Working with the ladies at Stylish Impressions was an amazing experience. I came in late one Thursday night with my mom just to get an "idea" of what type of wedding dress I wanted. The ladies that night let me try 12-15 dresses and were lovely and patient the entire time. They listened to me! I had been to another shop in which I had felt that my budget was not "big" enough. NEVER did Stylish Impressions make me feel this way during my shopping experience. When my veil arrived damaged, they worked diligently to find me another veil that worked with the dress! And MAN oh MAN, my veil was beautiful! EVERYONE at my wedding complimented my dress and said how beautiful it was! I loved with with this shop and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!

Diane is a GEM! She made the whole dress buying process such an exciting process. I loved each time I got to go to her store and try my dress on. My best friend ended up getting her dress there too and they let us book a fitting appt. together, so we could be in our dresses at the same time (so fun!). Her seamstress was great with getting my dress exactly how I wanted it. This is definitely one of the best shops in the area with a beautiful selection and great owner!

Best wedding dress shop experience ever! I welcomed into the store and though I didn't know what I was looking for in a bridal dress, Kristin and her team were able to pull together a variety of dresses and find me my dress. It was actually the 5th dress I tried on that I said yes to! She listened to my non verbal cues and everything I said. It was a dream come true! Dress shopping took about 2 hours and that included finding bridesmaid dresses in the same shop for my girls! We all left feeling accomplished and excited about our dresses! Thank you!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for dresses.

My conslutant Andrea was OUTSTANDING. After what seemed to be an endless search for a dress I found myself in the dress of my dreams at Stylish Impressions. Not only was Andrea understanding about my wants and needs but she also allowed me and my mom to take a look at the dresses for ourselfs. She picked gowns that matched my likes but used her expertise and picked a gown that flattered my shape and was not what I had pictured at all, I fell in love! I would highly recomend this shop because of the amazing staff and comfortable setting. Never did I ever feel pushed to make a decision, Andrea was always honest about the gowns and it was never about the price! The service here was amazing. Me and my mother are patiently waiting the arival of my gown. Thank you for the experience of a lifetime!

Stylish Impressions has helped friends find bridesmaid dresses and prom dresses for years, so when it was my wedding - they were the first place to visit. Not knowing what type of dress I was looking for, I described some aspects of what I hoped it might have. The first dress the consultant pulled would be the dress I would end up purchasing! They know how to ask the questions to really understand what you're looking for, make you feel comfortable, provide suggestions, and help you through the process of buying a dress! They made not only my experience as a bride wonderful, they also helped my mom find the perfect dress as well. We are thrilled with our experience and know others will be, too.

The customer service at Stylish Impressions from Jenn was AMAZING! She was kind, helpful and very thoughtful during my gown shopping. She listened to my details and pulled dresses that fit what I was looking for. When she left me with my mother so that we could talk, she went above and beyond, as she returned with one of the seamstresses to discuss some details and options that we were just casually discussing prior. I felt so comfortable with her that she seemed to be like a bridal party member and not a consultant. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a gown to go here and ask for Jenn! I love my dress and can't wait for it to come in! You will not be disappointed!

This is my second daughter to get married and i have shopped at many of the local stores but this was the first time to this store. I went here twice with my daughter. The first time we went on a Saturday and it was busy but our salesperson Olivia was very attentive. You could touch the gowns, look through them, and try on what ever ones you/she wanted. All the gowns are tagged with a price so none of the "what's your price range". You could bring your grandmother, bridesmaids and friends. You could take pictures. It was a great day! Days later my daughter looked through the pictures and said I like the top of this and the bottom of that one and I said I saw that very thing but you didn't try it on. On the second trip back she tried on that dress and loved it and it was down to two great dresses to choose from. The owner helped her decide. The one that she chose ended up being the lower price of both gowns. THIS PLACE IS GREAT- never once were they pushing to the higher price it was all about what dress do you like and what dress do you feel best in. Hat's off to this wedding dress shop you care about the bride and how she feels! We ordered her dress and you cared about us too -the people she brought that day. Thanks for making this task a pleasure to do. Looking forward to when the dress comes in.....PS I found you because a friend of mine had just bought her daughters dress there and she said the people working and the way you let brides pick and touch the dresses is what impressed her. I agree.

This tiny boutique offers TREMENDOUS quality. I came across this boutique because they were hosting a trunk show for Allure Bridals. The sales associate that I worked with the day I found my dress was so patient and caring. She actually found my dress--it was the last one I tried on! She pulled it because it had elements of what I wanted as well as what my mom had wanted for me. It was perfect and something that I did not even consider for myself! What I loved most about Stylish Impressions was that there was no pressure to buy something. These ladies were 100% about you 100% of the time, and you don't get that in larger department stores. The owner is really sweet and so is the seamstress. I commuted over an hour each time I went to Stylish Impressions; I always looked forward to my appointments and I always left happy. Little boutiques such as this one are always overlooked, but they honestly deliver so much more in terms of service and that's what my mom and I were looking for. I'm so happy I got my dress from here and not from a larger store like Kleinfeld's because if you think about, you're just paying for the "name of the store" when you shop at larger bridal stores--and I didn't want to compromise the intimate, and personal interaction I was hoping to get when searching for my perfect gown.

Stopping into Stylish Impressions was the best decision I ever made . On my way to work one morning, I saw the store & happened to stop in to make a Bridal Dress Appointment. To my surprise they took me in to try dresses on immediately ... After 7 other Bridal Stores and no luck and quite a few bad experiences at my appointments I was not loving this Bridal experience of finding "the Dress". Jen was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable . She listened to what I liked and didn't like and was honest with how things looked on me. I had such a great experience! It was because of Jen I actually enjoyed finding My Dress !

I found my dream dress here with all of the help from the professional and attentive staff. Every one who works here is so passionate about helping every bride. After going to large, more expensive boutiques in Boston and being disappointed by the selection and quality of service, I stopped by Stylish Impressions on a lunch break since I work nearby... I walked in the door, told them what I wanted, and they marched me upstairs and pulled out my dress! It was that simple, and the dress is perfect!
Much less expensive than at one of those boutiques, and the quality is just as good as the Boston stores!
The seamstress did the bustle EXACTLY as I'd asked even though I didn't know what to ask for and she invented a new bustle on the spot!
Fantastic Store! Way better than the trendy, expensive boutiques in the cities!

I went to a large chain to look for a dress originally. Big mistake. The people at Stylish Impressions in Farmington, CT were outstanding. Their personal, non-pushy, patient assistance was exactly what I wanted. I felt very comfortable there as a 48 year old bride! Their selection was as varied and large as the bigger companies. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience at Stylish Impressions. Olivia, one of the consultants, was FANTASTIC, and made the experience so special and eased my stresses at the same time. She understood my "vision" of my wedding day, and helped me find the most perfect gowns for me and my bridesmaids. I purchased all of my accessories here, including veil, shoes, and jewelry. I had a fabulous experience with Stylish Impressions. I bought my bridal gown and 5 bridesmaid dresses there. I went in for my bridal gown after having had a very frustrating experience at another store. I showed Diane, the owner, pictures that I had and explained that I didn't need those dresses, just a style like it. She nailed it on the first dress. I loved my wedding dress. It was so perfect and so me. I'm still getting compliments on it. When choosing my bridesmaid dresses, I had 2 different employees helping me and both were fantastic. They were very patient and gave me all of the time in the world. I never once felt rushed or like I was just a number. They were very clear in explaining to me the process for ordering the bridesmaid dresses. Both my dress and the bridesmaid dresses came in exactly when they said that they would. I not only loved all of my dresses, but the process was fantastic. I did not use their seamstress services so I can not review that, but I would highly recommend Stylish Impressions to anyone.

I loved Stylish Impressions! Olivia was so great to work with. You never felt rushed or like you were wasting her time. She gave opinions yet was soft spoken and didn't try to take over. I went to Stylish Impressions twice and the second time I chose my dress. There was a dress by a designer they carried that I wanted to try on and they ordered a sample so that I could try it on the next time I came in. The service was stellar! When you walk in you can be overwhelmed on the first floor with all the prom shoppers and bridesmaid shoppers, but once they escort you upstairs to the bridal lounge, its amazing! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

When I went to look for dresses, I never expected to find one at the first place I went to. But sure enough, I walked into Stylish Impressions and bought my dress off the rack. It fit perfectly, it was exactly what I wanted, and the girls in the shop were so responsive and attentive. They helped with my bride's maids and mother too!

I would definatly recommend them. The only downside was the alterations. I only need the tie for the bussle to be added, but the charge a $100 minimum for alterations. And then the string she used to tie the bussel broke half way through the reception, so I had to saftey pin it.

Otherwise, it was a great place. My dress was only $500, and when you buy it off the rack you get 25% off! That made up for the $100 in alterations.

Olivia was absolutely wonderful helping me find my dream wedding dress! She was so personable, honest, and helpful as I tried on several dresses. She took an interest in what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me. A few months later, I went back to Stylish Impressions and worked with Olivia to find my jewelry and my bridesmaids' jewelery. Once again, she was able to take what I had envisioned and make it come true. Her knowledge and expertise made for a wonderful wedding dress shopping experience.

I also had the alterations done at Stylish Impressions with Evette. I felt that the cost for alterations was a little expensive, however Evette did some beautiful work making sure my dress fit just right!

I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Stylish Impressions. I initially made my appointment thinking that it would be yet another CT wedding shop to simply cross off my list. However, as soon as we walked in and met Olivia, my doubts turned to hope. While describing my dream dress to her, I noticed one particular dress peeking out from their full racks (great selection available!) that seemed to fit what I was looking for. Low and behold, once I finished describing what I wanted, it was the first dress that Olivia pulled. It was perfect…until Olivia showed me the price. Fortunately, it fit extremely well, and the sample dress discount was amazing, as was the condition of the price. After a LOT of hemming and hawing, I took the plunge – I had found “the one!”
In addition to being the shop that had “my dress,” Stylish Impressions far exceeded all of the other shops I visited. Their stock was large and varied, and in great condition. Olivia gave me a personalized, and helpful, experience – her recommendations and attention to detail were exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable of the store’s stock, and unlike other shops, she never once tried to force me into something I didn’t like, nor did she tell me what I should look like on my wedding day – the number of stores I visited who insisted I should want to look like a princess on my wedding day was appalling! Not Stylish Impressions. They listened, respected my wishes, and gave me the time necessary to make such a huge decision. Their willingness to work with my budget, and make the sample dress perfect, convinced me that it was the perfect place to order my dress! Thanks a million!

The owner Diane is super friendly and really went out of her way to make sure the dress would be exactly the way I wanted it. ( I was having the dress makers make an alteration) When it was coming down to the line I was freaking out that the dress wasn't going to be in on time because of the alterations. Kristen kept in touch and assured me they would have it. When it came in their seamstress Bonnie went above and beyond to have the dress ready for me. All and all the dress was perfect and ready just in time!! The girls also got their dresses for a little discount!

Searched far and wide for a dress…..after many stops I returned to Stylish impressions because their customer attention was the best I had experienced. Olivia worked with me throughout the entire process. Once finding a dress, she went above and beyond to make changes to it so it was "my perfect dress". Olivia was professional, stylish, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Stylish impression has a great selection of high quality dress without the high markup. My guests thought because of the high quality of my dress I must have spent 3 times as much as I did. So happy with my overall experience!

When I first looked up this dress place, I almost didn't book an appointment. I had read a few bad reviews on Google that detailed horrific experiences. I'm so glad that I went against all of my instincts and went there anyways. I was looking for a very simple style dress and specifically Maggie Sottero designs. They had the best selection of the styles I wanted to try and an amazing staff member named Olivia. One of the biggest issues I had trying on dresses was not being able to get a good sense of the style when the sample dress was several sizes too big. Olivia was great at using the clips to really get me in there. The only downside is the annoying hours - which seems to be the case everywhere. I don't understand why dress shops don't realize that brides work 9-5 jobs too. Otherwise, they were great!

I loved all of my interactions with the professionals at Stylish Impressions! They helped me find my perfect wedding dress. All but one of my bridesmaids got their dresses and had them altered there. They did a beautiful job. The only reason I cannot give a full 5.0 is because sadly, my train was not bustled well at all. My dress was heavy and unfortunately the tiny buttons that were used all popped off during the first 15 minutes of the reception. I ended up struggling with it all night, missed important parts of my reception, and it looked terrible:(

I bought my dress, 5 bridesmaids dresses, 1 flower girl dress, and my mother in laws dress here for our may wedding. I will admit that when I initially called to make my first appointment to try dresses on, the woman who answered the phone was very rude. So rude I almost didnt go to the appointment. However, I went anyway because they are one of the very few stores in CT that carry Allure.
I was welcomed to the store by Christina, who is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met. I mentioned to her that I almost didnt come because of the initial phone call, and she was very apologetic and seemed genuinely surprised that I had been treated that way. Christina is so sweet, and very accomodating. My first appointment was picture perfect, and I had tried on several dresses at other shops, but I found the "one" here. Christina actually encouraged me to try that dress on, even though it wasnt appealing to me on the hanger at all. The owner Diane, and all of the other girls were also very nice and really made us feel welcome. I would deffinitely reccomend that you ask for Christina if you are a bride looking for a dress. She really makes the experience one that you will remember. To give you an idea of how sweet Christina is, she actually made me a blue pawprint that she had the seamstress sew to the inside of my dress. We both adore our dogs, and it was such a touching surprise.
The dress I purchased was very reasonable considering the designer. They have a huge selection for any budget. The veil was a bit pricey, but again they have veils for any budget.
I was a little dissapointed that I didnt get some type of discount considering the amount of money we were spending between my dress and the rest of the bridal party. However, it was a great experience, so I didnt make a big deal out of it.
The seamstress Pena is AWESOME. She is a true professional, and my dress fit so perfectly. She is super flexible, and even let me come to her house on a Sunday for one of the fittings.
My only suggestion is to make sure you book your appointments for your fittings the same day that you are there. They book up VERY fast, and if you try to wait to get in on a saturday a few days before, you will never get in.
Love these ladies, and would deffinitely reccomend them!

I was overall happy with Stylish Impressions. They were very good about helping me choose the right dress for my wedding. It seemed to take quite a while for them to get my dress in, and were somewhat unresponsive about calling me back with answers, which made me nervous, but it all came together in the end.

I initially came here looking for an Alfred Angelo dress, but the wonderful sales girl helped me pick out another brand. The prices were very reasonable, and the woman who does their tailoring was amazing! She took in my dress where it needed to be done, as well as washing and repairing my mother's cathedral veil. I would highly recommend this shop!

I chose stylish impressions because they had the two dresses I found online. I went there, picked one out and that was it. They rushed the dress, and Yvette tailored it to fit me perfectly. (although the alterations were rather expensive). The dress was a beautiful and was a highlight of the day. My only complaint would be they can be hard to get in touch with if there are any issues. Also, the store is rather busy, especially during prom season. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience for such an important occasion.

This was the first dress shop where I tried dresses on. It's a cozy shop that made me feel comfortable while searching for my gown. The bridal appointments are held upstairs, away from all the other appointments, where only a maximum of 2 brides can shop and try on. My bridal consultant listened to my ideas and gave me dresses to try on that fit my description of what I wanted, but she also encouraged me to try on dresses that i never would have expected to like. It turned out that one of the dresses she picked out for me was the one!

My four bridesmaids got their Alfred Angelo dresses here.

The owner and one of the young ladies was very pleasant and helpful.

There was another young woman who was very rude when I (the bride) inquired about having some wrinkles in one of the dresses steamed out. It seemed like she didn't want to be bothered.

The seamstresses were pretty good. I didn't think they were anything special though. I feel like the hemming job they did was something my mother could have done. $60 to take in and hem. Plus $10 to insert cups. The seamstresses ONLY accept cash for payment which was an inconvenience.

I ended up at Stylish Impressions, which was about 45 minutes from my house because I was looking for a specific Maggie Sottero dress. Although I did not find it at Stylish Impressions, they had other comparable Maggie dresses, so it was worth the drive. I was on a little bit of a time crunch, and this was my third bridal shop, so I was very happy when I found the dress and for less than I thought I would. I was told it would be in within 5-6 months, which would give me just enough time for alterations. Three weeks later, I received a call that it came in & I was lucky that they had the space to keep it until I needed to schedule my alterations. I also got my 5 bridesmaid's dresses from Stylish Impressions, which I was told would take 3 months to come in. When 3 months came and went, I called to check on them and I was told they were at the warehouse and they should be there in two weeks. Two weeks came and went and I called again since I heard nothing, they were still at the warehouse. This went on for another 4 weeks until it was just about a month and a half away from my wedding and I had to ship my MOH's dress across the country so she could get it altered. I called one last time and they said they arrived 2 days prior. Again, I did not get a phone call, nor did my mother (who was shipping the dress to my MOH) or my bridesmaids. I also had to call and ask when I should start alterations since I did not receive any calls about that either.

In the end everyone got their dresses and they were all altered in time and we looked beautiful. The ladies that work at Stylish Impressions are super friendly and helpful, however if I had one piece of advice for them: follow up, especially with your brides!! I was already stressing out about other wedding related things and I did not need to be worried about my bridesmaid's dresses and where they were because there was a lack of follow up or phone calls.

Got a sample dress for a relatively good deal. That was good... the bad? Do not get your alterations done here. My bustle didn't even last 30 minutes and was $300! The only alteration I had was the bustle and it broke! Very disappointing.

Overall, we had a good experience, however the dresses are over priced and the owner can be quite snotty. I ordered over 4,000 worth of goods from Stylish Impression. Between my shoes, jewelry, veil, dress, and bridesmaids dress and 1 mother of the bride and 1 mother of the groom dress. It's not a privilege to do business with Stylish Impressions....they should be privileged to do business with brides. Just beware!

Nice staff, a bit flaky at times but good. The seamstress was great (not on site but only a couple minutes away and she comes to the shop). They sell dresses off the rack at a discount so I bought mine this way - it was a nice option to have and the dress worked out beautifully. They have a pretty good selection of wedding gowns and a pretty broad selection of bridesmaid dresses/mother of the bride&groom etc... My mom got her dress here too and it was beautiful. It was a pretty regular shopping experience - none of the personal touches that you might get at nicer bridal shops but adequate.

I would not reccommend using Stylish Impressions. I would highly reccommend their seamstress- Yvette. She was amazing, but the rest of the staff, especially the owner were not great to work with. I loved them on our first trip there, and I loved my dress. It was Alfred Angelo, and absolutely my dream dress. I was shocked to find out it only cost $750- and that is when the service went completely down hill. I called in some of the bride's maids dresses, and some of the girls were going to places closer to them. When I called a few months later, they had not ordered the dresses bacuase they wanted the order for all the girls, after I told them 3 of the girls were going elsewhere. What a nightmare! Defenitely go somewhere else.

In my opinion, Stylish Impressions is a very poorly run shop. Their professionalism is majorly lacking. I purchased my dress... and when they measured me, they ordered a dress that was clearly much too large. I know everyone says that... but my street size is a 6-8 and my dress was a 14. I figured they knew what they were doing. Well, the dress went through 3 fittings to get it to my size and it still was too large on my wedding day. That's not a big deal. My dress, albeit too large, was beautiful. What was a big deal was the fiasco that was ordering my bridesmaids' dresses. The majority of my girls were from out of state and they assured me that if they got measured at home, called by a certain date and paid by credit card, everything would be ok. My bridesmaids found it impossible to get someone via phone. They left messages to be called back to no avail. And when they ordered, two of the orders was inaccurate. One of my bridesmaids was fitted by the owner of the shop and her dress was MUCH too small when it arrived. (And, no, there wasn't any large weight gain on my bridesmaid's part.) Additionally, another one of my girls called in her order (she lives in Chicago) and spoke to the owner. She gave her credit card information, street address, size, etc.) She paid in full. She called me immediately after she got off the phone with the lady to let me know she was all set. Well, when the dress arrived and I went to pick it up, the woman said she had no record of the dress being paid for. The slip had all of my bridesmaid's information on it, but didn't have the oh so official "paid in full" written on it. Their book keeping was so shotty that they had absolutely no clue if the credit card was run (it was on the slip complete with security code and expiration date.) They wouldn't let me take the dress. THEN, they never got back to me about it. I called the next day and they still didn't know and it was the same case 5 days later. It took a week and a half for their "accountant" to check the files and they had no intention of calling to let me know. (OR let my bridesmaid aware that they hadn't run her card and were running it... finally.) I wouldn't go there again. Thank God I am planning to have only one wedding in my lifetime.

Where do I start....My wedding was a few weeks ago process started out good owners and employees were very helpful in choosing my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. I got my bridal gown there, 6 bridesmaids dresses, 1 flower girls dress and my mothers dress there and were only discounted on the bridesmaids dresses not for nothing but thought I should have received a discount on mine as all these dresses were purchased because of MY event. Next, My sister in law lives in Ny had a fitting on a satruday scheduled an appointment for the next thursday for a final fitting...she had to travel 2.5 hrs from the bronx with traffic to get to the appointment made it 5 minutes early and the EXTREMELY RUDE SEAMSTRESS(TINA) told her she forgot her dress at home didn't have time to go get it and made her PAY! My sisterin law didn't want to be rude and called me I immediately called the owner Diane who was extremely nice in this matter. After that TINA called me rudest seamstress I have ever been in encounter with told me and I quote" THings happen in life you jsut have to deal with them" and what do I expect my $65 back? "Fine have it I wont get rich off that"...obviously un professional owner told me she quit (she shoudl have been FIRED), and my bridesmaid said she was working the next week. All bridesmaids dresses were extremely long even after they mentioned to the seamstress I think it needs to be hemmed more >."oh no its Fine". Messed up my pregnant sisters dress she had to pay extra to go to another seamstress because she didn't trust going back. FINALLY, my gown as we get announced into the reception(10 minutes of being bustled no exageration) snapped only gave me 1 button for a heavy lace dress, and both straps that were sewn in snapped in the middle of my dance with my dad. My train looked horrible for my first dance with my husband. You want to go to this place? You be the judge.....do not like giving a review like this but people need to know the truth

I am writing this review mostly about the seamstress Vinya. She was awful!!! She canceled on me three times and I had to drive out of my way ( for her convience) to pick up my dress. My dress smelled like gross food from her house. She forgot some of my accessories when we met and she almost didn't go 5 mins to her house to get it for me (2 days before my wedding)! But the worse was yet to come!!!! She did the worse job bustle my dress and no one could find the white pieces of thread that the hooks clipped on. So I had to get out of my dress on my wedding day, standing there naked trying to bustle my own dress! And it didn't stay bustled at all!!!

When I called the store owner (who I love) the day after my wedding, she really didn't have much to say. Overall, not a good experience at all!

First impression was good... nice selection of dresses, staff seemed king and helpful, decent prices... the problem is AFTER you order your dress, they (DIANE) seem to not give a rats you-know-what about you. She got her money, that's all she wants. Come to find out, she will sell you a paper bag and claim they can make it just how you want it. No, you cannot make a thin chiffon dress into a mermaid dress. You put a mermaid slip under it and it looks like you bought the dress from Savers. We also got the bridesmaid dresses here, which was another complete disaster. After claiming that both the bride and the bridesmaid wore different shoes, were skinnier or fatter when measured, etc., one of the maids had to LEAVE THE REHEARSAL DINNER to get her dress. Diane wouldn't even look at us when we would go there for the numerous fittings we had. Thank the lord for the one kind employee and the seamstress, otherwise, I honestly think we would have had no dresses. Again, nothing Diane would have lost sleep over. She is a greedy selfish witch and a horrific excuse for a business owner. Go here if you want to completely ruin your wedding planning experience and enjoy getting treated like dirt on Diane's shoe.

I really wish my experience at Stylish Impressions was better, so I wouldn't have to cringe at the thought of my wedding dress. They talked me into a dress that ended up being nothing they said it would be. I wanted plain, sweetheart and mermaid, that's not asking for for anything that out of the ordinary. I was glad that I spent the extra few hundred dollars for a custom made dress that was up to my shins, in which they blamed me for somehow? Reorder...next dress comes in months later, with a shoulder strap and sequins on it and to top it off couldn't be made mermaid because of the thin fabric. Now it's weeks before my wedding and I have no dress. Instead of being compassionate, Stylish Impressions was rude, disrespectful and money hungry. My option was to buy a new dress AND pay for the wrong dress too. How kind of them! The one nice employee there found me a dress that I could have in time for my wedding that was kind of what I wanted, so I got it. I just tried it on recently at 7 months pregnant and I could still zip it (that's how awful it fit back then). However, Stylish Impressions got paid so they were happy and on to the next poor soul.
If you want to pay to be disrespected and mistreated, by all means go to Stylish Impressions.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I cried for a month after this visit because of how terrible they made me feel. Spoke to the owner who completely dismissed me saying her staff wouldn't be so insulting to a customer. If you're a size 12, don't bother going unless you can squeeze into a size 8. (That's all they'll give you to try on.) Once i did fit into one, she said, "wow, I can't believe you got ALL of you in there." Then she pulled out the size 12 dresses. The associate also referred to me as the mother of the bride instead of the bride and stared at her watch the whole time. She made me feel so bad about myself that I ended up buying a dress she liked because I just wanted it to end. Save yourself the heartache. I wish i did.

Do Not Use This Vendor--she is the rudest person in sales that I have ever come across. She ordered the wrong dress for my daughter a year ago, blew us off for months waiting for it to come in and finally the beginning of August 8 weeks before the wedding, it comes in and its the wrong dress, and she had the nerve to blame us, she will not give us our money back, so my credit card company is going to deal with her. I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THAT STORE AND I HAVE MINE TO PROVE IT. If she were sorry, she would have APOLIGIZED and given us our money back !!!!!!!!! I HOPE YOU LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON FROM THIS STYLISH IMPRESSIONS--I AM NOT GOING AWAY.

*AWFUL SERVICE/ ORDERED WRONG DRESS 2 MONTHS BEFORE WEDDING*

Ordered Wedding Dress in Oct 2015 for Sept 2016 Wedding. Told it would come in June 2016. Call Mid June 2016 was told would not come til Mid July which turned into August. To make a long story short, they ordered THE WRONG DRESS. Finally after seeing the pictures of me in my dress (back in Oct 2015), the owner admitted that the dresses were not the same. Her “apologies” (if you would even call them that) were extremely rude, condescending and lacked compassion or accountability for what had happened. DO NOT USE FOR SUCH A SPECIAL OCCASION! Mariella's Creation ended up helping me get out of this mess, and I will never forget how amazing they were to me during this stressful time!

I wish there was an option to not even give this bridal boutique (if you even want to call it that) a star. I am lucky to say that I did not personally experience shopping for a wedding gown at Stylish Impressions (I went to Everthine in Madison and HIGHLY RECOMMEND) but my friend who is getting married in a little over a month unfortunately did. She purchased her dress in October of 2015 and was told that it would be in by June 2016. After not hearing from the boutique in June, my friend obviously started to call to check on the status of her dress. Not only did they not answer their phone but they refused to return the voicemails she continued to leave them. They finally answered her calls about a week or two ago (mind you her wedding is in September and it's TWO MONTHS after they said the dress would be in) and told her the dress was in. When she went to try it on, she immediately noticed that they had ordered the wrong dress. When she raised her concerns about it being the wrong dress, they told her she was wrong. After adamantly telling them it was CLEARLY the wrong dress, (and showing them pictures of her wearing the correct dress in October) they finally admitted that oh yes, it was a different dress and the reason being is that her dress was discontinued in March 2016. Now anyone with a brain can put two and two together that if a dress was ordered in October 2015 (like they are saying it was) and then discontinued in March 2016, SHE WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE CORRECT DRESS. It's clear to me, and hopefully anyone reading this, that they made a HUGE, huge mistake and instead of owning up to it and trying to fix it before they allowed my poor friend to try on the hideous cover up of a wedding gown they gave her, the owner turned the blame on the bride and went as far to say, very condescendingly, "I wouldn't have been able to stay in business all these years if I made mistakes like that". DON'T LET THEM RUIN YOUR DRESS BUYING EXPERIENCE AS WELL!

I purchased my bridesmaid dresses from Stylish Impressions for my October 15th wedding. Upon finding the dress in March I was told as the girls come in they will be ordered. I called in June to see if they were in yet and at that point was told that I had one more girl to come in and THEN they would be ordered. I had that girl, who lives in Florida, go in to order her dress in July. She was told the dresses would be in in six weeks. September 24th rolled around and I called to see if the dresses were in (since I was getting married in three weeks and did not get one phone call). They will be in on Monday I was told. The dresses were in on Tuesday and all of the girls, even the ones who went in in March & April were charged a $30 rush fee for dresses the were clearly not rushed. After many arguments, the OWNER of the salon DID NOT apologize to any of us, told me we were wrong and her employee was right. She has absolutely NO customer service skills what so ever. On top of all of that two of my girls were ordered size 12 dresses, one is a size 6 and one is a size 8. Trying to get more money in her hand for alterations? I think so and had alterations done else where. I was appalled and discussed with this bridal shop. The only reason I give them 2 stars for value is because the dresses were beautiful but they can always be purchased at another shop. Brides Beware.

HORRIBLE !! I wish I read the reviews before I purchased my dress. I purchased my dress for my son's wedding in June. I was measured for the dress and paid for half of it . When I returned to pick up my dress, I expressed how tight it was around my rib cage. I was told by the owner, Diane, how beautiful it looked on me and that it will stretch. She also said if it still felt uncomfortable, they could take it out 1/2 inch on both sides. After I left and tried it on again at home, I decided not to wait and have it taken out . I called and made an appointment with Yvette(would never recommend her to anyone). Yvette said no problem she will take it out and charged me $75. When I went to pick up the dress, it was still tight and Yvette then said "oh" I wasn't able to take it out 1/2 inch just 1/4 inch. I was extremely disappointed but was told there was nothing else she could do. When I got home I noticed that she only took it out on one side. I called Yvette, and she still said there was nothing she could do, but she had no problem taking my money for a job half done. I called the owner numerous times and have gotten nowhere. I am so furious after reading other reviews about not being measured correctly, and I think the owner should be held accountable for her actions. I am going to write a complaint everywhere I possibly can and I have also told family and friends who have kids getting married NOT to shop at Stylish Impressions! Shame on you, Diane!
