  I’m from Houston Tx and a friend of mine told me to check out her shop online. Absolutely the best thing I’ve ever done!!! I was a little nervous to buy online, but I followed the size chart and bought my dress sized based on that!! I ordered my dress on a Tuesday night and the dress arrived Friday afternoon!!! Once I took it out of box and tried it on, it was love at first sight!! Looks exactly like her pictures online. Best experience ever!! I know I’ll look fabulous in my new dress come November! Thanks Sue!!

  SUE ALLEN’S BRIDAL IS AMAZING! I never thought I would be a last minute bride...but...I was. With 2 months before my wedding, my original seamstress who was to make my dress fell through. I was so crushed and stressed out. I only had a small amount of time to find the dress of my dreams. Sue Allen’s Bridal appeared on my Facebook timeline and I saw how beautiful a selection she had. Not within 15 mins I found my perfect dress on her website. I contacted her and immediately got a response. I told her my situation and without question she reassured me that everything was going to be ok. I even placed a CUSTOM ORDER on her website...and it arrived on time! And all of this while living in Louisiana and her shop was in Texas. Sue is so professional and even gave me weekly updates on the status of my dress. Any question I had she was quick to respond via Facebook, text or phone call. I am actually grateful that my situation went wrong in the beginning because it ended up being soooo right and perfect because of Sue. My dress made me feel like a Queen on my special day! Thank you soooo much Sue!! You will forever be a part of our special day.

  I purchased my wedding dress from Sue Allen Bridal. She was amazing, very responsive to my questions and emails, very quick to get my dress to me and wonderful customer service. If you're wanting an affordable, beautiful dress come see her!!!

  Sue Allen is very helpful, accommodating, and kind! She really enters into the fun of planning the wedding with you and tries hard to get you exactly what you want for your dress and accessories. Her prices are good and each month there are great different specials. I also like that she was never high pressure, and she went out out of her way to get everything just how I wanted it.

  I just left sue Allen bridal... and let me just say it was awesome... the lady was extremely kind and gave me one on one attention and listened to what I wanted and was very patient.. her dresses are stunning and very affordable.. too affordable for how beautiful they are.. this is a "must go see" boutique and I can tell ya, you won't be wasting time....

  I saw a picture of the wedding dress I wanted but I had no idea where to get it...I only had a few months to figure it. I sent sue Allen the picture and the result was the beautiful dress I wanted. I got alot of compliments....it was a great hit! Communication was great....I got periodic updated on how my dress was coming along. It was a great experience!

  Pictures are not her dresses

  I went to her shop to try on dresses and was not able to try on the 2 dresses from her website because they are custom dresses. She was really nice and kept reiterating that she backs her dresses 100% so I went ahead and ordered a custom dress. The pictures are not her pictures, so she is having a third party "recreate the dress". I would not recommend getting a custom dress from her unless you are able to try it on. She will not provide a refund even if it is not the dress that was sent to you.

  Very Poor Service

  I ordered my dress, special order, in April. I was sent the wrong dress not once, but twice. To find out Sue never even placed the order for the dress I ordered. She could not offer me an explanation or even sympathy for her mistake. Of course, there aren’t refunds, but she wouldn’t even return my second phone call to discuss ordering options. 100% would not recommend
