  Best Jewelry Experience!

  1000% would recommend Sue & Sam for any jewelry needs .. they did an incredible job with my requests and delivered an amazing ring. They have very fair and reasonable pricing. Their customer service is above and beyond anything I’ve ever received and not only did they deliver to all our needs, they did so in a very timely manner especially considering we custom ordered our ring. Before looking elsewhere I’d recommend contacting Sue and Sam and I’m sure you’ll get exactly what you’d expect and more !

  Stunning, quality jewelry. Excellent, personal customer service.

  My fiancé received my engagement ring in a timely manner, he said they were really responsive and it was a great experience. In his words, "I was happy to give them my money" haha. My ring is even more beautiful than the pictures. The center stone became a little loose after almost a year (probably from me being a little too rough with cleaning) and they were happy to fix, clean and polish it for me and I got it back in the amount of time they told me it would take. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them.

  Very extremely happy with both rings! We ordered my engagement ring, and my wedding band with them. They are both gorgeous! If you are a little worried about ordering a ring online don't be! Don't be afraid to contact her, she is extremely helpful! I ordered the wrong size for my wedding band and she worked with me to get another one! The rings are more gorgeous in person than in the pictures! I am very satisfied and I have gotten so many compliments on both rings! Definitely recommend!

  Sue & Sam were very helpful, informative and I love my engagement ring. They clean it for me everytime I am in the neighborhood and stop by. We also had a custom wedding band made and my husbands wedding band is from them as well. They were really great and we were able to make payments. Also, they gave me a string of pearls as a gift which I though was really nice. My husband also bought me a saphire ring for my birthday from them that I really love as well.

  (Married on 9-1-2012) I went to Sue & Sam Jewelry Company In October 2010. I was referred by a lady who specializes in ring mounts (wedding bands), who does not carry loose diamonds and brought me over here to see if I could find something here (This place sells both loose diamonds and ring sets, etc). I got an amazing good deal because I was good friends with the person referring me (Bonson Inc, 625 S. Hill St #210).
  
  When you first come into this large store, there are several, several booths of jewelers. Sue & Sam are towards the back, on the left hand side (if you are facing the back of the store).
  
  The service was very nice and friendly. I was not pushed or pressured to buy anything. I told Sue & Sam's son Chuck what I was looking for and he brought it out for my fiance and I to see.
  
  Since I was newly engaged, the whole bridal world seemed to be intimidating! So with all of the 4 C's of rings, the many different cuts, colors of diamonds and bands, etc... Chuck, Sue & Sam were all very helpful and answering my many questions about it all. They were very patience and told me their honest opinion of the 2 diamonds that I was looking at, and which one they think is the better buy (which actually turned out to be the cheaper loose diamond by 2 hundred dollars less, so they aren't here to rip you off).
  I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

  They're located in the jewelry district - such a great value and a great price. We had our wedding bands custom made from them - beautiful! My fiance also got my engagment ring from them - it took him 6 months, but they worked with him.

  Love my engagement ring and wedding band! I have a morganite and love love love it! I have had my engagement ring since 08/2016 and wedding band 03/2017, all in great shape! I am so happy! Unique beautiful designs.

  Poor Product, Poor Service

  My fiancé bought my engagement ring from samNsue (at my request). I wore the ring for 8 days before the moissanite stone was loose. The stone is so loose that it can spin about a quarter turn in the head. I was careful with the ring, not wearing it while washing my hands, showering or sleeping. (Besides it was EIGHT DAYS.) We contacted them through their customer service and we were told that it might have missed "final tightening" and we should send it back. We asked if we would be charged for this, since it was obviously not due to regular wear. They didn't respond for over a week. When we followed up, they said if it was their mistake we wouldn't be charged, they did not offer a shipping label. For their mistake we were going to have to pay for insured shipping both ways, and then if they decided it wasn't their fault, we would have to pay for them to repair it.
  Instead of going through that and paying those ridiculous fees, we took it to a local jeweler. Not only was the stone not properly tightened, but they sent the WRONG SIZE. We ordered a 6.5 ring, and the jeweler measured it as a full 7...For such an expensive, important item, I would look elsewhere. We had to pay to have it fixed AND resized, neither of which should've been our responsibility. On top of that I haven't been able to wear the ring this whole time to ensure the stone wasn't lost, which is incredibly disappointing.

  My fiancé purchased a ring from this site for me. After two days of wear, the morganite became very loose. Upon contacting Sue, we were told it was probably an issue with wear (how?). She would give no timeline as to repair, didn't offer a refund, and was somewhat dismissive once the purchase was made.
  
  I took the ring to a jeweler and discovered a notch in the corner of the rectangle cushion cut stone. They attempted to hide it and pressed the prong into it. The jeweler appraised the piece at less than half what my sweet man paid.
  
  We sent the ring back. It has sat unclaimed at the PO they had us mail it to for a repair. At this point, we are out over $2k. I would NOT use this site again.
