look and feel of the cake, but actually seeing it in person was incredible. The cake was better than I envisioned. Hedi was so professional and helpful. After changing my design several times a few weeks before the wedding I changed it up again and Hedi was more than accommodating and helpful. The sketches Sugar Bee provided was so helpful, but don't do nearly enough justice to their beautiful cakes. Our flavor was amaretto with blackberry filing and it was to die for. You can't go wrong with Sugar Bee Sweets!

I'm SO happy we chose Sugar Bee Sweets for our wedding cake! They were recommended to us by my venue, Aristide Event Center in Mansfield, Texas.
Our wedding cake was BEAUTIFUL and is THE best wedding cake I've ever eaten. Yes, I realize I may be biased, but in all honesty, it really was. It was really fresh and light and airy, and full of flavor, without being overwhelming.
We went with a 5-tiered cake, with the bottom tier being faux. Each of the 4 cake tiers were different flavors, so our guests got to choose what they got. We went with buttercream frosting and fondant gold "ribbon" around the base of each tier. Otherwise, it was fairly simple. However, it's clear they could really go nuts if the bride wanted some really fun design.
The cake tasting was great, and the process of choosing and ordering our cake was great. The team at Sugar Bee was clear in making sure we got exactly what we wanted (the paperwork and cake drawings were awesome!), and the final product was BETTER than what I'd expected!
Go with Sugar Bee Sweets! You WILL NOT be disappointed. Tasty cake and cake balls and super great service. Thanks so much!

I went to Sugar Bee's with a request of tennis ball cake pops for my groom's cake. They did an excellent job! They turned out adorable and everyone loved them-especially my husband. They also tasted great! I would absolutely recommend them. They were great to work with, very receptive, and the order turned exactly as I hoped for!

Gorgeous wedding cake custom designed by my daughter (the bride) and Heidi!!! We already had designed one bridal cake with Heidi, but she was very, very flexible, and I would say even delighted about the new design and was eager to change it!!!
I strongly recommend the blackberry cream cheese filling on the bride's cake! Father of the bride's favorite!!!!
The groom's cake was customized with one layer carrot cake and one layer of German chocolate cake!!! I never knew how fabulous carrot cake tastes with chocolate ganache !!!!!
Tastings at Sugar Bee's is FABULOUS!!! There is a bakery on Lancaster that was highly recommended to me...what a disappointment...very dry,mundane samples that were no more creative than the cakes I tried for my 1974 wedding:(
Don't waste your time at any other bakery...you can't go wrong with Sugar Bee's and Heidi!!!

I highly recommend Sugar Bee Sweets. They had a whole tray of samples for my mother and I to taste. They also have a large assortment of beautiful trays. We were on a budget, so the lady we consulted with helped us pick a combination of cookies, pies, and cake-pops to supplement our smaller wedding cake. It saved us hundreds of dollars! They delivered for a very reasonable price. They made the arrangement of our dessert table both beautiful and delicious.

They made our wedding cake and grooms cake for wedding back in July and we are still getting compliments on the cakes!! not too mention we are thinking of ordering a smaller cake just because we miss the taste of the cakes sooo much!! They are just THAT good!! we had the traditional wedding cake flavor and then a chocolate cake with chocolate drizzle it was wonderful. The designs were everything we wanted and we were so happy how the turned out!! Heidi was so great to work and very easy to contact if we had any questions. I thought finding a cake vendor would be the best part of all of the planning but then I found out there are a lot of bad cakes out there!! Then I came across Sugar Bee Sweets and their cakes were SO delicious! They were by far the best we tasted and were the only ones who just said "Yes, we can do that" when I showed them a picture of what I wanted. Instead of a groom's cake, we did a dessert bar and it was a hit with our guests! We got so many compliments from our guests on the wedding cake and all the desserts. They were easy to work with and we were able to rent dessert stands from them which was really convenient.

The cake looked great! Even my (the groom's) cake looked awesome. They got everything the way we wanted and it was delicious!
Everything was set up perfectly and on time without any issues. They worked with our florist with no issues. It all went so smoothly, it's hard to believe.

Heidi was great to work with! We went to an open house tasting one weekend and received a small discount if we booked that day. We did of course! Loved the chocolate caramel cake and peach amaretto. We decided on a simple design and a few weeks later I added another detail to the cake. Heidi was very quick to respond and accommodated the change easily. My husband and I ended up only enjoying the peach amaretto on our wedding day so we'll definitely be back for that chocolate caramel cake soon. There wasn't any cake left at the end of the night. Success!

We were married during the ice storm, and Heidi arrived, set things up, and it was absolutely wonderful. The cake, cupcakes, pies, and cookies were delicious.
